Potpuno opremljen namijenjen je za relejne radiodifuzne emisije na srednjem valu (SV) \u0161to zna\u010di da radi kao autonoman daljinski (preko \u017eice) upravljiv ure\u0111aj koji prima radio program na odre\u0111enom kanalu na UKV podru\u010dju (88-108 MHz) i zatim ga oda\u0161ilje na odre\u0111enom kanalu na SV podru\u010dju (520-1610 KHz). Na\u0161em primjerku nedostaje modul UKV prijemnika, no svi drugi moduli su ispravni i kompletni te je ovaj SV predajnik prakti\u010dno spreman za rad nakon priklju\u010denja antene, uklju\u010denja mre\u017enog napona 220V i dovo\u0111enja NF audio signala razine od -28 do 0 dB na 600 \u2126 iz nekog audio izvora. modul osigurava pravilan redoslijed ukap\u010danja na napon svih modula predajnika bilo da se ono vr\u0161i izravno na predajniku ili daljinski. Ukap\u010danje se vr\u0161i jednostavno pritiskom na zelenu tipku &#8220;UKOP\u010cANO&#8221; ili daljinski preko priklju\u010dnice na zadnjoj strani predajnika na koju su zapravo dovedena dva izvoda paralelna tipki &#8220;UKOP\u010cANO&#8221;. Na\u010din ukap\u010danja bira se sklopkom &#8220;LOKALNO &#8211; DALJINSKO&#8221;. Sam modul sadr\u017ei samo elemente koji su vidljivi na prednjoj plo\u010di, a kontrola ukap\u010danja napona vr\u0161i se relejima ugra\u0111enima u ispravlja\u010dke module predajnika.<\/p>\n<p>Na taj na\u010din potrebno vremensko zatezanje i kontrolu rada ukap\u010danja vr\u0161e tri releja u sklopu modula ispravlja\u010da za srednje napone. Tako\u0111er, ako je relej u ispravlja\u010du za visoke napone otvoren tada \u0107e automatika ukap\u010dati samo visoki napon \u0161to je ponekad po\u017eeljno kod uga\u0111anja ili popravaka na predajniku. Kontrola toga releja u VN ispravlja\u010du vr\u0161i se pomo\u0107u posebne sklopke na istom &#8220;V.N. ISKOP\u010cANO &#8211; UKOP\u010cANO&#8221;. Kad se pritisne tipka &#8220;UKOP\u010cANO&#8221;, a sklopka je postavljena na &#8220;LOKALNO&#8221;, trenutno se iskap\u010daju svi naponi na oda\u0161ilja\u010du osim grijanja termostatske komore kvarc kristala u modulu oscilatora, no i taj napon se mo\u017ee ru\u010dno kontrolirati sklopkom &#8220;PREDGRIJAVANJE&#8221; na navedenom modulu. Svaki modul tako\u0111er ima istu takvu priklju\u010dnicu (osim limitera koji ima vlastiti mjerni instrument) te se preko nje posebnim kabelom mo\u017ee spojiti mjerni instrument na plo\u010di AUTOMATIKA u svrhu razli\u010ditih mjerenja na modulima: naponi na ispravlja\u010dima, anodne i katodne struje na modulatoru i oscilatoru, katodne struje, struja re\u0161etke i VF napon na izlaznom stupnju. Svaki modul uz priklju\u010dnicu za instrument ima i posebnu sklopku kojom se odabire vrsta mjerenja.<\/p>\n<p>Od ukupno tri 4-amperska osigura\u010da koja jo\u0161 vidimo na prednjoj plo\u010di modula AUTOMATIKE dva su glavna mre\u017ena osigura\u010da, a jedan je osigura\u010d prednaponskog ispravlja\u010da i sklopke VN ispravlja\u010da. Prisutnost ovih napona signaliziraju kontrolne sijalice. Funkcija tipke &#8220;ISKOP\u010cANO&#8221; je naravno obrnuta od tipke &#8220;UKOP\u010cANO&#8221; no treba primijetiti kako je zahvaljuju\u0107i modulu AUTOMATIKA ukap\u010danje i iskap\u010danje svih napona za module predajnika potpuno automatizirano \u010dime se zna\u010dajno umanjuje mogu\u0107nost manualne pogre\u0161ke operatera koja bi mogla dovesti do kvara ili uni\u0161tenja nekog modula predajnika uslijed nestru\u010dnog rukovanja prilikom pu\u0161tanja predajnika u rad.