Tvrtka Electro-Craft je osnovana u 1960-tim godinama, a 1980. godine ju je kupio tako\u0111er ameri\u010dki proizvo\u0111a\u010d motora Robbins &amp; Myers. Od 1991. godine vlasni\u0161tvo tvrtke je preuzeo Reliance Electric, zatim 1994. godine Rockwell i 2006. godine sada\u0161nji vlasnik DMI Technology. Na na\u0161em ure\u0111aju uz Electro-Craft otisnuto je i ime tada\u0161nje vlasni\u010dke tvrtke Reliance Electric, tako\u0111er proizvo\u0111a\u010d elektromotora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/motomatic2_electrocraft_04.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[19128]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19132\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/motomatic2_electrocraft_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"622\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/motomatic2_electrocraft_04.jpg 1000w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/motomatic2_electrocraft_04-768x478.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Servo elektromotori su iste konstrukcije kao i obi\u010dni elektromotori s time \u0161to imaju dodan senzor za slanje povratnih informacija prema upravlja\u010dkom ure\u0111aju (kontroleru). Ti senzori mogu biti razli\u010ditog tipa poput potenciometra, Hall senzora, tahometra, rezolvera, kodera, linearnog pretvara\u010da ili bilo koji drugi senzor prema potrebi. Ovisno o ugra\u0111enom senzoru povratna informacija mo\u017ee biti ja\u010dina struje, brzina, kut ili pozicija osovine i drugo, a na osnovu tih informacija kontroler onda prilago\u0111ava rad servo motora prema zadanim parametrima. Mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da servo motor radi kao dio sustava zatvorene petlje koju \u010dini upravlja\u010dki kontroler sa zadanim parametrima, elektromotor i senzorski sustav povratne sprege od motora prema kontroleru.<\/p>\n<p>Electro-Craftov kontroler Motomatic II mo\u017ee upravljati istosmjernim servo motorima (sa permanentnim magnetom na statoru i \u010detkicama na rotoru) nominalnog napona 36 V i potro\u0161nje struje do 3 A kontinuirano (6 A maksimalna vr\u0161na struja). Mogu\u0107e su slijede\u0107e kontrole rada DC motora: kontrola smjera i brzine vrtnje te kontrola ja\u010dine zakretnog momenta motora.<\/p>\n<p>Na prednjoj plo\u010di su potenciometri za grubo (COARSE) i fino (FINE) pode\u0161avanje brzine (SPEED) i potenciometar TORQUE LIMIT za ograni\u010denje zakretnog momenta motora (TORQUE). Sklopkama pak se odabire smjer vrtnje (CW\/CCW) te prikaz vrijednosti na displeju (SPEED\/TORQUE). Tako\u0111er je dodana i sklopka za pokretanje (RUN) ili zaustavljanje (STOP) rada motora bez da se isti mora odspajati sa kontrolera.<\/p>\n<p>Digitalni displej prikazuje brzinu motora ili ja\u010dinu zakretnog momenta ovisno o odabranoj vrsti prikaza (SPEED\/TORQUE). Tri LED indikacije signaliziraju trenutni odabir regulacije:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CCW RPM &#8211; kontrola brzine okretanja motora suprotno od smjera kazaljki na satu (ulijevo)<\/li>\n<li>CW RPM &#8211; kontrola brzine okretanja motora u smjeru kazaljki na satu (udesno)<\/li>\n<li>OZ-IN &#8211; kontrola zakretnog momenta motora u mjernoj jedinici oz\/in (ounce\/inches)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Za Motomatic II danas se mogu na\u0107i tek op\u0107eniti prospekti iz kojih saznajemo da je kontrola brzine i momenta u \u010detiri kvadranta i da je PWM poja\u010dalo s frekvencijom prebacivanja od 25 kHz. To \u0161to se motor kontrolira u \u010detiri kvadranta zna\u010di da radi u dva motorna moda sa vrtnjom naprijed i natrag kada se elektri\u010dna energija pretvara u mehani\u010dku i u dva generatorska moda (ko\u010denje) kada se mehani\u010dki moment pretvara u elektri\u010dnu energiju. Drugim rije\u010dima kontroler osim \u0161to aktivno napaja elektromotor za ubrzanje i odr\u017eavanje vrtnje u oba smjera tako\u0111er aktivno (elektri\u010dno) ko\u010di elektromotor za sni\u017eavanje broja okretaja u oba smjera. Za istosmjerne elektromotore sa permanentnim magnetom ovo se posti\u017ee PWM kontroliranim H-mosnim spojem izlaznih tranzistora. Takav spoj smo ve\u0107 objasnili u objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2023\/03\/11\/inverter-12-230v-300w\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Inverter 12\/230 V, 300 W<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Prema simbolima na zadnjoj strani ure\u0111aja pak mo\u017eemo zaklju\u010diti da se na ovaj kontroler spajaju industrijski istosmjerni servo motori koji kao senzor brzine vrtnje imaju integriran tahometar. Na priklju\u010dnice MT+ i MT- se spaja napajanje elektromotora, a na priklju\u010dnice TG- i TG+ senzorski tahometar unutar elektromotora. Tahometar daje izlazni napon proporcionalan brzini motora i na osnovu tog napona povratne veze kontroler regulira potreban pogonski napon. Prema prospektu, na\u0161 kontroler radi sa ulaznim naponima u opsegu \u00b110 VDC (\u00b120 VDC max). Petlja za regulaciju zakretnog momenta pak vjerojatno sadr\u017ei krug mjerenja trenutne potro\u0161nje struje na liniji napajanja elektromotora. Tako se brzina vrtnje regulira na osnovu napona koji daje tahometar, a zakretni moment se regulira na osnovu mjerenja trenutne potro\u0161nje struje elektromotora.