Prvi modeli ovog prijemnika po\u010deli su se proizvoditi 1974. godine. Ure\u0111aj se izvozio i u tada\u0161nju Zapadnu Njema\u010dku pod oznakama Neckermann Sensomat 18 i Neufunk Sensor 18, te u Francusku pod imenom Comix Sensomat. Slijede tipke za odabir prijemnih frekvencijskih opsega (LW, MW, KW1, KW2, UKW), a crvena tipka AUTOM. je za odabir izme\u0111u ru\u010dnog ili automatskog tra\u017eenja UKW postaja. Dvije indikacijske tinjalice svijetle kada je odbrano ru\u010dno tra\u017eenje UKW postaja (HAND) i kada je napon (baterijskog) napajanja ispravan (BATT.). Istovremenim pritiskom na tipke KW2 i UKW koristi se samo audio poja\u010dalo prijemnika za spajanje gramofona i drugih vanjskih audio ure\u0111aja bez vlastitog poja\u010dala.<\/p>\n<p>S gornje strane je FM\/UKW skala 88-104 MHz i gumb za ru\u010dno biranje FM postaja. Rundfunk und Fernmelde Technik ili kasnije Repr\u00e4sentant Fortschrittlicher Technik) je za\u0161titni znak (logotip) udru\u017eenja svih proizvo\u0111a\u010da razli\u010dite radio, TV, telekomunikacijske, mjerne i sli\u010dne elektroni\u010dke opreme u biv\u0161oj DDR koje je osnovano 1946. godine. Isto tako dr\u017eavno poduze\u0107e VEB (njem. Volkseigene Betrieb) bio je pravni oblik industrijskih i uslu\u017enih poduze\u0107a u sovjetskoj okupacijskoj zoni i kasnije u DDR-u sve do kraja postojanja te dr\u017eave. Stoga se na elektroni\u010dkim proizvodima porijeklom iz biv\u0161eg DDR-a \u010desto nalaze i te op\u0107enite oznake nacionaliziranih grupa poduze\u0107a RFT i VEB.<\/p>\n<p>Proizvodnja radio prijemnika i opreme u DDR-u bila je centralno kontrolirana u kombinatu VEB Stern-Radio Berlin kao krovnoj organizaciji. Tijekom vremena kombinat je uklju\u010divao razli\u010dite pogone, a od oko 1970. do kraja DDR-a bilo je ukupno \u010detiri pogona koji su se bavili cjelokupnom proizvodnjom radijskih prijamnika:\u00a0 VEB Stern-Radio Berlin, VEB Stern Radio Sonneberg, VEB Stern-Radio Rochlitz i VEB Stern-Radio Sta\u00dffurt.<\/p>\n<p>Zgrada u kojoj se nalazila tvornica Stern-Radio u Berlinu izgra\u0111ena je 1913. godine za tvornicu kugli\u010dnih le\u017eajeva Augusta Riebe GmbH. Od 1920. godine tvornicu preuzimaju novi vlasnici i proizvodna se nastavlja pod imenom \u201cRaspe i Riebe\u201d. Ova tvornica je tijekom 2. svjetskog rata bila uklju\u010dena u ratnu industriju, te je izme\u0111u ostalog proizvodila spremnike goriva za tenkove i zrakoplove, komponente i upravlja\u010dke module za njema\u010dke krstare\u0107e rakete (oru\u017eje odmazde) te radiotehniku za zrakoplove.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon rata tvornicu Raspe i Riebe preuzima Opta-Radio AG i pokre\u0107e proizvodnju elektronskih cijevi. Godine 1948. u istoj tvornici osnovana je tvrtka Phonetika Radio GmbH za proizvodnju elektronskih cijevi i radio ure\u0111aja. Nakon eksproprijacije, tvornica se od 1950. zvala VEB Phonetika Radio i bila je dio udru\u017eenja dr\u017eavnih poduze\u0107a VVBB. Tvornica je stavljena pod kontrolu VVB Elektroindustrie i ve\u0107 je imala robnu marku RFT. Godine 1951. naziv je promijenjen u VEB Stern-Radio Berlin. Tijekom 1957. godine tvornica je po\u010dela proizvoditi i televizore, me\u0111utim od 1962. godine proizvodnja je ograni\u010dena samo na tranzistorske radio prijamnike. Proizvodnja radio-kasetofona zapo\u010dela je 1972. godine u suradnji sa drugim njema\u010dkim elektroni\u010dkim poduze\u0107ima. Nakon 1979. godine proizvode se Hi-Fi sustavi i prijenosni stereo radio snima\u010di. Tijekom 1986. godine nabavljeni su moderni strojevi za monta\u017eu i elektroni\u010dke komponente iz Japana i SAD-a kako bi se odgovorilo zahtjevima tr\u017ei\u0161ta i konkurenciji. Me\u0111utim, 1990. godine tvornica u Berlinu je zatvorena, a svih 3300 zaposlenika ostalo je bez posla.