Pod ovom markom prodaju se uglavnom razni ku\u0107ni (hobi) elektri\u010dni alati dizajnirani od strane raznih njema\u010dkih tvrtki poput Komperna\u00df Handelsgesellschaft (Kompernass), Scheppach i Grizzly. Na na\u0161em ure\u0111aju je otisnut naziv tvrtke Owim GmbH \u0161to je njema\u010dka distributerska tvrtka za raznu potro\u0161a\u010dku elektroniku. Ovaj Parkside HG08682A pak je po mogu\u0107nostima vrlo sli\u010dan modelu Powerfix KH2927-2 s time \u0161to ima dodane jo\u0161 neke kontrole. Tako je detekciju vodova pod mre\u017enim naponom ovim ure\u0111ajem mogu\u0107e podesiti na tri razine osjetljivosti, a osim toga dodana je LCD indikacija statusa kalibracije i potro\u0161enosti baterije. Kod Powerfixa su to CD4093 (\u010detiri CMOS NAND vrata sa dva ulaza i Schmitt okidnim sklopovima) te TL062 (dva operacijska poja\u010dala), a kod Parksidea su to C44X (\u010detiri CMOS buffer\/drivera sa dva ulaza) i NE555 (timer). CD4093 i C44X su namjenski vrlo sli\u010dni \u010dipovi i mogu\u0107e se koriste za istu funkciju na oba ure\u0111aja. Jednako tako, vjerojatno se i TL062 i NE555 u oba slu\u010daja koriste kao oscilatori. Od ostalih aktivnih komponenti na obje plo\u010dice nalazimo naponske regulatore i to za 5 V na Powerfixu i za 3,3 V na Parksideu \u0161to su vjerojatno radni naponi pojedinih mikrokontrolera. Broj tranzistora je dvostruko ve\u0107i kod Powerfixa (osam komada) u odnosu na Parkside.<\/p>\n<p>Sve ostavlja dojam da je Parkside ure\u0111aj novije proizvodnje, malo ljep\u0161eg dizajna i ne\u0161to pobolj\u0161anih mogu\u0107nosti. Me\u0111utim, ta pobolj\u0161anja su zapravo jeftine &#8220;softverske&#8221; prilagodbe koje se najvi\u0161e se o\u010dituju u upotrebi druga\u010dijeg mikrokontrolera, dok su s druge strane senzorske povr\u0161ine smanjene, a ukupan broj upotrijebljenih komponenti reduciran. Ta redukcija se posebno odnosi na driver tranzistore za senzorske elemente. Me\u0111utim, tvorni\u010dka specifikacija glede dubine detekcije za oba ure\u0111aja je ostala potpuno jednaka iako se po unutra\u0161njoj konstrukciji vidi da neke razlike moraju postojati:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>STUD<\/strong>: 19 mm (\u00b1 3 mm)<\/li>\n<li><strong>METAL<\/strong>: 30 mm (\u00b1 13 mm)<\/li>\n<li><strong>DEEP<\/strong>: 38 mm (\u00b1 5 mm)<\/li>\n<li><strong>AC<\/strong>: 50 mm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Poku\u0161ali smo napraviti neki usporedni test Powerfix i Parkside detektora, no ubrzo smo shvatili da to nema puno smisla. Koliko god stvorili jednake (idealne) uvjete detekcija isti ure\u0111aj ne\u0107e uvijek reagirati to\u010dno jednako i razlike dubine od \u00b1 10 mm su normalne. Ono \u0161to mo\u017eemo potvrditi kod oba detektora to je da mogu poslu\u017eiti svrsi ako se njima ispravno rukuje i ako se pa\u017eljivo vr\u0161i vi\u0161e detekcija po istim mjestu. Kako smo kod Powerfixa imali najlo\u0161iju (neupotrebljivu) detekciju na DEEP podru\u010dju, tako kod Parkside imamo najlo\u0161iju detekciju na vrsti mjerenja METAL. \u010cini se da je detektor tu previ\u0161e osjetljiv i la\u017ene detekcije sa punim otklonom su \u010deste i kad nema nikakvog metala u krugu 1 metar od detektora.