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/sv_tx_or005s4_riz_50w_02.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[2766]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2785\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/sv_tx_or005s4_riz_50w_02.gif\" alt=\"sv_tx_or005s4_riz_50w_02\" width=\"794\" height=\"642\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Prije nego krenemo na opise ispravlja\u010da dobro je pogledati blok shemu predajnika sa prikazom grananja svih potrebnih napona. Uo\u010dava se kako ve\u0107ina modula ima vlastite transformatore za grijanje svojih elektronki te samo VF oscilator i izlazni stupanj dijele taj izvor napona. Limiter je potpuno samostalan i potreban mu je samo mre\u017eni napon 220V. No zato cijeli predajnik ima ugra\u0111enih 17 masivnih transformatora (mre\u017enih, audio i NF prigu\u0161nica) \u0161to sa robusnim metalnim nosa\u010dem daje te\u017einu od oko 150 kg, a potro\u0161ak energije je oko 600W.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ISPRAVLJA\u010c ZA PREDNAPON I SREDNJE NAPONE (+250V, -100V)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U sklopu ovog ispravlja\u010da nalazi se tri elektromagnetska releja i jedan termorelej koji ukap\u010daju i kontroliraju primarne i ispravljene sekundarne napone oba transformatora (prednaponskog i srednjenaponskog). Period ukap\u010danja i iskap\u010danja grija\u010da kvarca signalizira \u017earuljica smje\u0161tena ispod ku\u0107i\u0161ta termostata kvarca. Ovo ku\u0107i\u0161te termostata za kvarc ima oznaku LPE AR SG600 6,5V. Radi se o zatvorenom metalnom cilindru veli\u010dine i oblika kao elektronska cijev. Unutar cilindra na aluminijskoj plo\u010di s jedne strane je montiran kvarc, a sa druge grija\u010d i bimetalni temperaturni prekida\u010d te su na taj na\u010din svi elementi termi\u010dki povezani. Grija\u010d je predvi\u0111en za rad na naponu 6,5V. Ugra\u0111eni kvarc je za frekvenciju 1313 kHz. grijanje kvarcnog kristala mo\u017eemo uklju\u010diti prije uklju\u010denja predajnika kako bi se prvo postigla temperaturna stabilizacija kvarca ili pak se ovo grijanje mo\u017ee uklju\u010diti sa uklju\u010divanjem cijelog predajnika.<\/p>\n<p>I ovdje uo\u010davamo priklju\u010dnicu za spajanje mjernog instrumenta, a sklopkom (Ik1 Ik2) odabire se mjerenje katodne struje za dvije elektronke EF 80.<\/p>\n<p>Osigura\u010di: mre\u017ena strana transformatora za grijanje termostata kvarca (0401-0,1A).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>POBUDNI I IZLAZNI VF STUPANJ<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Izlazni VF modul konstruiran je da pokriva \u010ditav srednjevalni radiodifuzni opseg.