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/stern_sensomat_3000_06.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[19321]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19327\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/stern_sensomat_3000_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"507\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/stern_sensomat_3000_06.jpg 800w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/stern_sensomat_3000_06-768x487.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Radio prijemnik Stern Sensomat 3000 ima ugra\u0111en AM\/FM prijemnik sa pet frekvencijskih opsega:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LW (dugi val): 158 &#8211; 285 kHz<\/li>\n<li>MW (srednji val): 560 &#8211; 1500 kHz<\/li>\n<li>KW 1 (kratki val): 5,8 &#8211; 6,2 MHz<\/li>\n<li>KW 2 (kratki val): 6,0 &#8211; 11,5 MHz<\/li>\n<li>UKW (ultrakratki val): 88 \u2013 104 MHz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Specifi\u010dnost ure\u0111aja je mogu\u0107nost automatskog odabira FM\/UKW radio postaja pomo\u0107u 18 tipki osjetljivih na dodir. Odmah \u0107emo re\u0107i da ovo nije sistem gdje bi mogli po \u017eelji memorirati bilo kojih 18 frekvencija. Pritiskom na pojedinu tipku, FM tuner se postavlja na jednu odre\u0111enu predefiniranu frekvenciju unutar FM opsega, a onda krug za automatsku kontrolu frekvencije (AFC) poku\u0161ava u uskom opsegu oko te frekvencije prona\u0107i najja\u010di signal neke postaje i podesiti se na to\u010dno njega. S obzirom da je tipkama pokriven frekvencijski opseg 88-100 MHz \u0161to \u010dini ukupnu \u0161irinu od 12 MHz, onda svaka tipka pokriva opseg od oko 670 kHz. Unutar tog opsega AFC se treba postaviti na najja\u010di signal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/stern_sensomat_3000_33.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[19321]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19354\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/stern_sensomat_3000_33.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"178\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/stern_sensomat_3000_33.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/stern_sensomat_3000_33-768x105.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\"><em>Na FM\/UKW skali se vidi kako je 18 predefiniranih kanala ravnomjerno raspore\u0111eno po skali u opsegu 88-100 MHz.<\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Naravno, u praksi \u0107e neki od 18 opsega biti prazni jer u njima ne emitira ni jedna postaja, a na nekima se mo\u017ee nalaziti i vi\u0161e oda\u0161ilja\u010da (maksimalno \u0161est). No ako se vratimo u 1970-te godine, na ve\u0107ini lokacija evropskih zemalja je bilo mogu\u0107e uhvatiti u prosjeku do pet lokalnih FM oda\u0161ilja\u010da dovoljno sna\u017enih da ih detektira AFC i dodijeljene frekvencije lokacijski bliskih oda\u0161ilja\u010da su se obi\u010dno razlikovale za vi\u0161e od 1 MHz. U tim uvjetima je ovaj sistem automatskog bira\u010da postaja mogao raditi prili\u010dno dobro. Ako se ipak htjela uhvatiti neka slabija postaja ili automatski bira\u010d iz nekog razloga nije radio kako treba, uvijek se mogao uklju\u010diti ru\u010dni bira\u010d prijemne ulaznom RF krugu i D501 u krugu lokalnog oscilatora). Tako se frekvencija titrajnih krugova mijenja jednostavnom promjenom napona na varikap diodama, a to u praksi dozvoljava brze i skokovite promjene prijemne frekvencije FM tunera. Za varikap diode je potrebno