U po\u010detku je proizvodnja bila orijentirana na radio prijemnike, a ve\u0107 1952. godine Grundig proizvodi svoj prvi televizor i prijenosni magnetofon. Do sredine 1950-ih Grundig je postao najve\u0107i proizvo\u0111a\u010d radio aparata u Europi, a do kraja desetlje\u0107a ponuda tvrtke pro\u0161irena je na i sve druge audio ure\u0111aje potro\u0161a\u010dke elektronike (tranzistorski radio prijemnici, prijenosni magnetofoni, diktafoni, razni ku\u0107ni stereo audio ure\u0111aji i sli\u010dno. Grundig je 1957. godine stekao ve\u0107inski udio u tvrtkama za proizvodnju pisa\u0107ih strojeva Triumph i Adler, a od 1960-tih godina \u0161iri proizvodne pogone i izvan Njema\u010dke (Portugal).<\/p>\n<p>U idu\u0107im desetlje\u0107ima sve do danas tvrtka Grundig je stalno u trendu sa najnovijom tehnologijama potro\u0161a\u010dke elektronike te je \u010desto prva u Evropi po proizvodima koji uklju\u010duju nove tehnologije. Tako ve\u0107 1960. godine Grundig plasira televizor sa mogu\u0107nostima VHF prijema i predstavlja prvi be\u017ei\u010dni ultrazvu\u010dni daljinski upravlja\u010d.\u00a0 Godine 1967. Grundig je predstavio kompaktni kasetofon, a nakon toga i kasetofon za automobile. Godine 1969. je proizveo prvo Hi-Fi poja\u010dalo s ugra\u0111enim ekvilajzerom za evropsko tr\u017ei\u0161te. U ranim 1970-im godinama uvodi kvadrofonski sistem reprodukcije stereo kanala. Slijede uspjesi u proizvodnji ku\u0107nih videorekordera i radio satova s digitalnom budilicom. U drugoj polovici 1970-tih godina Grundig ve\u0107 ima auto-radije sa automatskim tra\u017eenjem stanica, AM\/FM prijemom, dekoderom stanja u prometu i kasetofonom. U 1980-tim godinama nastavlja se proizvodnja video-rekordera sa najnovijim funkcijama (videotekst, prikaz polo\u017eaja trake u stvarnom vremenu), elektroni\u010dkih notesa, predstavljen je satelitski TV prijemnik i televizor u boji s tehnologijom 100 Hz. U 1990-tim godinama Grundig predstavlja svoj prvi DAB pilot prijemnik, prvi u svijetu predstavlja tehnologiju be\u017ei\u010dnog infra-crvenog prijenosa Hi-Fi signala i \u0161iri proizvodnju na be\u017ei\u010dne telefone. U proizvodnji televizora Grundig stalno slijedi nove tehnologije (interaktivna korisni\u010dka su\u010delja, ravni zaslon, smart TV s pristupom internetu), a 1998. godine lansira softver za prepoznavanje glasa pod nazivom VoiceOffice mobil za svoje digitalne diktafone. U 2000-tim godinama slijede MP3 i DVD ure\u0111aji, auto-navigacijski ure\u0111aji, a posljednjih deset godina Grundig je uz \u0161irok spektar potro\u0161a\u010dke elektronike pro\u0161irio asortiman i na ku\u0107anske aparate i bijelu tehniku.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de vlasni\u0161tva, jo\u0161 od 1972. godine dionice Grundiga polako po\u010dinje prikupljati tvrtka Philips Electronics, koja je do 1984. preuzela poslovno upravljanje kompanijom, a do 1993. godine je stekla i potpunu ekonomsku kontrolu nad Grundigom. Grundig 1998. godine raskida partnerstvo sa tvrtkom Philips zbog njezine prevelike dominacije, a zatim je 2003. godine, zbog nastalih promjena na tr\u017ei\u0161tu, bio prisiljen pokrenuti ste\u010dajni postupak. Gotovo svi pogoni Grundiga su nakon uspje\u0161nih pregovora ipak uspjeli pre\u017eivjeti ste\u010daj te nastavljaju nositi naziv Grundig (Grundig Intermedia, Delphi Grundig, Grundig Car InterMedia System GmbH, Grundig SAT Systems GmbH, Grundig Business Systems GmbH). Godine 2007. Grundig Intermedia GmbH postaje dio turske kompanije Ar\u00e7elik A.