<\/p>\n<p>Snimanjem izlaznih signala Powerfix i Parkside detektora na METAL mjerenju zaklju\u010dujemo da ovi ure\u0111aji rade na posve razli\u010dite na\u010dine. Vidimo da je rije\u010d o prigu\u0161enim EM oscilacijama frekvencije cca 50 kHz. Trajanje impulsa je cca 9 ms s time da je ve\u0107 nakon 2 ms gotovo posve prigu\u0161en. Razmak izme\u0111u impulsa je 100 ms (5 kHz).\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Parkside je upotrebom impulsnog umjesto kontinuiranog oscilatora za detektor metala vjerojatno htio u\u0161tedjeti na pogonskim komponentama jer za impulsni rad aktivni elementi nisu toliko optere\u0107eni kao za kontinuirani rad. Me\u0111utim, \u010dini se da impulsni detektor metala radi puno lo\u0161ije od kontinuiranog. Detekcija nemagnetskih materijala (STUD, DEEP) pak se vjerojatno vr\u0161i kapacitivno i tu detektor ni\u0161ta ne zra\u010di. Blizina nekog materijala pove\u0107ava dielektri\u010dnost izme\u0111u senzorskih plo\u010da i to se onda koristi za detekciju. Kod detekcije prisutnosti izmjeni\u010dnog napona pak se vr\u0161i prikupljanje EM zra\u010denja koje zra\u010di svaki takav vodi\u010d i tom malom induciranom strujom se okidaju osjetljiva poja\u010dala visokog ulaznog otpora (FET).<\/p>\n<p>Vidjeli smo da svakako postoje neke razlike izme\u0111u pojedinih tipova detektora metala, a one najvi\u0161e ovise o samom principu detekcije. Osnovna podjela svih detektora metala je na impulsne i kontinuirane, no \u010dini se da su za ove gra\u0111evinske detektore malog dometa ipak pogodniji kontinuirani oscilatori. Naime, velika prodornost karakteristi\u010dna za impulsne detektore ovdje mo\u017ee biti kontraproduktivna. Ispod gipsanih plo\u010da mo\u017ee biti gusta mre\u017ea metalnih nosa\u010da, kablova i drugih elemenata, a ako se radi o knauf-zidu, onda su nosa\u010di suprotnih strana zidova me\u0111usobno vrlo blizu jedan drugome po dubini i detektor na to ne bi smio reagirati. Dubina detekcije nikako ne bi trebala biti ve\u0107a od 5 cm (za standardni knauf je dovoljno 2 cm) jer iznad toga ve\u0107 postoji velika mogu\u0107nost detekcije drugih ne\u017eeljenih elemenata konstrukcije. Zapravo je vrlo iznena\u0111uju\u0107e \u0161to se ovdje koristi impulsni detektor metala. On \u0161alje impulse izmjeni\u010dnog magnetskog polja koje inducira vrtlo\u017ene struje u zahva\u0107enom metalu, a uslijed kojih se stvara sekundardno (povratno) magnetko polje koje detektor onda detektira. Time se vr\u0161i dobra selekcija detekcije metala od nemetala, no detektor mogu zbuniti strana magnetska polja iz okru\u017eja.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de be\u017ei\u010dne AC detekcije op\u0107enito, tu nikako ne treba slijepo vjerovati ure\u0111aju. Ako isti detektira prisutnost napona onda je on vjerojatno prisutan i mo\u017eemo prihvatiti tu detekciju. Me\u0111utim, ako be\u017ei\u010dni detektor ne detektira vod pod naponom, onda je to svakako treba dodatno provjeriti i nekim drugim mjera\u010dem, prije nego budemo sigurni da tu stvarno nema napona.
