Prvi proizvod tvrtke bio je jednokanalni osciloskop za frekvencije do 5 MHz, a osim osciloskopa tvrtka je tijekom svojeg postojanja proizvodila i analizatore spektra, generatore funkcija, RF generatore, modularne laboratorijske mjerne komponente i laboratorijska napajanja. Hameg je razvio dva proizvodna pogona u Njema\u010dkoj i jedan u Francuskoj. Tijekom 2005. godine tvrtku Hameg kupila je njema\u010dka tvrtka Rohde &amp; Schwarz, no proizvodi su se i dalje prodavali pod markom Hameg sve do 2012. godine kada je lansiran novi logotip koji je sadr\u017eavao imena obje tvrtke: Rohde &amp; Schwarz i Hameg. Ovaj osciloskop generalno gledano sadr\u017ei sve osnovne funkcije koje \u0107emo na\u0107i kod bilo kojeg analognog dvokanalnog osciloskopa sa zajedni\u010dkom vremenskom bazom, s time da ima vrlo dobro razvijene mogu\u0107nosti automatskog i ru\u010dnog pode\u0161avanja okidanja vremenske baze za dobivanje ispravnog prikaza dvaju nesinkroniziranih signala, zatim vrlo slo\u017eenih i aperiodi\u010dkih signala, te signala sa puno \u0161uma i interferencija. U kutu gore desno smje\u0161tena je sklopka AT\/NORM. kojom se prebacuje izme\u0111u automatskog i normalnog (ru\u010dnog) namje\u0161tanja praga okidanja. Ru\u010dno namje\u0161tanje praga okidanja vr\u0161i se potenciometrom LEVEL i ovdje horizontalna crta nije vidljiva na ekranskom prikazu kada nema ulaznog signala. Ru\u010dno namje\u0161tanje okidanja uklju\u010diti \u0107emo na takvim slo\u017eenim ili izobli\u010denim signalima gdje automatsko okidanje ne radi dovoljno dobro. \u00a0Ispod ovih kontrola nalazi se BNC priklju\u010dnica (TRIG. INP.) preko koje mo\u017eemo dovesti neki vanjski signal za kontrolu okidanja (uklju\u010duje se sklopkom EXT.)\u00a0 Naravno, kao i kod svakog osciloskopa za okidanje mo\u017eemo izabrati i neku vertikalnu razinu ulaznih signala na A ili B kanalu. Sklopka ozna\u010dena sa TV je predefinirana funkcija okidanja za selektivni prikaz odre\u0111enih segmenata slo\u017eenog kompozitnog video signala koji su definirani sinkronizacijskim horizontalnim (H) i vertikalni impulsima (V). Desno od nje je sklopka sa kojom se mo\u017ee ograni\u010diti frekvencijski opseg u kojem \u0107e se ponavljati okida\u010dki impulsi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AC: 10 Hz &#8211; 10 MHz (op\u0107enito za sve signale gdje se istosmjerna komponenta istih neutralizira)<\/li>\n<li>DC: 0 &#8211; 10 MHz (op\u0107enito za sve signale sa uklju\u010denom istosmjernom komponentom)<\/li>\n<li>HF: 1,5 kHz &#8211; 40 MHz (posebno prilago\u0111eno za visoke frekvencije, za RF mjerenja)<\/li>\n<li>LF: 0 &#8211; 1 kHz (posebno prilago\u0111eno za niske frekvencije)<\/li>\n<li>\u0334 : 50 Hz (okidanje frekvencijom gradske mre\u017ee, posebno prilago\u0111eno za mjerenja na sklopovima koji rade na frekvenciji gradske mre\u017ee)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kad radimo istovremeno na oba kanala, odnosno istovremeno sa dva razli\u010dita signala, tada je mogu\u0107e uklju\u010diti naizmjeni\u010dno okidanje frekvencijama jednog i drugog kanala kako bi oba prikaza signala bila mirna iako su im za to potrebne razli\u010dite frekvencije vremenske baze (ALT +\/-). Jo\u0161 jedna dodatna funkcija za kontrolu okidanja vremenske baze je HOLD OFF. Ovim potenciometrom se zapravo ubacuje odre\u0111eno vrijeme zadr\u0161ke izme\u0111u dvije ponavljaju\u0107e periode pilastog napona (sweep) za kontrolu vremenske baze. Time se kontrolira ispravan prikaz signala koji se sastoje od raznih aperiodi\u010dnih nizova impulsa (burstovi), dakle signala koji se sastoje od relativno kratkih serija impulsa izme\u0111u kojih se nalazi relativno velika pauza. Potenciometrom HOLD OFF se smanjuje vrijeme prikaza tih pauza na ekranu tako da kratkotrajni burstovi ispravno okidaju vremensku bazu za dobivanje (relativnog) mirnog prikaza, odnosno dovoljno mirnog da se mogu mjeriti duljine burstova i pauza. Rezolucija ekrana (mre\u017ea 10&#215;9) \u0107e u digitalnom na\u010dinu rada \u00a0biti 2048 to\u010dkica horizontalno