\u015e., proizvo\u0111a\u010da bijele tehnike u vlasni\u0161tvu Koc Holdinga, koji obuhva\u0107a deset brandova: Ar\u00e7elik,\u00a0Beko, Grundig,\u00a0Blomberg,\u00a0Elektrabregenz, Arctic, Leisure, Flavel, Defy i Altus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Video rekordere sistema Video 2000 (tako\u0111er poznati kao V2000 sa standardnom trakom Video Compact Cassette ili VCC) razvili su nizozemski Philips i njema\u010dki Grundig. Distribucija Video 2000 proizvoda zapo\u010dela je 1979. godine isklju\u010divo u Europi, Ju\u017enoj Africi i Argentini, a zavr\u0161ila je 1988. godine. Ovaj video format je razvijen kao konkurencija VHS sistemu tvrtke JVC i Betamax sistemu tvrtke Sony, no kao \u0161to znamo Video 2000 nije polu\u010dio veliki uspjeh i na kraju je prekinut nakon \u0161to je prevladao VHS sustav.<\/p>\n<p>VCC kasete sadr\u017ee pola in\u010da (12,65 mm) \u0161iroku magnetsku traku (jednako kao i Betamax i VHS), a specifi\u010dnost je \u0161to se za snimanje kod modela 2&#215;4 koristi samo polovica trake. Tako se, sli\u010dno kao kod audio kaseta, video kaseta sistema V2000 mo\u017ee okrenuti na jednu ili drugu stranu \u010dime se dobiva dvostruko vrijeme trajanja trake. Svaka strana zauzima to\u010dno polovicu trake (\u010detvrtina in\u010da), a \u0161irina audio zapisa po rubu trake je 0,65 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Zapis na traku kod sistema V2000 je helikoidalni pod azimutom 15\u00b0. Razlika izme\u0111u Grundig i Philips V2000 sistema je u na\u010dinu vo\u0111enje trake, Grundig koristi U sistem, a Philips M sistem mehanizma vo\u0111enja trake. Izme\u0111u dva kosa video zapisa na traci nema nikakvog za\u0161titnog ili kontrolnog pojasa, odnosno video zapisi su snimani odmah jedan do drugoga. Stoga je ovdje izuzetno va\u017eno osigurati vrlo precizno pozicioniranje video glava kako bi se kretale to\u010dno po sredini pojedinog zapisa. U tu svrhu se koristi poseban sistem automatskog pode\u0161avanja video glava tako da to\u010dno prate snimljene staze na traci tijekom reprodukcije. Sistem se zove Dynamic Track Following (DTF). DTF sistem time omogu\u0107ava da se vrpca s bilo kojeg V2000 ure\u0111aja savr\u0161eno reproducira na bilo kojem drugom V2000 ure\u0111aju, odnosno da se fino pode\u0161avanje glava vr\u0161i automatski.<\/p>\n<p>DTF sistem se bazira na video glavama koje su postavljene na piezo-elektri\u010dne elemente kontrolirane razli\u010ditim naponom. Osim pomicanja po \u0161irini trake, automatsko dinami\u010dko pozicioniranje je funkcioniralo i glede kuta (azimuta) glave. Time su se uspje\u0161no kompenzirale sve tolerancije u poziciji magnetskih glava na videorekorderima koji u ranim 1980-tim godinama jo\u0161 nisu mogli biti proizvedeni sa posve savr\u0161enim mehanizmima.<\/p>\n<p>Me\u0111utim, na prvoj generaciji V2000 ure\u0111aja je napravljen ve\u0107i previd glede pozicije audio glava tako da je na Philipsovom VR2020 videorekorderu audio glava bila zna\u010dajnih 2,5 mm izvan polo\u017eaja u usporedbi s onom na Grundigovom Video 2\u00d74 (Grundig V1600) videorekorderu. Time zvuk kod prvih Philipsovih i Grundigovih modela nije sinkroniziran te se isti snimak ne mo\u017ee koristiti na oba ure\u0111aja. Iz blok dijagrama unutar toga servisnog priru\u010dnika mo\u017ee se vrlo dobro prepoznati na\u010din funkcioniranja elektroni\u010dkih krugova videorekordera sistema V2000.