Njihovo partnerstvo je u 1940-tim i 1950-tim godinama inkorporirano u tvrtku Hewlett-Packard (HP). Prvi financijski uspje\u0161an proizvod tvrtke HP bio je audio oscilator \u010diju amplitudu je stabilizirala mala \u017earuljica sa \u017earnom niti, predstavljen 1939. godine. Zahvaljuju\u0107i inovaciji sa stabilizatorskom \u017earuljicom njihovi oscilatori su bili bolji i stabilniji od konkurencije \u0161to im je omogu\u0107ilo prodor na tr\u017ei\u0161te. U 1940-tim godinama HP-ova proizvodna linija osim audio oscilatora, ve\u0107 je uklju\u010divala i valne analizatore, analizatore izobli\u010denja, generatore audio signala i cijevne voltmetre, a zapo\u0161ljavala je 200 ljudi. Danas je tvrtka HP jedna od najve\u0107ih svjetskih tehnolo\u0161kih kompanija sa preko 330 000 zaposlenih. Ima odvojene X-Y ulaze ali tako\u0111er i ugra\u0111enu vlastitu vremensku bazu. Glavne odlike ovog osciloskopa su mogu\u0107nost rada sa vrlo \u0161irokim rasponom ulaznih X i Y napona, \u0161irok raspon vremenskih baza sa automatskim okidanjem te veliki ekran sa mjernom mre\u017eom 10&#215;10 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Identi\u010dna vertikalna (Y) i horizontalna (X) poja\u010dala su vrlo osjetljiva (200 \u00b5V\/cm), a ulazni napon je mogu\u0107e atenuirati u 16 koraka tako da izravno mogu mjeriti naponi do 600 Vpp (20 V\/cm, odnosno 50 V\/cm sa ru\u010dnim VERNIER pode\u0161avanjem). Brzinu vremenske bazu mogu\u0107e je podesiti u opsegu od 1 \u00b5s\/cm do 5 s\/cm (sa ru\u010dnim VERNIER pode\u0161avanjem ista se mo\u017ee smanjiti na \u010dak 12,5 s\/cm), a osim toga ugra\u0111ena je i funkcija uve\u0107anja (zumiranja) sredi\u0161njeg dijela vremenske baze u 6 koraka (od x1 do x50) \u010dime se mo\u017ee detaljno (uve\u0107ano) promatrati trenutno prikazani signal. Okida\u010d vremenske baze (trigger) mo\u017ee se sinkronizirati sa pozitivnom ili negativnom poluperiodom ulaznim signala (od -10V do +10V), mo\u017ee se odabrati sinkronizacija sa frekvencijom gradske mre\u017ee ili pak okidanje pomo\u0107u nekog vanjskog izvora signala koji se dovodi na krajnje desne priklju\u010dnice. Naravno, sve kontrole dopu\u0161taju i ru\u010dno, odnosno nekalibrirano pode\u0161avanje parametara (VERNIER).<\/p>\n<p>Sve u svemu ovaj cijevni osciloskop ima sve kontrole koje smo sretali i kod drugih cijevnih osciloskopa, no te kontrole su izuzetno dobro kalibrirane i razra\u0111ene da pokrivaju vrlo \u0161irok opseg pode\u0161avanja te se ovaj osciloskop svrstavao u kategoriju profesionalnih osciloskopa za laboratorijska, industrijska, medicinska i sli\u010dna mjerenja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a i dioda. Tranzistore najvi\u0161e nalazimo u ulaznim diferencijalnim X-Y pretpoja\u010dalima te u krugovima stabilizacije napona napajanja. Na zadnjoj strani ku\u0107i\u0161ta lijepo se vide \u010detiri tranzistora u krugu tranzistorskih serijskih regulatora napajanja za +12,5 V, +100 V, -100V i +250V. Ova \u010detiri napona uz izmjeni\u010dne napone grijanja elektronskih cijevi i napon za mre\u017eni trigger (6,3 V) \u010dine sve napone napajanja sklopovlja, s time da se visoki napon za CRT cijev (cca 3 kV) tako\u0111er dobiva iz ovih napona preko VN transformatora kojeg napaja cijevni oscilator.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/hp_130c_10.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[10777]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10787\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/hp_130c_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1122\" height=\"669\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/hp_130c_10.jpg 1122w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/hp_130c_10-300x179.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/hp_130c_10-768x458.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/hp_130c_10-1024x611.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1122px) 100vw, 1122px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na na\u0161oj blok shemi vidi se raspored pojedinih aktivnih elemenata unutar sklopovlja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/hp_130c_01.