Tijekom svojeg postojanja tvrtka Marconi te\u017ei\u0161no je proizvodila elektroni\u010dke mjerne i testne ure\u0111aje. Bila je poznata \u0161irokom rasponu generatora signala, generatora funkcija i spektralnih analizatora za sve frekvencije od audio opsega do mikrovalnih podru\u010dja. Tako\u0111er je proizvodila i ostale mjerne instrumente poput osciloskopa, broja\u010da frekvencije, LCR i AVO mjera\u010da, analizatora impedancije, mjera\u010da izobli\u010denja, logi\u010dkih analizatora i sli\u010dno. Tvrtka je uz to vodila licencirani laboratorij za kalibraciju i mjerenje u elektroni\u010dkoj industriji.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/marconi_tf2913_03.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[14720]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14723\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/marconi_tf2913_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"237\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za Marconi TF 2913 Test Line Generator &amp; Inserter nemamo nikakve podatke. Rije\u010d o ure\u0111aju koji u oda\u0161ilja\u010dki TV video signal ubacuje testne uzorke linija slike, a koji onda slu\u017ee za razna servisna mjerenja video signala na prijemnoj strani. Ti uzorci video signala su dakle namijenjeni samo za kontrolne mjerne svrhe i ne smiju biti vidljivi krajnjem korisniku na njegovom standardnom TV prijemniku. Stoga ti testni signali moraju biti uba\u010deni u video signal na mjestima (vremenima) gdje je slika normalno zatamnjena, a to je tijekom trajanja horizontalnih i vertikalnih potisnih impulsa koji zatamnjuju elektronsku zraku ekrana kada se vra\u0107a sa kraja na po\u010detak retka, odnosno sa kraja na po\u010detak ekrana kad se ispi\u0161e jedna \u010ditava poluslika. Za ubacivanje dodatnih impulsa vi\u0161e je iskoristivo vrijeme u kojem traje vertikalni otklon jer je puno du\u017eeg trajanja i nije \u010ditavo iskori\u0161teno za vertikalne impulse. Stoga se ure\u0111aji ovakve vrste uobi\u010dajeno ozna\u010davaju kraticom VITS (Vertical Interval Test Signal), odnosno VITS Inserteri.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>U na\u0161im objavama vezanim uz TV video signal puno smo govorili o strukturi video signala i na\u010dinu ispisa slike na TV ekranu. Ovdje \u0107emo staviti naglasak na vertikalne potisne impulse.<\/p>\n<p>Standardni PAL signal sadr\u017ei 625 redaka video podataka po ekranu, podijeljenih u dva &#8220;polja&#8221; od koje svako sadr\u017ei polovicu redaka cijele slike. Tako se za dobivanje jedne pune slike ispisuju dvije poluslike, jedna koja popunjava neparne retke i druga koja popunjava parne retke slike. Poluslike se izmjenjuju frekvencijom 50 Hz, a potpune slike se onda izmjenjuju dvostruko ni\u017eom frekvencijom 25 Hz. Me\u0111utim, nije svih 625 redaka iskori\u0161teno za ispis vidljivog dijela slike. Za vidljivi dio slike se koristi samo 575 redaka, dok preostalo vrijeme u trajanju od 50 redaka otpada na grupe vertikalnih impulsa kojima se elektronska zraka vra\u0107a i sinkronizirano pozicionira na po\u010detak ekrana nakon \u0161to je ispisana jedna \u010ditava poluslika. Nije \u010ditavo vrijeme u trajanju od 50 redaka (50 x 64 \u00b5s = 3,2 ms) potrebno za sinkronizaciju vertikalnog otklona. Ostaje slobodno vrijeme u trajanju 35 redaka i to vrijeme se mo\u017ee iskoristiti za ubacivanje dodatnih signala u postoje\u0107i TV video signal. Ovo &#8220;slobodno&#8221; vrijeme se TV tehnici po\u010delo vrlo brzo iskori\u0161tavati za oda\u0161iljanje razli\u010ditih testnih signala, a ve\u0107 od 1970-tih godina za teletekst i druge podatkovne informacije, kontrolu kodiranih TV prijemnika i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161 Marconi TF 2913, kao \u0161to vidimo na prednjoj plo\u010di, dizajniran je za ubacivanje video testnih signala na 16. do 21. retku i na 329. do 334. retku PAL video signala. Koristi se vi\u0161e na\u010dina brojanja redova TV slike. Jednim na\u010dinom se broje redovi \u010ditave slike, pa prva poluslika dobiva neparne, a druga poluslika parne brojeve. Drugim na\u010dinom se prvo redom broje redovi prve poluslike, a zatim se nastavlja sa brojanjem redova druge poluslike. Ovaj drugi na\u010din je mo\u017eda bolji jer se time redovi slike broje redoslijedom kojim i nastaju. Mi \u0107emo brojanje prilagoditi oznakama na na\u0161em ure\u0111aju, tako da brojimo redom i vidljive i nevidljive redove slike onako kako se oni redom i pojavljuju u video signalu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/marconi_tf2913_31.