Kod monokularnih i binokularanih mikroskopa gdje nema dodatnog okulara za kameru koristio se Photo automat MKa 4 koji je bio opremljen vlastitim dodatnim okularom za gledanje okom.<\/p>\n<p>\u010citav sistem mo\u017eemo promatrati kao klasi\u010dni fotoaparat prilago\u0111en okularu mikroskopa. Opti\u010dki dio Photo automata je u osnovi objektiv fotoaparata sa blendom. Tijelo fotoaparata pak ovdje \u010dini samo kontejner za film i osim na\u0161eg 35 mm kontejnera sa motoriziranim namatanjem filma mogli su se koristiti i drugi filmski kontejneri uklju\u010duju\u0107i one za fotografske plo\u010de i polaroid film. Tako\u0111er se mogao koristiti i standardni 35 mm fotoaparat s time \u0161to se originalni objektiv trebao zamijeniti posebnim adapterom.<\/p>\n<p>Photo automat MKa 5 se mogao spajati na vi\u0161e tipova tada\u0161njih trinokularno opremljenih Wild mikroskopa sa promjerom okulara od 25 mm ili 33 mm, poput M12, M20, M40 ili M50. Uvjerio je tvrtku Zeiss da po\u010dne njegovu proizvodnju te je postao \u0161ef nove Zeissove podru\u017enice za proizvodnju geodetskih instrumenta. Nakon 1. svjetskog rata 1921. godine Wild je osnovao tvrtku naziva &#8220;Heinrich Wild, Werkst\u00e4tte f\u00fcr Feinmechanik und Optik&#8221;, a prvi ve\u0107i proizvodi tvrtke su bili teodolit \u201eWild T2\u201c i kamera za snimanje iz zraka za kartografiju &#8220;Aviophot&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010detkom 1930-ih godina Wild dizajnira opti\u010dke instrumente za \u0161vicarsku kompaniju Kern &amp; Co, a 1937. godine njegova stara tvrtka dobiva naziv Wild Heerbrugg. Tijekom 1987. godine spojila se sa opti\u010dkom tvrtkom Ernst Leitz GmbH, stje\u010de ve\u0107inski udo u tvrtci Kern &amp; Co te je 1989. godine preimenovana u Wild-Leitz AG. Tijekom 1990. godine tvrtka postaje dio holdinga Leica, da bi od 1996. godine ponovno bila postupno podijeljena na manje jedinice (Leica Camera AG, Leica Geosystems AG i Leica Microsystems AG). Robna marka &#8220;Wild Heerbrugg&#8221; jo\u0161 uvijek se koristi za neke modele mikroskopa i nivelatora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a Uo\u010dava se oznaka \u0161vicarske tvrtke OMAG Optik und Mechanik AG (Mels) i datum proizvodnje 21.12.1966. godine.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na unutra\u0161njoj strani ku\u0107i\u0161ta na\u0161li smo zalijepljenu elektroni\u010dku shemu elektroni\u010dkog ure\u0111aja za kontrolu ekspozicije MEL-13. Shema se bazira na tri elektronske cijevi \u0161vicarskog proizvo\u0111a\u010da Elesta sa oznakama ES 11 i ER 32. Ono \u0161to prvo mo\u017eemo primijetiti na shemi to je da ne postoji karakteristi\u010dni krug za grijanje elektronskih cijevi. To je zato jer su sve tri elektronke specifi\u010dne, punjene su plinom (nisu vakuumske) i rade sa \u201ehladnom katodom\u201c:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elesta ES 11 \u2013 stabilizator napona 95-100 V \/ 5 mA (elektronka sa plinskim izbojem i hladnom katodom, popularno tinjalica)<\/li>\n<li>Elesta ER 32 \u2013 tiratron (okida\u010dka cijev sa hladnom katodom)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/photoautomat_mka5_mel13_30.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[21782]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21812\" src=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/photoautomat_mka5_mel13_30.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"317\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/photoautomat_mka5_mel13_30.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/photoautomat_mka5_mel13_30-768x187.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tinjalice kao stabilizatore napona susretali smo u mnogim objavama. Pona\u0161aju se sli\u010dno kao zener-diode.