\u00a0 Pobudni VF stupanj (driver) izveden je sa elektronkom EL 84 koja radi u C klasi. Anodni pobudni titrajni LC krug \u010dini promjenjivi kondenzator &#8220;UGA\u0110ANJE G1 IZLAZA&#8221; i dvije zavojnice koje se prekap\u010daju sklopkom &#8220;FREKVENCIJA MHz&#8221; (0,5-0,8 MHz i 0,8-1,5 MHz) te se ovim elementima pobudni titrajni krug dovodi u rezonanciju sa frekvencijom oscilatora. Namje\u0161tanjem ovih elemenata pokriva se \u010ditav frekvencijski opseg bez preklapanja, samo se za niske frekvencije opsega posebnim kratkospojnicima sa stra\u017enje strane modula priklju\u010duju dva kondenzatora u izlazni LC krug. Izvodi na zavojnici slu\u017ee za odr\u017eavanje konstantnog faktora dobrote (Q) za sve frekvencije, odnosno za prilagodbu na koaksijalni vod. Iz atenuatora NF signal dolazi na ulazni transformator (oklopljen na prednjoj plo\u010di).<\/p>\n<p>Slijedi simetri\u010dno trostupanjsko NF poja\u010dalo za zadnjim stupnjem u push-pull AB pogonu. Tre\u0107i transformator je za napon grijanja elektronki.<\/p>\n<p>Preko priklju\u010dnice za mjerni instrument i pripadaju\u0107e sklopke mogu se odabrati mjerenja katodnih i anodnih struja elektronki.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LIMITER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uloga limitera je sprje\u010davanje modulacije predajnika preko 100% na na\u010din da se ograni\u010davaju (sijeku) vrhovi NF signala koji prelaze odre\u0111eni nivo. Na taj na\u010din dozvoljava se zna\u010dajno pove\u0107anje srednje vrijednosti stupnja modulacije \u010dime se u kona\u010dnici posti\u017ee ve\u0107i domet predajnika uz istu snagu nose\u0107eg vala. Princip rada limitera sli\u010dan je djelovanju automatske regulacije poja\u010danja kod radio prijemnika. Limiter je u osnovi NF poja\u010dalo sa specifi\u010dnom karakteristikom poja\u010danja. Za signale koji su ispod odre\u0111enog nivoa poja\u010danje limitera ostaje nepromijenjeno, dok se za signale iznad tog nivoa poja\u010danje naglo smanjuje za iznos koji raste sa ja\u010dinom signala. Prvi stupanj koji radi sa dvije elektronke 6SK7 sa promjenjivom strminom ima promjenjivo poja\u010danje koje je kontrolirano naponom za automatsku regulaciju poja\u010danja. Za prvi stupanj poja\u010danja napon \u017earenja dobiva se preko transformatora sa selenskim ispravlja\u010dem da bi se smanjilo brujanje, a napon za\u0161titne re\u0161etke je stabiliziran sa jednom stabilizatorkom OA2 kako bi se smanjio utjecaj promjena u naponu mre\u017ee. Potenciometri u krugu za\u0161titne re\u0161etke i katode prvog stupnja omogu\u0107uju da se izbalansira svaki par elektronki 6SK7 za cijelo podru\u010dje re\u0161etkinih napona koji se pojavljuju, tako da ne dolazi do pojave udaraca pri nagloj promjeni radne to\u010dke. Uz pomo\u0107 instrumenta i sklopke na prednjoj plo\u010di (VRST RADA &#8211; B1 &#8211; B2) spomenuto balansiranje mogu\u0107e je izvesti brzo i bez upotrebe vanjskih ure\u0111aja, jer se na re\u0161etke elektronki 6SK7 dovodi signal 50 Hz iz vlastitog unutra\u0161njeg izvora.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/sv_tx_or005s4_riz_50w_40.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[2766]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2810\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/sv_tx_or005s4_riz_50w_40.gif\" alt=\"sv_tx_or005s4_riz_50w_40\" width=\"952\" height=\"574\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Idu\u0107i stupnjevi sa elektronkama 6J7 i 6V6 imaju fiksno poja\u010danje. Na ta dva posljednja stupnja primijenjena je negativna povratna sprega da bi se pobolj\u0161ala frekvencijske karakteristika, te smanjila izobli\u010denja i nestabilnosti uslijed promjena napona mre\u017ee i karakteristika samih elektronki.