Vidi se da nedostaje jedan vijak na ku\u0107i\u0161tu, a to je znak da je netko ve\u0107 otvarao ovaj ure\u0111aj.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nemamo nikakvih podataka o ovom ure\u0111aju, ne znamo ni to\u010dnu oznaku modela (saznali smo nakon \u0161to je ure\u0111aj proradio), no radi se o jednom od nekoliko desetaka vizualno vrlo sli\u010dnih kineskih ure\u0111aja za automobilsku multimediju koji se masovno prodaju zadnjih 15-tak godina. To su mahom ure\u0111aji sa touch-ekranima dimenzija cca 7-13 in\u010da koji se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e baziraju na Android operativnom sustavu i implementiraju multimediju uobi\u010dajenu za dana\u0161nje automobile: stereo FM RDS prijemnik, GPS navigacija, razni video i audio reproduktori sa digitalnih medija, vi\u0161ekanalna audio poja\u010dala sa tonskim kontrolama, mogu\u0107nost spajanja kamere za vo\u017enju unatrag, Bluetooth i WiFi komunikacija za povezivanje s mobitelom i sli\u010dno. Ovisno o ugra\u0111enom hardveru i softveru takvi multimedijalni sistemi imaju cijenu od 50 do preko 500 eura.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vlasnik ure\u0111aja navodi da je isti u jednom trenutku jednostavno prestao sa radom i sada ne pokazuje nikakve znakove \u017eivota. Za\u0161titni strujni osigura\u010d je ispravan. Jednako tako otkaz bilo kojeg drugog od nabrojanih integriranih krugova ovaj ure\u0111aj \u010dini neisplativim za popravak. Iz ovoga znamo da ulazni napon dolazi do nekih unutra\u0161njih komponenti, no to ne govori puno jer ne znamo gdje on sve zapravo mora biti prisutan i da li uop\u0107e postoji i kako funkcionira eventualni stand-by mod. Nigdje ne vidimo druge elemente tipi\u010dne za beskontaktne sklopke \u0161to zna\u010di da su ovi elementi osim svakako RGB LED ujedno i neke beskontaktne senzorske sklopke, mogu\u0107e na principu odbijanja svjetlosti (IC). Vrlo je te\u0161ko pouzdano ispitati neprekidnost svih linija ovakvog flat kabla jer eventualna mikroskopska napuknu\u0107a na linijama pod odre\u0111enim mehani\u010dkim utjecajem mogu dati ili prekidati spoj. Nakon zamjene kabla ure\u0111aj i dalje ne pokazuje znakove \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovo nas vra\u0107a na tra\u017eenje kvara u krugovima za regulaciju napona napajanja. Linije je na ovoj dvostranoj plo\u010dici vrlo te\u0161ko pratiti jer su velikim dijelom zaklonjene (prolaze ispod elemenata), a tiskani slojevi se spajaju na puno skrivenih ili te\u0161ko vidljivih to\u010daka.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/car_radio_f1c200s_21.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[19088]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19109\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/car_radio_f1c200s_21.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"1004\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/car_radio_f1c200s_21.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/car_radio_f1c200s_21-768x593.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\"><em>Ovdje je najve\u0107a koncentracija elemenata za regulaciju napona napajanja.<\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jedna grana ulaznog napajanje dolazi na drugi pin integriranog kruga sa oznakom XC84 1712C u ESOP8 ku\u0107i\u0161tu. Potro\u0161ili smo puno vremena pretra\u017euju\u0107i internet da bi do\u0161li do zaklju\u010dka kako je ovo najvjerojatnije Switching Step-Down Regulator maksimalno za 30V \/ 3A. Analogan \u010dip mo\u017ee se na\u0107i primjerice pod oznakom RY8336.<\/p>\n<p>Uglavnom, sa 12 V ulaznog napona \u010dip XC84 na izlazu ne daje nikakav napon. Razlog tome je \u0161to je njegov kontrolni pin 7 na niskoj logi\u010dkoj razini, dok je za uklju\u010denje regulatora potrebna visoka logi\u010dka razina na tom pinu.<\/p>\n<p>Slijedili smo vezu sa pina 7 i ona izme\u0111u ostalog vodi na pin-2 bluetooth \u010dipa oznake AS19AP1R321-5C4. Za kineske \u010dipove je uglavnom vrlo te\u0161ko na\u0107i bilo kakve tvorni\u010dke podatke. Logotip &#8220;JL&#8221; se vjerojatno odnosi za kinesku tvrtku &#8220;JieLi&#8221;, no broj\u010dane oznake na njihovim \u010dipovim naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e ozna\u010davaju serijski broj, a ne stvarnu oznaku \u010dipa. Sli\u010dni problem smo imali i sa raspoznavanjem \u010dipa XC84 koji je zapravo RY8336. Nakon podu\u017eeg istra\u017eivanja do\u0161ao sam do zaklju\u010dka da je tajanstveni 24-pinski bluetooth \u010dip vjerojatno AC6905A (AC690x serija), odnosno jeftini kineski bluetooth \u010dip koji se mo\u017ee na\u0107i u puno njihovih ure\u0111aja potro\u0161a\u010dke elektronike i gotovih bluetooth modula za procesuiranje audio signala.