\u00a0 Na odre\u0111enom naponu (kod ES 11 na 95-100 V) dolazi do ionizacije plina unutar cijevi te isti postane vodljiv. Time naglo padne elektri\u010dni otpor izme\u0111u elektroda (kod ES 11 na cca 500 \u2126). Tinjalica na taj na\u010din prakti\u010dno predstavlja kratki spoj za sve napone ve\u0107e od cca 100 V.<\/p>\n<p>Dvije u seriju spojene tinjalice ES 11 stabiliziraju napon napajanja kruga elektroni\u010dke vremenske sklopke (tajmera) na 200 V. Time je stabiliziran napon za RC vremensku konstantu tajmera tako da ona ostaje ista kod mogu\u0107ih fluktuacija mre\u017enog napona za \u00b115 V. Stabilizirani napon od 100 V (sa serijskog spoja tinjalica) pak se uzima za mjerni krug svjetlomjera sa foto otpornikom.<\/p>\n<p>O tiratronima smo pisali u objavi Tiratron Brown Boveri TQ 41. To je prekida\u010dka elektronska cijev koja radi sli\u010dno tiristoru. U na\u0161em slu\u010daju se koristi u krugu tajmera. RC vremensku konstantu tajmera odre\u0111uju kondenzatori C2-C8 koji se odabiru sklopkom ASA\/DIN te otpornik R3 u kombinaciji sa foto-otpornikom koji se nalazi u opti\u010dkoj glavi Photo automata MKa 5 (spojen na priklju\u010dke A1). Time se vrijeme ekspozicije, odnosno vrijeme trajanja osvjetljavanja filma, preko foto otpornika automatski korigira ovisno o stvarnom intenzitetu svjetla koje pada na film.<\/p>\n<p>Osim stabiliziranog istosmjernog napona od 100\/200 V (ispravlja\u010dka dioda GR1 je OA210), mre\u017eno napajanje osigurava jo\u0161 dva istosmjerna napona: 6 V za elektromotor za namatanje filma i 24 V za pogon elektromagnetskih sklopki (solenoida) koje slu\u017ee za okidanje i otvaranje blende fotoaparata.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/photoautomat_mka5_mel13_37.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[21782]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21819\" src=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/photoautomat_mka5_mel13_37.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1578\" height=\"646\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/photoautomat_mka5_mel13_37.gif 1578w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/photoautomat_mka5_mel13_37-768x314.gif 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/photoautomat_mka5_mel13_37-1536x629.gif 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1578px) 100vw, 1578px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nacrtali smo pojednostavljenu elektroni\u010dku shemu samog tajmera sa tiratronom. Vremensku konstantu odre\u0111uje izbor jednog od kondenzatora izme\u0111u okida\u010dke elektrode i anode (C2-C8) te otpornici R6, R5 i foto-otpornik. Sklopkom za odabir vrste rada (4 polo\u017eaja) odre\u0111uje se koji otpornik \u0107e biti uklju\u010den u RC konstantu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>polo\u017eaj 1 \u2013 automatski ili manualni tajmer sa foto-otpornikom (uklju\u010dena automatska korekcija ekspozicije)<\/li>\n<li>polo\u017eaj 2 \u2013 svjetlomjer (uklju\u010den samo mjerni krug sa foto-otpornikom i instrumentom)<\/li>\n<li>polo\u017eaj 3 \u2013 isklju\u010deno okidanje blende (u ovoj poziciji solenoid za blendu ne dobiva napajanje)<\/li>\n<li>polo\u017eaj 4 \u2013 automatski ili manualni tajmer sa fiksnim otpornikom (isklju\u010dena automatska korekcija ekspozicije)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Za okidanje blende sklopka se prebaci u polo\u017eaj MAN ili AUT \u010dime u oba slu\u010daja solenoid blende dobiva napajanje i blenda se otvori. Zatvaranje blende u polo\u017eaju MAN je ru\u010dno i vr\u0161i se vra\u0107anjem sklopke u sredi\u0161nji polo\u017eaj. Ukoliko pak smo odabrali automatsko zatvaranje blende, onda \u0107e istu isklju\u010diti tajmer preko relejnog segmenta sklopke RS1\/3.