Ltd., osnovana je 1998. godine i bavi se proizvodnjom i izvozom elektri\u010dnih pe\u0107nica i grijalica (uklju\u010duju\u0107i elektri\u010dne uljne radijatore, konvektorske grijalice i ventilatorske grijalice).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cixi_yulong_chx20gr_12.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[15585]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15597\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cixi_yulong_chx20gr_12.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"365\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Problem sa na\u0161om grijalicom je taj \u0161to je prestala sa radom (ne grije). Na dnu je grija\u0107e tijelo, iznad su za\u0161titni termostati, a desno je upravlja\u010dka elektronika koja uklju\u010duje jedan ili dva grija\u010da (svaki od 1000 W) i isklju\u010duje ih kad vanjska temperatura dostigne zadanu vrijednost.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cixi_yulong_chx20gr_01.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[15585]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15586\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cixi_yulong_chx20gr_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"232\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cixi_yulong_chx20gr_01.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cixi_yulong_chx20gr_01-768x137.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><em><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\">Najlak\u0161e je uvijek prvo provjeriti same grija\u010de (2 x 1000 W). Elektri\u010dna spojnica ovog tipa ostvaruje kontakt na osnovu svoje pritisne elasti\u010dnosti. Temperatura grija\u010da ne mo\u017ee se u potpunosti izolirati od elektri\u010dnih kontakata i oni se u radu zajedno sa spojnicom normalno malo griju. Ta temperatura mo\u017ee ra\u0161iriti i omek\u0161ati metal spojnice te elektri\u010dni spoj postaje sve slabiji. Kako je spoj slabili to je ve\u0107i i prelazni otpor na spoju pa se stvara dodatna toplina na tom otporu uslijed same struje koja dose\u017ee i do gotovo 9 A kada su uklju\u010dena oba grija\u010da. Ovdje se prvo rastalila sva izolacija sa spojnice, a onda se ista uslijed temperature toliko ra\u0161irila da se napokon potpuno odvojila od grija\u010da. Tako\u0111er je dio kontakta na kojem je bila koncentrirana sva struja to\u010dkastog spoja potpuno izgorio. Tu su i dva releja, od kojih svaki uklju\u010duje po jedan grija\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Upravlja\u010dka elektronika se temelji na mikrokontroleru KW66H39 i LCD driveru KW2002 za koje je te\u0161ko iskopati i ime proizvo\u0111a\u010da, a o bilo kakvim specifi\u010dnim podacima da ne i govorimo. Mikrokontroler je naravno su\u010delje izme\u0111u ulaznih kontrola (bilo preko tipki na dodir, bilo preko IR daljinskog upravlja\u010da) te ulaznog podatka o vanjskoj temperaturi (preko PTC senzora) i izlaznih upravlja\u010dkih linija za releje i prikaz na LCD-u. Tako\u0111er, osim za temperaturnu to je i tajmer za vremensku kontrolu rada grijalice. Prakti\u010dno gledano, ukoliko zaka\u017ee ovaj mikrokontroler vjerojatno nigdje ne\u0107ete mo\u0107i nabaviti zamjenski \u010dip, pa \u010dak ni zamjensku \u010ditavu plo\u010dicu, a pogotovo da bi to bilo i isplativo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cixi_yulong_chx20gr_07.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[15585]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15592\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cixi_yulong_chx20gr_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"449\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cixi_yulong_chx20gr_07.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cixi_yulong_chx20gr_07-768x265.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cixi_yulong_chx20gr_08.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[15585]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15593\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cixi_yulong_chx20gr_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"299\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cixi_yulong_chx20gr_08.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cixi_yulong_chx20gr_08-768x177.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Na zajedni\u010dkoj liniji napajanja oba grija\u010da (nula) nalaze se dva sigurnosna za\u0161titna termostata montirana na zadnju limenu plo\u010du grijalice. Jedan je bimetalni termostat sa oznakom KSD301, 250V, 10A, 105\u00b0C koji \u0107e isklju\u010diti strujni krug kada temperatura njegove povr\u0161ine prema\u0161i 105\u00b0C. Nakon \u0161to se temperatura spusti bimetal ponovno uklju\u010duje strujni krug. Ovaj termostat \u0161titi od pregrijavanja tijela grijalice.<\/p>\n<p>Drugi element se ne vidi, a s obzirom da \u0107emo grijalicu koristiti nismo htjeli rezati originalnu izolaciju. Ovo je vrlo vjerojatno prekostrujni za\u0161titni element koji tako\u0111er radi na termi\u010dkom principu (otpornik sa negativnim temperaturnim koeficijentom &#8211; NTK). Ukoliko struja poraste (primjerice iznad 10 A) ovaj element \u0107e se zagrijati \u010dime \u0107e mu porasti unutra\u0161nji otpor te \u0107e se stuja u serijskom krugu smanjiti. On \u0161titi instalaciju od prevelike struje u hladnom startu grija\u010da, kada isti imaju jo\u0161 uvijek nizak otpor, ili u slu\u010daju kratkog spoja grija\u010da i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>Ukoliko bilo koji od ovih za\u0161titnih elemenata prekine strujni krug grija\u010di ne\u0107e raditi ali \u0107e kontrole i displej raditi normalno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Elektronika se uvukla u sve ku\u0107anske aparate i bijelu tehniku te je za popravak iste \u010deto potrebno biti i elektroni\u010dar, a ne samo elektrotehni\u010dar. No, na ovom primjeru smo vidjeli da \u0107e neispravnosti na upravlja\u010dkom (mikrokontrolerskom) dijelu dana\u0161nje tehnike \u010desto biti te\u0161ko i skupo otkloniti. Da na ovoj grijalici ode mikrokontroler, neki vje\u0161ti programer bi vjerojatno mogao isprogramirati neki zamjenski mikrokontroler, no to bi svejedno tra\u017eilo dosta vremena i anga\u017emana, pogotovo da se rekonstruiraju kodovi IR daljinskog upravlja\u010da i upravlja\u010dke linije za multipleksirani LED pokaziva\u010d. Danas ispada da je bolji majstor za bijelu tehniku (i drugu potro\u0161a\u010dku elektroniku) onaj tko ima bolju bazu originalnih tvorni\u010dkih programa za namjenske mikrokontrolere i pripadaju\u0107e memorije.
