METRE Type TO 202, proizvod francuske tvrtke Ferisol iz 1966. godine. Kroz \u010ditavo razdoblje je proizvodila profesionalne NF, VF i RF (do 40 GHz) mjerne ure\u0111aje za vojne i civilne potrebe: \u00a0signal generatori, oscilatori snage, analizatori spektra, pulsni generatori, osciloskopi, mjera\u010di frekvencije, Q-metri, SWR metri, RF vatmetri, reflektometri i voltmetri, RF poja\u010dala, atenuatori, umjetna optere\u0107enja i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Na na\u0161em instrumentu vidimo naziv T.O.S. METRE, odnosno francusku kraticu TOS (<strong><span dir=\"ltr\">T<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\">aux d&#8217;<\/span><strong><span dir=\"ltr\">o<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\">nde <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\"><strong>s<\/strong>tationnaire<\/span>), a to je mjerna jedinica koja ozna\u010dava postotnu vrijednost napona reflektiranog vala u odnosu na direktni val.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TOS = 100 (Ur \/ Ud)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TOS je donekle zastarjela jedinica i nije se svugdje koristila. Uobi\u010dajeno se koristi jedinica VSWR koja se definira kao omjer stojnih valova, odnosno omjer zbroja i razlike susjednih maksimuma napona (Ud+Ur) i minimuma napona (Ud-Ur) direktnog i reflektiranog vala za jednu odre\u0111enu frekvenciju. Za SWR (VSWR) francuzi imaju kraticu ROS (<strong>R<\/strong>apport d&#8217;<strong>o<\/strong>ndes <strong>s<\/strong>tationnaires).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ROS = VSWR = (Ud+Ur) \/ (Ud-Ur)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vidimo da su TOS i ROS (VSWR) matemati\u010dki povezane veli\u010dine i obje prikazuju odnos direktnog i reflektiranog vala samo su izra\u017eene na druga\u010diji na\u010din, pa vrijedi relacija:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<strong>TOS = 100 (VSWR-1) \/ (VSWR+1)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er, instrument ima kalibriranu skalu i za mjerenje faktora (koeficijenta) refleksije, a to je omjer reflektiranog napona (Ur)\u00a0 i direktnog napona (Ud).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fr = Ur \/ Ud<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vra\u0107eni reflektirani val ne mo\u017ee biti ve\u0107i od poslanog direktnog vala pa je faktor refleksije je uvijek negativan. Stoga je \u010detvrta skala na na\u0161em instrumentu ba\u017edarena od 0 &#8211; 1. \u0160to je faktor refleksije manji to je i reflektirani napon manji, a time su onda tako\u0111er manji TOS i ROS (VSWR) odnosno antena je bolje pode\u0161ena. Kako su sve ove tri veli\u010dine povezane mo\u017ee se izvesti i slijede\u0107a relacija:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TOS = 100 Fr<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na na\u0161em instrumentu skala za mjerenje faktora refleksije uskla\u0111ena je s prvom skalom za mjerenje VSWR-a (1-beskona\u010dno). To zna\u010di ako na primjer izmjereni ROS (VSWR) na prvoj skali ima vrijednost 3,5 onda paralelno na \u010detvrtoj skali mo\u017eemo o\u010ditati i pripadaju\u0107i faktor refleksije od 0,56 odnosno taj faktor refleksije mo\u017eemo lako prera\u010dunati u TOS tako da ga pomno\u017eimo sa 100 i dobivamo TOS od 56%.<\/p>\n<p>Vi\u0161e o mjernim jedinicama i mjerenju SWR-a mo\u017eete pro\u010ditati u objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2017\/02\/03\/mjerenja-na-antenama-swr-pwr-fs-modulation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MJERENJA NA ANTENAMA \u2013 SWR, PWR, FS, MODULATION<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ljubazno\u0161\u0107u gospodina Aleksandera \u017derjala iz Sektorja letalskih telekomunikacij Kontrole zra\u010dnega prometa Slovenije pribavili smo originalnu dokumentaciju za T.O.S. METRE Type TO 202 i Type TO 401. Ova dva mjera\u010da razlikuju se samo u radnom frekvencijskom opsegu pa tako TO 202 radi u opsegu 65-500 MHz, a TO 401 u opsegu 250-920 MHz.<\/p>\n<p>T.O.S. METRE Type TO 202 se u osnovi sastoji od slijede\u0107ih funkcijskih sklopova:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>VF oscilator frekvencijskog opsega 65-500 MHz (VFO)<\/li>\n<li>NF modulator pravokutnim naponom frekvencije 1 kHz<\/li>\n<li>niskopropusni filtar 530 MHz<\/li>\n<li>usmjerni spre\u017enik (directional coupler)<\/li>\n<li>mjerno poja\u010dalo (selektivni voltmetar 1 kHz)<\/li>\n<li>mre\u017eno napajanje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/vswr_tos_metre_to202_48.