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[10777]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10778\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/hp_130c_01.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"2133\" height=\"1233\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ulazni atenuator sastoji se od dva identi\u010dna frekvencijski kompenzirana RC djelitelja napona kakva smo susretali i opisivali i kod svih ostalih osciloskopa. Izlazni signal iz atenuatora vodi se na prvo diferencijalno poja\u010dalo sa negativnom povratnom vezom, odnosno regulacijom poja\u010danja spregnutom sa atenuatorom. Drugo diferencijalno poja\u010dalo poja\u010dava napon na vrijednost potrebu za otklonske plo\u010de CRT cijevi. Vidimo kako su diferencijalna poja\u010dala dobro iskori\u0161tena za balansiranje i kontrolu poja\u010danih napona. Kako bi se dobio vertikalni pomak traga (kontrola POSITION) koristi se posebni strujni izvor kojim se povratnom vezom djeluje na kolektorske struje tranzistora u prvom stupanju diferencijalnog poja\u010dala \u0161to uzrokuje promjenu napona na mre\u017eicama izlaznog diferencijalnog poja\u010dala. Isti strujni izvor koristi i kod kontrole BEAM FINDER (brza detekcija pozicije traga ukoliko je isti iza\u0161ao negdje izvan prikaza ekrana) kojim se smanji struja i poja\u010danje izlaznog poja\u010dala, \u010dime se reducira i ja\u010dina otklona zrake pa ona postane vidljiva na ekranu.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0107 smo nau\u010dili da je najslo\u017eeniji sklop svakog osciloskopa njegova vremenska baza i okidanje iste. \u0160to je okidanje vremenske baze izvedeno bolje, to \u0107e se osciloskop lak\u0161e i stabilnije sinkronizirati sa ulaznim signalom, posebice ako radimo sa nekim slo\u017eenim signalima. Kod jednostavnijih cijevnih osciloskopa u oscilatoru vremenske baze (pilasti napon) obi\u010dno rade dvije-tri triode ili kombinacija triode i pentode, dok u na\u0161em slu\u010daju sklop vremenske baze \u010dini osam trioda, dvije pentode, tri diode (ukupno \u0161est elektronki) i jedan tranzistor. Time su ugra\u0111eni posebni okida\u010dki sklopovi kao i integrator za kontrolu generatora pilastog napona kako bi se dobio precizan horizontalni napon za najbolji prikaz ulaznog signala.<\/p>\n<p>Sva napajanja su, kao \u0161to se vidi na na\u0161oj shemi, stabilizirana tranzistorskim serijskim stabilizatorima napona, a za ispravljanje napona se koriste silicijske poluvodi\u010dke diode. Visoki napon dobiva se preko VN transformatora koji je tako\u0111er stabiliziran. Vizualno je uo\u010deno da je prija\u0161nji vlasnik odspojio dva izlazna tranzistora u krugovima serijske stabilizacije napona. Tako\u0111er, jedan kontakt na plo\u010dici regulatora napona je o\u0161te\u0107en, a uklonjen je i jedan tranzistor sa iste. Provjerom izlaznih tranzistora utvrdili smo da su isti ispravni pa smo ih ponovno spojili u krug. Nedostaju\u0107i tranzistor je senzorski tranzistor u krugu stabilizacije napona +100V (slijedi jo\u0161 driver i izlazni tranzistor). U originalu to je bio germanijski NPN tranzistor 2N1304 (25V\/0,3A), no ovdje \u0107e raditi gotovo pa bilo koji NPN tranzistor tako da smo mi ugradili ne\u0161to ja\u010di 2N1893 (80V\/0,5A). S obzirom da i dalje nismo imali napone +250V i +100V na izlazu iz regulatora, prona\u0161li smo da je neispravna i ispravlja\u010dka dioda u grani +100V koju smo zamijenili sa 1N4004 (400V\/1A). Tako\u0111er se uo\u010dava moderni tranzistor u crnom plasi\u010dnom ku\u0107i\u0161tu na donjem lijevom plo\u010dice. Ulazni atenuator, trigger, vremenska baza, opcija zumiranja i sve druge kontrole rade glatko i stabilno tako da se ima osje\u0107aj kako radimo sa nekim modernim osciloskopom, a ne sa ure\u0111ajem iz 1960-tih godina. Ovakav osciloskop se stvarno rijetko susre\u0107e u praksi i poseban je osje\u0107aj raditi na njemu. Sasvim sigurno ima najve\u0107i promjer ekrana od svih analognih osciloskopa op\u0107enito, a te\u0161ko da \u0107emo mu na\u0107i konkurenciju i glede ulazne osjetljivosti te raspona odabira ulaznih napona i vremenskih baza.
