Proizvodio se u vi\u0161e ina\u010dica, a opcionalna oprema se uglavnom odnosila na ugra\u0111ene module ili kombinacije modula za 5-tonski selektivni poziv ili sub-tonski sistem selekcije. Za neke ove funkcije osim ugradnje odgovaraju\u0107eg kodera\/dekodera potrebno je izvesti i dodatne kontrole\/indikacije na prednju plo\u010du tako da se pojedine ina\u010dice primopredajnika serije TR 40 razlikuju po broju tih dodatnih elemenata na prednjoj plo\u010di. Potro\u0161nja na prijemu je oko 170 mA, a na predaji oko 3 A. To zna\u010di da nije ostavljena rezerva struje (predajnik tro\u0161i struju 3 A), a zbog relativno malih dimenzija ku\u0107i\u0161ta osigurano je samo minimalno pasivno hla\u0111enje. Time ispravlja\u010d nije pogodan za napajanje primopredajnika koji puno rade u predaji (repetitorski rad i sli\u010dno) i op\u0107enito predaja ne smije biti du\u017ea od jedne minute, nakon \u010dega je dobro osigurati 9 puta vi\u0161e vremena za hla\u0111enje (prijem).<\/p>\n<p>Krug napajanja primopredajnika ima ugra\u0111enu strujnu i naponsku za\u0161titu. Tako \u0107e se napajanje isklju\u010diti ako potro\u0161nja struje prema\u0161i 4,5 A ili ako izlazni napon poraste iznad 16 V.<\/p>\n<p>Osim ispravlja\u010da za napajanje primopredajnika, ND-22 sadr\u017ei i krug za punjenje rezervnog akumulatora koji mo\u017ee biti spojen kao rezervno napajanje u slu\u010daju nestanka mre\u017enog napona. Predvi\u0111en je olovni ili Ni-Cd akumulator 12 V, a napon punja\u010da se ovisno o tipu akumulatora mo\u017ee podesiti u rasponu 10-16 V. Maksimalna struja punjenja je 160 mA.<\/p>\n<p>Interni relej u neaktivnom stanju (bez mre\u017enog napona) dr\u017ei izlazno napajanje na akumulatoru, a \u010dim se spoji mre\u017eni napon relej prebacuje napajanje na mre\u017eni ispravlja\u010d, a punja\u010d istovremeno zapo\u010dinje sa dopunjavanjem rezervnog akumulatora.<\/p>\n<p>Na prednjoj plo\u010di su dvije indikacijske LED. Zelena LED 13 V je indikacija prisutnosti izlaznog napona i svijetli kada je taj napon u granicama 9-16 V. Crvena LED P-AKU je indikacija punjena rezervnog akumulatora i svijetli kada je struja punjenja ve\u0107a od 80 mA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/iskra_tr40m_nd22_31.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[22276]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22307\" src=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/iskra_tr40m_nd22_31.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1442\" height=\"860\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/iskra_tr40m_nd22_31.jpg 1442w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/iskra_tr40m_nd22_31-768x458.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1442px) 100vw, 1442px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Stabilizirani ispravlja\u010d napona je tipi\u010dni tranzistorski regulator napona u serijskom spoju sa dodanim krugom za strujnu za\u0161titu. Regulacijski tranzistori su Tr1 i Tr2 u Darlingtonovom spoju. Njima upravlja tranzistor Tr3 \u010diji kolektorski napon ovisi o naponu baze. Napon baze (baza-emiter) pak odre\u0111uje zener dioda D5 (9,1 V) i podesivi djelitelj napona sa R10, R11 i R12. Tako \u0107e izlazni upravlja\u010dki napon biti napon zener diode (9,1 V) umanjen za napon baza-emiter odre\u0111en djeliteljem napona.<\/p>\n<p>Krug za preko-strujnu za\u0161titu uklju\u010duje senzorski otpornik R9 i tranzistor Tr6. S obzirom da je R9 vezan serijski u izlazni krug, pad napona na njemu \u0107e biti proporcionalan ja\u010dini izlazne struje. Taj napon na R9 upravlja tranzistorom Tr6 te \u0161to je struja i pad napona ve\u0107i to \u0107e Tr6 biti vi\u0161e vodljiv. Kad Tr6 kod odre\u0111ene struje provede, preko baze Tr1 isklju\u010duje regulacijske tranzistore Tr1 i Tr2.<\/p>\n<p>Krug za pre-naponsku za\u0161titu se bazira na tiristoru D8. Kada izlazni napon poraste iznad 16 V provede zener dioda D9 (16 V) i uklju\u010duje tiristor D8. Isti kratko spaja priklju\u010dnice izlaznog napona \u010dime poraste struja kroz regulacijski krug, a posljedi\u010dno tome opisani krug za preko-strujnu za\u0161titu isklju\u010duje regulacijske tranzistore.