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[14720]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14751\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/marconi_tf2913_31.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1010\" height=\"561\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/marconi_tf2913_31.gif 1010w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/marconi_tf2913_31-768x427.gif 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/marconi_tf2913_31-450x250.gif 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1010px) 100vw, 1010px\" \/><\/a><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\"><em>Kada televizor ispadne iz vertikalne sinkronizacije (slika &#8220;putuje&#8221; prema gore) tada se period vertikalnog zatamnjenja mo\u017ee vidjeti upravo kao crna traka izme\u0111u svake dvije slike. \u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vidimo da prvi vidljivi redak prve poluslike zapo\u010dinje na polovici 23. retka i zavr\u0161ava na kraju 310. retka. Slijede nevidljivi impulsi u trajanju 25 redaka, odnosno vertikalni impulsi koji vra\u0107aju i pozicioniraju zraku na po\u010detak ekrana, te na po\u010detku 336. retka zapo\u010dinje crtanje redaka druge vidljive poluslike. Druga poluslika zavr\u0161ava na polovici 622. retka te opet kre\u0107u nevidljivi vertikalni impulsi u trajanju od 25 redaka koji vra\u0107aju i pozicioniraju zraku na po\u010detak prvog retka nove poluslike. Crnom bojom ozna\u010deni su nevidljivi tragovi zrake, odnosno povratne putanje zrake kada je ista zatamnjena i ne vidi se ekranu. Vidi se da poluslike ne zapo\u010dinju i ne zavr\u0161avaju na istoj to\u010dki ekrana, pa ni povratne vertikalne putanje (za izmjenu poluslika) nisu jednake za svaku polusliku, \u010dime se onda i vertikalni impulsi za izmjenu dvije poluslike malo razlikuju.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/marconi_tf2913_30.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[14720]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14750\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/marconi_tf2913_30.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1788\" height=\"532\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/marconi_tf2913_30.gif 1788w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/marconi_tf2913_30-768x229.gif 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1788px) 100vw, 1788px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na prikazu vertikalnog potisnog intervala u vremenskoj domeni vidimo kako tri grupe vertikalnih impulsa zauzimaju samo dio ukupnog vremena trajanja intervala izme\u0111u dvije poluslike. Time je vremensko trajanje od 6. do 22. retka, kao i od 318. do 335. retka neiskori\u0161teno u smislu oda\u0161iljanja signala. To vrijeme je potrebno da se osigura vrijeme stabilizacije sklopova za otklon zrake u televizoru. Me\u0111utim, nema nikakvog razloga da u tom vremenu neki drugi sklopovi televizora (dekoderi) obra\u0111uju signale poslane tijekom tog vremena.<\/p>\n<p>Prema kontrolama na na\u0161em ure\u0111aju TF 2913 vidimo da je mogu\u0107a manipulacija ubacivanja ili brisanja podataka u tim neiskori\u0161tenim vremenskim intervalima tijekom trajanja vertikalne video sinkronizacije. Za to su rezervirana vremena od 16. do 21. retka i od 329. do 334. retka. Tako\u0111er vidimo da se mogu generirati i me\u0111usobno kombinirati \u010detiri osnovna testna video signala, te jo\u0161 \u010detiri crno-bijela rastera.