Prvi naziv tvrtke je bio &#8220;Werkst\u00e4tten f\u00fcr Hochfrequenztechnik und Elektroakustik Clamann &amp; Grahnert Dresden&#8221; ili u prijevodu &#8220;Radionica za visokofrekventnu tehniku \u200b\u200bi elektroakustiku Clamann &amp; Grahnert u Dresdenu&#8221;. U ovom malom obrtu proizvodili su se cijevni voltmetri, generatori frekvencija, mjerna poja\u010dala i mjera\u010di frekvencije. Proizvodnja je kasnije pro\u0161irena na filmska tonska poja\u010dala, razne NF i VF mjerne ure\u0111aje za telekomunikacijske mre\u017ee, ure\u0111aje za mjerenje vibracija, medicinske i laboratorijske ure\u0111aje i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>Naziv tvrtke je 1958. godine primijenjen u Clamann &amp; Grahnert KG Dresden, a nakon nacionalizacije 1972. godine u VEB Pr\u00e4citronic Dresden. Tijekom op\u0107e privatizacije po\u010detkom 1990-tih godina tvrtku je preuzeo Treuhand, a tvrtka nasljednica je dobila ime \u201cGrahnert &#8211; Pr\u00e4citronic GmbH Dresden\u201d. Tijekom 1998. godine je pokrenut ste\u010daj tvrtke i dijelovi proizvodnje su prodani tvrtki Electronic Patzig GmbH tako\u0111er u Dresdenu. Tvrtka je poslovala do 2004. godine koriste\u0107i i dalje robnu marku Pr\u00e4citronic, a 2012. je izbrisana iz registra tvrtki.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/rc_generator_gf22_04.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[18058]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18062\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/rc_generator_gf22_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"458\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/rc_generator_gf22_04.jpg 800w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/rc_generator_gf22_04-768x440.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zbog velike potra\u017enje proizvodni kapaciteti tvrtke Clamann &amp; Grahnert Dresden, odnosno od 1972. godine VEB Pr\u00e4citronic Dresden bili su nedostatni da zadovolje potrebe tr\u017ei\u0161ta te su se za proizvodnju koristili slobodni kapaciteti drugih sli\u010dnih tvrtki, u ovom slu\u010daju poduze\u0107a VEB Radio und Fernsehen Karl-Marx-Stadt (Chemnitz). U tom poduze\u0107u se vr\u0161ila kompletna proizvodnja svih elektri\u010dnih i mehani\u010dkih sklopova, te monta\u017ea i zavr\u0161na kontrola, a gotovi proizvodi su izgledali kao da su iz Pr\u00e4citronic proizvodnje, osim \u0161to je na pole\u0111ini otisnut naziv stvarnog proizvo\u0111a\u010da. Prodaja gotovih proizvoda se ipak vr\u0161ila preko VEB Pr\u00e4citronica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>GF22 je tranzistorski oscilator audio frekvencija raspona 2 Hz do 20 kHz (podijeljeno u \u010detiri opsega) i amplituda od 5 \u00b5V do 10 V (podijeljeno u pet mjernih opsega). Ure\u0111aj omogu\u0107uje finu rezoluciju pode\u0161avanja frekvencije pomo\u0107i posebnog gumba mehani\u010dki spregnutog sa okretnom frekvencijskom skalom i fino pode\u0161avanje izlazne amplitude napona pomo\u0107u atenuatora sa korakom 0,05. Od ostalih funkcija ugra\u0111ena je sklopka kojom se kontrolira veli\u010dina povratne sprege oscilatora (T-min\/K-min). U polo\u017eaju K-min povratna sprega je ve\u0107a te se dobiva stabilnija i \u010di\u0161\u0107a frekvencija sa vrlo malim nelinearnim izobli\u010denjima. Ovo se obi\u010dno koristi za precizna audio mjerenja, poput mjerenja raznih izobli\u010denja (klir-faktora, THD). U polo\u017eaju T-min pak je povratna sprega manja i ovo se koristi kad nije toliko va\u017eno izrazito malo izobli\u010denje izlaznog sinusnog signala nego je va\u017enija br\u017ea amplitudna stabilizacija frekvencije. To je zato jer zajedni\u010dke mase zapravo i nema. Sekundar mre\u017enog transformatora ima dva namota, a napon sa istih se punovalno ispravlja diodnim mosnim ispravlja\u010dima. Dalje se napon filtrira i regulira serijskim tranzistorskim stabilizatorima. Me\u0111utim, stabilizacija nije odvojena nego u jednom dijelu zajedni\u010dka za obje ispravljene grane. Na kraju dobivamo \u010detiri linije napajanja koje su na shemi ozna\u010dene slovima A, B, E i D. Evo kakav je odnos napona izme\u0111u te \u010detiri linije.