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/video_2x4m_euro_850_48.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[20737]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" Luminantna komponenta pak se frekvencijski modulira u vi\u0161i frekvencijski opseg pomo\u0107u nosioca na 4,7 MHz. Ovim na\u010dinom se posti\u017ee dobar odnos signal\/\u0161um luminantnog signala ve\u0107 i pri malim brzinama trake i glava, a tako\u0111er i linearnost krominantnog dijela ostaje dobra.<\/p>\n<p>Razdvojeni luminantni i krominatni signali modulirani svaki u svoj frekvencijski opseg ponovno se spajaju u jedan signal u zajedni\u010dkom video poja\u010dalu i snimaju na magnetsku traku. S obzirom da izme\u0111u ova dva signala postoji dovoljan frekvencijski razmak i odgovaraju\u0107i odnos amplituda, oni se zapisuju na traku bez me\u0111usobnih mije\u0161anja.<\/p>\n<p>U procesu reprodukcije ova dva signala se pomo\u0107u filtara opet razdvajaju i vode na zasebna poja\u010dala. Da bi se to postiglo du\u017e svakog linijskog perioda video zapisa luminantnog signala, usnimavaju se dodatni pilot impulsi na \u010detiri razli\u010dite frekvencije: 102 187 Hz, 116 786 Hz, 148 637 Hz i 163 500 Hz. Pilot impulsi su relativno niske frekvencije u odnosu na Y i luminantni signal (625 kHz) pa ne stvaraju smetnje. Generiraju se preko mikroprocesorom (MCU) kontroliranog programabilnog kristalnog oscilatora\/djelitelja TMS3762 koji radi na osnovnoj frekvenciji od 4,905021 MHz koja se dijeli sa 48, 42, 33 i 30. Osim ovih generira se i peta frekvencija (burst) koja je frekvencija ponavljanja samih impulsa od 222 955 Hz (dijeljenje sa 22).<\/p>\n<p>DTF sistem uspore\u0111uje pilot impulse izdvojene iz video signala tijekom reprodukcije sa referentnim impulsima koje generira MCU-om kontroliran oscilator. Frekvencije ta dva impulsa se mije\u0161aju u mje\u0161a\u010du sa SN16913, a kao produkt mije\u0161anja ove \u010detiri frekvencije se dobivaju dvije nove frekvencije, jedna na cca 15 i druga na cca 46 kHz:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>116,786 &#8211; 102,187 = cca 14,6 kHz<\/li>\n<li>163,500 &#8211; 148,637 = cca 14,9 kHz<\/li>\n<li>163,500 &#8211; 116,786 = cca 46,7 kHz<\/li>\n<li>148,637 &#8211; 102,187 = cca 46,5 kHz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To su signali gre\u0161ke dovoljne frekvencijske razlike da se lako filtriraju, poja\u010davaju (MC34002), te preko odgovaraju\u0107ih elektroni\u010dkih sklopki (CD4066) i komparatora sa referentnim naponima (LM393) proslje\u0111uju na MCU. U koliko se referentna frekvencija i DTF frekvencija izdvojena iz video signala ne podudaraju, nastaje frekvencija gre\u0161ke od 15 ili 46 kHz ovisno o smjeru nepodudaranja.\u00a0 MCU u ovisnosti o naponu gre\u0161ke preko elektroni\u010dkih sklopki CD4066 te operacijskih poja\u010dala LF353 i MC34002 \u0161alje upravlja\u010dke napone na servo plo\u010dicu za korekciju pozicije magnetskih glava.<\/p>\n<p>Centralna komponenta je 8-bitni mikrokontroler sa 1 Kb ROM i 64 b RAM memorije oznake MAB 8048. \u010cip SM807 pak je kristalni (6 MHz) oscilator (djelitelj) frekvencije koji generira bias frekvenciju 62,5 kHz (bias) za audio magnetske glave (glava za brisanje i predmagnetizacija glave za snimanje), zatim takt frekvenciju 50 Hz za MCU digitalnog sata i takt frekvenciju 3 MHz za MCU koji implementira vanjske kontrole videorekordera.