Ovaj generator \u0161uma u kombinaciji sa spektralnim analizatorom ure\u0111aja mo\u017ee se koristiti za ispitivanje pojedinih komponenti o\u017ei\u010denja i razvo\u0111enja satelitskog TV signala (refleksija koaksijalnih kablova, karakteristika filtara i sli\u010dno).<\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tvrtka ROVER Laboratories S.p.A. osnovana je 1972. godine te se \u010ditavo razdoblje do danas bavi razvojem i proizvodnjom mjernih instrumenta za instalatere antena i druge opreme za prijem komercijalnih radio signala, te zemaljskih, satelitskih i kablovskih televizijskih signala. Osim mjernih i testnih ure\u0111aja za analizu i monitoring RTV signala, tvrtka tako\u0111er proizvodi i pojedine komponente za distribuciju, konvertiranje i razvo\u0111enje unutar TV, kablovskih i satelitskih mre\u017ea.<\/p>\n<p>Osnovno o na\u010dinu emitiranja satelitskog TV programa opisali smo u objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2017\/02\/24\/multiswitch-94-pentagone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MULTISWITCH 9\/4 PENTAGONE<\/a>, a jedan ure\u0111aj iste namjene kao i na\u0161 ROVER HP3-SAT opisali smo u objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2018\/11\/21\/mjerac-jacine-satelitskog-signala-kathrein-msk-11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mjera\u010d ja\u010dine satelitskog signala Kathrein MSK 11<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/multiswitch_05.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[12431]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1794\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/multiswitch_05.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"379\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010deci komercijalnog kori\u0161tenja satelitske televizije mogu se smjestiti u rane 1960-te godine kada je prijem ameri\u010dkih TV programa ve\u0107 bio mogu\u0107 na podru\u010dju 16 zemalja, a kod nas se satelitska televizija popularizirala u 1980-tim godinama. Daljnji razvoj satelitske televizije je usporediv sa zemaljskom televizijom. Od kraja 1990-tih godina sve vi\u0161e satelitskih programa se po\u010dinje oda\u0161iljati u digitalnoj tehnici za \u0161to je naravno bilo potrebno kupiti novi digitalni prijemnik (ili kombinirani analogno digitalni prijemnik). Na kraju su se svi programi digitalizirali pa su svi analogni satelitski prijemnici postali elektroni\u010dki otpad. Tako\u0111er, s vremenom se prelazilo na nove standarde digitalnog satelitskog emitiranja za \u0161to je opet bilo potrebno kupiti novi prijemnik koji sve to podr\u017eava. Ono \u0161to je kroz \u010ditavo razdoblje ostalo isto kod zemaljske i satelitske televizije, to su antene koje u ve\u0107ini slu\u010daja dobro rade sa prijemom digitalnih kao \u0161to su radile i sa prijemom analognih programa, i to obi\u010dno bez ikakvog pode\u0161avanja jer su pozicije satelita i zemaljskih oda\u0161ilja\u010da ostale iste.