Za na\u0161 konkretni model nemamo nikakvu dokumentaciju, no svi ti CB testeri su sli\u010dnih mogu\u0107nosti te vrlo \u010desto sli\u010dnih prednjih plo\u010da, elektroni\u010dkih shema i unutra\u0161njih konstrukcija.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CB tester Wipe CBT 100 omogu\u0107uje slijede\u0107e mjerne funkcije za CB radio ure\u0111aje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mjerenje VF snage predajnika u dva opsega: do 0,5 W i do 5 W<\/li>\n<li>mjerenje relativne ja\u010dine polja (FS) koju na odre\u0111enoj udaljenosti stvara predajnik<\/li>\n<li>mjerenje VSWR-a u rasponu 1:1 \u2013 1:3 (minimalna potrebna snaga predajnika 1 W)<\/li>\n<li>mjerenje stupnja AM modulacije (minimalna potrebna snaga predajnika 1 W)<\/li>\n<li>ispitivanje ispravnosti CB kristala (dobar \u2013 lo\u0161 metoda)<\/li>\n<li>ugra\u0111ena umjetna antena, radni otpornik 50 \u2126<\/li>\n<li>ugra\u0111en VF testni oscilator za CB opseg 27 MHz<\/li>\n<li>ugra\u0111en NF testni oscilator frekvencije 1 kHz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O konstrukciji i na\u010dinu rada ovakvih ure\u0111aja pisali smo u objavi \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2017\/02\/03\/mjerenja-na-antenama-swr-pwr-fs-modulation\/\">MJERENJA NA ANTENAMA \u2013 SWR, PWR, FS, MODULATION<\/a> tako da \u0107emo ovdje odmah pre\u0107i na specifi\u010dnosti mjera\u010da Wipe CBT 100.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/wipe_cbt_100_03.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[18521]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18524\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/wipe_cbt_100_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"802\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/wipe_cbt_100_03.jpg 800w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/wipe_cbt_100_03-768x770.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovisno o vrsti mjerenja na CB predajniku, kao izlazno optere\u0107enje mo\u017eemo koristiti vlastitu antenu ili se mo\u017ee uklju\u010diti umjetno optere\u0107enje (dummy load) 50 \u2126 ugra\u0111eno u samom ure\u0111aju \u0161to se odre\u0111uje sklopkom (<strong>Antenne<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>Dummy<\/strong>). Umjetno optere\u0107enje u principu mo\u017eemo koristiti za sva mjerenja osim naravno za mjerenje SWR-a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>FS<\/strong> \u2013 mjerenje relativne ja\u010dine elektromagnetskog polja u blizini antene predajnika. Signal se hvata uz pomo\u0107 male antene koja se montira na prihvat na gornjoj strani instrumenta. Potenciometrom <strong>Anzeige Set <\/strong>namjesti se prikladna osjetljivost instrumenta. Demodulirani antenski signal tako\u0111er je doveden i na priklju\u010dnicu <strong>Skop<\/strong> ukoliko isti \u017eelimo promatrati na osciloskopu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leist.<\/strong> \u2013 mjerenje izlazne snage predajnika u dva mjerna opsega: <strong>0,5 W<\/strong> i <strong>5 W<\/strong>. Potenciometar <strong>Anzeige Set<\/strong> treba se postaviti u krajnji desni polo\u017eaj kako bi o\u010ditanja snage bila to\u010dna.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SWR<\/strong> \u2013 mjerenje reflektirane snage predajnika. Potrebno je izvr\u0161iti dva mjerenja, prvo mjerenje direktnog napona (<strong>Set<\/strong>), a zatim mjerenje reflektiranog napona (<strong>Test<\/strong>). Kod prvog mjerenja potenciometrom <strong>Anzeige Set<\/strong> kazaljka instrumenta se dovede na maksimalni otklon skale (<strong>SET<\/strong>), a zatim se sklopka prebacuje na <strong>Test<\/strong> te se o\u010dita vrijednost reflektirane snage na skali ba\u017edarenoj u vrijednostima SWR-a (1:1 \u2013 1:3). Vrijednosti ve\u0107e od SWR 1:3 prelaze u crveno podru\u010dje, odnosno rad sa tako velikom reflektiranom snagom nije ekonomi\u010dan, mo\u017ee do\u0107i do uni\u0161tenja izlaznih stupnjeva predajnika, te je svakako potrebno ukloniti uzrok istog (obi\u010dno neprilago\u0111enje, prekid ili neispravnost antenskih vodova i konektora). Ovakav najjednostavniji SWR metar ponegdje se naziva i reflektometar. VF snaga za oba mjerenja uzima se sa usmjernog spre\u017enika te se preko ispravlja\u010dkih dioda dovodi na mjerni instrument.