i 256 to\u010dkica vertikalno, odnosno 200&#215;28 to\u010dkica po jednom pravokutniku mre\u017ee. Tipkom DOT J. uklju\u010dujemo funkciju spajanja to\u010dkica koje \u010dine digitalni prikaz signala \u010dime se dobiva bolji vizualni prikaz pojedinih vrsta signala, odnosno dobiva se dojam ve\u0107e razlu\u010divosti prikaza. Digitalni na\u010din rada prakti\u010dno je najvi\u0161e primjenjiv za analizu signala koji nemaju periodi\u010dko ponavljanje (stalno se mijenjaju) i gdje je onda potrebno zamrznuti sliku da bi se vidio i prou\u010dio oblik signala u nekom trenutku. Stoga su omogu\u0107ene opcije trenutnog zamrzavanja prikaza 1. kanala i\/ili 2. kanala (HOLD I \/ HOLD II). Ovim opcijama \u0107e se zamrznuti trenutni prikaz i isti \u0107e ostati takav sve dokle god smo u digitalnom na\u010dinu rada. Ugra\u0111ena je jo\u0161 jedna opcija zamrzavanja trenutnog prikaza (SIGLE), gdje \u0107e se prikaz zamrznuti u tom trenutku jednako kao i HOLD I \/ HOLD II, no ovo zamrzavanje nije trajno, kontinuitet signala se u pozadini prati i dalje, te se pritiskom na tipku RESET ekranski prikaz automatski odmrzne i ponovno zamrzne u trenutku koji odgovara novom pritisku tipke RESET. Ovim testerom mogu\u0107e je detektirati kratki spoj te u odre\u0111enim okvirima provjeriti ispravnost otpornika, dioda, tranzistora, tiristora, kondenzatora i zavojnica (transformatora). Tako\u0111er je mogu\u0107e provjeriti i neke spojeve navedenih elemenata unutar elektri\u010dnih krugova. Tester ima dvije priklju\u010dnice (COMPONENT TESTER i GD &#8211; masa), te ovisno o tome koji elektroni\u010dki element, koje elektrode tranzistora i tiristora, odnosno koje kombinacije elemenata se na njih spoje to \u0107e na ekranu biti prikazan specifi\u010dni geometrijski oblik. Tako\u0111er, potrebno je izvr\u0161iti manje korekcije (kalibracije) vertikalnog i horizontalnog prikaza signala (poja\u010danje vertikalnih pretpoja\u010dala i korekcija oblika pilastog napona vremenske baze).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREKLOPNICI ULAZNOG ATENUATORA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ovim preklopnicima pode\u0161avamo amplitudu signala za prikaz na ekranu, odnosno ovisno o amplitudi samog ulaznog signala prilago\u0111avamo veli\u010dinu amplitude za najbolji prikaz na ekranu. Kod Hameg HM 205-3 sklopke atenuatora za oba kanala imaju 10 pozicija kojima se bira 10 razina napona kalibriranih sa mre\u017eom ekrana. Primjerice, ukoliko atenuator postavimo na vrijednost 5V onda \u0107e ulazni signal amplitude 5V na ekranu biti prikazan sa visinom (amplitudom) koja odgovara jednoj vertikalnoj podjeli ekrana. Ako za isti signal od 5V prebacimo atenuator na poziciju 1V, onda \u0107e prikaz signala na ekranu visinom dostizati 5 vertikalnih podjela ekrana jer sada jedna podjela odgovara amplitudi od 1V. Kalibriranim atenuatorom dakle mo\u017eemo mjeriti visinu amplitude ulaznog napona. Ponekad nam nije bitno mjeriti to\u010dnu vrijednost amplitude napona, nego je zgodnije dobiti \u0161to bolji prikaz\/polo\u017eaj signala po visini (npr. za usporedbu dva signala) pa se u tom slu\u010daju mo\u017eemo poslu\u017eiti potenciometrom u sredini sklopke kojim se amplituda prikaza mo\u017ee fino korigirati u omjeru 2,5:1 za svaku skokovitu vrijednost atenuatora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/hameg_hm205_3_13.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[10397]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10410\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/hameg_hm205_3_13.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1311\" height=\"1127\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/hameg_hm205_3_13.jpg 1311w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/hameg_hm205_3_13-300x258.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/hameg_hm205_3_13-768x660.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/hameg_hm205_3_13-1024x880.