samo osigurati stabilan napon odre\u0111ene vrijednosti za postizanje odre\u0111enog kapaciteta iste. Otpornici unutar djelitelja napona se mijenjaju preko sklopki koje ovdje \u010dine tinjalice GL400-GL417. Sli\u010dan sistem se koristiti kod ispitiva\u010da faze sa tinjalicom koja zasvijetli kada se dodirom prsta preko ljudskog tijela smanji otpor prema uzemljenju. U na\u0161em slu\u010daju potrebno je osigurati dobar balans struja i napona da bi se tinjalice palile samo uz smanjen otpor preko ljudskog prsta i da bi paljenje jedne tinjalice uzrokovalo ga\u0161enje prethodno upaljene tinjalice. To zna\u010di da tinjalice moraju biti normalno pod naponom koji je ne\u0161to malo ispod praga paljenja. Prijelaznim otporom prsta smanji se otpor i pove\u0107a napon na tinjalici iznad praga paljenja te se ona upali. Kad se prst makne, napon opet padne ali sada je taj napon dovoljan za daljnje odr\u017eavanje tinjalice upaljenom te ona nastavlja svijetliti. Ukoliko sada prstom dodirnemo kontakte neke druge tinjalice, onda \u0107e se na njoj pove\u0107ati napon iznad praga paljenja te \u0107e ista zasvijetliti. Istovremeno dolazi do pada napona na prethodno upaljenoj tinjalici te se ona gasi.<\/p>\n<p>Ovdje treba biti svjestan vi\u0161e problema koji mogu uzrokovati lo\u0161 rad ovih &#8220;sklopnih&#8221; tinjalica. Sve tinjalice moraju biti pribli\u017eno istih karakteristika (isti napon paljenja, napon odr\u017eavanja i napon ga\u0161enja) kako bi se mogli koristiti isti upravlja\u010dki naponi za njihov rad. Kontakti za paljenje svih 18 tinjalica moraju uvijek biti \u010disti i suhi jer \u0107e svaki prijelazni otpor izme\u0111u njih (masno\u0107a, vlaga, prljav\u0161tina i sli\u010dno) uzrokovati nestabilan rad i nekontrolirano paljenje pojedinih tinjalica.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161 ure\u0111aj se napaja naponom od 9 V, a tinjalicama je za rad potreban puno vi\u0161i napon, tipi\u010dno 45-90 V. Na\u0161e tinjalice imaju oznaku D 65 \u0161to sugerira na radni napon od 65 V no nismo prona\u0161li nikakve elektri\u010dne podatke za taj tip tinjalica. Na plo\u010dici automatike tranzistor T204 radi kao oscilator (cca 100 kHz) transformatorskog DC\/DC pretvara\u010da napona za pogon tinjalica. Primarni namotaj je ozna\u010den sa 2-3, podr\u017eavanje oscilacija ostvareno je preko namotaja 1-8, a vi\u0161i sekundarni napon se dobiva na namotajima 6-7. Odatle se izmjeni\u010dni napon dalje ograni\u010dava tinjalicom GL200, a zatim udvostru\u010dava i ispravlja mre\u017eom dioda i kondenzatora te regulira preko tranzistora T203. Tinjalica GL200 je ujedno indikacija ispravnog napona napajanja. Potenciometrima R223 i R221 regulira se izlazna struja (20 mA) i napon (135-160 V) za tinjalice programatora kako bi se osigurao najbolji rad istih.<\/p>\n<p>Tranzistor T201 pokre\u0107e i zaustavlja AFC funkciju, a tranzistor T202 isklju\u010duje signal za audio poja\u010dalo tijekom rada (stabilizacije) AFC kontrole. Preko tranzistora T200 i otporni\u010dkih djelitelja napona dobiva se napon za kontrolu varikap dioda FM tunera. Kontrolni napon za detekciju ja\u010dine prijemnog signala za AFC se dobiva iz ratio-detektora kako je i uobi\u010dajeno. Dobivena MF na 455 kHz se zatim preko dva stupnja selektivnog MF poja\u010danja (T101 i T102) vodi na diodni detektor (D103) gdje se vr\u0161i AM demodulacija. Ovdje, da bi se postigla dovoljna MF selektivnost, pojasni filtri ispred i iza poja\u010dala sadr\u017ee po tri titrajna kruga. Sistem je svojedobno svakako predstavljao posve druga\u010diji pristup biranju radio postaja, no ne mo\u017eemo znati koliko je doista bio upotrebljiv u praksi.
