Co., Ltd. iz 1990-tih godina. Ova tvrtka je osnovana 1980. godine te proizvodi kamere i prate\u0107u opremu za video-nadzor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/pan_tilt_lilin_pih302_02.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[22204]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22206\" src=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/pan_tilt_lilin_pih302_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"839\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/pan_tilt_lilin_pih302_02.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/pan_tilt_lilin_pih302_02-768x496.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prije nekoliko godina sam sa nekog buvljaka pokupio ova dva rotacijska nosa\u010da jer su mi se \u010dinili prili\u010dno robusni i sposobni podnijeti ve\u0107e te\u017eine i optere\u0107enja. Svakako su bili namijenjeni nekoj profesionalnoj upotrebi (cestovni nadzor i sli\u010dno) i vjerojatno su nosili neku te\u017eu analognu video kameru iz 1990-tih godina. Danas za ovakvim robusnim rotatorima vi\u0161e nema prakti\u010dne potrebe jer su moderne digitalne kamere vrlo malih gabarita i te\u017eine, a one za video-nadzor naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e dolaze sa ve\u0107 ugra\u0111enim (integriranim) rotacijskim pogonima kojima se upravlja mre\u017enim softverom (IP), i sve to po smije\u0161no malim cijenama (vidi objavu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2023\/07\/27\/cctv-ptz-wifi-ip\/\">CCTV PTZ Wi-Fi IP nadzorne kamere za 20 eura<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Jedan od dva na\u0161a nosa\u010da ima samo horizontalnu rotaciju (Pan), a drugi ima horizontalnu (Pan) i vertikalnu (Tilt) rotaciju. Kontroler za upravljanje rotacijom nosa\u010da omogu\u0107uje samo dva pomaka (lijevo i desno) tako da je vjerojatno radio uz prvi nosa\u010d. Ovo su jednostavni elektromehani\u010dki rotatori kojima se mo\u017ee upravljati ru\u010dno ili se pusti automatski rad gdje se rotator neprekidno okre\u0107e lijevo-desno ili gore-dolje u nekom zadanom kutu. Takvim elektromotorima brzina vrtnje ovisi isklju\u010divo o frekvenciji napona kojim se napajaju. S obzirom da je mre\u017eni napon stabilne frekvencije 50 Hz onda su ovakvi elektromotori \u010desto bili kori\u0161teni u gramofonima, magnetofonima i raznim elektromehani\u010dkim tajmerima gdje je va\u017ena konstantna i stabilna brzina rotacije pogonskog elektromotora. Zbog svoje jednostavne konstrukcije sinkroni elektromotori su i danas u \u0161irokoj upotrebi. Na\u0161 elektromotor je malo specifi\u010dan jer ima dva namotaja, odnosno posebni namotaj za lijevi i desni smjer vrtnje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/pan_tilt_lilin_pih302_01.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[22204]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22205\" src=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/pan_tilt_lilin_pih302_01.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1229\" height=\"501\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/pan_tilt_lilin_pih302_01.gif 1229w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/pan_tilt_lilin_pih302_01-768x313.gif 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1229px) 100vw, 1229px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je shema upravlja\u010dke kutije i rotatora. Prebacivanje napajanja na lijevi ili desni namotaj elektromotora vr\u0161i se pomo\u0107u dva releja. Releji se aktiviraju nominalnim naponom od 12 V, a ovaj napon se dobiva sni\u017eavanjem mre\u017enog napona preko kondenzatora od 470 nF. Kondenzator predstavlja odre\u0111eni otpor na izmjeni\u010dnom naponu te na njemu nastaje odre\u0111eni pad napona. Takva kondenzatorska napajanja smo ve\u0107 susretali i opisivali u nekoliko objava. Najve\u0107i nedostatak istih je \u0161to ne mogu dati velike struje jer bi trebalo koristiti kondenzatore velikih kapaciteta, \u0161to ih uz njihov potreban visok radni napon \u010dini neisplativima.