<\/p>\n<p>Promjenjivi prednapon re\u0161etke koji regulira poja\u010danje prvog stupnja dobiva se punovalnim ispravljanjem (elektronka 6H6) izlaznog napona izlaznog stupnja. Fiksni pozitivni prednapon na katodama ispravlja\u010dice 6H6 sprje\u010dava tok struje dok izlazni napon ne pre\u0111e granicu po\u010detka djelovanja limitera.<\/p>\n<p>Izlazni napon iz ispravlja\u010da 6H6 dovodi se re\u0161etkama cijevi prvog stupnja 6SK7 preko jednog RC filtra koji odre\u0111uje vrijeme uklju\u010denja i isklju\u010denja limitiranja signala. Sklopkom VRST RADA &#8211; KM &#8211; LKV bira se filtar sa jednostrukom ili dvostrukom vremenskom konstantom. U polo\u017eaju KM ure\u0111aj je postavljen za limitiranje sa malom vremenskom konstantom, odnosno uklju\u010den je paralelni RC filtar izme\u0111u anoda ispravlja\u010da 6H6 i mase. Ovaj filtar ima kratka vremena punjenja i pra\u017enjenja (0,0006 sekundi : 0,33 sekunde). U polo\u017eaju LKV ure\u0111aj je postavljen za limitiranje sa velikom vremenskom konstantom, odnosno paralelnom RC filtru za KM spaja se dodatni serijski RC filtar tako\u0111er izme\u0111u anoda ispravlja\u010da 6H6 i mase. Ovakav filtar sada ima du\u017ea vremena punjenja i pra\u017enjenja (0,9 sekundi : 2 sekunde). Rezultati koji se dobivaju sa jednim ili drugim filtrom ovise o obliku ulaznog signala, odnosno da li ulazni signal sadr\u017ei prete\u017eno duga\u010dku seriju visokih vrhova ili kratke pojedina\u010dne vrhove. Pravilnim odabirom filtra sprje\u010davaju se osjetne praznine u modulaciji poslije kratkih vrhova i nagle promjene u poja\u010danju izme\u0111u du\u017eih nizova vrhova.<\/p>\n<p>Regulator ULAZNI NIVO slu\u017ei za kompenziranje razlike razine ulaznog signala, odnosno za mijenjanje nivoa pri kojem po\u010dinje smanjenje poja\u010danja (limitiranje). Naime, oznake na skali pribli\u017eno pokazuju ulazni nivo u dB na kojem po\u010dinje limitiranje. Dvostruki preklopnik ULAZNI NIVO spojen je u krug upravlja\u010dkih re\u0161etki 6SK7 prvog stupnja poja\u010danja. Otpor svake grane je 300 \u2126 \u010dime je regulator kalibriran u 10 skokova po 3 dB.<\/p>\n<p>Preklopnikom KONTR. INSTR. odabire se vrsta mjerenja na kontrolnom instrumentu. Na prvih \u0161est polo\u017eaja mjeri se struja katode na svakoj od \u0161est elektronki ugra\u0111enih u limiter. Na sedmoj poziciji mjeri se anodni napon, a na osmoj izlazni nivo signala. Deveti polo\u017eaj je za balansiranje elektronki 6SK7 u prvom stupnju sa promjenjivim poja\u010danjem. Kod balansiranja sklopka VRST RADA je u polo\u017eaju B1 i B2, te se okretanjem pripadaju\u0107ih trimer potenciometara otklon kazaljke instrumenta dovede na minimum. Potenciometri za balansiranje izvedeni su na prednjoj plo\u010di tako da se mogu okretati izvija\u010dem. Jedan se nalazi u krugu katoda push-pull stupnja elektronki 6SK7 i omogu\u0107ava balansiranje tih cijevi mijenjanjem napona katoda. Drugi se nalazi u krugu za\u0161titnih re\u0161etki istog stupnja 6SK7 i omogu\u0107ava balansiranje cijevi mijenjanjem napona na za\u0161titnoj re\u0161etki. Balansiranje se vr\u0161i bez ulaznog NF signala.