Mende GmbH, Norddeutsche Mende-Rundfunk GmbH, Nordmende), te je poslovala sve do 1980. godine kada ju u cijelosti kupuje francuska multinacionalna kompanija Thomson (dana\u0161nji Technicolor). Me\u0111utim, brand Nordmende ponovno je 2008. godine za\u017eivio u Irskoj (kupljeno pravo na ime). Tvrtka Nordmende je kroz \u010ditavo vrijeme postojanja poznata po proizvodnji kvalitetnih radio, TV te ostalih audio i video ure\u0111aja, a u Irskoj se danas pod tim brandom prodaje i bijela tehnika.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_02.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[15048]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15050\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Video kamera Spectra C 210 sa EVF monitorom 280.568 kopija je japanske (JVC) video kamere CV-5001 i pripadaju\u0107eg EVF monitora CV-F503PAL. To su vrlo rani tipovi prenosivih video kamera u boji koje nisu mogle snimati samostalno nego je uz njih bilo potrebno imati (nositi) i prenosivi videorekoder (obi\u010dno VHS) te izvor napajanja. Prve takve (crno-bijele) prenosive kamere pojavile su se na tr\u017ei\u0161tu 1967. godine (Sony DV-2400), a prve kamere koje su bile kompletne (sa ugra\u0111enim videorekorderom i baterijom) pojavile su se 1983. godine.<\/p>\n<p>U prethodnoj objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2022\/12\/11\/titl-character-generator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Generator titlova Panasonic VW-CG2E<\/a> opisali smo EVF monitor za video kameru Panasonic NV-MS50 koja spaja me\u0111u posljednje modele VHS video kamera sa CRT EVF monitorom. Stoga \u0107e biti zanimljivo usporediti rani primjerak CRT EVF monitora iz 1979. godine i jedan primjerak takvog monitora iz 1989. godine, dakle deset godina kasnije kada su CRT EVF monitori dosegli svoj tehnolo\u0161ki vrhunac i uskoro po\u010deli ustupati mjesto LCD ekranima. Prve kamere sa LCD EVF-om pojavile su se 1992. godine, a 1995. godine ve\u0107 su se pojavile i digitalne video kamere. Kad se sve ovo sagleda zapravo je nevjerojatno koliko se unaprijedila tehnologija video kamera u samo 10 godina. To zna\u010di da \u0107emo na okularu vidjeti zrcalnu sliku od one na ekranu. Postojale su i skra\u0107ene ina\u010dice ove cijevi 40CB4M i 40CB4S (10 do 12 mm kra\u0107e od standardnih 40CB4) za upotrebu u komponentama sa ograni\u010denim prostorom, no te cijevi su imale ne\u0161to manju razlu\u010divost i trebala je ve\u0107a snaga za otklonske zavojnice. Tako\u0111er je postojala i ina\u010dica 30FB4 sa dijagonalom od 1 in\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_16.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[15048]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15064\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_16.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"796\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_16.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_16-768x470.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_16-570x350.jpg 570w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Unutra\u0161nja i vanjska konstrukcija CRT cijevi 40CB4 \u00a0je prakti\u010dno ista kao i kod standardnih velikih CRT ekrana za televizore \u0161to se odmah prepoznaje po bo\u010dnoj anodnoj vezi za visoki napon. Tako\u0111er, za elektronski top se koristi elektrostati\u010dko fokusiranje i magnetski otklon \u0161to je opet zajedni\u010dko ve\u0107ini velikih televizijskih CRT ekrana. Vidjeli smo da je kod EVF monitora za Panasonic NV-MS50 katodna cijev (ELY07V570A) druga\u010dije izvedbe i svi priklju\u010dci elektroda izvedeni su na grlu cijevi. Ekran katodne cijevi 40CB4 je vrlo guste rezolucije s vrlo malom veli\u010dinom to\u010dke i sposoban je prikazati fine detalje na slici. Zbog svega toga ova cijev se koristila i u minijaturnim (d\u017eepnim) TV prijemnicima i sli\u010dnim video ure\u0111ajima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_17.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[15048]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15065\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_17.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"987\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_17.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_17-768x583.