<\/p>\n<p>Pin-2 \u010dipa AC6905A je GPIO port (General Purpose Input\/Output) dakle ulazno\/izlazni port koji se mo\u017ee softverski konfigurirati za upravljanje drugim sklopovima. Sada ostaje pitanje za\u0161to na tom portu ne dobivamo logi\u010dku jedinicu za uklju\u010denje DC\/DC regulatora sa \u010dipom RY8336 (XC84).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Iako smo identificirali mogu\u0107i \u010dip AC6905A svejedno su tvorni\u010dki podaci za istog vrlo op\u0107eniti. To je u osnovi 32-bitni mikro-kompjuter (RISC) koji je definiran i upravljan upisanim softverom. Ima devet posve fleksibilnih ulazno izlaznih portova (GPIO) koji mogu biti programirani na razli\u010dite na\u010dine i za razli\u010dite funkcije, a podr\u017eane su i vanjske wake-up i interrupt funkcije. To zna\u010di da na\u0161 AC6905A mo\u017ee biti konfiguriran na razli\u010dite na\u010dine uklju\u010divanja i isklju\u010divanja kako samog sebe tako i drugih krugova kojima upravlja. Osim toga \u010dip sadr\u017ei sklopove za bluetooth, FM radio tuner i analogno-digitalnu obradu zvuka.<\/p>\n<p>Sada ima i smisla \u0161to radi samo regulator za 5 V preko kojeg se napaja AC6905A \u010dip i o\u010dito se preko njega dalje uklju\u010duje (budi) ostatak sklopovlja. Ono \u0161to mo\u017eemo ovdje napraviti to je probati pin-2 \u010dipa AC6905A, odnosno pin-7 \u010dipa RY8336 postaviti na visoku logi\u010dku razinu ne bi li se uklju\u010dio regulator napona za napajanje ostalih sklopova ure\u0111aja. To je lak\u0161e re\u0107i nego u\u010diniti. Veliki broj tiskanih veza ide ispod samog \u010dipa, na vi\u0161e mjesta su prelazi izme\u0111u slojeva tiskanih veza, sve tiskane veze i prijelazi su izolirani lakom i sve je izuzetno minijaturno. Elementi poput otpornika i kondenzatora su toliko sitni da na njima nema ni oznaka i bilo kakvo testiranje i popravak je mogu\u0107 samo pod dobrim mikroskopom.<\/p>\n<p>Drugi problem je \u0161to nemamo nikakve upute za ovaj ure\u0111aj i ne znamo \u0161to je prethodni vlasnik sa njime radio. Mogu\u0107e da je nehotice programirana kakva funkcija koja ure\u0111aj uklju\u010duje samo pod odre\u0111enim uvjetima. Mogu\u0107e da je poku\u0161ana nadogradnja neodgovaraju\u0107eg softvera ili firmvera pa je do\u0161lo do promjene rada GPIO porta CPU-a. Mogu\u0107e je da je do\u0161lo do korupcije firmwarea unutar AC6905A ili do hardverskog o\u0161te\u0107enja samog \u010dipa \u0161to je prakti\u010dno nepopravljiv kvar. Generalno gledano ovo je moderni jeftini ure\u0111aj potro\u0161a\u010dke elektronike koji se bazira na namjenski dizajniranim i programiranim \u010dipovima te nas crtanje sheme i daljnje otkrivanje principa rada ne\u0107e dovesti nikuda, odnosno brzo \u0107emo zavr\u0161iti u nekoj softverskoj slijepoj ulici.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/car_radio_f1c200s_26.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[19088]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19124\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/car_radio_f1c200s_26.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"415\" \/><\/a><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\"><em>Sada vidimo kako je ovdje rije\u010d o modelu ZCD-7089 iz 2019. godine.<\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kupnja i odabir jednog ovakvog multimedijalnog ure\u0111aja za automobile sli\u010dna je kupnji mobitela. Svi oni izvana izgledaju prakti\u010dno jednako, no ovisno u ugra\u0111enom hardveru i softveru, mogu\u0107nosti i cijene ovakvih ure\u0111aja mogu biti vrlo razli\u010dite. Ovaj na\u0161 model ZCD-7089 nema ugra\u0111en GPS \u0161to je danas gotovo standard za ovakve ure\u0111aje, no kvaliteta i cijena se najvi\u0161e o\u010dituju u snazi, brzini i mogu\u0107nostima ugra\u0111enih multimedijalnih \u010dipova te rezoluciji i veli\u010dini ekrana.<\/p>\n<p>Konektori su kod svih ovih ure\u0111aja vrlo sli\u010dni, no pin-out se mo\u017ee razlikovati od modela do modela. Prije kupnje je treba prou\u010diti koji vanjski audio-video ure\u0111aji, kontrole, dodaci i koja su\u010delja su podr\u017eana od odre\u0111enog multimedijalnog ure\u0111aja i koliko time isti odgovara va\u0161em automobilu. Naravno treba uskladiti i dimenzije samog ure\u0111aja koje su danas uglavnom razvrstane u dvije kategorije: manji 1 DIN format ili poput ovog na\u0161eg ve\u0107i 2 DIN format.
