S obzirom da je tvrtka osnovana tijekom 2. svjetskog rata za bojanje ku\u0107i\u0161ta ure\u0111aja dostupna je bila vojna zelena boja i po toj boji su ure\u0111aji tvrtke Br\u00fcel &amp; Kj\u00e6r ostali prepoznatljivi sve do danas. Nagli razvoj tvrtke zapo\u010deo je krajem 1950-tih godina kada je pro\u0161irila svoju prodaju \u0161irom Evrope i na gotovo sve druge kontinente. Godine 1981. tvrtka Br\u00fcel &amp; Kj\u00e6r slavila je svoj milijunti proizvedeni mjerni ure\u0111aj. Tijekom 1992. godine tvrtka Br\u00fcel &amp; Kj\u00e6r prodana je njema\u010dkom holdingu AGIV gdje je prema podru\u010dju proizvodnje podijeljena je u pet zasebnih tvrtki. Te podijeljene tvrtke Br\u00fcel &amp; Kj\u00e6r zajedno sa tvrtkama Hottinger Baldwin Messtechnik GmbH (HBM) i BTG Instruments GmbH \u010dinile su AGIV-ov odjel naziva Spectris. U srpnju 2000. godine odjel Spectris prodan je britanskoj tvrtki Fairey Group Ltd, \u00a0a idu\u0107e godine Fairey Group promijenila je ime u Spectris Plc. Tijekom 2009. godine tvrtki Br\u00fcel &amp; Kj\u00e6r pridru\u017eene su LDS Test &amp; Measurement i Lochard Ltd, da bi se 2020. godine Br\u00fcel &amp; Kj\u00e6r spojio sa Hottinger Baldwin Messtechnik i promijeno ime u Hottinger Br\u00fcel &amp; Kj\u00e6r. Osnovne komponente jednostavnog mehanizam za automatsko zaustavljanje pogona trake su pogonski kota\u010d sa prorezom i foto-senzor (slika desno).<\/span> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/level_recorder_bk_2307_05.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[13803]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13808\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/level_recorder_bk_2307_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/level_recorder_bk_2307_05.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/level_recorder_bk_2307_05-768x295.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><em><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\">Level Recorder Type 2307 koristi obi\u010dan mjerni papir (\u0161irine 50 ili 100 mm) i male izmjenjive patrone u boji sa finim pisaljkama.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Level Recorder 2307 ima istu namjenu kao i prethodno opisani <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2022\/07\/14\/level-recorder-type-2304\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Level Recorder 2304<\/a> no ovdje je rije\u010d o modernijem i naprednijem ure\u0111aju sa pro\u0161irenim spektrom mogu\u0107nosti. U prvom redu rije\u010d je o potpuno tranzistorskom ure\u0111aju uz dodatak jednog integriranog kruga (operacijsko poja\u010dalo LM301) \u0161to i ne \u010dudi jer je ipak rije\u010d o 20-tak godina mla\u0111em ure\u0111aju. Nadalje, za Level Recorder 2307 sada je umjesto 3 dostupno 6 izmjenjivih potenciometara za odre\u0111ivanje dinami\u010dkog opsega rada rekordera koji imaju dvostruko ve\u0107u rezoluciju (216 umjesto 108 pozicija). Nadalje, umjesto 10 sada je mogu\u0107e birati 20 brzina pokretanja mjerne trake s time da funkcija zaustavljanja trake mo\u017ee biti i automatska. Pro\u0161irene su mogu\u0107nosti povratne veze za kontrolu brzine rada elektromagnetskog sistema sa pisaljkom sa 9 na 2&#215;15 pozicija. Sada se osim mjernih traka \u0161irine 5 cm mogu koristiti i dvostruko \u0161ire trake od 10 cm, a osim linearnog mogu\u0107 je i zapis u polarnoj projekciji na kru\u017ene mjerne trake (uz dodatak pogonskog mehanizma Turntable Type 3921 ili 3922). Sistem zapisa vi\u0161e nije pomo\u0107u pritiska igle na specijalni papir nego se koriste lako izmjenjive tintne pisaljke u vi\u0161e boja i obi\u010dni papir. Tako\u0111er je dodana mogu\u0107nost iscrtavanja markera tijekom ispisa. Isto tako na novijem modelu Level Recorder 2307 sada se mogu detektirati i istosmjerni signali te efektivne, vr\u0161ne i srednje vrijednosti izmjeni\u010dnih signala. Raspon snimanja je sa 10 Hz do 20 kHz pove\u0107an na 2 Hz do 200 kHz, dodani su dodatni ulazni atenuatori, ugra\u0111ena je indikacija lo\u0161e pode\u0161enosti rekordera (rad pisaljke izvan nominalnih radnih uvjeta), mogu\u0107e je daljinsko upravljanje ure\u0111ajem, podr\u017eane su univerzalne mogu\u0107nosti sinkronizacije sa drugim ure\u0111ajima u mjernom setu itd.