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/rc_generator_gf22_25.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[18058]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18083\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/rc_generator_gf22_25.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"699\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\"><em>Na\u010delno bi linija E ovdje bila masa, linije B i D su zatim pozitivne grane napajanja, a linija A je negativna grana napajanja. Primjerice N-kanalni MOSFET T3 u krugu poja\u010dala oscilatora se napaja naponom 24 V preko linija E-A. Njemu linija E nije zajedni\u010dka masa jer je to pozitivnija linija od linije A i na nju spojen Drain. Taj most je temelj gotovo svih RC audio oscilatora koje smo do sada susretali i opisivali u na\u0161im objavama. Razlog tome je \u0161to su oscilatori sa Wienovim mostom prakti\u010dno primjenjivi u \u0161irokom frekvencijskom opsegu cca 10 Hz &#8211; 1 MHz, a uz to daju vrlo stabilnu i \u010distu sinusnu amplitudu izlaznog signala.<\/p>\n<p>Prakti\u010dna konstrukcija oscilatora sa Wienovim mostom mo\u017ee biti vrlo razli\u010dita i kod svakog tvorni\u010dkog ure\u0111aja toga tipa zate\u0107i \u0107emo neka druga\u010dija shematska rje\u0161enja. Tako ni na\u0161 GF22 nije izuzetak, te iako smo do sada opisali ve\u0107 nekoliko Wien-oscilatora ovaj opet ima neke svoje specifi\u010dnosti. Uglavnom, na elektroni\u010dkoj shemi takvih ure\u0111aja moramo prvo razlu\u010diti \u010detiri grane Wienovog mosta, od kojih su svakako najva\u017enije RC grane. U jednoj grani je paralelna, a u drugoj serijska kombinacija RC elemenata. Ti paralelni i serijski RC elementi Wienovog mosta funkcioniraju kao visoko i nisko propusni frekvencijski filtri pa je oscilator osjetljiv samo na filtriranu frekvenciju koja je odre\u0111ena samim RC elementima\u00a0 Wienovog mosta. Pozitivna povratna sprega koja podr\u017eava oscilacije tranzistorskog poja\u010dala dakle prolazi kroz ta dva filtra. Bez njih bi oscilacije bile frekvencijski nekontrolirane, nestabilne i posve neupotrebljive. Naravno, ako \u017eelimo oscilator promjenjive frekvencije, onda i RC elementi u tim granama moraju biti promjenjivi (promjenjivi kondenzatori i potenciometri). U praksi, svaka grana mosta sadr\u017ei vi\u0161e promjenjivih RC elemenata kako bi se dobili ispravni frekvencijski opsezi i \u0161to bolja linearnost frekvencijske skale.<\/p>\n<p>Slijede\u0107e moramo potra\u017eiti krug stabilizacije amplitude oscilacija, odnosno krug negativne povratne sprege. U ure\u0111ajima do 1970-tih godina za stabilizaciju amplitude naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e su se koristile posebne \u017earuljice sa \u017earnom niti. Ta \u017earna nit djeluje kao detektor snage (amplitude signala) i ujedno kao stabilizator iste. Ako je snaga ve\u0107a, vlakno \u017earuljice \u0107e se vi\u0161e zagrijati, \u010dime \u0107e porasti i elektri\u010dni otpor vlakna. Ovime \u0107e porasti i otpor u regulacijskoj grani negativne povratne sprege \u0161to \u0107e u kona\u010dnici uzrokovati smanjenje poja\u010danja oscilatorskog poja\u010dala. \u017daruljica se koristi i u na\u0161em oscilatoru (R10).<\/p>\n<p>Zbog velikog broja promjenjivih RC elemenata u granama Wienovog mosta, te \u010detiri linije napajanja za kombinaciju MOSFET i BJT tranzistora u krugovima poja\u010dala, na originalnoj shemi se te\u0161ko uo\u010davaju osnovne grane mosta. Stoga smo mi nacrtali ne\u0161to pregledniju i pojednostavljenu shemu na\u0161eg oscilatora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/rc_generator_gf22_24.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[18058]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18082\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/rc_generator_gf22_24.