<\/p>\n<p>Upotrijebljeni serijski spojeni releji tro\u0161e oko 37 mA struje \u0161to kondenzatorsko napajanje bez problema mo\u017ee osigurati. Tako\u0111er, s obzirom da su releji spojeni u seriju napon na njima se dijeli (napajanje oba releja je oko 24 V) tako da je potrebni pad napona na kondenzatoru ne\u0161to manji. Releji su istosmjerni (DC 12V) pa se napon ispravlja diodnim mosnim ispravlja\u010dem i filtrira kondenzatorom od 47 \u00b5F.<\/p>\n<p>Ovdje je malo nespretno mjeriti stvarne napone i struje u krugu napajanja releja, no ve\u0107 i teoretski prora\u010dun pribli\u017eno odgovara opisanom stanju. Kondenzator od 470 nF ima na mre\u017enoj frekvenciji 50 Hz impedanciju od oko 6,8 k\u2126, paralelno spojeni otpornik 220 k\u2126 sni\u017eava otpor na 6,6 k\u2126. Za pad napona 230 V na 24 V struja bi trebala biti oko 31 mA. Naravno, za to\u010dan izra\u010dun ovdje bi bilo potrebno ura\u010dunati struje i efektivne napone koji nastaju i u krugu ispravlja\u010da, no releji za nominalni napon 12 V posve sigurno mogu normalno raditi u \u0161irem opsegu napona (cca 6-20 V) tako da vrijednosti elemenata ovdje nisu kriti\u010dne. U svakom slu\u010daju, pad napona na kondenzatoru jako ovisi o ukupnoj struji (potro\u0161nji) kruga koji se napaja preko kondenzatora. Stoga ta struja mora biti konstantna. Da u na\u0161em sklopu pregori koji relej, svakako bi ga trebalo zamijeniti sa istim takvim, odnosno sa nekim koji ima svitak otpora 320 \u2126 \u0161to na 12 V napajanja daje potro\u0161nju struje od 37,5 mA. Kad bi se ubacili neki drugi ili razli\u010diti releji, pad napona na kondenzatoru bi se promijenio, naponi na relejima se ne bi jednako rasporedili, te je velika mogu\u0107nost da jedan ili oba releja ne\u0107e raditi ili \u0107e pregorjeti.<\/p>\n<p>Za automatiku rada zadu\u017eene su dvije krajnje sklopke. Ako pratimo shemu, lako mo\u017eemo vidjeti da pogon u lijevo (LEFT) radi kada su releji isklju\u010deni, a pogon u desno (RIGHT) kada su releji uklju\u010deni.<\/p>\n<p>Kod manualnog rada (MAN) ako dovedemo mre\u017eni napon preko sklopke LEFT na priklju\u010dnicu LEFT, elektromotor dobiva napon preko krajnje sklopke S\/L i releja RL1 na namotaj za lijevi smjer vrtnje (L). Kada rotacija dosegne krajnji lijevi polo\u017eaj, isklju\u010duje se krajnja sklopka S\/L i time daljnje napajanje elektromotora. Ako sada dovedemo mre\u017eni napon preko sklopke RIGHT na priklju\u010dnicu RIGHT, preko krajnje sklopke S\/R uklju\u010duje se kondenzatorsko napajanje i releji se uklju\u010de. Napon sada preko RL2 i RL1 dolazi na namotaj za desni smjer vrtnje (D). Kada rotacija dosegne krajnji desni polo\u017eaj, prebacuje se krajnja sklopka S\/R \u010dime se isklju\u010duje kondenzatorsko napajanje releja, a time i napajanje elektromotora.<\/p>\n<p>Sli\u010dno tome mo\u017eemo lako pratiti i slijed doga\u0111aja kod neprekidne automatske rotacije (AUTO). Glavnu ulogu uvijek imaju krajnje sklopke S\/L i S\/R \u010dije preklapanje na jednom i drugom krajnjem polo\u017eaju uzrokuje prebacivanje napona napajanja na lijevi ili desni namotaj elektromotora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/pan_tilt_lilin_pih302_16.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[22204]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22220\" src=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/pan_tilt_lilin_pih302_16.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"825\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/pan_tilt_lilin_pih302_16.jpg 1300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/pan_tilt_lilin_pih302_16-768x487.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/a><em><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\">Programiranje kuta rotacije vr\u0161i se mehani\u010dki preko dva grani\u010dnika postavljena na posebnom kota\u010du. Ovi grani\u010dnici zapravo mehani\u010dki aktiviraju krajnje sklopke na onom kutu rotacije gdje su postavljeni.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Drugi rotator oznake PIH-302 sa Pan i Tilt pomacima je vrlo sli\u010dne konstrukcije kao i prethodni s time \u0161to ovdje imamo dva elektromotora i dva para krajnjih sklopki. Stoga nema smisla i\u0107i u rastavljanje ovog mehanizma.