<\/p>\n<p>Na Level Recorderu 2307 pogonskim elektromotorom se upravlja elektroni\u010dkom sklopkom kako bi se podr\u017eale funkcije automatskog zaustavljanja trake, no same brzine se i dalje dobivaju uz pomo\u0107 mehani\u010dkih reduktora sa zup\u010danicima sli\u010dno kao i kod Level Recordera 2304. Za Level Recorder 2307 je dostupna servisna dokumentacija pa pogledajmo osnovne blok sheme.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/level_recorder_bk_2307_24.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[13803]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13827\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/level_recorder_bk_2307_24.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"772\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/level_recorder_bk_2307_24.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/level_recorder_bk_2307_24-768x456.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ulazni signal (priklju\u010dnica <strong>Input<\/strong>) se uvodi preko atenuatora koji mo\u017ee biti kontinuirani (<strong>Input Potentiometer<\/strong>) ili kalibrirani u koracima po 10 dB (<strong>Input Attenuator<\/strong>). Ugra\u0111en je i izvor referentnog signala 100mV za kalibraciju ure\u0111aja (<strong>100 mV Ref.<\/strong>). Ulazni signal dalje prolazi kroz Range Potentiometer kojim se odre\u0111uje dinami\u010dki raspon odziva rekordera na ulazni signal. To je potenciometar \u010diji kliza\u010d spregnut sa pisaljkom rekordera, te za svaku razinu signala vr\u0161i odre\u0111enu atenuaciju kako bi se dobila \u017eeljena pretvorba dinami\u010dke karakteristike originalnog ulaznog signala. Atenuacija je izvedena u rezoluciji od 216 razina signala, za svaku razinu posebnim preciznim otpornikom. U na\u0161em slu\u010daju ugra\u0111en je logaritamski potenciometar od 50 k\u2126 (<strong>Logarithmic Potentiometer 50 dB<\/strong>) koji linearnost ulaznog signala pretvara u logaritamsku skalu za ispis. Nakon ovog potenciometra signal adekvatne razine i dinamike dolazi na mjerno poja\u010dalo.<\/p>\n<p>Mjerno poja\u010dalo je balansnog tipa zbog osiguranja linearnosti poja\u010danja i za dobivanje jednake snage za pokretanje kotve sa pisaljkom u jednom i drugom (pozitivnom i negativnom) smjeru, a takvo poja\u010dalo poja\u010dava samo izmjeni\u010dne signale. Da bi se mogli poja\u010dati i istosmjerni signali isti se prvo moraju pretvoriti u izmjeni\u010dne impulse. Tome slu\u017ei ulazno chopper poja\u010dalo frekvencije 1 kHz sa dva FET tranzistora (V1, V2) koji rade u protufazi. Ovo poja\u010dalo\/oscilator uklju\u010duje se samo kod snimanja istosmjernih (DC) signala.<\/p>\n<p>Na ulaznom krugu balansnog mjernog poja\u010dala nalazi se visokopropusni filtar za odre\u0111ivanje najni\u017ee frekvencije od koje \u0107e rekorder imati odziv (<strong>Lower Limiting Frequency<\/strong>). Ovim filtrom sprje\u010dava se pojava ne\u017eeljenih samooscilacija elektromagnetskog sistema za pisanje, odnosno prema\u0161ivanje nominalnog re\u017eima rada toga sistema i vrijednost koja \u0107e se odabrati ovisi o odabranoj <strong>Writing Speed <\/strong>i <strong>Potentiometer Range<\/strong> vrijednosti. Za stabilan rad sistema za pisanje ove tri kontrole moraju biti ispravno pode\u0161ene. Op\u0107enito gledano, ukoliko je brzina pisaljke ve\u0107a (Writing Speed) to mora biti i najni\u017ea grani\u010dna frekvencija ve\u0107a (Lower Limiting Frequency). Posebna lampica ozna\u010dena kao <strong>decrease WS or Increase LLF<\/strong> svijetli ukoliko su te vrijednosti postavljene na razne koje mogu uzrokovati nestabilnost rada pisaljke.<\/p>\n<p>Balansno mjerno poja\u010dalo, \u010dije dvije grane \u010dine tranzistori V6, V14 i V7, V15, stabilizirano je negativnim povratnim spregama. Poja\u010dani signal dalje se vodi na diodni mosni ispravlja\u010d iz kojeg i dalje dobivamo dva simetri\u010dna signala (u odnosu na zemlju). U obje grane se nalaze diodni i tranzistorski detektori za detekciju efektivnih (<strong>RMS<\/strong>), vr\u0161nih (<strong>Peak<\/strong>) i srednjih (<strong>Average<\/strong>) vrijednosti signala.