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de sklopke VRST RADA ve\u0107 smo opisali da se na polo\u017eajima KM i LKV bira filtar sa malom ili velikom vremenskom konstantom, a na polo\u017eaju NL napon za regulaciju poja\u010danja spojen je na masu. U ovom polo\u017eaju dakle limitiranja nema tako da je poja\u010danje neovisno od ja\u010dine signala i pribli\u017eno je 21 dB bez ulaznog atenuatora.<\/p>\n<p>Na dnu prednje plo\u010de uo\u010davamo jo\u0161 priklju\u010dnice za ulazni i izlazni NF signal, te ulazni mre\u017eni dio sa sklopkom, osigura\u010dem i kontrolnom lampicom. Mo\u017ee se primijetiti kako je modul limitera izveden kao potpuno samostalan ure\u0111aj koji ima vlastiti transformator za sve potrebne napone. Konektor kojim se spaja sa ostalim komponentama predajnika ima svega 6 priklju\u010daka: dva za mre\u017eno napajanje, dva za ulazni NF signal i dva za izlazni NF signal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>S obzirom na relativno malu uzlaznu snagu od 50 W ovaj srednjevalni radiodifuzni predajnik najvjerojatnije se koristio za lokalno pokrivanje manjih podru\u010dja gdje iz nekog razloga nije bilo prijema od mati\u010dne radio postaje. Po\u010deci emitiranja hrvatskih radio postaja na srednjem valu se\u017eu u 1926. godinu (Zagreb, oda\u0161ilja\u010d snage 350W), a prije nekoliko godina uga\u0161en je i posljednji preostali srednjevalni radio oda\u0161ilja\u010d u Hrvatskoj. No veliki broj zemalja, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i mnoge europske i zemlje u okru\u017eju i dalje emitiraju svoj program na srednjem valu.<\/p>\n<p>U dana\u0161njoj situaciji bilo bi preopse\u017eno upu\u0161tati se u razmatranja za\u0161to neke dr\u017eave gase srednjevalne oda\u0161ilja\u010de, dok ih druge odr\u017eavaju ili \u010dak poja\u010davaju. Osnovna prednost srednjevalnih oda\u0161ilja\u010da je mogu\u0107nost postizanja ve\u0107ih dometa od UKV oda\u0161ilja\u010da, odnosno pokrivanje ve\u0107ih podru\u010dja radio signalom. No danas su daljine premo\u0161\u0107ene satelitima i internetskom mre\u017eom, kvaliteta zvuka je umnogome pobolj\u0161ana prelaskom na digitalno emitiranje, a broj radio postaja vjerojatno prema\u0161uje i broj slu\u0161atelja. Naravno, druga strana pri\u010de je kvaliteta samog programa. Kad spominjem kvalitetu ne mislim samo na kvalitetu sadr\u017eaja ve\u0107 i na kvalitetu zvuka. Rasprava bi se vrlo argumentirano mogla zapo\u010deti nostalgi\u010dnom \u010dinjenicom da je \u010dar radija zapravo bio u tome \u0161to su radio postaje bile rijetke, mogle su se \u010duti samo u odre\u0111eno vrijeme, trebalo je truda da se uhvati njihov signal (a \u010desto i samostalno izgradi \u010ditav prijemnik), a onda slijedi koncentracija kod slu\u0161anja kako bi se razumio sadr\u017eaj uz sve smetnje i devijacije zvuka koje su pratile prve radio prijenose. Stoga je slu\u0161anje radija u to vrijeme predstavljao pravi do\u017eivljaj i uzbu\u0111enje, a kakvo danas mo\u017ee izazvati jo\u0161 samo pronalazak nekog kompletnog vintage srednjevalnog predajnika za nekog zaljubljenika u dobru staru elektroniku \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danas je nabavljen radiodifuzni srednjevalni predajnik oznake OR 005S-4 proizvo\u0111a\u010da RIZ Zagreb iz 1966. godine.
