Izradila ga je ameri\u010dka tvrtka za elektroniku i komunikacije RCA Manufacturing Co, Inc. koja je osnovana 1919. godine kao Radio Corporation of America i bila je prisutna na tr\u017ei\u0161tu sve do 1986. godine kada je pre\u0161la u vlasni\u0161tvo General Electrica. RCA je tijekom postojanja bila jedna od vode\u0107ih tvrtki u Americi za radijsku i TV elektroniku i komunikacije.<\/p>\n<p>Na prijemniku tako\u0111er vidimo i natpisnu plo\u010dicu distributerske tvrtke Associated Industries (A Division of Arnold A. Semler, Inc.). Tvrtku Associated Industries osnovao je Arnold Semler 1946. godine. Bavila se prodajom radio ure\u0111aja i mjernih instrumenata za radio tehniku razli\u010ditih ameri\u010dkih proizvo\u0111a\u010da elektronike, a i danas se bavi nabavom i distribucijom vojnih komunikacijskih ure\u0111aja i druge elektroni\u010dke opreme za potrebe vojske i vladinih organizacija.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dizajn prijamnika serije BC-312, BC-314, BC-342 i BC-344 osmi\u0161ljen je u US Army Signal Corps-u u drugoj polovici 1930-tih godina i bili su upotrebi do kasnih 1950-tih godina. Sli\u010dan prijemnik opisali smo i u objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2018\/03\/16\/vojni-radio-prijemnik-bc-348-k\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vojni radio prijemnik BC-348-K<\/a>. To su sve cijevni \u00a0superheterodinski prijemnici montirani u vrlo robusna i te\u0161ka \u010deli\u010dna ku\u0107i\u0161ta i \u0161asije kako bi mogli podnijeti vanjske mehani\u010dke udarce i naprezanja. Prijemnici su se izra\u0111ivali u vi\u0161e ameri\u010dkih tvornica elektronike, poput Farnsworth Television &amp; Radio Corp., RCA Manufacturing Co, Inc. i General Electric Co.<\/p>\n<p>Radio prijemnici serija BC-312 do BC344 pokrivali su srednjevalno podru\u010dje od 150 &#8211; 1500 kHz u \u010detiri opsega ili kratkovalno podru\u010dje 1,5 &#8211; 18 MHz u \u0161est opsega. Vidimo da je serija BC-312 predvi\u0111ena za istosmjerno napajanje iz akumulatora vozila, tako da je napajanje kod na\u0161eg BC-312-D kasnije prilago\u0111eno na mre\u017eni napon (dinamo motor je zamijenjen mre\u017enim transformatorom).<br \/>\n<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161 BC-312-D omogu\u0107uje prijem AM telefonije i CW telegrafije u frekvencijskom opsegu 1,5 &#8211; 18 MHz. Predvi\u0111en je za rad preko mre\u017enog napajanja 110 V (ugra\u0111en je mre\u017eni transformator). Prednja plo\u010da sadr\u017ei slijede\u0107e kontrole i priklju\u010dnice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> ANT.<\/strong> &#8211; priklju\u010dnica za spajanje koaksijalnog antenskog kabla<\/li>\n<li><strong> SIG. ANT.<\/strong> &#8211; priklju\u010dnica za spajanje \u017ei\u010dne antene<\/li>\n<li><strong>ALIGN INPUT<\/strong> &#8211; promjenjivi kondenzator za pode\u0161avanje rezonancije antene (antenski tuner)<\/li>\n<li><strong>BAND CHANGE<\/strong> &#8211; sklopka za odabir frekvencijskih podru\u010dja prijema. Prijemni opseg podijeljen je u ukupno \u0161est podru\u010dja: 1,5-3,5 MHz \/ 3-5 MHz \/ 5-8 MHz \/ 8-11 MHz \/ 11-14 MHz \/ 14-18 MHz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAST TUNING \/ VERNIER<\/strong> &#8211; gumbi za odabir prijemne frekvencije (brzo i sporo okretanje skale)<\/li>\n<li><strong>CRYSTAL PHASING<\/strong> &#8211; Kod ina\u010dica na mre\u017eno napajanje 110 V (0,7 A) ugra\u0111en je mre\u017eni transformator sa elektronkom ispravlja\u010dicom JAN-5W4. Ovaj ispravlja\u010d (RA-20) na izlazu daje istosmjerni anodni napon 260 V (95 mA) i izmjeni\u010dni napon za grijanje elektronki te osvjetljenje skale 12 V (3 A).<\/p>\n<p>U na\u0161em slu\u010daju je ugra\u0111en moderniji mre\u017eni ispravlja\u010d sa diodnim mostom, no nigdje ne pi\u0161e da li je transformator za mre\u017eni napon 110 ili 220 V. Mogu\u0107e da je ovaj prijemnik neki radioamater prilagodio na mre\u017eno napajanje 220 V. Za rad prijemnika je potreban samo istosmjerni anodni napon reda 260 V (100 mA) i izmjeni\u010dni napon od 12 V (3 A) za grijanje elektronki i za \u017earuljice za osvjetljenje skale.<\/p>\n<p>S obzirom da je broj namota primara i sekundara za anodni napon pribli\u017eno jednak, onda je vjerojatnije da je ovo transformator za 220 V. To je naravno lako provjeriti variakom, no ovdje bi trebalo prvo zamijeniti potrganu mre\u017enu sklopku i dotrajale \u017eice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/receiver_bc312d_01.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[17175]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17176\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/receiver_bc312d_01.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"987\" height=\"282\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/receiver_bc312d_01.gif 987w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/receiver_bc312d_01-768x219.gif 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 987px) 100vw, 987px\" \/><\/a><em><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\">Grija\u010di svih elektronki rade na naponu reda 6,6 do 7 V. Kristalni pojasni filtar, kao \u0161to smo ve\u0107 naveli u opisu kontrola, po potrebi se mo\u017ee uklju\u010diti ili isklju\u010diti ovisno o tome da li je bolji prijem kod ve\u0107e ili manje selektivnosti prijemnika. Pomo\u0107ni BFO oscilator uklju\u010duje se samo za audio moduliranje nose\u0107eg signala kod prijema nemodulirane telegrafije (CW) na na\u010din kako smo to ve\u0107 vi\u0161e puta do sada opisali u na\u0161im objavama vezanih uz prijemnike i primopredajnike koji podr\u017eavaju CW na\u010din rada.<\/p>\n<p>Upotrijebljeno je ukupno devet elektronskih cijevi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>VT86 (JAN-6K7) &#8211; pentoda, 1. No, monta\u017ena shema tih ure\u0111aja mo\u017ee biti vrlo slo\u017eena, posebice ako je rije\u010d o ure\u0111aju sa vi\u0161e frekvencijskih opsega i vi\u0161e vrsta modulacije. To onda uklju\u010duje ugradnju raznih izvedbi kombiniranih vi\u0161epolnih preklopnika LC krugova tunera i jednako tako upotrebu slo\u017eenih mehanizama za spregu skale radio ure\u0111aja sa promjenjivim elementima LC krugova, \u0161to su obi\u010dno promjenjivi kondenzatori sa vi\u0161e sekcija na istoj osovini.
