U po\u010detku je proizvodila male baterijske radio prijemnike, a kasnije i ve\u0107e prijemnike te primopredajnike. Ve\u0107 1966. godine tvrtka Standard u\u0161la je u partnerski odnos sa tvrtkom Marantz (osnovana 1953. u New Yorku, SAD, kasnije preseljena u Japan) koja je proizvodila visokokvalitetne audio ure\u0111aje, da bi 1975. godine Standard Radio Corporation promijenio ime u Marantz Japan, Inc. U 1980-tim godinama Standard\/Marantz je proizveo serije svojih vrlo popularnih STANDARD primopredajnika poput C500, C5200, C55 i C-528 te se razvoj sve boljih i kvalitetnijih primopredajnika nastavio i u 1990-tim godinama. Tijekom 1998. godine tvrtku Standard kupuje Yaesu, a Yaesu kasnije kupuje Motorola. Danas je robna marka Standard jo\u0161 uvijek zadr\u017eana u ozna\u010davanju nekih tipova primopredajnika kao naslje\u0111e tvrtki Yaesu i Motorola (Vertex Standard).<\/p>\n<p>Primopredajnik Standard C500 omogu\u0107uje FM (\u00b15 kHz) komunikaciju na slijede\u0107im frekvencijskim opsezima:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>VHF: 144 &#8211; 147,995 MHz (TX\/RX)<\/li>\n<li>VHF: 130 &#8211; 169,995 MHz (RX)<\/li>\n<li>UHF: 438 &#8211; 449,995 MHz (TX\/RX)<\/li>\n<li>UHF: 418 &#8211; 469,995 MHz (RX)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prema tvorni\u010dkim specifikacijama prijemnik je osjetljivosti 0,15 \u00b5V (12 dB SINAD), a predajnik posti\u017ee izlaznu snagu od 3-5 W ovisno o upotrijebljenoj bateriji\/napajanju (9-16V). Na\u0161 ure\u0111aj ima ugra\u0111eno ku\u0107i\u0161te za smje\u0161taj \u0161est standardnih AA baterija od 1,5 V (ukupno 9 V), a najni\u017ei napon na kojem \u0107e jo\u0161 uvijek raditi funkcije primopredajnika je 5,5 V. Najve\u0107a potro\u0161nja struje je oko 1,3 A kod oda\u0161iljanja na punoj izlaznoj snazi. Sve u svemu Standard C500 po performansama, mogu\u0107nostima i funkcijama mo\u017ee parirati bilo kojem modernom ru\u010dnom primopredajniku za 144\/444 MHz s time da ima jednu posebnost: osim standardnog simpleksa i semidupleksa, omogu\u0107uje rad i full-dupleksom (radio-telefon) na na\u010din da je jedna frekvencija na VHF, a druga na UHF opsegu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/standard_c500_01.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[11133]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11134\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/standard_c500_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2394\" height=\"1587\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/standard_c500_01.jpg 2394w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/standard_c500_01-300x199.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/standard_c500_01-768x509.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/standard_c500_01-1024x679.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2394px) 100vw, 2394px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Najbolje je za po\u010detak pogledati blok shemu primopredajnika Standard C500. Kao primjer full-dupleksnog rada zelenom bojom smo istaknuli osnovne sklopove prijemnika na VHF opsegu i osnovne sklopove predajnika na UHF opsegu (mo\u017ee biti i obrnuto, prijemnik na UHF, a predajnik na VHF). Vidimo da je u tim slu\u010dajevima jedini zajedni\u010dki element prijemnika i predajnika PLL kristal 6,4 MHz, a mikrokontroler procesuira svega tri zajedni\u010dke dodirne to\u010dke prijemnika i predajnika: upravljanje dvjema zasebnim PLL petljama za kontrolu TX\/RX radne frekvencije i upravljanje prikazom S-metra za RX ili izlazne snage za TX. Mikrokontroler naravno povezuje i sve zajedni\u010dke vanjske funkcijske kontrole te displej sa krugovima prijemnika i predajnika (ozna\u010deno \u017euto) te upravlja elektroni\u010dkim sklopkama za uklju\u010divanje pojedinih sklopova ovisno o trenutnom na\u010dinu rada. No, jasno se vidi da su prijemnik i predajnik dva posve odvojena kruga, svaki sa svojom PLL petljom, \u010dime je uz antenski duplekser i odgovaraju\u0107u elektroni\u010dku kontrolu istovremenog rada prijemnika i predajnika omogu\u0107en full-dupleksni na\u010din rada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/standard_c500_08.