Slijedi sklopka za uklju\u010denje fotometra (svjetlomjera), zatim tri sklopke (0-9) za ru\u010dno namje\u0161tanje tajmera, nakon toga sklopka za trajnu aktivaciju osvjetljenja (bez tajmera) i na kraju sklopka za aktivaciju osvjetljenja preko tajmera. Sklopkom autom.\/manual odabire se ru\u010dno namje\u0161tanje vremena osvjetljenja ili automatsko ra\u010dunanje i postavljanje vremena osvjetljenja s obzirom na pode\u0161enu vrstu fotografskog papira i izmjerene ja\u010dine osvjetljenja preko svjetlomjera. Tijekom 1864. godine zaposlio se u tvrtki &#8220;Optisches Institut&#8221; u Wetzlaru (Njema\u010dka) koja je razvila i proizvodila okulare za mikroskope. Tijekom 1869. godine Leitz je preuzeo tu tvrtku i nastavio poslovanje iste pod svojim imenom. Usavr\u0161io je proizvodnju i uveo serijsku proizvodnju mikroskopa. Tijekom 1925. godine Leitz je predstavio i svoju prvu fotografsku kameru. Osim kamera i mikroskopa, Leitz je razvio te proizvodio i druge opti\u010dke proizvode poput dijaprojektora, episkopa i dalekozora. Tajmer ima opseg rada 0,1 &#8211; 99,9 sekundi i 0,01 &#8211; 9,99 minuta. Svjetlomjer ima opseg rada 0,04 &#8211; 10 luksa. Kao senzor svjetlomjera koristi se sonda sa foto-otpornikom koja se spaja na 5-polnu DIN uti\u010dnicu sa prednje strane ku\u0107i\u0161ta (nedostaje uz na\u0161 ure\u0111aj). Osnovna frekvencija kristala je 4096 Hz, i za frekvencija se zatim binarno dijeli 12 puta kako bi se dobila frekvencija od 1 Hz. Za binarni djelitelj upotrijebljen je integrirani krug 4060. To je 14-stupanjski binarni djelitelj sa ugra\u0111enim vlastitim oscilatorom. Stoga mu je za rad prakti\u010dno dovoljno dodati vanjske RC elemente ili kristal za odre\u0111ivanje osnovne frekvencije oscilatora. Integrirani krug 4060 nema izvedene izlaze sa svakog od 14 stupnja dijeljenja. To je up\/down dekadski broja\u010d i multipleksirani driver za \u0161est 7-segmentnih LED displeja (tako\u0111er podr\u017eava i BCD ulaze\/izlaze). Radi se dakle o gotovom programabilnom tajmeru. U na\u0161em slu\u010daju koristi se driver za samo tri displeja. MK 50395 se u na\u0161em slu\u010daju izravno programira preko tri sklopke kojima se kombinira odgovaraju\u0107i BCD kod. Prilikom namje\u0161tanja tajmera pomo\u0107u tri sklopke odabrano vrijeme se odmah prikazuje na displeju, a nakon pritiska tipke za aktivaciju tajmera na displeju se mo\u017ee pratiti odbrojavanje zadanog vremena do nule. Glede svjetlomjera, iako se foto senzor bazira na foto otporniku, originalna sonda je vrlo vjerojatno sadr\u017eavala i mjerno poja\u010dalo te mogu\u0107e A\/D pretvornik, tako da na DIN konektoru ne mo\u017eemo na jednostavan na\u010din simulirati senzor preko promjene otpora ili napona.<\/p>\n<p>Leitz Focometer je za kraj 1970-tih i po\u010detak 1980-tih godina bio vrlo napredan primjerak digitalnog tajmera i svjetlomjera za izradu fotografija u nekoj amaterskoj ili profesionalnoj tamnoj komori. Naravno da i danas mo\u017ee odli\u010dno poslu\u017eiti kao neki precizni tajmer do 9,99 minuta, a relativno lako se maksimalno vrijeme mo\u017ee produljiti i do 99,9 minuta i vi\u0161e. Tako\u0111er je mogu\u0107e iskoristiti puni kapacitet integriranog kruga MK 50395 te prikaz pro\u0161iriti na 6 znamenki.