<\/p>\n<p>Izlazni signal iz detektora prolazi kroz jo\u0161 jedan stupanj visokopropusnog filtra za odre\u0111ivanje najni\u017ee frekvencije od koje \u0107e rekorder imati odziv (<strong>Lower Limiting Frequency<\/strong>). Nakon toga signal prolazi kroz limiter kojim se sprje\u010dava preoptere\u0107enje elektromagnetskog sistema sa pisaljkom, odnosno on je pode\u0161en tako da na maksimalnoj ja\u010dini signala iz limitera pisaljka ne pre\u0111e svoj maksimalni otklon. Slijedi simetri\u010dni atenuatorski potenciometar (<strong>Potentiometer Range<\/strong>) kojim se regulira snaga dovedena na glavu za pisanje, a nakon toga slijedi jo\u0161 jedan limiter. Izlazni signal sa prvog limitera se uspore\u0111uje sa referentnim naponom kako bi se dobio signal razlike za kontrolu izlaznog poja\u010dala preko drugog limitera. Ovime se \u017eeli posti\u0107i da razina signala iz izlaznog poja\u010dala uvijek ostane u zadanim granicama za stabilan rad elektromagnetskog sistema sa pisaljkom.<\/p>\n<p>Izlazno poja\u010dalo sastoji se operacijskog poja\u010dala i protufaznog (push-pull) izlaznog stupnja. Elektromagnetski sistem sa pisaljkom spregnut je sa jo\u0161 jednom zavojnicom u kojoj se inducira napon ovisno o brzini kretanja pisaljke. Taj napon se koristiti za krug negativne povratne sprege izlaznog poja\u010dala \u010dija ja\u010dina se kontrolira potenciometrom <strong>Writing Speed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/level_recorder_bk_2307_25.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[13803]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13828\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/level_recorder_bk_2307_25.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"884\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/level_recorder_bk_2307_25.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/level_recorder_bk_2307_25-768x522.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ova shema prikazuje sklopove za pogon elektromotora. Kako elektromagnetska glava sa pisaljkom predstavlja Y-os, tako rad elektromotora predstavlja X-os grafi\u010dkog prikaza. To je dakle svojevrsna vremenska baza koja mora biti vrlo dobro kontrolirana da bi dobili ispravno o\u010ditanje sa mjerne trake. Kod starog modela Level Recorder 2304 mogli smo samo odabrati 10 brzina pomo\u0107u internih mehani\u010dkih reduktora ili pogon preko nekog vanjskog elektromotora. Motor se pri tome pokretao i zaustavljao ru\u010dno te je mogao vrtjeti samo u jednom smjeru. Kod modela Level Recorder 2307 mogu\u0107nosti kontrole elektromotora su pro\u0161irene na 20 internih brzina te na (polu)automatsko upravljanje pogonom:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stop<\/strong> &#8211; ru\u010dno uklju\u010denje motora, motor radi samo kad je pritisnuta tipka <strong>Paper Drive Motor &#8211; Start <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Continuous F<\/strong> &#8211; kontinuiran pogon unaprijed, pokre\u0107e se tipkom <strong>Paper Drive Motor &#8211; Start<\/strong>, zaustavlja se tipkom <strong>Paper Drive Motor &#8211; Stop<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Continuous R<\/strong> &#8211; kontinuiran pogon unatrag, pokre\u0107e se tipkom <strong>Paper Drive Motor &#8211; Start<\/strong>, zaustavlja se tipkom <strong>Paper Drive Motor &#8211; Stop<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Automatic Stop F <\/strong>&#8211; kontinuiran pogon unaprijed sa automatskim zaustavljanjem nakon \u0161to traka pre\u0111e odre\u0111eni put. Pokre\u0107e se tipkom <strong>Paper Drive Motor &#8211; Start<\/strong>. Koli\u010dina trake, odnosno vrijeme koje \u0107e pro\u0107i prije automatskog zaustavljanja namje\u0161ta se pogonskim perforiranim kota\u010dem (Automatic Stop \/ Paper Adjustment). Senzor je opti\u010dki (\u017earuljica i fotodioda).