<\/p>\n<p>Uklju\u010denjem sklopke na AUT (automatika) blenda se dakle otvara i tajmer dobiva napajanje. Odabrani kondenzator vremenske konstante (C2-C8) po\u010dinje se puniti preko odgovaraju\u0107eg otpornika (R5 ili foto-otpornika). Kako se kondenzator puni tako raste struja na okida\u010dkoj elektrodi tiratrona i u jednom trenutku tiratron provede (na struji oko desetak mA). Relej RS1 se uklju\u010di i njegove \u010detiri sklopke prebace kontakte. Segment sklopke RS1\/3 isklju\u010duje napajanje solenoida blende te se ona zatvara. Sada blenda mora ostati zatvorena \u010ditavo vrijeme do slijede\u0107eg okidanja, \u0161to zna\u010di da i relej mora ostati \u010ditavo to vrijeme pod naponom. Me\u0111utim, do potrebe za slijede\u0107im snimkom mo\u017ee pro\u0107i puno vremena i nije dobro da cijelo to vrijeme tiratron radi.<\/p>\n<p>Rje\u0161enje ovog problema se posti\u017ee segmentom sklopke RS1\/2. Ova sklopka \u00a0aktivacijom releja premo\u0161\u0107uje anodu na katodu tiratrona preko otpornika R8, \u010dime napon na anodi padne i tiratron se ugasi. To zna\u010di, \u010dim se tiratron upali, odmah potom se preko RS1\/2 i ugasi. Me\u0111utim relej i dalje ostaje uklju\u010den jer preko istog tog segmenta sklopke RS1\/2 sada dobiva stalan napon (negativan pol napajanja).<\/p>\n<p>Istovremeno sa uklju\u010denjem releja uklju\u010duje se i segment sklopke RS1\/1 koji premo\u0161\u0107uje kondenzator na okida\u010dkoj elektrodi kako bi se isti ispraznio i bio spreman za slijede\u0107i ciklus punjenja (otpornik R7 ograni\u010dava struju pra\u017enjenja kondenzatora). Relej se isklju\u010duje (resetira) vra\u0107anjem sklopke na sredi\u0161nji polo\u017eaj, no time se istovremeno isklju\u010duje i napajanje solenoida 24 V pa i on dalje ostaje zatvoren.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je prili\u010dno domi\u0161ljat na\u010din osiguranja stalne uklju\u010denosti jednom aktiviranog releja, a da se pri tome \u0161tedi tiratron. Jednako tako je domi\u0161ljan i \u201epomo\u0107ni\u201c tajmer koji treba osigurati automatsko namatanje filma nakon svakog snimka. U trenutku kad se relej RS1 aktivira i zatvori blendu, segment sklopke RS1\/4 prebacuje kondenzator C10, koji se do tada preko otpornika R11 punio naponom od 200 V, na svitak releja RS2. Nabijeni kondenzator se prazni preko svitka i za to vrijeme dr\u017ei relej aktiviranim. Za vrijeme dok je relej RS2 aktivan, segment njegove sklopke RS2\/1 uklju\u010duje napajanje elektromotora (6 V) u kontejneru sa filmom i on namata film. Mehanika i spregnute sklopke unutar kontejnera osiguravaju pravovremeno isklju\u010divanje elektromotora kad se film to\u010dno namota za slijede\u0107i snimak.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za na\u0161 Photo automat MKa 5 \/ MEL-13 nismo na\u0161li upute za upotrebu, no iz elektroni\u010dke sheme se prili\u010dno dobro mo\u017ee shvatiti na\u010din rada ovog seta. \u0160est-polna uti\u010dnica sa oznakom \u201e3\u201c ili A6 je vjerojatno konektor za paralelno spajanje no\u017ene sklopke za aktivaciju tajmera (MAN-OFF-AUT) jer se povezuje upravo na tu sklopku. Koaksijalna priklju\u010dnica \u201e5\u201c (A5) i priklju\u010dnica \u201e4\u201c (A7) su kao \u0161to se vidi sklopke koje se uklju\u010duju kod automatskog na\u010dina rada i namatanja filma, tako da su ovo mogu\u0107e priklju\u010dnice za neke vanjske indikacije rada ili za ure\u0111aje koji se trebaju aktivirati tijekom tih procesa.<\/p>\n<p>Naravno, sve ovo bi bilo te\u017ee shvatiti da nismo pogledali koje se elektri\u010dne komponente nalaze u filmskom kontejneru i opti\u010dkoj glavi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kontejner za 35 mm film sa elektromotornim pogonom za automatsko namatanje filma. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ovaj kontejner se mogao koristiti uz Photo automate MKa 4 i MKa 5. Nakon svakog okidanja snimka film se mo\u017ee automatski namotati na slijede\u0107i snimak. Crvena kontrolna lampica svijetli kada se vr\u0161i namatanje filma i kada je film potro\u0161en, dakle signalizira kada je okidanje novih fotografija nemogu\u0107e.
