Satovi se tako mogu postaviti na sve zidove i namje\u0161taj u sobama, te na vanjske terase, drve\u0107a i dvori\u0161ta. Ovo onda isklju\u010duje potrebu za no\u0161enjem ru\u010dnog sata jer gdje god se nalazite i gdje god se okrenete mo\u017eete vidjeti to\u010dno vrijeme na jednom od postavljenih satova \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<li>Ku\u0107ni satovi su relativno to\u010dni, no relativna to\u010dnost nije isto \u0161to i apsolutna to\u010dnost. U trgovini ne mo\u017eete provjeriti tolerancije, odnosno pogre\u0161ke mjerenja vremena ve\u0107ine satova iz ponude \u0161iroke potro\u0161nje. Stoga je najbolje kupiti vi\u0161e satova, zadr\u017eati samo one koji se kroz godine poka\u017eu najto\u010dnijim, a ostale vratiti u trgovinu uz jasno argumentiranu reklamaciju \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<li>Ku\u0107ni satovi su relativno pouzdani, no relativna pouzdanost nije isto \u0161to i apsolutna pouzdanost. Uvijek je bolje pouzdati se u stotinu satova, nego samo u jedan \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<li>Kad imate nekoliko stotina razli\u010ditih satova, kroz odre\u0111eni period se jasno poka\u017ee koji modeli su najto\u010dniji i najpouzdaniji. Poslije mo\u017eete nastaviti kupovati samo te modele satova \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<li>Ku\u0107ni elektri\u010dni i elektroni\u010dki satovi rade na baterije. Baterije pak se najvi\u0161e isplati kupovati u ve\u0107im koli\u010dinama jer je tada cijena po komadu manja. Za ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu baterija je onda svakako potrebno imati i ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu satova. Logi\u010dno, zar ne \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<li>Neke ljude \u017eivcira svake godine pomicati sat unaprijed pa onda opet unatrag. To\u010dan odgovor je da je ovo zapravo mramor izva\u0111en iz kvarcnih satova. Kada pogonska opruga sata do\u0111e blizu kraja otpu\u0161tanja, mehani\u010dki se aktivira elektri\u010dna sklopka koja pokre\u0107e elektromagnetski vibrator. Vibracije kotve mehani\u010dki navijaju oprugu sata. To magnetsko polje podr\u017eava konstantno njihanje njihala sa permanentnim magnetima.<\/p>\n<p>Me\u0111utim, oscilator koji \u0161alje elektri\u010dne impulse na zavojnicu nije elektroni\u010dki. To\u010dna frekvencija njihanja njihala je ovdje odre\u0111ena mehani\u010dki, samim njihalom i za ovaj mehanizam iznosi 2,5 Hz. To je svojevrsni samo-pobudni oscilatorski sklop sa tranzistorom. Impulsna pobuda za otvaranje tranzistora dolazi od samog njihala sa magnetima. Tako \u010ditav sistem sadr\u017ei dva elektromagnetska sistema: jedan za podr\u017eavanje njihanja njihala i jedan za indukciju pobudnog impulsa za tranzistor. Jasno se vidi da je u emiterski krug T1 spojena impulsna zavojnica i ona \u0107e dobiti napon kad je T1 otvoren. Otvaranjem tranzistora T1 pak upravlja tranzistor T2 kojemu je na bazu spojena senzorska zavojnica.<\/p>\n<p>Princip rada (stabilnog njihanja) njihala temelji se na ciklusima ponavljanja koji uklju\u010duju dovo\u0111enje struje na impulsnu zavojnicu kad je tranzistor otvoren i dovo\u0111enje induciranog napona preko senzorske zavojnice kad je tranzistor zatvoren. Mali pomak njihala sa magnetima inducirati \u0107e u senzorskoj zavojnici spojenoj na bazu tranzistora T2 mali strujni impuls, dovoljan da na kratko otvori tranzistor T2, a time posljedi\u010dno i tranzistor T1. Otvaranjem tranzistora T1 struja preko emitera pote\u010de kroz impulsnu zavojnicu, a stvoreni magnetski tok odgurne impulsni magnet i stvori novi njihaj. Njihalo se zatim vra\u0107a (pomo\u0107u povratne spiralne opruge) te novi prolazak senzorskog magneta pored senzorske zavojnice opet stvara napon koji otvara tranzistor i ciklus se ponavlja.<\/p>\n<p>Satovi sa ovakvim mehanizmom izumljeni su u 1950-tim godinama, dakle vrlo brzo nakon izuma tranzistora (koji je slu\u017ebeno predstavio Bell Labs 1948. godine). Negdje je impulsna zavojnica u kolektorskom, a negdje u emiterskom krugu, bez obzira na tip tranzistora (PNP, NPN). Senzorska zavojnica za bazu tranzistora mo\u017ee dijeliti jedan kraj namotaja sa impulsnom zavojnicom ali mo\u017ee biti i potpuno odvojena. Obi\u010dno se koristi jedan tranzistor, no ponegdje su upotrijebljena dva tranzistora (upravlja\u010dki i izlazni) bilo u diskretnoj ili integriranoj izvedbi. Jasno je da inducirani impuls u senzorskoj zavojnici ne mo\u017ee biti velike amplitude te se stoga naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e koriste germanijski tranzistori zbog manjeg pada napona od silicijskih tranzistora. U slu\u010daju silicijskih tranzistora koriste se dva komada zbog ve\u0107eg poja\u010danja, no ponegdje radi jedan silicijski tranzistor.