U tvornici Eltra, kao dio Unitre, primarno su se proizvodili mali baterijski d\u017eepni prijemnici, no proizvedeno je i nekoliko modela drugih audio ure\u0111aja (poja\u010dala, magnetofoni, zvu\u010dnici, autoradiji). Svoj prvi prijemnik d\u017eepnog prijemnika naziva MOT-59 Eltra je proizvela 1959. godine, a kasnije je proizvedeno jo\u0161 nekoliko desetaka modela raznih d\u017eepnih tranzistorskih prijemnika. Po\u010detkom 1990-tih godina uslijed gospodarskih promjena raspu\u0161teni su svi sindikati i udruge Unitre, a podre\u0111ene tvrtke pokrenule su proizvodnju pod svojim robnim markama ili su propale. Poduze\u0107e Eltra pripojeno je tvornici Elda koja je proizvodila mre\u017enu elektri\u010dnu i elektrotehni\u010dku opremu te nastaje nova tvrtka naziva Elda-Eltra koja je i danas prisutna na tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Elda-Eltra od 1999. godine pripada francuskom vlasniku Schneider Electric.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/unitra_eltra_dorota_02.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[19574]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19576\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/unitra_eltra_dorota_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"219\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Radio prijemnik Dorota omogu\u0107uje prijem na dva frekvencijska podru\u010dja:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D (dugi val): 150-285kHz (AM)<\/li>\n<li>S (srednji val): 525-1605kHz (AM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Radi se o jednostavnom AM prijemniku koji pokriva \u010ditav frekvencijski raspon na kojem emitiraju dugovalni i kratkovalni radio-difuzni oda\u0161ilja\u010di sa \u0161irinom kanala od 9 kHz. Opremljen je samo potenciometrom za ja\u010dinu zvuka i lampicom za osvjetljenje skale. Mo\u017ee se napajati mre\u017enim naponom ili preko \u0161est serijski vezanih baterija ukupnog napona 9 V.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a Sadr\u017ei tri tranzistora od kojih jedan radi kao samoosciliraju\u0107i mje\u0161a\u010d za oba AM opsega, a preostala dva su u dva stupnja selektivnog MF poja\u010danja. Slijedi diodni detektor i audio poja\u010dalo sa integriranim krugom UL1498.<\/p>\n<p>Na elektroni\u010dkoj shemi je nazna\u010den integrirani krug UL1492 koji je po karakteristikama vrlo sli\u010dan i kompatibilan sa UL1498. Ina\u010de, Unitra CEMI je proizvodila najmanje \u0161est tipova audio \u010dipova serije UL149x koji su najvi\u0161e razlikovali po maksimalnoj snazi koju mogu isporu\u010diti (0,65 &#8211; 2,1 W), naponu napajanja (6-12 V ili 6-15 V), maksimalnoj potro\u0161nji struje, dozvoljenom optere\u0107enju (impedancija zvu\u010dnika) i sli\u010dno. UL1498 sadr\u017ei 23 tranzistora i radi na naponima napajanja u rasponu 6-12 V. Mo\u017ee isporu\u010diti najvi\u0161e 2,1 W snage (8 \u2126), a u na\u0161em slu\u010daju na 9 V napajanja izlazna snaga ne prelazi 1 W.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/unitra_eltra_dorota_16.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[19574]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19590\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/unitra_eltra_dorota_16.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"542\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/unitra_eltra_dorota_16.jpg 1000w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/unitra_eltra_dorota_16-768x416.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/a><em><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\">Audio poja\u010dalo sa integriranim krugom UL1498 mo\u017ee isporu\u010diti do 1 W snage (9 V, 8 \u2126).<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Od nekih specifi\u010dnosti unutar sheme mo\u017eemo ukazati na demodulator sa diodom D401. Zbog malog ulaznog otpora diode ista je na izlazni MF krug standardno spojena preko sekundara transformatora. Sa RC filtra R103, C401, C402 vodi se demodulirani signal na ulaz integriranog poja\u010dala. Me\u0111utim, ovdje primje\u0107ujemo jo\u0161 jednu liniju koja sa diode preko R205, C205 i ostalih elemenata vodi na bazu T201 (prvo MF poja\u010dalo). U tom krugu je tako\u0111er potenciometar PR202. Ovo je krug automatske regulacije poja\u010danja (ARP, AGC) ali tako\u0111er i krug za osiguranje prednapona demodulatorske diode. Naime, da bi dioda u AM demodulatoru radila bez izobli\u010denja treba u propusnom smjeru dobivati mali prednapon reda 100 mV. Regulacija toga prednapona vr\u0161i se ovdje potenciometrom PR202 i to istovremeno sa regulacijom prednapona baze tranzistora T201 na koji se primjenjuje ARP. Lo\u0161e namje\u0161ten prednapon uzrokuje izobli\u010denja demoduliranog signala, smanjenu osjetljivost prijemnika i druge negativne pojave. Krug za ARP regulaciju i napajanje tranzistora u tuneru je stabilizirano zener diodom D202 (BAP812).<\/p>\n<p>Diode D101 i D201 spojene na MF transformatore tako\u0111er \u010dine dio kruga automatske regulacije poja\u010danja. Jednako tako, mre\u017eni transformator je proizveden u tvornici Unitra Zatra. Kasnije su se promjenjivi kondenzatori za superheterodinske prijemnike po\u010deli izra\u0111ivati sa plasti\u010dnom folijom kao dielektrikom izme\u0111u metalnih plo\u010da kondenzatora. Ipak, ovdje nema u zraku motanih induktiviteta kojima bi bilo potrebno takvo fiksiranje.
