Ozna\u010davanje klase to\u010dnosti slovima je po starim njema\u010dkim pravilima za mjerne instrumente (VDE 0410) iz 1923. godine, a ona su se izmijenila me\u0111unarodnom standardizacijom IEC od 1935. godine (broj\u010dane oznake). Klasa to\u010dnosti G ozna\u010dava 1. klasu za pogonske instrumente (instrumenti op\u0107e namjene), a to za ampermetre zna\u010di najve\u0107u pogre\u0161ku od \u00b11%. Takvi instrumenti se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e koriste za pogonska izmjeni\u010dna i istosmjerna mjerenja jer su jednostavne konstrukcije i ne trebaju im ispravlja\u010di, odnosno mogu izravno mjeriti kako istosmjerne tako i izmjeni\u010dne struje. Prema dana\u0161njim standardima bakrena \u017eica ovog presjeka mo\u017ee voditi struju 280-380 A (ovisno o dozvoljenom zagrijavanju). Iako je maksimalna kalibrirana vrijednost na skali 450 A, ovaj ampermetar nije predvi\u0111en za trajno mjerenje tako visokih struja. Jedni su sa radijalno postavljenim listi\u0107ima, a drugi su sa koncentri\u010dno (kru\u017eno, aksijalno) postavljenim listi\u0107ima. Na vanjsku stranu nepomi\u010dnog listi\u0107a pri\u010dvr\u0161\u0107eni su dodatni \u017eeljezni listi\u0107i trapeznog oblika. Time se posti\u017ee ujedna\u010denje magnetskog toka na \u010ditavom kutu rotacije kako bi se dobila \u0161to linearnija skala. Nepomi\u010dni vanjski listi\u0107 zapravo nije posve nepomi\u010dan. On se mo\u017ee pod nekim malim kutom mehani\u010dki rotirati kako bi se kalibriralo kretanje, odnosno histereza otklona kazaljke prema ispisanoj skali.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/amperemeter_450a_13.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[20656]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20669\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/amperemeter_450a_13.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"474\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/amperemeter_450a_13.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/amperemeter_450a_13-768x280.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ovdje smo otvorili zra\u010dnu komoru sistema za prigu\u0161enje njihanja kazaljke instrumenta. To je tijesno zatvorena komora unutar koje se kre\u0107e limi\u0107 (lopatica) spregnuta sa kazaljkom. Otpor koji zrak unutar komore pru\u017ea gibanju limi\u0107a prigu\u0161uje naglo kretanje kazaljke pod utjecajem magnetskih polja i zatim njeno njihanje prije nego se smiri na mjerenoj vrijednosti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na ovom primjeru smo prvi put vidjeli izvedbu ampermetra koji mo\u017ee izravno mjeriti relativno visoke struje. Dana\u0161nji ampermetri se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e rade za niske struje (do 5 A), a onda se za mjerenje ve\u0107ih struja koristi odgovaraju\u0107i strujni mjerni transformator.