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dijagonala ekrana je 1,5 in\u010da (42 mm puna dijagonala, 36 mm vidljiva povr\u0161ina) odnosno 23&#215;29 mm. Du\u017eina cijevi je 114 mm, a naj\u0161iri promjer na otklonskim zavojnicama je 32 mm. Za grijanje katode je potrebno 2,8V\/107 mA. Prvi IC sadr\u017ei sklopove za vertikalni otklonski stupanj EVF monitora (vertikalni sinkronizirani oscilator i poja\u010dalo), a za drugi nismo na\u0161li nikakve podatke. Na osnovu natpisa na tiskanim plo\u010dicama prvo mo\u017eemo razlu\u010diti op\u0107enitu blok shemu ovog na\u0161eg EVF monitora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_18a.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[15048]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15069\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_18a.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"848\" height=\"499\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_18a.gif 848w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_18a-768x452.gif 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 848px) 100vw, 848px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kompozitni video signal mora se prvo unutar EVF-a razdvojiti na sastavne komponente: na video signal koji se \u0161alje na video poja\u010dalo za prikaz slike, te na horizontalne i vertikalne sinkronizacijske impulse koji uskla\u0111uju i kontroliraju to\u010dne frekvencije otklonskih oscilatora. Ovi sklopovi posve sigurno se nalaze na manjoj plo\u010dici ozna\u010denoj sa VIDEO &amp; HV (video poja\u010dalo i amplitudni filtar za razdvajanje H i V impulsa). Na ovoj plo\u010dici su i kontrole za osvjetljenje i kontrast slike \u0161to se pode\u0161ava upravo unutar video poja\u010dala. Tako\u0111er, na plo\u010dicu dolazi koaksijalni vod sa vanjske priklju\u010dnice \u0161to je vod za dovo\u0111enje kompozitnog video signala na amplitudni filtar. Druga \u017eica vodi na podno\u017eje CRT cijevi \u0161to je onda izlaz iz video poja\u010dala za katodu CRT cijevi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_13.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[15048]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15061\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_13.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"460\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_13.jpg 800w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_13-768x442.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zasebna manja plo\u010dica sadr\u017ei integrirani krug \u00b5PC1031H2 \u0161to je vertikalni oscilator i poja\u010dalo te sa te plo\u010dice vode \u017eice na vertikalnu otklonsku zavojnicu CRT cijevi. O\u010dekivano, tu su i potenciometri za pode\u0161avanje \u0161irine, linearnosti i frekvencije vertikalnog otklonskog stupnja \u0161to smo opisivali u objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2022\/08\/15\/national-tr-809eu\/\">TV prijemnik National TR-809EU<\/a> pa se ovdje ne\u0107emo ponavljati. Na istoj plo\u010dici je osigura\u010d napajanja sa tranzistorom 2SD476 (70V, 4A) koji je u krugu stabilizacije napona napajanja. Stoga je plo\u010dica ozna\u010dena sa VERT &amp; POWER (vertikalni otklonski stupanj i stabilizacija napajanja).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_10.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[15048]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15058\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"469\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_10.jpg 1000w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evf_nordmende_10-768x360.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na najdu\u017eoj plo\u010dici je integrirani krug AN294 i on mo\u017ee biti jedino horizontalni otklonski oscilator jer iz njega idu \u017eice na horizontalnu otklonsku zavojnicu i u nastavku je karakteristi\u010dni visokonaponski transformator za anodni i druge napone CRT cijevi kao i mogu\u0107e za jo\u0161 neke pomo\u0107ne (vi\u0161e) napone potrebne za rad ostalih sklopova. Napon na elektrodi za fokus (400-580 V) mo\u017ee se podesiti potenciometrom FOCUS. Ostaje sumnjati da je neispravna sama CRT cijev 40CB4. Dok ne nabasamo na jo\u0161 koji ure\u0111aj sa tom CRT cijevi i provjerimo na\u0161e sumnje, ovaj EVF monitor ne mo\u017eemo dalje popravljati.<\/p>\n<p>Video kamere iz 1970\/80-tih godina danas uporabno vjerojatno nikome vi\u0161e nisu zanimljive, nezahvalne su za servis, u njima nema nekih dijelova koje bi mogli sa\u010duvati za elektroni\u010dku samogradnju i op\u0107enito gledano ako niste kakav kolekcionar takve opreme onda od tih kamera danas nema vi\u0161e neke koristi. Osim, naravno CRT EVF monitora.
