Pirometar je ure\u0111aj za mjerenje visokih temperatura. Zbog svojih svojstva ova legura postala je jedinstvena za primjenu u ure\u0111ajima i napravama koji rade na visokim temperaturama. Patent je za\u0161ti\u0107en 1906. godine, a 1908. godine formirana je tvrtka Hoskins Manufacturing Company sa sjedi\u0161tem u ameri\u010dkom gradu Detroitu. O termoelekri\u010dnom efektu, termoparovima i radu ovakvih mjera\u010da temperature ve\u0107 smo pisali u objavama <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2017\/06\/12\/mjerac-temperature-ispusnih-plinova-17b31\/\" target=\"_blank\">MJERA\u010c TEMPERATURE ISPU\u0160NIH PLINOVA 17B31<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2017\/05\/09\/vakuum-metar-nrc-type-701-type-501\/\">VAKUUM METAR NRC TYPE 701 TYPE 501 <\/a>i <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2016\/12\/19\/rmt-zc-994-uredaj-za-toplo-hladnu-masazu-lica\/\">RMT ZC-994 Ure\u0111aj za toplo hladnu masa\u017eu lica<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Termopar se sastoji od dvije \u017eice iz razli\u010ditog materijala me\u0111usobno spojene na jednom kraju. Kad se spojeni kraj nalazi na ve\u0107oj temperaturi od otvorenog kraja \u017eica, na tom otvorenom kraju \u017eica pojaviti \u0107e se elektri\u010dni napon. Ta pojava zove se termoelektri\u010dni efekt (ili Seebeckov efekt), a radi se dakle o izravnom pretvaranju toplinske energije u elektri\u010dnu. Termopar se postavlja u okru\u017eenje gdje \u017eelimo mjeriti temperaturu, a vodi\u0107ima se spaja sa voltmetrom na kojem vr\u0161imo o\u010ditanje (na skali ba\u017edarenoj za izravno o\u010ditanje temperature). Natpis &#8220;Chromel Alumel&#8221; ukazuje da su skale ba\u017edarene za upotrebu termopara tipa K (prema dana\u0161njim oznakama).\u00a0Pozitivna elektroda ovog termopara sastoji se od legure nikla i kroma (chromel), a negativna od legure nikla i aluminija (Alumel). Termoparovi tipa K predvi\u0111eni su za mjerenje temperatura u podru\u010dju od -270 \u00b0C to 1260 \u00b0C i u tom rasponu daju termoelektri\u010dni napon od -6.4 to 54.9 mV. To odgovara podjelama na na\u0161im skalama. Mo\u017ee se uo\u010diti kako ova vrsta termopara daje vrlo linearnu skalu, odnosno porast temperature linearno prati porast napona na termoparu. Podjela u milivoltima mo\u017ee koristiti i ako se na pirometar spoji neki drugi tip termopara, tada se iz o\u010ditanog napona mo\u017ee izra\u010dunati temperatura na osnovu poznatih karakteristika tog termopara. Podjela u centigradima gotovo je potpuno identi\u010dna podjeli u stupnjevima Celzijusa. Naime, standardna jedinica za temperaturu Celzijus uvedena je 1948. godine, dok se prije toga koristio naziv centigrad. O\u010duvanost mu je vrlo dobra i na\u0161a je du\u017enost zadr\u017eati istu na sada\u0161njoj razini. No mora se primijetiti kako bi se lijepo uklopio i kao uporabni predmet u nekoj dana\u0161njoj modernoj kuhinji napravljenoj u sve popularnijem vintage stilu, gdje bi sasvim dobro slu\u017eio kao mjera\u010d temperature u pe\u0107nici ili kru\u0161noj pe\u0107i, naravno uz malo ba\u017edarenja u kombinaciji sa prikladnim termoelementom \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danas je nabavljen pirometar ameri\u010dke tvrtke Hoskins oznake tipa AH iz prve polovice 20-tog stolje\u0107a.
