Poja\u010dalo ima oznaku Video Distributor CE-7600, a logo proizvo\u0111a\u010da (CE ili CSE) nisam uspio identificirati. U prethodnoj objavi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2025\/05\/02\/time-date-generator-ce-7200-4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Time &amp; Date Generator CE-7200-4<\/a> opisao sam ure\u0111aj iste oznake proizvo\u0111a\u010da i istog dizajna ku\u0107i\u0161ta. Ltd.\u201c osnovane 1978. godine koja primarno proizvodi nadzorne kamere, alarmne sustave i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a Distributor CE-7600 sadr\u017ei dva jednaka tranzistorska poja\u010dala kojima se ulazi preko kratkospojnika mogu konfigurirati za poja\u010danje jednog ili dva ulazna video signala. Ukoliko se poja\u010davaju dva video signala (IN-A i IN-B), svaki se dovodi na svoje poja\u010dalo, a ako se poja\u010dava samo jedan video signal (IN-A) on se mo\u017ee paralelno dovesti na oba poja\u010dala. Na svako poja\u010dalo se mogu spojiti tri tro\u0161ila, no vidimo da su poja\u010dala bila predvi\u0111ena i za spajanje do pet tro\u0161ila.<\/p>\n<p>Svi upotrijebljeni tranzistori su istog tipa, silicijski NPN tranzistori 2SC1815 (50 V, 150 mA, 80 MHz). Prvo poja\u010dalo u lancu je klasi\u010dno tranzistorsko poja\u010dalo sa zajedni\u010dkim emiterom koje radi u A-klasi. Prednapon baze se odre\u0111uje djeliteljem napona (1 k\u2126 \/ 2,2 k\u2126), a kolektorska struja se stabilizira preko emiterskog otpornika (1 k\u2126). Na plo\u010dici je predvi\u0111ena monta\u017ea emiterskog bypass kondenzatora C2 (C12) no on fizi\u010dki nije ugra\u0111en. Kondenzator paralelno spojen otporniku smanjuje ukupni emiterski otpor (impedanciju) kako raste frekvencija signala koji se poja\u010dava. Smanjenjem emiterskog otpora pove\u0107ava se poja\u010danje tranzistora. Za istosmjerni bias tranzistora kondenzator predstavlja otvoreni krug tako da ne remeti isti.<\/p>\n<p>Izlazno poja\u010dalo sa preostala tri tranzistora je \u201eTotem Pole\u201c izlazni stupanj. Prvi tranzistor radi kao Phase Splitter i osigurava dva protufazna signala iste amplitude za izlazne push-pull tranzistore. Ova dva tranzistora pak rade naizmjeni\u010dno (kao i u svakom push-pull protufaznom izlaznom strupnju), odnosno gornji tranzistor radi samo za vrijeme negativnih poluperioda, a donji tranzistor samo za vrijeme pozitivnih poluperioda ulaznog napona. Obje polovice poja\u010danog signala se zatim spajaju i tvore invertirani izlazni signal preko tro\u0161ila (stoga se negdje ovakva poja\u010dala zovu inverterska). Tro\u0161ilo se spaja preko kondenzatora 470 \u00b5F jer bi uz poja\u010dan izmjeni\u010dni signal tako\u0111er bila prisutna i istosmjerna komponenta napona, odnosno razlika DC napona napajanja izme\u0111u kolektora i emitera tranzistora. Otpornici od 75 \u2126 ograni\u010davaju maksimalnu izlaznu struju po kanalu.<\/p>\n<p>Totem-Pole izlazni stupanj je vrlo sli\u010dan kvazi-komplementarnom izlaznom stupnju jer se za obje poluperiode koriste izlazni tranzistori istog tipa (NPN ili PNP), a ne njihova kombinacija. Me\u0111utim, razlika je u na\u010dinu na koji se vr\u0161i dovo\u0111enje protufaznih signala na izlazne tranistore. Kod kvazi-komplementarnog izlaznog stupnja se zapravo koristi jedan komplementarni par tranzistora, no to nije izlazni par nego pogonski (driver) koji slu\u017ei samo kao okreta\u010d faze za nesimetri\u010dni izlazni stupanj s jednakim tranzistorima. Kod Totem Pole izlaznog stupnja su svi tranzistori istog tipa, a protufazni signali se uzimaju sa emitera (signal u fazi) i kolektora (signal u protufazi) pogonskog tranzistora. Na Totem Pole sistemu se bazira TTL tehnologija (Transistor-transistor logic), kao i kasnija COSMOS (COMplementary Symmetry Metal Oxide Semiconductor), odnosno CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) tehnologija.