Generiranjem kodova upravlja namjenski programiran mikrokontroler u 14-pinskom ku\u0107i\u0161tu na kojem nema otisnutih nikakvih oznaka. Mogu\u0107e je generirati tri razli\u010dita seta kodova (tri kanala: A, B i C) za upravljanje sa tri modela helikoptera, svaki pode\u0161en na razli\u010dit kanal.<\/p>\n<p>U upravlja\u010d je tako\u0111er ugra\u0111en i punja\u010d za Li-Ion ili Li-Po bateriju koja se nalazi u samom modelu. Tako se preko baterija kojima se napaja IC upravlja\u010d (\u0161est AA baterija od 1,5 V, ukupno 9 V) mo\u017ee napuniti baterija koja pokre\u0107e sam model helikoptera. Obi\u010dno su to Li-Po baterije nominalnog napona 3,7 V i kapaciteta do 200 mAh. Kodnim signalom se uklju\u010duju tri serijski spojene IC diode koje \u0161alju svjetlosne impulse u ritmu promjene amplitude koda. Prednapon baze pogonskog tranzistora za IC diode je stabiliziran djeliteljem napona sa dvije serijski spojene silicijske diode u jednoj grani (cca 1,4 V) i otpornikom od 100 \u2126 u drugoj grani.<\/p>\n<p>Punja\u010d se sastoji od dva sklopa: tranzistorskog regulatora napona i za\u0161titnog kruga. Tranzistorski regulator mora napon napajanja od 9 V spustiti na minimalno 4,2 V koliko je potrebno za punjenje Li-Po baterije. U na\u0161em slu\u010daju regulator napona je izveden sa tranzistorom 5610 u spoju VBE multipliera (tako\u0111er se koristi i naziv &#8220;rubber diode&#8221; \u0161to asocira na tranzistor u spoju zener-diode podesivog napona). Umjesto otpornika u krugu BE ovdje je upotrijebljena zelena LED dioda koja onda ujedno slu\u017ei kao indikacija punjenja. Time je referentni napon odre\u0111en otpornikom od 220 \u2126 i padom napona na zelenoj LED u vodljivom smjeru.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er je ugra\u0111en krug za za\u0161titu (automatsko isklju\u010divanje) baterije ukoliko napon punjenja prema\u0161i 4,2 V. Taj za\u0161titni krug se bazira na \u010dipu DW01 koji se \u010desto ugra\u0111uje u baterijske pakete sa Li-Ion i Li-Po baterijama kako bi se sprije\u010dilo njihovo pretjerano punjenje i pra\u017enjenje (punjenje naponom ve\u0107im od 4,2 V i pra\u017enjenje do napona ispod 3 V, za\u0161tita od kratkog spoja). Ovo je svakako najjednostavniji model upravlja\u010da za modele zrakoplova koji ne osigurava preciznu kontrolu i stabilnost leta. Tako\u0111er, kodni paketi mogu biti i razli\u010ditih duljina trajanja (od 25 ms do preko 30 ms). Signal se na IC diode \u0161alje preko driver tranzistora C8050.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a Ovdje mikrokontroler osim \u0161to ima ulogu generiranja kodova tako\u0111er \u010dini i upravlja\u010dki dio kruga punja\u010da baterije na modelu, odnosno preuzima ulogu \u010dipa DW01 kakvog smo imali u prethodnom primjeru.<\/p>\n<p>Ako usporedimo ovaj model upravlja\u010da sa prethodnim, mo\u017ee se zamijetiti da ovdje obje kontrole imaju \u010detiri linije, dok je u prethodnom modelu jedna kontrola imala pet linija. Mogu\u0107e da su u oba modela upotrijebljeni mikrokontroleri istog tipa, no kod ovog su dva I\/O pina iskori\u0161tena za kontrolu punja\u010da, a na \u0161tetu finije upravlja\u010dke kontrole (smanjen je broj razina stepeni\u010daste kontrole upravljanja modela po jednoj osi). Me\u0111utim, ako ovdje opet usporedimo dva modela IC daljinskih upravlja\u010da, vidimo da je za ovaj drugi ugra\u0111eno puno vi\u0161e otpornika na ulazne linije mikrokontrolera (pull-up, pull-down, mogu\u0107e i djelitelja napona) \u010dime se programski htio izvu\u0107i maksimalan broj ulaznih upravlja\u010dkih kombinacija. Ugra\u0111eni mikrokontroler u 14-pinskom ku\u0107i\u0161tu mo\u017ee imati maksimalno 11 ulazno\/izlaznih linija (jedna mora biti za izlazni signal, a dvije su za napajanje). Od tih linija dvije su iskori\u0161tene za kontrolu punja\u010da (jedna ulazna senzorska za pra\u0107enje napona baterije i jedna izlazna upravlja\u010dka za tranzistore). Time preostaje svega 9 slobodnih ulaznih linija za sve kanalne kontrole. Te kontrole uklju\u010duju selekciju tri razli\u010dita kanala, dvije kontrole za trimanje i 8 linija za upravljanje po osima (ru\u010dice). Jasno da svaka od tih kontrola ne mo\u017ee imati zaseban I\/O pin mikrokontrolera, te su oni vjerojatno programirani na na\u010din da su osjetljivi na amplitudu i\/ili polaritet ulaznog signala. U tom slu\u010daju se barem jedan pin mora iskoristiti i za referentni napon, no s obzirom da ne znamo koji su mikrokontroleri ovdje ugra\u0111eni onda nema smisla ni naga\u0111ati o njihovim mogu\u0107nostima. Razliku u mogu\u0107nostima programiranja svakako \u010dini i specifikacija koliko je od ukupno raspolo\u017eivih I\/O pinova analognih, a koliko digitalnih.