<\/p>\n<p>Sve zapravo najvi\u0161e ovisi o izvedbi zavojnica. Vidjeli smo da su to zavojnice sa velikim brojem namotaja tanke lak \u017eice (i do nekoliko tisu\u0107a namotaja) kako bi se inducirale \u0161to ja\u010de struje u senzorskoj zavojnici i stvaralo dovoljno jako magnetsko polje u impulsnoj zavojnici (s obzirom na nizak napon napajanja od 1,5 V i potrebom za \u0161to manjom potro\u0161njom struje (tipi\u010dno 100-200 \u00b5A). Mogli smo primijetiti da je impulsna zavojnica obi\u010dno crvene (bakrene) boje, a senzorska je sa lakom zelene boje. Te dvije zavojnice se na specifi\u010dan na\u010din motaju i isprepli\u0107u u zajedni\u010dki kolut.<\/p>\n<p>Brzina rada njihala sa magnetima mora biti \u0161to ve\u0107a kako bi se inducirao ve\u0107i napon u senzorskoj zavojnici. Stoga ta njihala rade iznad 1 Hz, tipi\u010dno frekvencijom 2,5 Hz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sada prelazimo na kvarcne mehanizme. Pogon takvih mehanizama je samostalni kvarcni (kristalni) oscilator frekvencije tipi\u010dno 1 Hz (ponegdje 2 ili vi\u0161e Hz). Bipolarni napon iz ocilatora pokre\u0107e mali jednofazni kora\u010dni elektromotor Lavetovog tipa. To je konstrukcijski vrlo jednostavan elektromotor. Opet imamo jedan satni mehanizam njema\u010dkog proizvo\u0111a\u010da Kienzle. Prvo \u0161to se mo\u017ee primijetiti to je da se ne koristi uobi\u010dajeni kvarc na 32,768 kHz nego je ovdje ugra\u0111en kvarc na visokih 4,194304 MHz.<\/p>\n<p>Osnovna frekvencija od 32,768 kHz za kvarcne satove je odabrana jer se binarnim dijeljenjem lako dobiva frekvencija od 1 Hz. Frekvenciju od 32 768 Hz je potrebno 15 puta podijeliti sa 2 \u0161to je lako izvedivo razli\u010ditim jeftinim binarnim djeliteljima. Kristal upravo ove frekvencije je odabran iz vi\u0161e prakti\u010dnih razloga. Kristali te frekvencije se mogu izvesti u vrlo malim dimenzijama, frekvencija je dovoljno visoka da bude ne\u010dujna za ljudsko uho ali i dovoljno niska da potro\u0161nja struje i sama cijena izrade takvih kristala ostane na umjerenoj razini.<\/p>\n<p>Frekvenciju na\u0161eg kvarca od 4,194304 MHz je potrebno 22 puta podijeliti sa 2 da se dobije frekvencija od 1 Hz. Iako je frekvencija od 32,768 kHz danas gotovo postala standard za sve kvarcne satove, raniji modeli su mogli imati i druge frekvencije, a nije isklju\u010deno da i neki moderni satovi rade sa kristalima drugih frekvencija. To je osnovni ton frekvencije 2048 Hz, koji je periodi\u010dki prekidan kombinacijom frekvencija od 1 Hz i 8 Hz. Na na\u0161em satnom modulu se pin 6 ne koristi (nije nigdje spojen), a sa istog smo uspjeli dobiti samo signal frekvencije 64 Hz.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Svi ostali kvarcni satni mehanizmi bit \u0107e vrlo sli\u010dni jedni drugima. Pogon zup\u010danika je preko Lavetovog elektromotora, a njega pokre\u0107e bipolarni impulsni napon frekvencije 1 Hz (2 Hz). Takav napon se dobiva iz kristalnog (kvarcnog) oscilatora obi\u010dno frekvencije 32 768 Hz koja se binarnim djeliteljima (flip-flopovima) dijeli 15 puta tako da se dobije frekvencija od to\u010dno 1 Hz. Neki kvarcni mehanizmi imaju dodatne frekvencijske izvode sa lanca djelitelja tako da se dobiju tonske frekvencije (cca 1-2 kHz) za funkciju alarma ili bilo koje druge binarne frekvencije za pokretanje raznih svjetlosnih alarma, za pokretanje estetski pridodanih njihala (klatna) i sli\u010dno. Jedino \u0161to ukazuje da je ovo relativno stariji mehanizam je namjenski \u010dip 1440F koji je jo\u0161 uvijek u standardnom DIL-8 ku\u0107i\u0161tu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kvarcni satovi sami po sebi nisu vizualno previ\u0161e atraktivni pa neki modeli poku\u0161avaju imitirati stare mehani\u010dke satove sa klatnima kako bi se malo naglasila dinamika njihovog rada. Tako\u0111er i \u0161to se ti\u010de zvuka koji proizvodi satni mehanizam, neki kvarcni satovi su posve ne\u010dujni, dok su drugi namjerno napravljeni da imaju nagla\u0161en zvuk otkucavanja sekundi kao kod starih mehani\u010dkih satova.