<\/p>\n<p>Na tranzistoru Tr9 se bazira krug za indikaciju prisutnosti izlaznog napona (zelena LED 13 V). Kada je prisutan napon iznad 9,1 V zener dioda D10 vodi i osigurava prednapon baze za vo\u0111enje Tr9. Na kolektor Tr9 je spojena LED D1 koja u tom slu\u010daju svijetli. Na shemi je ozna\u010deno da je ova LED crvena (RD \u2013 rde\u010da) no na ure\u0111aju je ona zelene boje i ozna\u010dena oznakom 13 V.<\/p>\n<p>Krug punja\u010da akumulatora 12 V se bazira na tranzistorima Tr4, Tr5 i Tr7. Ovo je opet tranzistorski regulator napona u serijskom spoju sa dodanim krugom za strujnu za\u0161titu (ograni\u010denje struje) sli\u010dan onome za stabilizirani ispravlja\u010d. Razlika je u tome \u0161to se ovdje ne koristi Darlingtonov izlazni spoj za ve\u0107e struje ve\u0107 kao serijski spojen regulacijski element radi samo Tr4. Stoga je i izlazna struja ograni\u010dena na svega 160 mA preko strujnog senzora (struje sklopke) sa otpornikom R7 i tranzistorom Tr7. Upravlja\u010dki tranzistor je Tr5 \u010diji napon baze odre\u0111uje napon zener diode D4 (9,1 V) umanjen za napon iz podesivog djelitelja napona sa otpornicima R14, R15 i R16.<\/p>\n<p>Indikator punjenja akumulatora \u010dini jednostavan krug sa tranzistorom Tr8. Ovo je krug vrlo sli\u010dan onom za preko-strujnu za\u0161titu. Strujni senzorski otpornici su R7 i R13 i na njima nastaje pad napona proporcionalan ja\u010dini izlazne struje kruga punjenja. \u0160to je struja manja i time pad napona manji to \u0107e Tr8 biti vi\u0161e zatvoren i LED D2 \u0107e manje svijetliti. Kad struja padne ispod cca 80 mA tranzistor \u0107e biti toliko zatvoren da LED vi\u0161e ne\u0107e svijetliti.<\/p>\n<p>Relej smo ve\u0107 objasnili. Njegov svitak je spojen na mre\u017eni ispravlja\u010d. Kada nema mre\u017enog napona, kontakti releja izlazne priklju\u010dnice spajaju na vanjski akumulator. \u010cim se pojavi mre\u017eni napon, relej se aktivira i prebacuje izlazne priklju\u010dnice na mre\u017eni ispravlja\u010d. Na svakoj plo\u010dici je jedan namjenski integrirani krug za 5- tonski selektivni poziv:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FX-503C \u2013 generator (koder) 17 razli\u010ditih tonova za sisteme selektivnog poziva<\/li>\n<li>FX-407A \u2013 generator (koder) i dekoder 12 razli\u010ditih tonova za sisteme selektivnog poziva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Za razliku od subtonskih sistema poput CTCSS i DCS koji \u0161alju kodove na frekvencijama ispod 300 Hz i koje ne ulaze u propusni (\u010dujni) audio spektar prijemnika, 5-tonski sustav selektivnog poziva oda\u0161ilje kodni signal u \u010dujnom audio opsegu te se \u010duje iz zvu\u010dnika prijemnika. Ovisno o sustavu, tonske frekvencije koje predstavljaju odre\u0111ene kodove ili funkcije mogu biti\u00a0 u rasponu 631-2796 Hz, dakle unutar gotovo \u010ditavog propusnog audio opsega prijemnika (300-3000 Hz). Prijemnik \u0107e ostati uklju\u010den samo ako je na po\u010detku poziva primio odre\u0111eni 5-tonski kod na koji je pode\u0161en.<\/p>\n<p>Postoji nekoliko standarda za 5-tonski selektivni poziv, a \u010dipovi FX-503C i FX-407A su programirani za kodiranje i dekodiranje po CCIR standardu (druga tri naj\u010de\u0161\u0107a standarda su ZVEI, NATEL i EEA). Postoji i nekoliko ina\u010dica CCIR standarda za selektivni poziv (CCIR-1, CCIR-2 ili CCIR-7, PCCIR) koji se razlikuju u vremenu trajanja pojedinog tona ili u tonskim frekvencijama za pojedine funkcije. Primijetio sam da se tvorni\u010dki podaci za \u010dip FX407A malo razlikuju od dana\u0161njeg CCIR standarda \u0161to ne bi trebalo predstavljati prakti\u010dan problem (razlike su do 3,5 Hz) i vjerojatno se radi o nekim korekcijama standarda koje su usvojene tijekom vremena:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/iskra_tr40m_nd22_32.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[22276]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22308\" src=\"https:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/iskra_tr40m_nd22_32.