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mod<\/strong> \u2013 mjerenje stupnja modulacije. Ovdje je isto kao i kod mjerenja SWR-a potrebno prvo pomo\u0107u potenciometra <strong>Anzeige Set<\/strong> kalibrirati kazaljku na puni otklon (SET) pri polo\u017eaju sklopke na <strong>Set<\/strong>, a zatim se sklopka prebaci u polo\u017eaj <strong>Test<\/strong> te se izvr\u0161i o\u010ditanje stupnja modulacije prema ba\u017edarenoj skali <strong>MOD%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quarz-Test \/ HF-Osz. <\/strong>\u2013 uklju\u010duje se napajanje RF kristalnog oscilatora koji radi na frekvenciji umetnutog vanjskog kanalnog CB kristala u jedno od podno\u017eja <strong>Quarz-Test<\/strong>. Izlazni signal iz ovog oscilatora dovodi se na priklju\u010dnicu <strong>HF<\/strong>. Za testiranje ispravnosti kristala, isti se umetne u jedno od podno\u017eja <strong>Quarz-Test<\/strong>, a zatim se kazaljka instrumenta pomo\u0107u potenciometra <strong>Anzeige Set <\/strong>dovede na puni otklon<strong>. <\/strong>Nakon toga kristal se izvadi iz podno\u017eja \u0161to \u0107e uzrokovati odre\u0111eni povrat kazaljke u lijevu stranu. Ukoliko je taj povrat u podru\u010dju <strong>GOOD<\/strong> mo\u017eemo pretpostaviti da je kristal ispravan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HF+NF<\/strong> \u2013 uklju\u010duje se napajanje internog VF i NF oscilatora, te se vr\u0161i amplitudna modulacija VF signala NF signalom. Desno od njega je jo\u0161 jedan VF transformator koji slu\u017ei kao izlazni (odvojni) transformator impedancije za dobivanje VF signala na priklju\u010dnici HF. Jo\u0161 jedna zavojnica koja se vidi na plo\u010dici je u ulaznom antenskom krugu mjera\u010da RF polja.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/wipe_cbt_100_08.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[18521]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18529\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/wipe_cbt_100_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"485\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/wipe_cbt_100_08.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/wipe_cbt_100_08-768x287.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><em><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\">Usmjerni spe\u017enik (desno) je te\u0161ko rastaviti no vidi se da je klasi\u010dne izvedbe sa jednim glavnim vodom i dva senzorska voda svaki sa jedne strane kojima se uzima uzorak VF napona za mjerenje direktne i reflektirane snage.\u00a0<\/span> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/wipe_cbt_100_09.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[18521]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18530\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/wipe_cbt_100_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"790\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ovo je najbolje \u0161to mo\u017eemo prikazati komponente na plo\u010dici bez odlemljivanja ve\u0107eg dijela \u017eica. Na prednjoj strani se vide dva tranzistora, jedan za NF i drugi za VF oscilator. NF oscilator frekvencije 1 kHz lijevo od modulacijskog transformatora je vrlo vjerojatno RC tipa (ocilator sa faznim pomakom) jer tu ne vidimo nikakve induktivitete. Oscilator s desne strane je kristalni VF oscilator za 27 MHz, a izlaz iz istog se uzima preko VF transformatora na priklju\u010dnicu HF. Zavojnica iza oscilatora je vjerojatno dio ulaznog antenskog filtra za antenu mjera\u010da polja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CB tester Wipe CBT 100 je svojevrsni univerzalni mjerni i testni instrument za osnovno pode\u0161avanje i ispitivanje rada standardnih CB primopredajnika snage do 4 W. Osnovni instrumenti ovog tipa omogu\u0107uju samo mjerenje izlazne snage predajnika i SWR-a. Me\u0111utim, minimalni SWR ne zna\u010di automatski i najve\u0107u mogu\u0107u izra\u010denu snagu iz antene. Koliko \u0107e VF snage antena zra\u010diti u prostor ovisi o efikasnosti antene. Mo\u017eemo mi na izlaz predajnika staviti omski otpornik od 50 \u2126 i time mjeriti savr\u0161en SWR, no jasno je da taj otpornik gotovo i ne\u0107e zra\u010diti VF snagu u prostor nego \u0107e ona tro\u0161iti na samom otporniku u obliku topline. Zato je bitno i mjerenje relativne ja\u010dine elektromagnetskog polja u blizini antene predajnika (FS) jer jedino tako mo\u017eemo procijeniti koja antena efikasnije zra\u010di VF valove u prostor.<\/p>\n<p>CB tester Wipe CBT 100 ima ugra\u0111ena dva oscilatora, jedan koji radi na NF (audio) frekvenciji (cca 1 kHz) i drugi koji radi na VF CB frekvenciji vanjskog kristala, dakle oko 27 MHz. To su relativno jeftini instrumenti kojima se mogu kontrolirati i podesiti svi va\u017eni parametri perifernih komponenti spojenih na primopredajnik, kao \u0161to je mikrofon sa jedne strane i antena sa druge strane.
