Tvrtka je pru\u017eala usluge geofizi\u010dkih ispitivanja i obrade seizmi\u010dkih podataka naftnim kompanijama te razne druge usluge vezane na naftnu industriju, plin, podzemne vode i sli\u010dno. Tvrtka je godinama sve vi\u0161e rasla te izvr\u0161ila brojne kupnje i akvizicije raznih poduze\u0107a, izme\u0111u ostalih i tvrtki za proizvodnju elektri\u010dnih mjernih instrumenata te informati\u010dkih tvrtki. Danas je te\u0161ko to\u010dno utvrditi mjesto proizvodnje elektroni\u010dkih mjernih instrumenata sa oznakom Schlumberger jer je to velika me\u0111unarodna korporacija koja uklju\u010duje veliki broj razli\u010ditih tvrtki. \u0160to se ti\u010de elektronike uz ime Schlumberger ve\u017eu se francuska, njema\u010dka i ameri\u010dka poduze\u0107a poput Enertec, Danubia, Solartron, CRC, Heath i druga.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/schlumberger_otdr_si7780_41.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[18654]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18695\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/schlumberger_otdr_si7780_41.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Opti\u010dki ili svjetlovodni reflektometar (OTDR &#8211; Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) je ure\u0111aj koji slu\u017ei za provjeru ispravnosti svjetlovodnih niti i kablova. Takav ure\u0111aj oda\u0161ilje u svjetlovod kratki (uski) svjetlosni impuls, a zatim registrira i mjeri sve povratne refleksije tog impulsa. Impuls \u0107e se vi\u0161e ili manje reflektirati od svih anomalija na svjetlovodu, uklju\u010duju\u0107i prekide, spojeve (konektore), o\u0161te\u0107enja i druge nehomogenosti koje odstupaju od savr\u0161ene svjetlovodne niti. Na osnovu vremena potrebnog da odaslani svjetlosni impuls do\u0111e do anomalije i reflektira se natrag na detektor, mo\u017ee se izra\u010dunati na kojoj duljini svjetlovoda je detektirana odre\u0111ena refleksija. Po obliku i amplitudi reflektiranog impulsa pak se mo\u017ee zaklju\u010diti o kakvoj vrsti nehomogenosti (prigu\u0161enja ili prekida) je rije\u010d. Osnovne zna\u010dajke svjetlovoda koje se mjere reflektometrom su prigu\u0161enje svjetlosti, kromatska disperzija, kriti\u010dna valna duljina i numeri\u010dka apertura, a mjerenja se mogu vr\u0161iti na jednomodnim ili vi\u0161emodnim opti\u010dkim nitima.<\/p>\n<p>Za na\u0161 Schlumberger SI 7780 nemamo nikakve tehni\u010dke podatke ni upute za upotrebu, nemamo ni svjetlovodni kabao za testiranje istog. Ipak, znamo da je to impulsni reflektometar i da primarno slu\u017ei za odre\u0111ivanje mjesta prekida ili o\u0161te\u0107enja svjetlovodnih kablova sa monomodnim nitima. Vidimo da je mjerenje provedeno svjetlosnim impulsom slijede\u0107ih odabranih karakteristika:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>valna duljina: 1,550 \u00b5m<\/li>\n<li>\u0161irina impulsa: 50 nm<\/li>\n<li>maksimalna mogu\u0107a duljina mjerenja: 33,79 km<\/li>\n<li>indeks loma: 1,4670<\/li>\n<li>broj kabela: 3<\/li>\n<li>broj niti: 46<\/li>\n<li>smjer mjerenja: O &#8211;&gt; E<\/li>\n<li>broj uzoraka: 0 (ina\u010de 256)<\/li>\n<li>broj instrumenta: 457<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sve ove karakteristike se unose prije mjerenja u okvirima koje podr\u017eava sam instrument. Vidimo da je na X-osi grafa duljina kabla u kilometrima, a na Y-osi grafa je gu\u0161enje u dB. Kod ispravnog opti\u010dkog kabla koji nigdje nije prekinut, o\u0161te\u0107en ili spajan dobili bi ravnu crtu koja sa duljinom ravnomjerno pada, ovisno koliko je karakteristi\u010dno gu\u0161enje samog svjetlovoda po kilometru duljine. Nagli padovi na tom pravcu (naglo pove\u0107anje gu\u0161enja) ili pojava impulsa (refleksija) ukazuje na neku anomaliju na toj duljini kabla.