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1270\" height=\"149\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/iskra_tr40m_nd22_32.gif 1270w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/iskra_tr40m_nd22_32-768x90.gif 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1270px) 100vw, 1270px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vrijeme trajanja pojedinog tona je 100 ms \u0161to odgovara CCIR-1 i PCCIR standardu. Ukupno gledano, mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da su ovi \u010dipovi dizajnirani za CCIR-1 standard 5-tonskog selektivnog poziva.<\/p>\n<p>Uz \u010dip FX-503C koji je samo generator tonskih frekvencija vezana je vanjska 3-znamenkasta kodna sklopka, a plo\u010dica sadr\u017ei jo\u0161 sedam logi\u010dkih \u010dipova:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CD4001 \u2013 \u010detiri NOR vrata sa dva ulaza<\/li>\n<li>CD4013 (x2) \u2013 dva D flop flopa<\/li>\n<li>CD4017 \u2013 dekadski broja\u010d<\/li>\n<li>CD4066 \u2013 \u010detiri analogne sklopke<\/li>\n<li>CD4071 \u2013 \u010detiri OR vrata sa dva ulaza<\/li>\n<li>CD4081 \u2013 \u010detiri AND vrata sa dva ulaza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Uz \u010dip FX-407A koji je generator i dekoder tonskih frekvencija nalazi se jo\u0161 \u0161est \u010dipova:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CD4001 \u2013 \u010detiri NOR vrata sa dva ulaza<\/li>\n<li>CD4013 (x2) \u2013 dva D flop flopa<\/li>\n<li>CD4017 \u2013 dekadski broja\u010d<\/li>\n<li>CD4071 \u2013 \u010detiri OR vrata sa dva ulaza<\/li>\n<li>CD4093 \u2013 \u010detiri NAND vrata sa dva ulaza<\/li>\n<li>IL 741 \u2013 operacijsko poja\u010dalo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>U uputama za primopredajnik TR 40M spominju se opcionalni moduli selektivnog poziva i identifikacije SPID-1, SPID-2 i SPID-3. Oni omogu\u0107uju prijem selektivnog poziva, slanje selektivnog poziva i slanje vlastitog identifikacijskog koda koji je za na\u0161 konkretni primopredajnik 122. Ovisno o modulu, identifikacijski kod se \u0161alje kod svake aktivacije predaje (PTT) od strane operatera (SPID-1) ili se kod \u0161alje automatski pri svakom prijemu selektivnog poziva bez da operater pritisne PTT (SPID-2). Time pozivatelj dobiva potvrdu da je veza sa stanicom uspostavljena iako operater mo\u017eda nije pored iste. Modul SPID-3 uz sve ovo omogu\u0107uje i slanje do 10 razli\u010ditih dogovorenih kodiranih informacija.<\/p>\n<p>Pretpostavljam da je modul sa \u010dipom FX-407A mogu\u0107e SPID-1 ili SPID-2, a modul sa \u010dipom FX-503C je mogu\u0107e SPID-3, no bez sheme, uputa i bilo kakvih oznaka nema smisla dalje naga\u0111ati o ovim opcionalnim plo\u010dicama. \u010cak i da imamo elektroni\u010dku shemu, trebalo bi ulo\u017eiti vrijeme i trud u detaljno prou\u010davanje tvorni\u010dkih specifikacija za namjenske \u010dipove FX-407A i FX-503C da se vide na\u010dini upravljanja istima, zatim bi svakako trebalo znati \u010demu su to\u010dno namijenjeni preostali logi\u010dki krugovi, a onda izu\u010davati te logi\u010dke krugove i po potrebi vr\u0161iti mjerenja i snimanja signala kako bi se shvatilo na koji na\u010din funkcionira \u010ditav ovaj sistem.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a nekada\u0161nje elektroni\u010dke industrije na prostoru exYU, no sve je manje entuzijasta koji imaju vremena, volje i motivacije prou\u010davati, popravljati ili modificirati takve, danas ve\u0107 zastarjele radio ure\u0111aje. Odavno je pro\u0161lo vrijeme kada je od kupnje novog ure\u0111aja vi\u0161e isplativo bilo nabaviti neki otpisani vojni ili slu\u017ebeni primopredajnik te ga modificirati na radioamaterske opsege. Sada svi o\u010dekujemo na radio ure\u0111aju imati maksimalan broj radnih kanala i opsega sa jednostavnim izravnim pristupom preko tipkovnice i displeja, sve mogu\u0107e analogne i digitalne tonske squelch sisteme, sve dopu\u0161tene modulacije, a o desecima ostalih standardnih funkcija i raznim mogu\u0107nostima kontrole i povezivanja da i ne govorimo. \u0160teta je samo \u0161to moramo priznati \u010dinjenicu da kako radioamaterska oprema s godinama postaje sve bolja, naprednija, dostupnija i jeftinija, tako se broj aktivnih radio amatera zapravo sve vi\u0161e smanjuje.
