Uo\u010dava se da se VF poja\u010dalo bazira na jednom tranzistoru KT920G. Ovaj ruski silicijski NPN tranzistor u metalno-kerami\u010dkom ku\u0107i\u0161tu prvenstveno je razvijen za izradu VF linearnih poja\u010dala na 2-metarskom radio amaterskom bandu. Najoptimalnije radi na napajanju od 12 V i u frekvencijskom opsegu 30 &#8211; 175 MHz. Za postizanje izlazne snage od 10 W potreban mu je VF ulaz snage 2 W. To se posti\u017ee kombinacijom otpornika i potenciometra kojim se namje\u0161ta pad napona na istima. VF prigu\u0161nica i dva kondenzatora koja vidimo u ovom krugu slu\u017ee za blokadu VF potencijala koji bi iz ulaznog titrajnog kruga mogao pre\u0107i na izvor prednapona.<\/p>\n<p>Ukoliko se malo bolje pogleda izvedba prednaponskog izvora vidimo da je na plo\u010dici sa strane elemenata ostavljeno prazno mjesto za jednu elektroni\u010dku komponentu, dok je s druge strane plo\u010dice (strana tiskanih veza) zalemljen jedan kratkospojnik koji spaja prednaponski krug izravno s bazom tranzistora. Tako\u0111er, na gornjem dijelu plo\u010dice zalemljene su dvije diode koje nisu nigdje spojene. O\u010dito je autor ovog poja\u010dala eksperimentirao sa prednaponom baze tranzistora. Naime, uobi\u010dajeno se potrebiti prednapon ne uzima izravno s otpornika ve\u0107 se u kombinaciju s njima ugra\u0111uje silicijeva dioda. U tom slu\u010daju kroz tu diodu te\u010de struja koja je odre\u0111ena padom napona na otpornicima, te u kona\u010dnici pad napona na diodi slu\u017ei kao prednapon za bazu tranzistora. Dobro pode\u0161ena veli\u010dina prednapona baze klju\u010dna je za ispravno i optimalno funkcioniranje poja\u010dala. Praksa kod pode\u0161avanja ovog napona je mjerenje kolektorske struje u stanju kad na bazi nema ulaznog signala, i tada bi ta struja trebala iznositi od 10-15 mA pa na vi\u0161e ovisno o upotrijebljenom tranzistoru.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ELELEMENTE ZA FILTRIRANJE I UVO\u0110ENJE NAPONA NAPAJANJA <\/strong>\u010dini dioda koja \u0161titi tranzistor od pogre\u0161nog polariteta napona napajanja, te kondenzator i VF prigu\u0161nica kojima se blokira VF potencijal koji bi iz izlaznog titrajnog kruga mogao pre\u0107i na izvor napajanja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IZLAZNI TITRAJNI KRUG I PI FILTAR <\/strong>&#8211; dvije zavojnice koje su jednim svojim krajem spojene na kolektor mo\u017eemo promatrati kao jednu zavojnicu sa jednim sredi\u0161njim izvodom. Ova zavojnica funkcionira kao element izlaznog titrajnog kruga i ujedno kao element izlaznog PI filtra. \u00a0Kondenzator i ovdje slu\u017ei za blokadu tzv. &#8220;hladnog&#8221; kraja jednog odvojka zavojnice titrajnog kruga. Dva promjenjiva kondenzatora pak su elementi PI filtra koji slu\u017ei za prilago\u0111avanje izlazne impedancije poja\u010dala na impedanciju antenskog kabla (tipi\u010dno 50 \u2126)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/vf_poja\u010dalo_snage_10w_sa_kt920g_14.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[2895]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2908\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/vf_poja\u010dalo_snage_10w_sa_kt920g_14.gif\" alt=\"vf_poja\u010dalo_snage_10w_sa_kt920g_14\" width=\"739\" height=\"482\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pogled na stranu tiskanih veza i kratkospojnik koji smo spomenuli kod opisa elemenata za odre\u0111ivanje i uvo\u0111enje prednapona baze tranzistora. Cijela stvar funkcionira na vrlo jednostavan na\u010din. Dio ulaznog VF signala uzima se preko otpornika sa ulazne priklju\u010dnice, a zatim se taj VF napon ispravlja dvjema diodama. Otpornik mora biti dovoljno velike vrijednosti da se puno ne optere\u0107uje glavna ulazna VF grana, no i ne prevelik tako da propusti dovoljno jaku VF struju kojom se nakon ispravljanja okida tranzistorski par u Darlingtonovom spoju. Ovakav spoj tranzistora ima dovoljno strujno poja\u010danje za uklju\u010divanje antenskog releja koji prebacuje antenu primopredajnika. Tko zna kako je nabavljen tranzistor i iz kojeg ure\u0111aja je izva\u0111en relej. Vidimo da su zavojnice posrebrene pa je mogu\u0107e da su i one izva\u0111ene iz nekog drugog radio ure\u0111aja ili su vlastoru\u010dno posrebrene. Na kraju slijedi projektiranje i izrada plo\u010dice te lemljenje i spajanje komponenti.
