Neki puta uzrok ovim pojavama nije sama istro\u0161enost CRT cijevi ve\u0107 zaprljanost ili kratki spoj elektroda u grlu cijevi ili za\u010depljenost puta vo\u0111enja elektronske zrake od katode do fosforne povr\u0161ine ekrana. U takvim slu\u010dajevima mogu pomo\u0107i tzv. regeneratori CRT cijevi.<\/p>\n<p>U ranijim objavama ve\u0107 smo opisali \u010detiri takva ure\u0111aja:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2018\/04\/08\/crt-tester-i-regenerator-stolle-typ-7403\/\">CRT tester i regenerator Stolle Typ 7403<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2020\/09\/25\/tester-i-regenerator-crt-ekrana-muter-bmr-5\/\">Tester i regenerator CRT ekrana M\u00fcter BMR 5<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2023\/02\/09\/muter-bmr-44\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tester i regenerator CRT ekrana M\u00fcter BMR 44<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2023\/03\/31\/muter-bmr-90\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tester i regenerator CRT ekrana M\u00fcter BMR 90<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>U tim objavama smo ve\u0107 objasnili \u010demu slu\u017ee i kako funkcioniraju ovakvi ure\u0111aji pa \u0107emo ovdje samo razgledati kako je konstruiran ovaj ure\u0111aj.<\/p>\n<p>Iz prednje plo\u010de se vidi da je na\u0161 ure\u0111aj dizajniran za regeneraciju crno-bijelih i kolor CRT cijevi televizora jer ima sklopku za prebacivanje napajanja \u017earnih niti na tri elektronska topa kod kolor ekrana (crveni, zeleni, plavi) ili na jedan elektronski top kod crno-bijelih ekrana.<\/p>\n<p>Za spajanje CRT ekrana na ure\u0111aj ugra\u0111en je jedan 8-pinski konektor. Razli\u010diti tipovi ekrana koriste razli\u010dita podno\u017eja sa razli\u010ditim rasporedom priklju\u010daka na pojedinim pinovima, tako da je bilo potrebno izraditi odgovaraju\u0107i adapter za svaki tip CRT ekrana.<\/p>\n<p>Napon grijanja \u017earne niti katode elektronskog topa mogu\u0107e je odabrati u koracima 6, 8, 10 i 12 V. Kod regeneracije je ponekad potrebno odabrati ne\u0161to vi\u0161i napon grijanja od nominalnog kako bi se rastopila i razbila natalo\u017eena \u010da\u0111a na katodi unutar elektronskog topa i zatim odlijepila sa povr\u0161ine katode privu\u010dena visokim anodnim naponom.<\/p>\n<p>Visoki naponi od 250, 350, 450, 550 i 650 V slu\u017ee za otklanjanje dodirnih kratkih spojeva izme\u0111u susjednih elektroda unutar CRT cijevi. Dovo\u0111enjem visokog napona na kratko spojene elektrode stvara se velika koncentracija struje na najslabijem dodirnom mjestu koja rastopi dio metala u toj to\u010dki i time prekine kratki spoj (kao kad pregori rastalni osigura\u010d). Ovi naponski impulsi moraju biti \u0161to kra\u0107i jer ukoliko kratki spoj na CRT elektrodama odmah ne pregori onda postoji opasnost od o\u0161te\u0107enja samog izvora napona uslijed dugotrajne struje kratkog spoja. Stoga se za ovo obi\u010dno koristi pra\u017enjenje nabijenog kondenzatora. U na\u0161em slu\u010daju se za\u0161tita vjerojatno oslanja na rastalni osigura\u010d, a mogu\u0107e i ograni\u010denje struje preko kontrolne \u017earulje. Ovaj instrument pokazuje struju grijanja katode koja se u na\u0161em slu\u010daju napaja izmjeni\u010dnim naponom te je ugra\u0111ena ispravlja\u010dka dioda i strujni shunt, s obzirom da se struje grijanja kre\u0107u u rasponu 0,5 do 2\u00a0A ovisno o tipu CRT ekrana.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161 ure\u0111aj nema mogu\u0107nost mjerenja struje anode \u010dime nema mogu\u0107nost mjerenja\/testiranja stanja i ispravnosti CRT ekrana. Me\u0111utim, vidimo da postoji sklopka REGEN\/EMISIJA koja nije spojena ali o\u010dito da je autor predvidio nadogradnju i za tu mogu\u0107nost. Problem je \u0161to bi za to trebalo ugraditi osjetljiviji ampermetar jer struja anode kod ispravnih CRT-a mo\u017ee biti ve\u0107 0,45 mA ili vi\u0161a, te bi idealni mjerni opseg bio cca 0-1,5 mA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Autor je svakako ulo\u017eio puno truda za izradu ovog ure\u0111aja i na prvi pogled se mo\u017ee pomisliti da se radi o nekom tvorni\u010dkom ure\u0111aju iz 1950-tih godina. \u0160teta \u0161to je ostao nedovr\u0161en, no ako se sa ovim regeneratorom uspio produ\u017eiti \u017eivotni vijek makar samo jednom televizijskom ekranu, ve\u0107 time je njegova izrada bila isplativa \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danas je nabavljen ure\u0111aj za popravak (regeneraciju) katodnih cijevi (CRT) monitora, televizora, osciloskopa i sli\u010dnih elektroni\u010dkih ure\u0111aja, napravljen u samogradnji vjerojatno tijekom 1970-tih godina. &nbsp; &nbsp; Nakon nekoliko godina ili desetlje\u0107a kori\u0161tenja emisija CRT cijevi se mo\u017ee pogor\u0161ati \u0161to se o\u010dituje kao slaba svjetlina, lo\u0161 kontrast, lo\u0161 fokus, prekomjerno dugo vrijeme zagrijavanja i sli\u010dno.