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[10643]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10692\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/vswr_tos_metre_to202_48.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"677\" height=\"262\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Blok shema SWR metra T.O.S. METRE Type TO 202 jednostavna je kao i shema svakog drugog sli\u010dnog SWR metra. Pomo\u0107u VFO-a namjesti se frekvencija (u opsegu 65-500 MHz) na kojoj \u017eelimo ispitati antenu (FREQUENCE). Oscilator se mo\u017ee amplitudno modulirati pravokutnim signalom frekvencije 1 kHz (MODULATION). VF energija iz oscilatora uzima se preko induktivne sprege i vodi na nisko-propusni filtar (530 MHz) kojim se filtriraju vi\u0161i harmonici koje proizvodi oscilator. Induktivna sprega izme\u0111u oscilatora i filtra mo\u017ee se mehani\u010dki pode\u0161avati (TARAGE-GROS) tako da se uzima vi\u0161e ili manje VF energije. Ovime se ugrubo vr\u0161i kalibracija instrumenta s obzirom na visinu VF napona (amplitude). VF signal se zatim preko usmjernog spre\u017enika vodi na antenu koja se ispituje (CHARGE) te se u direktnom smjeru (TARAGE) vr\u0161i kalibracija instrumenta na puni otklon (TARAGE-GROS-FIN). Usmjerni spre\u017enik se zatim prebacuje u polo\u017eaj za mjerenje reflektiranog napona (MESURE) te se na odgovaraju\u0107em mjernom opsegu o\u010dita vrijednost reflektiranog napona, odnosno SWR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/vswr_tos_metre_to202_03.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[10643]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10646\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/vswr_tos_metre_to202_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1699\" height=\"1066\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/vswr_tos_metre_to202_03.jpg 1699w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/vswr_tos_metre_to202_03-300x188.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/vswr_tos_metre_to202_03-768x482.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/vswr_tos_metre_to202_03-1024x642.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1699px) 100vw, 1699px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>TARAGE &#8211; GROS je kontrola za pode\u0161avanje ja\u010dine signala uzetog sa VFO-a promjenom ja\u010dine induktivne sprege sa zavojnicom titrajnog kruga oscilatora. TARAGE &#8211; FIN je kontrola za kalibraciju nule pomo\u0107u potenciometra na izlaznom mjernom poja\u010dalu. Gumb za odabir frekvencije VFO-a (FREQUENCE) spregnut je sa mehani\u010dkim skalama.<\/p>\n<p>Kao \u0161to vidimo, ure\u0111aj je opremljen sa tri skale iscrtane na dva mehani\u010dki spregnuta koluta. Gornja skala na ve\u0107em prozor\u010di\u0107u kalibrirana je na stvarnoj frekvenciji oscilatora 65-500 MHz i ova skala je prili\u010dno nelinearna. Preostale dvije skale su linearne gdje ve\u0107a (gruba) ima oznake u rasponu 100 &#8211; 1900 (rezolucija 100), a manja (fina) ima oznake 0 &#8211; 100 (rezolucija 0,5). Slijede mre\u017eni osigura\u010di, mre\u017ena uti\u010dnica i sklopka primarnih namota mre\u017enog transformatora za prilagodbu na mre\u017eu 115 V ili 230 V.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mjerenje se vr\u0161i sli\u010dno kao i sa svakim drugim VSWR metrom sa jednim instrumentom koji ima sklopku kojom se prebacuju dva potrebna mjerenja: prvo mjerenje direktnog napona (FWD) radi kalibracije kazaljke instrumenta na puni otklon, a zatim mjerenje reflektiranog napona (REF). U na\u0161em slu\u010daju ta sklopka ima oznake TARAGE (direktni napon) &#8211; MESURE (reflektirani napon).<\/p>\n<p>Mjerenje se vr\u0161i amplitudno moduliranim VF naponom, a za mjerni instrument se selektivno izdvaja samo NF komponenta frekvencije 1 kHz. Time se uvelike pojednostavlju zahtjevi za mjerne krugove koji na taj na\u010din ne moraju biti konstruirani za VF nego za NF mjerenja.<\/p>\n<p>Kalibracija ure\u0111aja Ferisol TO202 za mjerenje VSWR-a:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sklopku MODULATIN na stra\u017enjoj strani ure\u0111aja postaviti prema gore (M &#8211; uklju\u010dena modulacija).