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1339\" height=\"562\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/rc_generator_gf22_24.gif 1339w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/rc_generator_gf22_24-768x322.gif 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1339px) 100vw, 1339px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Poja\u010dala oscilatora sadr\u017ee \u010detiri tranzistora od kojih su dva FET, a dva BJT (tzv. BIFET kombinacija). Zahvaljuju\u0107i FET-u se naravno dobiva visoka ulazna impedancija i konstantno optere\u0107enje Wienovog mosta. Vidimo da se signal sa N-FET-ova uzima sa Source priklju\u010dka, \u0161to zna\u010di da se ne koriste kao naponska poja\u010dala nego samo kao poja\u010dala za odvajanje (bufer poja\u010dala). Tako se na T4 dobiva signal u fazi, dakle pozitivna povratna sprega za podr\u017eavanje oscilacija. Na originalnoj shemi je o\u010dito pogre\u0161no stavljen simbol za tranzistor T2 koji mora biti PNP, a ne NPN tipa. Izlazni signal se tako\u0111er vodi na T5 koji ga okre\u0107e za 180\u00b0 te dobivamo napon za negativnu povratnu spregu kojom se preko \u017earuljice stabilizira amplituda oscilacija, tako da se djeluje na poja\u010danje tranzistora T2. Mo\u017ee se uo\u010diti da su oscilatorski signal i signal negativne povratne sprege u protufazi na bazi T2. Preko sprege u \u010detvrtoj grani mosta regulira se odnos pozitivne i negativne sprege, \u010dime se dobiva ili bolja stabilizacija frekvencije ili bolja stabilizacija amplitude.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/rc_generator_gf22_09.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[18058]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18067\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/rc_generator_gf22_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"451\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/rc_generator_gf22_09.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/rc_generator_gf22_09-768x266.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><em><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\">Stoga je nu\u017ena upotreba dvostrukih potenciometara ili kao u na\u0161em slu\u010daju dvostrukog kondenzatora na zajedni\u010dkoj osovini. Obje sekcije promjenjivog kondenzatora moraju biti dobro uparene (iste) kako bi se zadr\u017eao omjer, a time i ravnote\u017ea mosta u cijelom promjenjivom opsegu. Stoga se paralelno sekcijama promjenjivog kondenzatora uvijek dodaju pomo\u0107ni trimer kondenzatori za me\u0111usobno fino ujedna\u010davanje obje sekcije. To zna\u010di vanjsko optere\u0107enje mora imati otpor od minimalno 100 \u2126 na opsegu 0-10 V ili 1000 \u2126 na ostalim (mV) opsezima. Stoga nije nikako preporu\u010dljivo izravno spajati zvu\u010dnike niske impedancije (4-16 \u2126) jer to mo\u017ee uni\u0161titi izlazne tranzistore poja\u010dala. Kad bi se ovaj ure\u0111aj danas koristio u praksi svakako ne bi bilo lo\u0161e ugraditi neko bolje izlazno poja\u010dalo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atenuator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Izlazni atenuator ima dva stupnja otporni\u010dkog djelitelja napona, jedan grubu dekadu i jednu fino dijeljenje sa korakom 0,05. Uzrok ovome mogu biti dotrajali izlazni elektroliti koji odvajaju DC komponentu izlaznog poja\u010dala od korisnog signala, no ne bi bilo lo\u0161e zamijeniti ni sve ostale elektrolite. Naravno, danas smo ve\u0107 svi opremljeni modernim generatorima signala daleko ve\u0107ih mogu\u0107nosti i performansi pa uvijek ostaje dvojba koliko je zapravo po\u017eeljno popravljati ovakve ure\u0111aje. Morati \u0107emo potro\u0161iti ne\u0161to novaca na nove dijelove, no gore od toga je \u0161to \u0107emo zauvijek degradirati originalni izgled ovog vintage ure\u0111aja. Ja vi\u0161e preferiram prou\u010davanje takvih ure\u0111aja i upoznavanje sa tehnologijama toga doba. Jednom kad se ure\u0111aj dobro upozna onda nije nikakav problem prona\u0107i neispravnost neke komponente ili sklopa.