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1311px) 100vw, 1311px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kod boljih analognih osciloskopa sklopke za ulazne vertikalne atenuatore obi\u010dno su prili\u010dno slo\u017eene. Ove sklopke (kao i ona za vremensku bazu) naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e su kontrole koje se koriste u radu sa osciloskopom pa \u010desto i najprije dolazi do njihovog tro\u0161enja ili drugih neispravnosti. Na \u017ealost, svaki tip osciloskopa u pravilu ima druga\u010diji tip ove sklopke i one su uvijek specijalne izvedbe te ih nije mogu\u0107e zamijeniti nekim univerzalnim rje\u0161enjima. Time je izbjegnuta potreba za sklopkom, no mjernih opsega je malo (dva ili tri) i isti nisu kalibrirani. Kod ne\u0161to boljih osciloskopa, otpornici su zamijenjeni kompenzacijskim RC mre\u017eama, odnosno tzv. otporni\u010dko-kapacitivnim kompenzacijskim djeliteljem napona, koji opet mogu biti povezani preko vi\u0161e ulaznih uti\u010dnica ili se preklapaju preko sklopke (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2020\/03\/17\/osciloskop-precision-paco-s-51\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Osciloskop Precision Paco S-51<\/a>). Naime, ovakvim krugom se kompenzira parazitski kapacitet koji sadr\u017ee sami mjerni kablovi (sonde) i koji je to izra\u017eeniji \u0161to je frekvencija signala koji se vodi preko njih ve\u0107a. Stoga, \u0161to su signali manjih amplituda i vi\u0161ih frekvencija to mjerne sonde moraju biti kvalitetnije i bolje oklopljene kako bi \u0161to manje izobli\u010davale i gu\u0161ile mjereni signal i bile \u0161to otpornije na indukciju vanjskih stranih elektri\u010dnih polja koja su neizbje\u017ena u okru\u017eenju jedne radne stanice za elektroniku.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: mjesto.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kod Hamega HM 205-3 za njegovih 10 atenuatora koriste se tri zasebne kompenzacijske RC mre\u017ee: jedna za 5, 10, 20 i 50 mV, jedna za 0,1, 0,2 i 0,5 V i jedna za 1, 2 i 5 V. Mre\u017ee se preklapaju na oba kraja za \u0161to su potrebna dva segmenta 10-polo\u017eajnih sklopki. Nadalje, za svaki pojedina\u010dni stupanj atenuacije potreban je zasebni otpornik u ulaznom krugu pretpoja\u010dala, za \u0161to je potreban i jo\u0161 jedan segment 10-polo\u017eajne sklopke. Tako za svaki kanal imamo slo\u017eenu atenuatorsku sklopku koja se sastoji od 3 dvostruka segmenta sa po 3 kontakta 10-polo\u017eajne sklopke, odnosno na izlazu dobivamo 18 pinova koji se za svaki polo\u017eaj atenuatora preklapaju na specifi\u010dan na\u010din.<\/p>\n<p>Vidimo da su kontaktni dijelovi ove slo\u017eene sklopke zatvoreni u plasti\u010dna ku\u0107i\u0161ta tako da problem ovdje vjerojatno ne predstavlja natalo\u017eena pra\u0161ina ve\u0107 istro\u0161enost kontaktnih spojeva. Ukoliko se upustite u \u010di\u0161\u0107enje ovakvih slo\u017eenih sklopki svakako trebate biti opremljeni lemilicama za ja\u010de i fino lemljenje kako bi mogli lemiti metalne oklope na masu za koje je potrebna ve\u0107a snaga lemilice, a tako\u0111er i kontakte sklopke na tiskane vodove za \u0161to je potrebna lemilica sa tankim vrhom manje snage. Tako\u0111er je nu\u017eno imati neki alat za pojedina\u010dno izlemljivanje (sisaljku) jer je nemogu\u0107e istovremeno zagrijavati sve pinove preklopnika. \u010ci\u0161\u0107enje kliznih kontakata je potrebno raditi vrlo strpljivo i oprezno jer se lako napravi vi\u0161e \u0161tete nego koristi. Nikakvi grubi brusni papiri ne dolaze u obzir. Ukoliko se prljav\u0161tina nikako ne mo\u017ee o\u010distiti kemijskim putem, mo\u017ee se uzeti fini vodobrusni papir koji se natopi kontakt sprejem ili nekim sredstvom za \u010di\u0161\u0107enje. Problem je kod ovih sklopki \u0161to se ne mogu adekvatno isprobati nakon \u010di\u0161\u0107enja, prije nego se potpuno sklope i ugrade u osciloskop. Same sklopke svakako ne trpe puno rastavljanja i sastavljanja tako da \u010di\u0161\u0107enje treba dobro obaviti ve\u0107 kod prvog rastavljanja.