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SERVO MODUL i MOTORANSCHLUSS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DTF plo\u010dica te plo\u010dice SERVO MODUL i MOTORANSCHLUSS je potrebno promatrati kao cjelinu jer su na njima raspore\u0111eni elementi za upravlja\u010dku, kontrolnu i pogonsku elektroniku za upravljanje elektromotorima za vrtnju (capstan) i prematanje trake, elektromotorom i elektromagnetom za uvla\u010denje i izbacivanje kasete (senzori za kraj trake), elektromotorom za rotaciju bubnja sa magnetskim glavama te DTF mehanizmom za pozicioniranje magnetskih glava. Na primarnoj strani na hladilu je montiran \u010dip TDA4600 koji sadr\u017ei oscilator, te krugove za kontrolu napona i za\u0161titu izlaznog tranzistora BU208A. Na sekundarnoj strani je \u010dip MC1723CP koji je podesivi regulator napona za dobivanje\u00a0 stabiliziranog napona napajanja +15 V, naravno preko serijski vezanih izlaznih tranzistora. Tu je i regulator napona 7805 za granu napajanja od +5 V, te tranzistorski regulator za granu +12 V. Napajanje daje i druge nestabilizirane napone napajanja od +150 V, +33 V, +20 V, -150 V i -22 V.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161 primjerak videorekordera treba odre\u0111ene popravke, obavezno zamjenu pogonske gumice na mehanizmu uvla\u010denja kasete i svakako (preventivna) zamjena kondenzatora u primarnom dijelu SMPS napajanja koji su posve sigurno dotrajali i ako se priklju\u010de na napon mogu izazvati druge kvarove. Tako\u0111er, nemamo niti jedan primjerak VCC V2000 kasete pa ionako ne mo\u017eemo raditi neka testiranja. U slu\u010daju drugih kvarova, treba biti svjestan \u010dinjenice da se danas vi\u0161e ne mo\u017ee nabaviti niti jedan specijalizirani \u010dip za videorekordere iz 1970\/80-tih godina, a o namjenskim filtrima, kristalima, dijelovima mehanizma, glavama i mikrokontrolerima da i ne govorimo.<\/p>\n<p>Vidjeli smo da su modularni ure\u0111aji s po\u010detka 1980-tih godina odli\u010dni za edukaciju i ponavljanje gradiva iz analogne video tehnike. Grundig Video 2&#215;4 M je primjer jednog sistema za ku\u0107ne videorekordere koji se nije uspio razviti do kraja jer ga je za nepunih 10 godina posve istisnuo VHS sistem. Tako se nekad sveprisutni VHS videorekorderi danas jo\u0161 mogu relativno lako na\u0107i po raznim ku\u0107nim i drugim odlagali\u0161tima, a mi smo ovaj V2000 sistem sa\u010duvali upravo zbog njegove slabije zastupljenosti.<\/p>\n<p>Rastavljanje ili recikliranje ovog videorekordera ne\u0107e donijeti nikakve posebno iskoristive elektroni\u010dke komponente tako da \u0107e vjerojatno opet zavr\u0161iti na otpadu iz kojeg je jednom ve\u0107 bio spa\u0161en. Na \u017ealost, \u010dini se da je to sudbina ve\u0107ine stare analogne elektronike koju vi\u0161e nitko nema volje izu\u010davati, popravljati ili iz bilo kojeg razloga \u010duvati. Mo\u017eda jednom neki mladi digitalni elektroni\u010dar (programer) naleti na ovu objavu, te iz \u010diste znati\u017eelje ili dokolice baci pogled na konstrukciju i osnovni princip rada nekada\u0161njih analognih video sistema zapisa na traku.<\/p>\n<p>Budu\u0107e generacije modernih elektroni\u010dara \u0107e biti naviknute na tiskane plo\u010dice izra\u0111ene robotskom mikrotehnologijom gdje su sve komponente vrlo sli\u010dnih oblika kao si\u0107u\u0161ni crni pravokutnici gusto naslagani jedan uz drugog i koje je nemogu\u0107e identificirati bez originalne servisne sheme.