<\/p>\n<p>Na osnovu dostupnih podataka drugih sistema tvrtke Electro-Craft identificirali smo kratice priklju\u010daka na zadnjoj strani kontrolera:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>VCS &#8211; Velocity Command Signal (input)<\/li>\n<li>AUX &#8211; Auxiliary Input signal (input)<\/li>\n<li>SSO &#8211; System Status Output (output)<\/li>\n<li>INH &#8211; Amplifier Inhibit Clamp (input)<\/li>\n<li>FAC &#8211; Forward Amplifier Clamp (input)<\/li>\n<li>RAC &#8211; Reverse Amplifier Clamp (input)<\/li>\n<li>VEL CLAMP &#8211; Velocity Clamp (internal FAC, RAC, INH)<\/li>\n<li>VCS DISABLE &#8211; Velocity Command Signal Disable<\/li>\n<li>I LIMIT &#8211; Internal Current Limit<\/li>\n<li>MCO &#8211; Motor Current Output (output)<\/li>\n<li>TACH &#8211; Tachometer Gain<\/li>\n<li>+15\/-15 &#8211; VDC Power Output 30 mA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ovo su osnovi izlazi i ulazi iz pojedinih sklopova u lancu regulacijske petlje na koje se mo\u017ee utjecati (upravljati) izvana ili se uzimaju uzorci elektri\u010dnih signala za neke vanjske analize.<\/p>\n<p>Bez odgovaraju\u0107eg servo motora ovdje \u0107emo te\u0161ko napraviti dobru simulaciju da vidimo da li regulator funkcionira. Morali bi simulirati strujno optere\u0107enje i povratni regulacijski napon. Test bez motora je pokazao da kontroler daje na izlazu za motor (MT+ i MT-) pozitivni ili negativni napon cca 38 V (prazni hod) ovisno o odabranom smjeru vrtnje. Tako\u0111er, displej reagira na simulaciju povratnog kruga \u00b110 VDC dovedenog sa vanjskog izvora napona. Impulsni napon za primar transformatora dobiva se prekida\u010dkim krugom sa PWM kontrolerom SG3844, simetri\u010dnim drajverom UC3706N i dva izlazna MOSFET-a \u00a0BUZ307 (800 V, 3-12 A).<\/p>\n<p>U sekundarnom krugu je brza ispravlja\u010dka dioda U820 (200 V, 8-16 A) i NPN Darlington tranzistor TIP123 (100 V, 5-8 A). Ispravlja\u010d mora osigurati napon napajanja servo motora od 36 V, 3 (6) A \u0161to se vjerojatno regulira preko TIP123. Stabilizirani napon \u00b115V za napajanje krugova kontrolera dobiva se preko integriranih regulatora LM7915\/7815 (1,5 A). Osim toga na sekundarnom dijelu vidimo jo\u0161 dva diodna mosna ispravlja\u010da preko kojih se dobivaju odre\u0111eni naponi napajanja. Za pogon plo\u010dice displeja se koristi napon 5 V koji se stabilizira preko posebnog integriranog regulatora 7805 smje\u0161tenog na toj plo\u010dici.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/motomatic2_electrocraft_11.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[19128]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19139\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/motomatic2_electrocraft_11.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"562\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/motomatic2_electrocraft_11.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/motomatic2_electrocraft_11-768x332.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovdje ne\u0107emo mjeriti sve sekundarne napone koje daje napajanje jer za to nemamo razloga no ovo je svakako rani tip SMPS napajanja gdje se za povratni krug automatske regulacije izlaznog napona ovdje ne koriste danas uobi\u010dajeni opti\u010dki izolatori (optocoupler) nego mali izolacijski transformator (T1).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/motomatic2_electrocraft_09.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[19128]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19137\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/motomatic2_electrocraft_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1127\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/motomatic2_electrocraft_09.jpg 2000w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/motomatic2_electrocraft_09-768x433.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2000px) 100vw, 2000px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>U krugu regulacije nalazimo slijede\u0107e integrirane krugove:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LM358N x 2 &#8211; dva operacijska poja\u010dala<\/li>\n<li>MC33079P &#8211; \u010detiri operacijska poja\u010dala<\/li>\n<li>LM339N x 2 &#8211; \u010detiri naponska komparatora<\/li>\n<li>IH5024CPA &#8211; jednopolna analogna sklopka<\/li>\n<li>MC14011BCP &#8211; \u010detiri NAND vrata sa dva ulaza<\/li>\n<li>MC14073BCP &#8211; tri AND vrata sa tri ulaza<\/li>\n<li>MC14081BCP &#8211; \u010detiri AND vrata sa dva ulaza<\/li>\n<li>CD4050BCN &#8211; \u0161est bufera<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vidimo da je ovo kombinacija analognih i digitalnih (logi\u010dkih) \u010dipova na kojima se kreiraju pojedini senzorski i upravlja\u010dki krugovi regulacije brzine i momenta DC motora u \u010detiri kvadranta. Kod ranih diskretnih izvedbi ovakvih regulacija to uklju\u010duje razne clamper krugove kojima se ograni\u010davaju naponske razine upravlja\u010dkih signala, zatim naponske komparatore i sumiraju\u0107a poja\u010dala, filtarske naponske sklopove i u kona\u010dnici izlazno H-poja\u010dalo koje napaja DC motor.
