1980-tih ili 1990-tih godina, no nakon pregleda sklopovlja mogu\u0107e je da se ipak radi o modernijem kineskom proizvodu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/echometer_sw104b_05.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[10083]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2021\/01\/17\/dimension-master-plus-tapeless-measure-calculator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dimension Master Plus &#8211; Tapeless Measure Calculator<\/a> imali smo kombinaciju specijaliziranog integriranog kruga za prijem ultrazvu\u010dnog odjeka, nekoliko klasi\u010dnih komponenti za generiranje impulsa te univerzalno primjenjivog mikrokontrolera koji je ondje bio programiran za upravljanje funkcijama izra\u010duna i LCD prikazom.<\/p>\n<p>U slu\u010daju Echometra SW-104B srce sklopovlja \u010dine integrirani krugovi u COB (Chip-on-Board) ili MCM (Multi-Chip Module) tehnologiji. To je tehnologija monta\u017ee (lijepljenja) golih matrica (vafera) integriranih krugova izravno na tiskanu plo\u010dicu tako da isti nemaju klasi\u010dno ku\u0107i\u0161te sa lemnim no\u017eicama. Naime, za pojedine integrirane krugove cijena izrade DIP (ili nekog drugog) ku\u0107i\u0161ta i povezivanje sa pinovima unutar istog mo\u017ee biti ve\u0107a i od cijene samog integriranog kruga. Stoga, da se smanje tro\u0161kovi izrade ku\u0107i\u0161ta i smanje dimenzije koje su potrebne za monta\u017eu \u010dipa na tiskanoj plo\u010dici razvijene su COB ili MCM tehnologije, a razlika je u tome \u0161to se kod COB-a koristi samo jedan integrirani krug, a kod MCM su povezana dva ili vi\u0161e integrirana kruga. U oba slu\u010daja gole matrice \u010dipova nakon spajanja s plo\u010dicom zalivene su kapljicom (obi\u010dno crnog) izolacijskog materijala na kojem nema nikakvih oznaka. Takve \u010dipove je stoga nemogu\u0107e identificirati ili vr\u0161iti njihovu zamjenu pa na neki na\u010din i \u0161tite autorska prava proizvo\u0111a\u010da. Obi\u010dno ih nalazimo u kalkulatorima, digitalnim satovima i kao driveri za razne LCD displeje.<\/p>\n<p>U na\u0161em slu\u010daju mogu\u0107e da je se radi o jednom \u010dipu (COB), a to je onda sasvim sigurno mikrokontroler programiran za sve potrebne funkcije od inputa tipkovnice, preko upravlja\u010dkog i mjernog dijela, do kontrole LCD-a. Isto tako mogu\u0107e je da se i radi i vi\u0161e \u010dipova (MCM) gdje su onda uz mikrokontroler vezani jo\u0161 neki specijalizirani \u010dipovi za kontrolu i detekciju ultrazvu\u010dnog sistema za mjerenje udaljenosti. Gola matrica (vafer) integriranog kruga (ili vi\u0161e njih) zalijepljena je za tiskanu plo\u010dicu, povezana \u017eicama na tiskane vodove i zalivena u izolacijski materijal. Ova frekvencija satnog kristala je odabrana jer se binarnim dijeljenjem (2<sup>15<\/sup>) lako dobiva referentni takt od 1 Hz (1 sekunda). Od drugih specifi\u010dnih elektroni\u010dkih elemenata uo\u010davamo feritni transformator unutar metalnog lonca te pored njega jedan N-kanalni MOSFET (2N7013) u neuobi\u010dajenom 4-pinskom DIP ku\u0107i\u0161tu. Ovo su sasvim sigurno komponente pretvara\u010da niskog u visoki izmjeni\u010dni impulsni napon za pobu\u0111ivanje ultrazvu\u010dnog senzora 50 kHz\/200-400V.<\/p>\n<p>Ultrazvu\u010dni pretvara\u010d (transduktor), iako nema nikakvih oznaka, vjerojatno je iz SensComp 7000 serije. Radi se o 50 kHz elektrostati\u010dkom ultrazvu\u010dnom senzoru kojim je u najboljem slu\u010daju mogu\u0107e mjeriti udaljenosti u rasponu 2,5 cm &#8211; 15,2 m. Ve\u0107 smo opisali kod <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2021\/01\/17\/dimension-master-plus-tapeless-measure-calculator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dimension Master Plus &#8211; Tapeless Measure Calculatora<\/a> da su najve\u0107e i najmanje mjerljive udaljenosti ograni\u010dene poja\u010danjem, kvalitetom i selektivno\u0161\u0107u samog mjernog poja\u010dala. Najmanja mjerljiva udaljenost ovisi o mogu\u0107nosti detektorskog poja\u010dala da dio raspr\u0161ene energije odaslanog impulsa koji je tek krenuo od senzora ne prepozna kao vra\u0107eni odjek. Stoga se detektorsko poja\u010dalo uklju\u010duje tek nakon \u0161to se odaslani impuls dovoljno udaljio od senzora, a to je u praksi oko pola metra. Zbog toga vrlo male udaljenosti nisu mjerljive ovakvom vrstom senzora. Najve\u0107a mjerljiva udaljenost naravno ovisi o snazi odaslanog impulsa, odnosno vra\u0107enog odjeka, dakle o maksimalnom poja\u010danju detektorskog poja\u010dala, no tako\u0111er s pove\u0107anjem udaljenosti odaslani zvu\u010dni impuls postaje sve \u0161iri i nepogodan za precizno mjerenje na malim povr\u0161inama. Zvu\u010dni val se osim u glavnoj latici \u0161iri i u bo\u010dnim laticama koje se tako\u0111er mogu reflektirati i dovesti do pogre\u0161ke mjerenja. Da se smanje mogu\u0107nosti ne\u017eeljenih detekcija poja\u010danje detektorskog poja\u010dala mora biti promjenjivo, tako da je najmanje u prvim milisekundama kad se o\u010dekuje najja\u010di odjek od bliskih predmeta, a zatim se sinkronizirano poja\u010dava s protekom vremena, odnosno kako se o\u010dekuju sve slabiji odjeci sa udaljenijih predmeta.