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/schlumberger_otdr_si7780_42.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[18654]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18696\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/schlumberger_otdr_si7780_42.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"693\" height=\"488\" \/><\/a><em><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\">Idealizirani prikaz primjera mjernog grafikona OTDR reflektormetra. X-os predstavlja duljinu kabla u km, a na Y-osi je skala gu\u0161enja u dB. Kako se pove\u0107ava duljina kabla tako se pove\u0107ava i karakteristi\u010dno gu\u0161enje (1,2 dB\/km). Me\u0111utim, na nekim to\u010dkama kabla se uo\u010davaju anomalije s obzirom na ravnomjerno pravocrtno gu\u0161enje uslijed same duljine kabla. To mogu biti pove\u0107ane refleksije mjernog impulsa, nagla gu\u0161enja i kombinacije ove dvije pojave koje naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e uzrokuju lo\u0161i opti\u010dki spojevi ili fizi\u010dka o\u0161te\u0107enja svjetlovodnih kablova.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za rad sa opti\u010dkim reflektometrom SI 7780 je svakako potrebna obuka operatera glede samog postupka mjerenja, pode\u0161avanja i kalibracije prije mjerenja, odabira ispravnih mjernih opsega i parametara, te svakako glede prepoznavanja i tuma\u010denja dobivenog mjernog grafikona. Taj papir ima premaz koji potamni kad se na njega djeluje temperaturom. Temperatura zagrijavanja termalne glave je oko 200 \u00b0C i pri toj temperaturi papir potamni za nekoliko mikosekundi \u0161to ispis jednostavne grafike \u010dini dovoljno brzim.<\/p>\n<p>Termalni pisa\u010di su obi\u010dno malih dimenzija, jednostavne konstrukcije te ne tra\u017ee puno odr\u017eavanja. Ovaj na\u0161 pisa\u010d je odmah proradio iako je vjerojatno godinama bio izvan upotrebe i lo\u0161e skladi\u0161ten. Trebali bi konstruirati generator elektri\u010dnih impulsa i filtre za proslje\u0111ivanje odlaznih i reflektiranih impulsa. Tako\u0111er, razinu signala bi morali prilagoditi postoje\u0107im ulaznim poja\u010dalima, a svakako bi trebale i odre\u0111ene korekcije softvera kako bi dobili adekvatne postavke i to\u010dna mjerenja. To je naravno nemogu\u0107e napraviti napamet, a \u010dak i da imamo svu tehni\u010dku dokumentaciju i tvorni\u010dke softvere, trebali bi ulo\u017eiti puno vremena i truda u prou\u010davanje principa rada svih sklopova reflektometra. \u010cak i tada, velika je vjerojatnost da bi nai\u0161li na neke nerje\u0161ive probleme.<\/p>\n<p>Generalno gledano, lak\u0161e je napraviti reflektometar za obi\u010dne elektri\u010dne koaksijalne kablove uz upotrebu kakvog boljeg osciloskopa. Tu nam prakti\u010dno treba samo neki jednostavan generator elektri\u010dnih impulsa i filtar (razvodnik) toga signala na osciloskop i na kabao. Naravno, \u0161to je impulsna mjerna glava bolje izvedena to \u0107emo dobiti bolji prikaz refleksija na zaslonu osciloskopa. Na internetu mo\u017eete na\u0107i vi\u0161e primjera izrade takvih impulsnih generatora za pretvaranje osciloskopa u reflektometar. Njima se mo\u017ee mjeriti duljina kabla, te detektirati duljine na kojima postoji prekid, o\u0161te\u0107enje ili pove\u0107ano gu\u0161enje uslijed nekih drugih uzroka (spojnice). No jednako kao za svjetlovode, tako je i za koaksijalne vodove ovisno o tipu potrebno poznavati ili izmjeriti osnovne parametre (npr. gu\u0161enje po obi\u010dno 100 m duljine, brzina signala unutar kabla i sli\u010dno) kako bi mogli dobiti neke mjerljive rezutate. Kada to znamo, sa dana\u0161njim brzim osciloskopima prili\u010dno to\u010dno mo\u017eemo mjeriti gu\u0161enja i refleksije ve\u0107 na relativno kratkim kablovima.