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon na\u0161eg \u010di\u0161\u0107enja sklopke su proradile barem 90% bolje nego prije, te je sada osciloskop sasvim prikladan za ugodan rad. Uslijedila je fina kalibracija amplitude napona pomo\u0107u trimer potenciometara na ulaznim pretpoja\u010dalima, te korekcija geometrije prikaza signala pode\u0161avanjem oblika pilastog napona za vremensku bazu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Slijede\u0107e slike prikazuju prijelaz iz analognog u digitalni na\u010din rada. U prikazu \u010distih jednostavnih signala (sinusni, pravokutni, trokutasti itd.) sa \u0161irokom vremenskom bazom gotovo i nema razlike u analognom i digitalnom na\u010dinu rada, no kad se odabere neki signal sa ve\u0107om gusto\u0107om tu ve\u0107 ograni\u010denja u rezoluciji i memoriji digitalnog prikaza dolaze vi\u0161e do izra\u017eaja. Odabrali smo FM i AM modulirane signale na kojima razlika u analognom i digitalnom prikazu ve\u0107 dosta vidljiva. Jednako tako proizvode se i analogni osciloskopi (sa CRT ekranom) kojima je po\u010detna cijena tako\u0111er negdje oko 1600 kn. No ukoliko \u017eelite kupiti novi analogni osciloskop sa mogu\u0107nostima koje ima na\u0161 Hameg HM 205-3 cijena \u0107e narasti na 6000 kn. Za te novce se naravno mo\u017ee kupiti i bolji digitalni osciloskop, no oni najbolji \u0107e dose\u0107i cijene od 150 000 kn i vi\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>Ove podatke naveli smo iz razloga da se vidi kako kod odabira osciloskopa treba u prvom redu vidjeti koje su na\u0161e stvarne potrebe, odnosno koja mjerenja primarno \u017eelimo sa istim raditi. Za neka mjerenja \u0107e bolji biti analogni, a za neka digitalni osciloskop. Negdje \u0107e biti dovoljan model sa osnovnim funkcijama, no negdje je potreban kvalitetniji osciloskop sa vi\u0161e mogu\u0107nosti i boljim karakteristikama.<\/p>\n<p>Ako gledamo ni\u017ei cjenovni razred, odnosno treba nam osnovni osciloskop za povremena neprofesionalna mjerenja, onda je osnovna prednost analognog osciloskopa bolji prikaz signala, a osnovna prednost digitalnog osciloskopa je bolja matemati\u010dka obrada signala. To zna\u010di ako radimo sa brzim signalima neponavljaju\u0107eg karaktera (poput muzi\u010dkih audio signala) ili radimo u X-Y modu (stvaranje Lissajusovih krivulja, crte\u017ea ili u kona\u010dnici video slike) onda je bolji analogni osciloskop jer mo\u017ee prikazati finije pojedinosti signala. Ukoliko pak nam je va\u017enije elektri\u010dno mjerenje i precizna analiza jednostavnih ponavljaju\u0107ih valnih oblika (sinusni, pravokutni, trokutasti i sli\u010dni valni oblici) tada je bolji digitalni osciloskop jer \u0107emo dobiti izravna o\u010ditanja frekvencije, amplitude, faze i svih drugih karakteristika takvih oblika. Naravno ako kupimo neki digitalni ili digitalno\/analogni osciloskop za 20 tisu\u0107a eura on \u0107e vjerojatno zadovoljiti i jedna i druga mjerenja, no digitalni prikaz signala \u0107e se uvijek razlikovati od analognog. Trenutno je najbolja kombinacija za amaterske uvjete imati neki novi digitalni osciloskop (cca 300 eura) i neki rabljeni analogni osciloskop (cca 100-300 eura). Naime, za 400-600 eura ne\u0107emo kupiti jedan osciloskop koji bi bio bolji od ove kombinacije dva osciloskopa.<\/p>\n<p>Hameg HM 205-3 je dakle i danas vrlo iskoristiv osciloskop. Najve\u0107i problem kod svih analognih osciloskopa starih nekoliko desetaka godina je lo\u0161e funkcioniranje dijelova koji se s vremenom normalno tro\u0161e, a to su slo\u017eeni mehani\u010dki preklopnici za ulazne atenuatore i vremensku bazu. Stoga je prilikom kupnje osciloskopa potrebno provjeriti ove kontrole jer \u0107e popravci istih biti te\u0161ki i neki puta i neizvedivi. Najbolje je imati analogni osciloskop kod kojih su te sklopke rije\u0161ene na digitalan na\u010din, a takvi osciloskopi osim odli\u010dnog analognog prikaza omogu\u0107uju i automatska osnovna mjerenja signala kao i mjerne markere prikazane izravno na ekranu. Problem je jedino \u0161to \u0107emo takve osciloskope te\u0161ko na\u0107i u prodaji i \u0161to sigurno ne\u0107e biti jeftini.