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/video_distributor_ce7600_11.png\" rel=\"lightbox[22241]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22252\" src=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/video_distributor_ce7600_11.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"884\" height=\"475\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/video_distributor_ce7600_11.png 884w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/video_distributor_ce7600_11-768x413.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 884px) 100vw, 884px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ovdje je snimljena frekvencijsko-amplitudna karakteristika poja\u010danja na\u0161eg video poja\u010dala. Stavili smo markere na deklariranih 10 \u2013 20 MHz. O\u010dekivano, krivulja poja\u010danja pada sa porastom frekvencije i na 20 MHz poja\u010danje se pribli\u017eava nuli. Frekvencijska \u0161irina PAL video signala je 5 MHz, a u tom opsegu je poja\u010danje iznad 10 dB. Osciloskopom smo provjerili i izobli\u010denje te mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da je ono minimalno u \u010ditavom radnom opsegu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Video Distributor CE-7600 se mora koristiti u deklariranom opsegu amplitude izlaznog signala do 2 Vpp jer nakon toga nastaju izobli\u010denja. Kompozitni video signal pak po standardu ima maksimalnu amplitudu 1 Vpp (vidi objavu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2020\/04\/14\/monitor-jvc-tm-10ecv-i-osciloskop-bosch-p-14-56-os-44-b\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Monitor JVC TM-10E(CV) i osciloskop Bosch P 14 56 OS 44 B<\/a>) tako da poja\u010danje preko toga nije potrebno i mo\u017ee o\u0161tetiti video ure\u0111aj na koji se dovodi signal. Stoga je dosta bitno podesiti poja\u010danje na\u0161eg poja\u010dala pomo\u0107u dva trimer potenciometra, ovisno o ja\u010dini ulaznog signala i ukupnom optere\u0107enju na izlazu.<\/p>\n<p>Danas je na raspolaganju puno jeftinih namjenskih \u010dipova za video poja\u010dala koji omogu\u0107uju ve\u0107a poja\u010danja i rade do puno vi\u0161ih frekvencija (preko 100 MHz) sa posve linearnom karakteristikom poja\u010danja, imaju ugra\u0111ene video filtre i druge dodatke. No ve\u0107ina tih \u010dipova jednako slijedi topologiju na\u0161eg tranzistorskog poja\u010dala sa Totem Pole izlaznim stupnjem i sadr\u017ei sli\u010dan broj tranzistora. Razlika je u tome \u0161to \u0107emo zbog jeftinih \u010dipova danas za svaki kanal ugraditi zasebno poja\u010dalo ili odabrati neki \u010dip koji ve\u0107 sadr\u017ei vi\u0161e zasebnih video poja\u010dala. Sa tranzistorskom tehnikom se nekad nije imala ta komocija, te je za ure\u0111aje \u0161iroke potro\u0161nje in\u017eenjer morao te\u017eiti funkcionalnom sklopu sa \u0161to jednostavnijom shemom i \u0161to manje utro\u0161enih elemenata.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danas je nabavljeno video poja\u010dalo za razvo\u0111enje analognog video signala na vi\u0161e ure\u0111aja (tro\u0161ila) vjerojatno iz 1990-tih godina.