<\/li>\n<li>Potenciometre TARAGE za grubo (GROS) i fino (FIN) pode\u0161avanje postaviti na minimun (krajnji desni polo\u017eaj).<\/li>\n<li>Sklopku na prednjoj plo\u010di postaviti u polo\u017eaj TARAGE.<\/li>\n<li>Potenciometrima TARAGE za grubo (GROS) i fino (FIN) pode\u0161avanje dovesti kazaljku instrumenta na puni otklon (simbol beskona\u010dno).<\/li>\n<li>Kalibraciju je potrebno izvr\u0161iti za svaku promjenu radne frekvencije.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Mjerenje VSWR-a:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pritisnuti crvenu sklopku TARAGE &#8220;1 &#8211; \u221e&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Sklopku na prednjoj plo\u010di postaviti u polo\u017eaj MESURE.<\/li>\n<li>Ako je VSWR manji od 2,1 promijeniti mjerni opseg pritiskom na sklopku \u00a0&#8220;1 &#8211; 2,1&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Ako je VSWR manji od 1,3 promijeniti mjerni opseg pritiskom na sklopku &#8220;1 &#8211; 1,3&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Zahvaljuju\u0107i ugra\u0111enom kvalitetnom VFO-u i niskopropusnom filtru ure\u0111aj T.O.S. METRE Type TO 202 mo\u017ee se koristiti i kao generator RF signala u rasponu 65-500 MHz. Ukoliko \u017eelimo \u010dist nemodulirani VF signal modulacija se mo\u017ee po potrebi isklju\u010diti prekida\u010dem na zadnjoj strani ure\u0111aja. Stoga su oscilatora visokog Q-faktora aktivni element (trioda ili tranzistor) te elementi titrajnog kruga (zavojnica i kondenzator) geometrijski konstruirani i elektri\u010dni povezani u jedinstvenu spregnutu cjelinu gdje se posebna pa\u017enja posve\u0107uje svim prijelaznim otporima izme\u0111u elemenata. Kod dizajna takvih sklopova sa visokim Q-faktorom prvenstveno se te\u017ei minimiziranju omskih otpora (spojeva i poveznih vodova) te induktivnosti jer zavojnice unose najve\u0107i omski otpor. Stoga ovdje zavojnicu predstavlja tek jedan navoj (petlja) unutar koje su izravno spojene plo\u010de promjenjivog kondenzatora.<\/p>\n<p>Kod elemenata koji rade na visokim frekvencijama do izra\u017eaja dolazi i pojava &#8220;skin-efekta&#8221;, odnosno koncentracije glavnine struje na povr\u0161ini vodi\u010da, dok u unutra\u0161njosti ona gotovo i te\u010de. Ovo posebno dolazi do izra\u017eaja kod promjenjivih plo\u010dastih kondenzatora gdje onda struja ima specifi\u010dan na\u010din rasprostiranja samo po povr\u0161ini plo\u010da, a ne i po unutra\u0161njosti, \u010dime je znatno smanjen ukupni iskoristivi volumen plo\u010da i sukladno tome pove\u0107an ukupni omski otpor. Tako\u0111er, mali promjer same osovine kojom su povezane plo\u010de uvelike smanjuje iskoristivu povr\u0161inu za protok struje.<\/p>\n<p>Naravno, na ukupnu stabilnost oscilatora utje\u010de i sama mehani\u010dka i temperaturna stabilnost elemenata tako da su na\u010din monta\u017ee elemenata titrajnog kruga i sistem okretanja plo\u010da promjenjivog kondenzatora izrazito precizni, \u010dvrsti i robusni.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161 oscilator mora linearno pokrivati vrlo \u0161irok raspon frekvencija (65-500 MHz), a to je postignuto posebnim oblikom plo\u010da promjenjivog kondenzatora (leptirasti oblik) i posebnom spregom plo\u010da kondenzatora sa prstenom zavojnice tako da se kod pode\u0161avanja frekvencije istovremeno mijenja i kapacitet i induktivitet titrajnog kruga. Kada su plo\u010de potpuno preklopljene kapacitet je najve\u0107i, a ujedno je najve\u0107i i induktivitet jer se kliza\u010d nalazi na rubu prstena zavojnice. U tom polo\u017eaju rezonantna frekvencija titrajnog kruga je najni\u017ea. Kako se plo\u010da rotora promjenjivog kondenzatora okre\u0107e prema minimalnom preklapanju kapacitet se smanjuje, no tako\u0111er se preko kliza\u010da koji spaja rotor sa prstenom zavojnice istovremeno smanjuje i aktivni dio samog prstena zavojnice \u010dime se onda smanjuje i induktivitet. Ovim paralelnim pode\u0161avanjem oba elementa titrajnog kruga posti\u017ee se vrlo \u0161irok raspon uga\u0111anja rezonantnih frekvencija i ovakva izvedba titrajnog kruga je poznata pod nazivom &#8220;Butterfly RF tank&#8221;. Svaki od ta dva spregnuta senzora dakle mjeri napon u suprotnom smjeru pa su stoga zaklju\u010dani otpornicima u suprotnim smjerovima i naravno VF napon se ispravlja preko dioda na suprotnim krajevima.
