Ve\u0107 1952. godine tvrtka Sanyo proizvela je svoj prvi radio prijemnik, a 1954. godine i prvu perilicu rublja. Ime tvrtke na japanskom jeziku zna\u010di \u201ctri oceana\u201d, \u0161to se odnosi na ambiciju osniva\u010da da svoje proizvode prodaje \u0161irom svijeta, preko Atlantskog , Tihog i Indijskog oceana i ta ambicija ostvarena je krajem 1970-tih godina. Do tada je tvrtka ve\u0107 proizvodila razli\u010ditu potro\u0161a\u010dku elektroniku uklju\u010duju\u0107i razne ku\u0107ne audio, video i RTV ure\u0111aje. Po\u010detkom 1980-tih godina bilo je poku\u0161aja plasiranja vlastitih PC-kompatibilnih ra\u010dunala (MBC-550). U 1970-tim godinama Sanyo je kupio ameri\u010dkog proizvo\u0111a\u010da Hi-Fi opreme Fisher Electronics, te je ameri\u010dka podru\u017enica dobila naziv Sanyo Fisher Company. Veliki potres 2004. godine (Ch\u016betsu) izazvao je znatna o\u0161te\u0107enja Sanyo pogona za proizvodnju poluvodi\u010da zbog \u010dega je tvrtka pretrpjela velike gubitke. U planu restrukturiranja Sanyo se orijentira na energetsko tr\u017ei\u0161te te masovno proizvodi klima ure\u0111aje, solarne panele i sustave, punjive baterije, baterije za hibridne automobile i sli\u010dno. Tako\u0111er nastavlja proizvodnju aktualne potro\u0161a\u010dke elektronike poput kamera, projektora i mobitela. Oporavak tvrtke ipak nije uspio te je do 2010. godine rasprodana drugim korporacijama, najve\u0107im dijelom japanskom Panasonicu koji je robnu marku Sanyo nastavio koristiti na nekim svojim pokriva dva standardna radiodifuzna opsega: AM srednjevalni opseg 530 &#8211; 1600 KHz i FM UKV opseg 87 &#8211; 108 MHz. Bazira se na devet tranzistora:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tr-1: FM RF poja\u010dalo<\/li>\n<li>Tr-2: FM lokalni oscilator i mje\u0161a\u010d<\/li>\n<li>Tr-3: AM samoosciliraju\u0107i mje\u0161a\u010d, FM MF poja\u010dalo<\/li>\n<li>Tr-4: AM\/FM MF poja\u010dalo<\/li>\n<li>Tr-5: AM\/FM MF poja\u010dalo<\/li>\n<li>Tr-6, Tr-7: NF audio pretpoja\u010dalo (driver)<\/li>\n<li>Tr-8, Tr-9: NF audio poja\u010dalo (push-pull izlazni stupanj)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Za AM detekciju se koristi dioda D4, a za FM detekciju ratio detektor sa D2 i D3. Automatska regulacija poja\u010danja (ARP) za AM je povratnom vezom preko otpornika R21 5,6 k\u2126, a ARP za FM je povratnom vezom sa prvog MF poja\u010dala preko C21 i R7 gdje dioda D1 u kombinaciji sa C6 ispravlja napon za ARP. Me\u0111ufrekvencije su na 10,7 MHz (FM) i 455 kHz (AM) i mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da je ovo standardna konstrukcija osnovnog tranzistorskog AM\/FM prijemnika kakva se prakti\u010dno zadr\u017eala sve do pojave namjenskih integriranih krugova. Naravno u 1980-tim godinama prestala su se koristiti transformatorska push-pull poja\u010dala, no principijelna blok shema AM\/FM prijemnika je ostala ista.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Op\u0107enito gledano, konstrukcija ovog japanskog d\u017eepnog AM\/FM radio prijemnika je toliko uobi\u010dajena da ne mo\u017eemo istaknuti neku specifi\u010dnost. Naravno, sve je lako i jednostavno kada imamo elektroni\u010dku i monta\u017enu shemu. Da toga nema, bilo bi problem nedvojbeno definirati uloge pojedinih tranzistora i svakog VF lon\u010di\u0107a. \u010cak i kada to znamo, u ovako kompaktnoj i zbijenoj konstrukciji nije nimalo lako prona\u0107i i dosegnuti svaku mjernu to\u010dku za ispitivanje i servis ure\u0111aja.<\/p>\n<p>D\u017eepni radio prijemnici iako imaju relativno jednostavne elektroni\u010dke sheme, njih nije lako iscrtati obrnutim in\u017eenjeringom. Veliki broj zbijenih VF i NF transformatora razli\u010ditih tipova na neprozirnoj tiskanoj plo\u010dici, pa jo\u0161 k tomu sve preliveno voskom, svakako ne olak\u0161ava taj posao. Kod \u010distih AM ili FM prijemnika se jo\u0161 nekako mo\u017eemo sna\u0107i, no kod kombiniranih AM\/FM prijemnika su neki elementi zajedni\u010dki i preklapaju se pomo\u0107u vi\u0161esegmentne sklopke \u0161to je prava no\u0107na mora za iscrtati, posebice ako se ne zna ni shema kontakata te sklopke.<\/p>\n<p>Svakako je puno ugodnije kada se na\u0111e originalna servisna dokumentacija, iako i tu treba biti oprezan, jer su tvorni\u010dke modifikacije pojedinih serija istih modela prijemnika oduvijek bile uobi\u010dajene. Na kraju, \u010dak i kada imamo svu to\u010dnu dokumentaciju, i dalje je potrebno odre\u0111eno znanje, iskustvo i instrumentacija da bi se krenulo popravljati, a pogotovo pode\u0161avati i uga\u0111ati ovakve prijemnike. Malo tko danas za to jo\u0161 ima volje i vremena, naravno tu je i pitanje same isplativosti te nabavke dijelova koji se desetlje\u0107ima vi\u0161e nigdje ne proizvode.
