To\u010dnost generirane frekvencije je u granicama \u00b10,5% u opsegu 10 KHz &#8211; 1 MHz, odnosno \u00b10,05% u opsegu 1 &#8211; 50 MHz.<\/p>\n<p>Prednja plo\u010da signal generatora AN\/URM-25F \u00a0je vrlo jednostavna. Na lijevoj strani je bira\u010d frekvencije, na desnoj strani je izlazna atenuatorka sklopka, a osim toga ure\u0111aj je opremljen sa jo\u0161 tri potenciometra i jednom 5-polo\u017eajnom sklopkom za odabir vrste rada:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CAL<\/strong> &#8211; Uklju\u010duje se kristalni oscilator frekvencije 1 MHz za kalibraciju frekvencijske skale ure\u0111aja. Kalibracija se vr\u0161i pomo\u0107u slu\u0161alica (uti\u010dnica CAL OUT) zero-beat metodom kakvu smo do sada susretali i opisivali kog desetak sli\u010dnih generatora signala i prijemnika proizvedenih do kraja 1960-tih godina. Kalibracija je mogu\u0107a na frekvenciji 1 MHz i vi\u0161im harmonicima. Stoga je i to\u010dnost RF signala najbolja u opsegu 1 &#8211; 50 MHz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>CW<\/strong> &#8211; Generiranje nemoduliranog RF signala. Amplituda RF signala se o\u010ditava na mjernom instrumentu, no za svaku promjenu frekvencije potrebno je pro\u0107i proceduru kalibracije instrumenta za ispravno pokazivanje amplitude RF signala. Potenciometar MICROVOLTS se postavi u krajnji desni polo\u017eaj (max), a nakon toga se potenciometrom SET RF OUTPUT podesi otklon kazaljke instrumenta na crveno ozna\u010deno polje, na desnom kraju skale. Sada se sklopkom ATTENUATOR odabere u koracima \u017eeljena amplituda signala, a ista se zatim na to\u010dno \u017eeljenu vrijednost fino podesi potenciometrom MICROVOLTS. Amplituda napona se o\u010ditava na mjernom instrumentu u rasponu 0,1 \u00b5V do 100 mV na karakteristi\u010dnom optere\u0107enju 50 \u2126 (RF OUTPUT). Impedancija priklju\u010dnice HIGH RF OUTPUT je 500 \u2126, a najve\u0107a amplituda izlaznog VF signala bez optere\u0107enja je 2 V.<\/li>\n<li><strong>EXT<\/strong> &#8211; Generiranje moduliranog RF signala preko vanjskog NF oscilatora 100 Hz &#8211; 15 kHz. Ako je nose\u0107a frekvencija ispod 300 kHz modulacijska frekvencija mora biti najmanje 1 kHz. Moduliraju\u0107i signal se dovodi preko priklju\u010dnice EXT MOD IN, a dubina modulacije se o\u010ditava na skali mjernog instrumenta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>400<\/strong> &#8211; Generiranje moduliranog RF signala preko internog NF oscilatora 400 Hz. Dubina modulacije pode\u0161ava se potenciometrom %MOD AUDIO OUT LEVEL i o\u010ditava na skali mjernog instrumenta. NF signal 400 Hz (50 k\u2126, 0-6 V) je prisutan i na priklju\u010dnici AUDIO OUT te se mo\u017ee koristiti za druga mjerenja.<\/li>\n<li><strong>1000<\/strong> &#8211; Generiranje moduliranog RF signala preko internog NF oscilatora 1000 Hz. Dubina modulacije pode\u0161ava se potenciometrom %MOD AUDIO OUT LEVEL i o\u010ditava na skali mjernog instrumenta. Pozitivna povratna veza se ostvaruje preko induktivno spregnute sekundarne zavojnice koja je dio titrajnog kruga na re\u0161etki cijevi. Slijedi stupanj za odvajanje (buffer poja\u010dalo) sa V102 kako razli\u010dita optere\u0107enja oscilatora ne bi utjecala na promjenu frekvencije istog. Idu\u0107i stupanj je izlazno RF poja\u010dalo sa V103. To je pentodno poja\u010dalo u A-klasi kako bi izobli\u010denja izlazne sinusoide bila minimalna. Na kontrolnoj re\u0161etki ove cijevi se tako\u0111er vr\u0161i amplitudna modulacija RF signala, a izlazni modulirani signal se dobiva na anodi cijevi. To je poseban tip poja\u010dala u A-klasi koji se naziva Van der Bijl poja\u010dalo (po ju\u017enoafri\u010dkom fizi\u010daru koji je izme\u0111u ostalog zaslu\u017ean za dizajn prvih elektronski cijevi kori\u0161tenih u radiju i telefoniji te modulacijski sustav za radiotelefoniju). Karakteristika Van der Bijl modulatora je \u0161to poja\u010danje pentode ovisi o prednaponu ulaznog stupnja.<\/p>\n<p>NF audio oscilator (400 i 1000 Hz) je sa Wien-ovim mostom. Pentode V104 i V105 su vezane kao triode koje osciliraju preko frekvencijski selektivnih RC filtara. audio oscilatore sa Wien-ovim mostom smo ve\u0107 puno puta susretali i opisivali u na\u0161im objavama. Primje\u0107ujemo na shemi potenciometar DEGEN kojim se namje\u0161ta ja\u010dina negativne povratne sprege oscilatora kako bi se dobio \u0161to manje izobli\u010den sinusni signal.<\/p>\n<p>Ovisno o odabranoj funkciji pentoda V106 radi kao modulator internog ili vanjskog NF signala sa RF signalom ili pak kao kristalni kalibracijski oscilator. Kristalni oscilator je modificiranog Pierce-ovog tipa. Izlazni signal 1 MHz iz kristalnog oscilatora je amplitude cca 15 V RMS. Ovaj signal se ispravlja diodom \u010dime se dobiva bogat spektar harmoni\u010dkih frekvencija. Te frekvencije se mije\u0161aju sa RF signalom, a male razlike izme\u0111u njih se \u010duju kao audio ton u slu\u0161alicama. Samo u slu\u010daju da su obje frekvencije to\u010dne, ne\u0107e biti razlike signala i u slu\u0161alicama se ne\u0107e \u010duti nikakav ton (zero-bit).
