Sartorius&#8221; za proizvodnju analiti\u010dkih vaga. Njegove vage su postale me\u0111unarodno poznate te je ubrzo pro\u0161irio portfelj proizvoda na inkubatore za uzgoj peradi, laboratorijske grija\u010de za uzgoj bakterija, mikrotome, te na astronomske, geodetske i fizikalne instrumente. Godine 1927. Sartorius je suosniva\u010d tvrtke za proizvodnju inovativnih membranskih filtara, a tijekom Drugog svjetskog rata je profitirao od industrije naoru\u017eanja i kori\u0161tenja prisilnog rada. Nakon poslijeratnih sankcija tvrtka Sartorius se brzo oporavlja zahvaljuju\u0107i potra\u017enji laboratorijske opreme, pokretanju izvoza i plasiranju uspje\u0161nih proizvoda iz podru\u010dja analiti\u010dkih vaga i membranskih filtara. Od sredine 1970-ih godina Sartorius je ve\u0107 uvelike pre\u0161ao sa mehani\u010dke na elektroni\u010dku tehnologiju izrade vaga te unaprijedio proizvodnju i specifikacije filtarskih membrana. Od sredine 1990-ih godina Sartorius se usredoto\u010dio na biotehnologiju koja je tada bila tek u povojima te su ve\u0107 po\u010detkom 2000-tih godina prihodi iz podru\u010dja biotehnologije prema\u0161ili prihode iz podru\u010dja mehatronike. Spajanje Sartorius Biotechnology Division s francuskom tvrtkom Stedim Biosystems SA 2007. Godine rezultiralo je novom podgrupom Sartorius Stedim Biotech SA, koja se fokusira na biofarmaceutsku industriju. Sartorius se do danas razvio u jednu od vode\u0107ih biofarmaceutskih tvrtki sa \u0161irokim spektrom proizvoda i usluga iz podru\u010dja laboratorijskih instrumenta i ure\u0111aja te bioprocesne tehnologije. Izme\u0111u ostalog i dalje proizvodi precizne laboratorijske analiti\u010dke vage. Ima svoju podru\u017enicu i u Hrvatskoj (Sartorius Croatia).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Digitalna laboratorijska vaga Sartorius BL 310 ima opseg mjerenja 0,2 \u2013 310 grama sa rezolucijom mjerenja 0,01 gram. Svakako je uz ovu vagu potrebno stalno imati korisni\u010dki priru\u010dnik, barem dok se ne nau\u010de one naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e kori\u0161tene procedure mjerenja. Slab analogni signal iz otporni\u010dkih senzora je svakako prvo potrebno poja\u010dati i filtrirati tako da u blizini priklju\u010dnice senzora nalazimo \u010detiri \u010dipa sa operacijskim poja\u010dalima. To su operacijska poja\u010dala visoke preciznosti OP177 (Analog Devices) i OP07C (Texas Instruments) te dva dvostruka operacijska poja\u010dala LM358M (National Semiconductor). Za integrirani krug sa oznakom Pr.SBS-2\/FP1 nismo na\u0161li nikakve podatke, no ukoliko MCU nema analogne ulaze onda je ovo vrlo vjerojatno A\/D pretvara\u010d za mjerni signal. Na plo\u010dici su jo\u0161 dva digitalna \u010dipa: binarni broja\u010d 74HC4020D (Philips) i dvostruki JK flip-flop 74HC73D (Philips). To je elasti\u010dna metalna podloga na koju je zalijepljena posebno oblikovana elektri\u010dki vodljiva traka (\u017eica). Znamo da elektri\u010dni otpor vodi\u010da ovisi o njegovom presjeku i duljini pa tako \u0161to su vodi\u010di, odnosno \u017eice tanje i du\u017ee, to imaju ve\u0107i elektri\u010dni otpor. Upravo ovo se koristi kod na\u0161eg senzora. Vodljiva \u017eica od posebnog materijala spregnuta je sa elasti\u010dnom podlogom te se zajedno s njom pod utjecajem te\u017eine razvla\u010di i istanjuje, odnosno s druge strane sabija i \u0161iri. \u0160to se vi\u0161e razvla\u010di (izdu\u017euje) i istovremeno stanjuje to joj vi\u0161e raste elektri\u010dni otpor i obrnuto.