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er, razli\u010diti mjera\u010di TV signala i antenskih polja dobro \u0107e raditi u digitalnom kao \u0161to su radili i u analognom svijetu jer su frekvencijski opsezi ostali isti. Naravno, instrumenti koji imaju ugra\u0111ene analogne TV prijemnike za vizualnu kontrolu slike vi\u0161e ne\u0107e raditi jer ne mogu demodulirati digitalnu sliku i zvuk, no ugra\u0111eni analizatori spektra i mjerni instrumenti, analogni ili digitalni, i dalje \u0107e pokazivati stvarne razine primljenih signala prema kojima se mo\u017ee to\u010dno usmjeriti antenski sustav. Istini za volju, danas vi\u0161e nitko ne\u0107e nositi po terenu instrument poput na\u0161eg ROVER HP3-SAT \u00a0ili Kathrein MSK 11, iz razloga \u0161to su to za dana\u0161nje pojmove ipak nezgrapni i polufunkcionalni instrumenti, a s druge strane \u0161iroko su dostupni suvremeni prakti\u010dni d\u017eepni mjera\u010di RTV signala ne puno ve\u0107i od mobitela, koji su u potpunosti prilago\u0111eni dana\u0161njim RTV standardima. Kako god gledamo, svi ti mjera\u010di su zapravo profesionalni ure\u0111aji i svaki instalater antena mora pratiti suvremene trendove, dok \u0107e za neku jednokratnu ku\u0107nu instalaciju biti dovoljan i stari proku\u0161ani sistem gdje jedan uku\u0107an okre\u0107e antenu (zemaljsku ili satelitsku), a drugi izvje\u0161tava jeli se slika popravila ili pogor\u0161ala \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za ROVER HP3-SAT nemamo apsolutno nikakvih podataka, pa da prvo vidimo \u0161to mo\u017eemo saznati sa prednje plo\u010de. Vidimo da su kontrole podijeljene u \u010detiri polja:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kontrole za pode\u0161avanje svjetline i o\u0161trine slike na CRT ekranu (BRIGHT, CONTRAST), tipka za uklju\u010denje\/isklju\u010denje ure\u0111aja (POWER), ulazni atenuator (0 -40 dB), ulazni antenski konektor (RF IN) sa kontrolom polarizacije antene LNB-a (12V\/bc za vertikalnu polarizaciju i 18V za horizontalnu polarizaciju).<\/li>\n<li>Kontrole za odabir prijemne frekvencije (TUNING) te odabir i memoriranje kanala (PROGRAM\/STORE). Instrument pokriva frekvencijski opseg 890 &#8211; 2080 MHz, a konvertirane nose\u0107e frekvencije slike sa LNB-a nalaze se u opsegu 950 &#8211; 2050 MHz (u nekim sistemima do 2150 MHz).<\/li>\n<li>Audio kontrole: Ja\u010dina zvuka na zvu\u010dniku (VOLUME), uklju\u010denje i uti\u0161avanje tonske signalizacije prisutnosti RF signala (BUZZER\/MUTING) \u0161to je korisno kod grubog pozicioniranja antene, audio demodulator (AUDIO MODE) sa pode\u0161avanjem razmaka nose\u0107e frekvencije zvuka od nose\u0107e frekvencije slike koja je kod analogne satelitske televizije bila u opsegu 5 &#8211; 8,5 MHz. Tako\u0111er je po potrebi mogu\u0107e podesiti audio de-emphasis, odnosno korekciju frekvencijskog odziva demoduliranog tona, koji za satelitski audio iznosi tipi\u010dno 50 \u00b5<\/li>\n<li>Video kontrole: Prebacivanje CRT prikaza izme\u0111u TV slike i spektralnog analizatora (VIDEO MODE &#8211; PICT\/SPECT), postavljanje horizontalnog markera za odre\u0111ivanje frekvencije unutar opsega spektralnog analizatora (FREQ. Ova dva na\u010dina odabiru se tipkom VIDEO MODE &#8211; PICT\/SPECT.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/rover_hp3sat_31.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[12431]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12462\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/rover_hp3sat_31.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"819\" height=\"290\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/rover_hp3sat_31.jpg 819w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/rover_hp3sat_31-768x272.