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[11133]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11141\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/standard_c500_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1221\" height=\"1100\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/standard_c500_08.jpg 1221w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/standard_c500_08-300x270.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/standard_c500_08-768x692.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/standard_c500_08-1024x923.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1221px) 100vw, 1221px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>PLL krugovi (VHF i UHF) za kontrolu frekvencije u na\u010dinu rada se ne razlikuju od PLL krugova koje smo ve\u0107 opisivali kod drugih PLL-om kontroliranih primopredajnika. Tako se na\u0161i PLL-ovi kao i svaki drugi sastoje od kristalom kontroliranih referentnih oscilatora (6,4 MHz), programabilnih referentnih djelitelja i VCO-a (odvojeni za RX\/TX za VHF i UHF). Da ne ponavljamo pri\u010du, koga zanima kako radi PLL mo\u017ee pro\u010ditati npr. u objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2019\/11\/18\/rucni-vhf-fm-primopredajnici-ct-1600\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ru\u010dni VHF FM primopredajnici CT-1600<\/a>. Mo\u017eemo samo istaknuti da kod primopredajnika Standard C500 njegovi VCO-i daju gotove radne TX\/RX frekvencije, s tim da se RX VCO frekvencije za iznos MF od 55,05 MHz razlikuju od radnih frekvencija (kod VHF-a za +55,05 MHz, a kod UHF-a za -55,05 MHz). Preskaleri dijele izlazne frekvencije VCO-a (:64\/65 za VHF i :128\/129 za UHF) za povratnu usporedbu u PLL-u.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1605px) 100vw, 1605px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prijemnik je dvostruki superheterodin sa MF na 55,05 MHz i 455 kHz. Ulazni signal se prvo dovodi na duplekser koji se sastoji od nisko-propusnog filtra za VHF i pojasnog filtra za UHF. Zada\u0107a dupleksera je omogu\u0107avanje istovremenog rada prijemnika i predajnika preko jedne zajedni\u010dke antene \u0161to je temelj full-dupleksnog rada. Nakon dupleksera slijede stupnjevi prijemnika kao i kod svakog drugog dvostrukog heterodina. Kao neku specifi\u010dnost mo\u017eemo primijetiti da je 1. MF od 55,05 MHz filtrirana dvostrukim uparenim kristalnim filtrom, a za drugo mije\u0161anje i demodulaciju se koristi specijalizirani integrirani krug TK 10420 koji uz to sadr\u017ei i izlaz za S-metar i NF squelch kontrolu. Ovom integriranom krugu je za mije\u0161anje dodan kristalni oscilator 54,595 MHz te kerami\u010dki filtar za dobivenu 2. MF na 455 kHz. Izlazni NF signal dalje se vodi na de-emphasis filtar i muting krugove i u kona\u010dnici na audio pretpoja\u010dala i izlazno poja\u010dalo. Sve ovo je uobi\u010dajeno i kod ve\u0107ine drugih sli\u010dnih izvedbi FM prijemnika kakve smo sretali u na\u0161im objavama.<\/p>\n<p>Mikrofonski signal za modulaciju VCO-a predajnika standardno je pripremljen poja\u010dalima sa pre-emphasis filtrom radi boljeg FM prijenosa audio-frekvencijskog opsega i limiterom kako devijacija ne bi prelazila maksimalnih \u00b15 kHz. Problem koji smo odmah primijetili je nefunkcioniranje pojedinih tipki tastature. Na slikama se jasno mogu uo\u010diti prljavi i masni pojedini kontakti tipki na tiskanoj plo\u010dici jer se mogu\u0107e kroz otvore na ku\u0107i\u0161tu za gumenu tipkovnicu provukla kakva prljava teku\u0107ina. Nakon temeljitog \u010di\u0161\u0107enja kontakata tipkovnica je u potpunosti proradila. Ve\u0107i problem bi bio da se istro\u0161io ili uslijed prodora agresivnih teku\u0107ina isprao\/otopio vodljivi kontaktni film nanesen na gumene tipke tipkovnice. Na prvoj je mikrokontroler, LCD i tipkovnica, na drugoj plo\u010dici su komponente prijemnika nakon prvog mje\u0161anja te mikrofonska poja\u010dala i modulator predajnika, a na tre\u0107oj plo\u010dici je duplekser, PLL krugovi, VF krugovi predajnika i ulazni krugovi prijemnika uklju\u010duju\u0107i prvi mje\u0161a\u010d. Naravno, uz ove osnovne krugove kroz sve tri plo\u010dice se prote\u017eu elektroni\u010dke sklopke pomo\u0107u kojih mikrokontroler upravlja radom pojedinih RX i TX sklopova ovisno o odabranom modu rada. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ru\u010dni primopredajnik Standard C500 i vi\u0161e je nego uporaban radioamaterski ure\u0111aj i za dana\u0161nja mjerila.
