KGaA osnovao je 1912. godine njema\u010dki poduzetnik i ljekarnik Eduard Fresenius. Od tada pa sve do danas tvrtka se bavi opremanjem zdravstvenih ustanova medicinskom opremom i aparatima. Primarni proizvodi tvrtke bili su aparati za dijalizu, a danas je to multinacionalna zdravstvena tvrtka koja i dalje nudi proizvode i usluge za dijalizu u bolnicama, kao i bolni\u010dku i izvanbolni\u010dku medicinsku skrb. Karakteristika ovih pumpi je da teku\u0107ina koja se pumpa ne prolazi kroz pokretne dijelove same pumpe (preko lopatica, propelera i sli\u010dno) nego stalno ostaje zatvorena u svojoj proto\u010dnoj cijevi. Pumpanje se vr\u0161i periodi\u010dkim pritiskanjem te cijevi izvana, pomo\u0107u valjaka, rolera, ekscentra i sli\u010dnih pritisnih mehanizama. Sa lijeve strane ulazni i izlazni prihvat cijevi. Mre\u017eni transformator ima sekundar sa sredi\u0161njim izvodom na kojem dobivamo 2 x 16 V izmjeni\u010dnog napona. Ispravlja\u010d je slo\u017een od dva dijela. Preko jednog punovalnog ispravlja\u010da dobiva se napon za pogon elektromotora (24 V), a preko drugog simetri\u010dni napon za napajanje operacijskih poja\u010dala, odnosno kontrolne i upravlja\u010dke elektronike (2 x 10 V).<\/p>\n<p>Operacijsko poja\u010dalo 1 (LM741) je driver koji upravlja pogonskim tranzistorima elektromotora BD138 i 2N3055. Operacijsko poja\u010dalo 2 (LM741) je senzor struje elektromotora, odnosno povratna sprega za stabilizaciju brzine vrtnje elektromotora s obzirom na mogu\u0107u promjenu optere\u0107enja istog. Operacijsko poja\u010dalo 3a (MC1458) je u krugu komparacije odabranih parametara rada pumpe.<\/p>\n<p>Na shemi se lijepo vidi kako se na operacijskom poja\u010dalu 1 kompariraju dva napona: jedan koji dolazi sa poja\u010dala 3a i nosi informaciju o ru\u010dno namje\u0161tenim parametrima i drugi korekcijski napon koji dolazi sa poja\u010dala 2. Ako se elektromotor ja\u010de optereti jasno da \u0107e mu pasti okretaji ali \u0107e se pove\u0107ati i potro\u0161nja struje. Poja\u010dalo 2 prati potro\u0161nju struje, odnosno pad (promjenu) napona na otpornicima 220 \u2126 \/ 0,33 \u2126. Kad se potro\u0161nja struje pove\u0107a, pada napon na invertiraju\u0107em ulazu poja\u010dala \u0161to uzrokuje pove\u0107anje napona na izlazu iz poja\u010dala. Ovaj napon se dovodi na invertiraju\u0107i ulaz driver poja\u010dala 1 gdje u komparaciji sa naponom na neinvertiraju\u0107em ulazu uzrokuje pove\u0107anje napona na izlazu, a time i ve\u0107e otvaranje tranzistora BD138 i 2N3055 te ve\u0107i napon\/struju kroz elektromotor.<\/p>\n<p>Operacijsko poja\u010dalo 3a daje izlazni napon ovisno o ru\u010dno namje\u0161tenim ulaznim naponima. Na jednom ulazu se namje\u0161ta upravlja\u010dki napon za \u017eeljeni broj okretaja, a na drugom ulazu upravlja\u010dki napon za promjer upotrijebljene cijevi. Jasno da o obje ove veli\u010dine ovisi protok pumpe u ml\/min. Zato je vanjske kontrole svakako potrebno postaviti na ispravne pozicije glede broja upotrijebljenih cijevi (jedna ili dvije), promjera upotrijebljenih cijevi (5 &#8211; 12 mm) i \u017eeljene brzine protoka (0-50). Kod pode\u0161avanja protoka, mjerni instrument je kalibriran da automatski pokazuje stvarni protok za postavljene parametre (0-400 ml\/min).<\/p>\n<p>Operacijsko poja\u010dalo 3a (MC1458) je bufer poja\u010dalo za mjerni instrument. Mjerni instrument sa zakretnim svitkom je za\u0161ti\u0107en sa dvije antiparalelno spojene diode od prenapona.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mehanika i elektronika peristalti\u010dke pumpe Fresenius BP 742 mogla bi se iskoristiti za bilo koju primjenu gdje je potrebna stabilna regulirana rotacija na niskim okretajima.