<\/p>\n<p>Postoje standardizirani testni TV video signali prilago\u0111eni za kontrolu odre\u0111enih parametara video signala. Na prvoj tipki je standardni monokromatski testni signal za 625. linijske TV sisteme kojima se testira linearnost prijenosa srednjih i visokih frekvencija. Op\u0107enito gledano, za testiranje linearnosti prijenosa \u010ditavog TV video frekvencijskog opsega od 5 MHz testni signal mora sadr\u017eavati frekvencijske uzorke (impulse) vremena trajanja od cca 25 \u00b5s za najni\u017ee do 100 ns za najvi\u0161e frekvencije (t=1\/2f). Signali sa stepeni\u010dastom promjenom amplitude koriste se za mjerenje prijenosa informacije o svjetlini (razina sivog) jer znamo da svjetlina ovisi o amplitudi signala. Tako\u0111er postoje posebni testni uzorci za mjerenje to\u010dnosti, izobli\u010denja ili distorzije vertikalnih (50 Hz) i horizontalnih sinkronizacijskih impulsa (15625 Hz) koji se \u0161alju kompozitnim video signalom (sinkronizacija faze), kao i uzorci za provjeru drugih video karakteristika. TF 2913 je sasvim sigurno namijenjen samo za testiranje crno-bijelih video signala, a za signale u boji koriste se i drugi slo\u017eeniji testni signali.<\/p>\n<p>Na zadnjoj strani ure\u0111aja su ulazne priklju\u010dnice za dovo\u0111enje vanjskih testnih video signala selektivno na svaku pojedinu liniju tako da se mogu koristiti i neki drugi uzorci testnog video signala. Sastoji se od 20 modula s time da postoji jo\u0161 jedno prazno mjesto, mogu\u0107e za neki opcionalni modul ili je taj modul iz nekog razloga izva\u0111en. Moduli su utaknuti u konektore koji su povezani \u017eicama tako da nema klasi\u010dne tiskane mati\u010dne plo\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Jasno se vidi zaseban odjeljak sa elementima mre\u017enog napajanja. Sa donje strane se vidi da su filtarski elektroliti ve\u0107 dotrajali (tragovi curenja elektrolita). Najve\u0107i kondenzator je kapaciteta 15 000 \u00b5F i predvi\u0111en za napon 16 V. Kondenzatori ovako velikog kapaciteta rijetko se vi\u0111aju u ure\u0111ajima iz 1970-tih godina i u napajanjima op\u0107enito.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a gusto naslaganih pojedina\u010dnih modula, vidimo kako se svaki modul zapravo sastoji od relativno malog broja komponenti, a tri modula su potpuno identi\u010dna. Ta rascjepkanost sklopovlja na puno malih modula svakako olak\u0161ava servis ure\u0111aja i detekciju komponenti na pojedinoj funkcionalnoj cjelini. S druge strane, testiranje ure\u0111aja bez specijalnih adaptera koji podi\u017eu plo\u010dice pojedinih modula je prakti\u010dno nemogu\u0107e jer sa utaknutim modulima (u radnom stanju) nemamo dostup ni jednoj elektroni\u010dkoj komponenti. Pod &#8220;povremeno&#8221; mislimo na kratkotrajnu pojavu signala odmah nakon uklju\u010divanja koji bi se za par sekundi izgubio. Ovo naravno u prvom redu ukazuje na probleme sa napajanjem i filtracijom napona napajanja tako da bi svakako prvo trebalo zamijeniti sva tri masivna filtarska kondenzatora. Moduli sadr\u017ee minimalan broj elektrolitskih kondenzatora pa se i oni mogu lako zamijeniti. \u010cini se da prvi modul sadr\u017ei elemente za ispravljanje i regulaciju napona tako da i ovo mo\u017ee lako provjeriti. Vizualno sumnjiv je blok kondenzator 1890 pF na zadnjem modulu. Ukoliko nakon ovih intervencija ure\u0111aj ne proradi onda slijede mjeseci izu\u010davanja ure\u0111aja, mjerenja signala, crtanja shema i ostalih radnji &#8220;obrnutog in\u017eenjeringa&#8221; koji opet nisu garancija da \u0107emo na kraju otkriti kvar.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cak i da imamo originalnu servisnu dokumentaciju, mogu\u0107e da bi trebali ulo\u017eiti puno vremena i truda u izu\u010davanje iste kako bi uop\u0107e shvatili princip rada pojedinih sklopova ure\u0111aja i znali \u0161to gdje trebamo tra\u017eiti. Jednostavno se treba diviti in\u017eenjerima i stru\u010dnjacima koji su osmislili, dizajnirali i konstruirali jedan ovakav ure\u0111aj (i sve ure\u0111aje iz domene TV tehnike op\u0107enito) u ranim 1970-tim godinama i to sa za dana\u0161nje pojmove jednostavnim, da ne ka\u017eemo primitivnim dostupnim alatima. Mnogi od nas koji se smatramo elektroni\u010darima, \u010dak i uz kompletnu tehni\u010dku dokumentaciju te najmodernije ra\u010dunalne alate i mjerne instrumente, ne\u0107emo u potpunosti shvatiti principe rada svih sklopova ugra\u0111enih u jedan ovakav ure\u0111aj. Tehni\u010dka rje\u0161enja koja su osmi\u0161ljena tijekom razvoja TV tehnike toliko su raznovrsna i u pojedinim dijelovima slo\u017eena da bi se mogli \u010ditav \u017eivot baviti tim podru\u010djem elektronike i uvijek iznova otkrivati neke nove elemente.
