Mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da se radi o jednoj od najuspje\u0161nijih i najdugovje\u010dnijih tvrtki sa podru\u010dja biv\u0161e Jugoslavije koja je pre\u017eivjela procese restrukturiranja i privatizacije tijekom 1990-tih godina te otada bilje\u017ei tendenciju ponovnog rasta, razvoja i \u0161irenja na svjetska tr\u017ei\u0161ta. Za voltmetre se stavljaju zavojnice sa puno namotaja tanke \u017eice kako bi otpor paralelno vezanog instrumenta bio \u0161to ve\u0107i i time njegova potro\u0161nja struje u mjernom krugu \u0161to manja (prve dvije slike). Za ampermetre se stavljaju zavojnice sa malim brojem namotaja i debljim presjekom \u017eice kako bi otpor serijski vezanog instrumenta bio \u0161to manji i da time stvara \u0161to manji pad napona u mjernom krugu (druge dvije slike). Promjenom broja namotaja zavojnica mijenjaju se mjerni opsezi instrumenta.<\/p>\n<p>Voltmetar za napone do 100 V (40 kV) ima unutra\u0161nji otpor 3,5 k\u2126 (0,7 k\u2126 zavojnica i 2,8 k\u2126 otpornik). Voltmetar za napone do 500 V ima unutra\u0161nji otpor 38,8 k\u2126 (5,7 k\u2126 zavojnica i 33,1 k\u2126 otpornik). Mjerni sistem sa pomi\u010dnim \u017eeljezom je kod oba instrumenta jednak, razlika je samo u zavojnici instrumenta i u serijski vezanom otporniku koji se dodaje samo kod voltmetra za pove\u0107anje ukupnog unutra\u0161njeg otpora. \u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Iako relativno jednostavne konstrukcije mjernom sistemu sa pomi\u010dnim \u017eeljezom ipak mogu biti nezgodni za rastavljanje te \u010desto ne vidimo klju\u010dne dijelove sistema, a to su sami \u017eeljezni listi\u0107i koji me\u0111usobno stvaraju odbojne sile i tako zakre\u0107u kazaljku instrumenta. To je tijesno zatvorena komora unutar koje se kre\u0107e limi\u0107 (lopatica) spregnuta sa kazaljkom. Prakti\u010dnije je rje\u0161enje koristiti vanjske mjerne transformatore koji u to\u010dno odre\u0111enom omjeru smanjuju nazivne struje i napone prije mjerenja. Time se uz razli\u010dite mjerne transformatore isti mjerni instrument lako mo\u017ee koristiti za razli\u010dite mjerene opsege gdje mu je onda samo potrebno promijeniti skalu ili navesti odgovaraju\u0107i mno\u017eitelj.<\/p>\n<p>Mjerni sistemi sa pomi\u010dnim \u017eeljezom nemaju pokretne elektri\u010dne dijelove (zavojnice) ni permanentne magnete pa su jednostavni i jeftini za izradu. Mogu izravno mjeriti istosmjerne i izmjeni\u010dne napone i struje pa otpada potreba za ispravlja\u010dima. Nedostatak je relativno mala osjetljivost i visoka potro\u0161nja u odnosu na primjerice instrumente sa pomi\u010dnim svitkom. Me\u0111utim, za mjerenja na mre\u017enim i energetskim sustavima to nema prakti\u010dnog zna\u010daja pa su instrumenti sa pomi\u010dnim \u017eeljezom bili naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e kori\u0161teni pogonski mjerni instrumenti prije pojave digitalnih mjera\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>Osim za pogonska mjerenja (klasa to\u010dnosti 1,5) usavr\u0161ene tehnologije izrade instrumenta sa pomi\u010dnim \u017eeljezom omogu\u0107ile su ugradnju istih i u precizne laboratorijske instrumente klase to\u010dnosti 0,2 (sa mehani\u010dkom kazaljkom) pa \u010dak i 0,1 (sa svjetlosnom kazaljkom).<\/p>\n<p>Podesnim izborom oblika, zasi\u0107enja i rasporeda \u017eeljeznih listi\u0107a mogu se dobiti razli\u010diti karakteri mjerne skale. Vidjeli smo da su kod na\u0161ih instrumenta skale prakti\u010dno linearne, osim na nekih prvih 10% gdje je ista zbijena. Za prakti\u010dnu namjenu na\u0161ih instrumenta (mjerenje velikih napona i struja) to je sasvim zadovoljavaju\u0107e.