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px\" \/><\/a><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\"><em>Rover HP3-SAT \u00a0je kalibriran za rad u frekvencijskom opsegu 890 &#8211; 2080 MHz no njegov PLL zahva\u0107a frekvencijsko podru\u010dje 856 &#8211; 2152 MHz. Na slici vidimo spektralni prikaz GSM 900 signala uhva\u0107en izravno preko antene, a koji zauzima opsege 880 &#8211; 915 MHz i 925 &#8211; 960 MHz. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kao \u0161to se vidi na slici, spektralni analizator kod na\u0161eg, a i kod drugih ovakvih instrumenata obi\u010dno je postavljen tako da je frekvencija na Y osi, a amplituda na X osi.<\/p>\n<p>Horizontalna X os ozna\u010dena je skalom raspona -72 do -47 dBm, odnosno 35 &#8211; 60 dB\u00b5V. Prva skala pokazuje odnos snaga 0 dB = 1 mW, a druga odnos napona u 0 dB = 1 \u00b5V primljenog signala i te skale su usporedive za impedanciju od 50 \u2126. O decibelima i referentnim vrijednostima koje se uz njih ve\u017eu mo\u017eete pro\u010ditati u objavi Multimetar C4313, a ovdje \u0107emo samo re\u0107i da je za kvalitetni analogni TV prijem potrebno imati signal negdje u opsegu 45 do 60 dB\u03bcV, a za digitalni i do 80 dB\u03bcV, ovisno o sustavu. Amplituda prikazanog signala mo\u017ee se mijenjati atenuatorom kalibriranim u opsegu 0 &#8211; 40 dB u koracima po 10 dB. To zna\u010di da \u0107emo ovim ure\u0111ajem mo\u0107i mjeriti signale u rasponu 36 &#8211; 100 dB\u00b5V \u0161to je u potpunosti prilago\u0111eno stvarnim vrijednostima ja\u010dine prijemnog TV signala potrebnim za prikaz TV slike.<\/p>\n<p>Vertikalna Y os predstavlja frekvenciju, a \u0161irina frekvencijskog opsega koja \u0107e biti prikazana na ekranu spektralnog analizatora namje\u0161ta se potenciometrom SPAN MHz. To\u010dna frekvencija signala na ekranu spektralnog analizatora mo\u017ee se odrediti uklju\u010denjem markera (FREQ. MARKER). Ovime su naravno nastala gu\u0161enja i refleksije u prijenosnom vodu koje se vide kao padovi razine signala na pojedinim frekvencijama. Frekvencijski marker postavljen je na 890 MHz (po\u010detna frekvencija deklariranog frekvencijskog opsega ure\u0111aja), \u00a0a na vrhu ekrana je najvi\u0161a frekvencija 2080 MHz.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovime smo razotkrili sve mogu\u0107nosti analizatora satelitskog signala ROVER HP3-SAT pa mo\u017eemo pogledati od \u010dega se isti sastoji. Na gornjim slikama ve\u0107 smo mogli uo\u010diti kako se radi o modularnoj izvedbi sklopovlja. Znamo da je ovakav ure\u0111aj u osnovi satelitski prijemnik sa ugra\u0111enim kalibriranim atenuatorima i mjernim instrumentom (spektralnim analizatorom) tako da se mo\u017ee precizno izmjeriti ja\u010dina satelitskog signala. sa svih klju\u010dnih integriranih krugova sastrugane oznake te je osim po natpisima na plo\u010dicama vrlo te\u0161ko zaklju\u010diti kojem sklopu pripada koji modul, a jo\u0161 manje povezati module u blok shemu kompletnog ure\u0111aja.<\/p>\n<p>Uo\u010davaju se oznake za \u010detiri me\u0111ufrekvencije (MF) \u0161to mo\u017ee zna\u010diti da je negdje smje\u0161teno i \u010detiri mje\u0161a\u010da kao i \u010detiri lokalna oscilatora (LO). Ovo i nije puno heterodinskih stupnjeva za jedan ovakav ure\u0111aj, no opet to mogu biti samo izlazi stupnjeva MF poja\u010dala za atenuator. \u00a0Koliko vidimo po oznakama pinova modula na mati\u010dnoj plo\u010di izgleda da atenuator djeluje na vi\u0161e stupnjeva MF poja\u010danja pa je mogu\u0107e da imamo \u010detiri MF poja\u010dala svako sa poja\u010danjem 10 dB (ili kombinaciju tri poja\u010dala od 10-10-20 dB) koja se elektroni\u010dki prekap\u010daju ovisno o odabranom poja\u010danju. Tako\u0111er, zasebna plo\u010dica atenuatora upu\u0107uje da se mogu\u0107e radi i o klasi\u010dnom kompenzacijskom RC atenuatoru postavljenom na ulazni signal prije (pret)poja\u010dala.