<\/p>\n<p>Kako god bilo, kada u ure\u0111aju nai\u0111emo na namjenski programiran mikrokontroler bez ikakvih oznaka onda su bilo kakve mogu\u0107nosti analize ili popravka sklopa doista minimalne. Ovdje smo vidjeli dva izvana vrlo sli\u010dna IC daljinska upravlja\u010da naizgled istih mogu\u0107nosti. No jasno je kako se kod ovog drugog modela i\u0161lo na jo\u0161 ve\u0107u u\u0161tedu u komponentama, tako da se izbjegne ugradnja specijalnog integriranog kruga za pra\u0107enje punjenja baterije te da se ta funkcija programira u sam mikrokontroler. Time se morala smanjiti fino\u0107a rada upravlja\u010dke kontrole, no u praksi je upravljanje jeftinim modelima vjerojatno jednako nespretno sa jednim i drugim upravlja\u010dem pa to i nije neki veliki nedostatak. Osim COB-a, na plo\u010dici je jo\u0161 jedna komponenta ozna\u010dena kao integrirani krug. Oznaka je BAU83 u SOT-89 ku\u0107i\u0161tu. Nisam na\u0161ao podatke za ovu komponentu no vrlo vjerojatno je rije\u010d o regulatoru napona za napajanje mikrokontrolera. Zanimljivo da je ugra\u0111ena i prekostrujna za\u0161tita u obliku PPTC osigura\u010da oznake HE9Y, X30UF110 \u0161to ozna\u010dava maksimalni nazivni napon 30 V i struju 1,1 A. Na niti jednom od desetak RC ili IC daljinskih upravlja\u010da sa mikrokontrolerom koje smo ovdje vidjeli, nisu bile ispisane nikakve oznake. Mikrokontroler je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e u COB izvedbi ili u nekom tipu 14-pinskog ku\u0107i\u0161ta, no posve je sigurno da su isti razli\u010diti za razli\u010dite modele upravlja\u010da. Isto tako se razlikuju i generirani kodovi sa pojedinih mikrokontrolera iako se kod nekih modela mo\u017ee zamijetiti odre\u0111ena sli\u010dnost. Svakako da \u0107e programer za svaki model upravlja\u010da sam rasporediti ulazno-izlazne pinove MCU-a koji mu je na raspolaganju i odrediti koju kodnu shemu \u0107e koristiti za prijenos informacija.<\/p>\n<p>Ne\u0161to druga\u010dija situacija je sa (da ih tako nazovemo) profesionalnim ili univerzalnim RC daljinskim upravlja\u010dima koji podr\u017eavaju veliki broj razli\u010ditih tipova upravlja\u010dkih kanala koje korisnik mo\u017ee pode\u0161avati i raspore\u0111ivati prema svojim potrebama. Univerzalni upravlja\u010di moraju naravno biti kompatibilni sa univerzalnim prijemnicima i to obi\u010dno funkcionira na razini jednog proizvo\u0111a\u010da. Kad bi se vi\u0161e modelara na\u0161lo na istom mjestu sa svojim modelima, obavezan je bio dogovor tko \u0107e raditi na kojoj frekvenciji kako ne bi do\u0161lo do me\u0111usobnih ometanja. Dana\u0161nji moderni univerzalni RC daljinski upravlja\u010di obi\u010dno rade sa frekvencijskim skakanjem (FHSS &#8211; Frequency-hopping spread-spectrum) gdje se na raspolo\u017eivoj \u0161irini kanala frekvencije tako brzo mijenjanju da se dva oda\u0161ilja\u010da rijetko u istom trenutku na\u0111u na istoj frekvenciji, a ako se to i dogodi onda je taj trenutak toliko kratak da prakti\u010dno ne utje\u010de na kvalitetu slanja koda. Druga tehnika izbjegavanja smetnji od drugih RC upravlja\u010da na istim frekvencijama je DSSS &#8211; Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum. Tom tehnikom se oda\u0161iljanje signala pro\u0161iruje istovremeno na vi\u0161e kanala, odnosno oda\u0161ilje se u \u0161irokom frekvencijskom opsegu. Signal \u0107e uvijek pro\u0107i barem na jednom dijelu \u0161irokog frekvencijskog spektra bez obzira \u0161to su drugi dijelovi ometani drugim oda\u0161ilja\u010dima i smetnjama. Ova tehnika tako\u0111er omogu\u0107uje i ve\u0107i domet komunikacije jer mo\u017ee pouzdano izvu\u0107i informaciju iz vrlo slabih signala. Antene su uglavnom od elasti\u010dne \u010deli\u010dne \u017eice koja mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti za izradu neke specijalne opruge i sli\u010dne konstrukcijske ili restauracijske potrebe.