<\/p>\n<p>Isto tako, ovdje te\u0161ko mo\u017eemo razlu\u010diti kako je rije\u0161eno generiranje pojedinih frekvencija LO i koje se MF dobivaju na izlazu. Sasvim sigurno neke frekvencije LO generiraju jedan ili vi\u0161e VCO-a (naponski kontrolirani oscilatori) koji su svakako kontrolirani PLL petljom ali mogu\u0107e i sweep oscilatorom u krugu spektralnog analizatora kao i fiksnim frekvencijama u zavr\u0161nim stupnjevima koje se opet vjerojatno dobivaju dijeljenjima frekvencije referentnog kristalnog oscilatora. To su sve naravno krugovi koje o\u010dekujemo kod svakog PLL-om kontroliranog heterodinskog prijemnika s time da ovdje u demodulatorskom dijelu imamo video demodulator koji iz nose\u0107e video frekvencije demodulira video signal za prikaz na CRT ekranu i naravno zaseban audio demodulator koji iz nose\u0107e tonske frekvencije demodulira zvuk. Tako\u0111er je mogu\u0107e da su video i audio demodulator u nekom dijelu povezani kako bi se dobio tonski signal prisutnosti video signala (BUZZER). Koliko god se trudili, bez ikakve dokumentacije pa jo\u0161 sa nepoznatim klju\u010dnim integriranim krugovima ovdje prakti\u010dno ne mo\u017eemo saznati gotovo ni\u0161ta o konkretnom rje\u0161enju konstrukcije ovog ure\u0111aja.<\/p>\n<p>Moramo napomenuti kako su sheme ovakvih i sli\u010dnih mjernih ure\u0111aja ina\u010de te\u0161ko dostupne, a to posebno vrijedi za ure\u0111aje do sredine 1990-tih godina kada je ra\u010dunalna pohrana (digitalizacija) dokumentacije jo\u0161 bila rijetka, a i internet za javno objavljivanje ili dijeljenje takvih datoteka je tek bio u povojima. Vrlo vjerojatno da dokumentacija za na\u0161 ure\u0111aj postoji jedino u papirnatim tvorni\u010dkim arhivama Rover Laboratoriesa ako ve\u0107 i tamo nije odavno izlu\u010dena i uni\u0161tena.<\/p>\n<p>Bez obzira na sve ovo bilo je lijepo malo se poigrati jednim ovakvim nekada vrlo naprednim i skupim profesionalnim ure\u0111ajem kojeg si je rijetko koji instalater satelitskih antena u to doba mogao priu\u0161titi. Tko god je sam postavljao satelitsku antenu zna da to i nije neka mudrost. Prijemnik i TV se privremeno postave u vidno polje uz antenu i uz pomo\u0107 kompasa, kutomjera i malo &#8220;vizualnog&#8221; pode\u0161avanja brzo prona\u0111emo mjesto gdje dobivamo \u010distu sliku. No ipak, ako ste naru\u010dili za taj posao profesionalnog instalatera, onda on ne mo\u017ee od vas tra\u017eiti da mu na ljestvama ili krovu pridr\u017eavate va\u0161 televizor sa prijemnikom. Jednako tako, instalater mora udovoljiti i zahtjevu za monta\u017eom satelitske antene i kada korisnik jo\u0161 nema opremu (kod novih zgrada i sli\u010dno). Tu onda poma\u017ee jedino ovakav kompaktan ure\u0111aj na kojem \u0107emo bez dvojbe mo\u0107i podesiti i najja\u010di signal i to\u010dan satelit.<\/p>\n<p>U dana\u0161nje vrijeme veliki broj gledatelja je pre\u0161ao na neki oblik kablovske ili internetske televizije, nekima je i dalje dovoljna zemaljska televizija, no svakako izravni satelitski prijem (posebno onaj FTA) nije vi\u0161e popularan kao nekad. Nekada je jedini izbor bio izme\u0111u nekoliko kanala zemaljske televizije i stotinjak kanala satelitske televizije.
