Lemilice koje se spajaju na lemne stanice kako bi im se mogla regulirati temperatura obi\u010dno su snage oko 50W i predvi\u0111ene za napone 24V. Uo\u010davaju se tri strujna otpornika snage (047\u2126) od kojih je jedan je u krugu serijskog regulatora s povratnom vezom kojeg jo\u0161 \u010dine tranzistori BC141 i BD243 (na plo\u010dici ispisano BD137), te zener dioda i potenciometar za namje\u0161tanje izlaznog napona. U takvom regulatoru jedan tranzistor radi kao komparator dva napona: referentnog sa zener diode i promjenjivog izlaznog napona, a drugi tranzistor je serijski regulacijski element, u na\u0161em slu\u010daju driver za izlazni par tranzistora kako bi se postigle ve\u0107e izlazne struje. Preostala dva strujna otpornika (047\u2126) nalaze se u krugu za\u0161tite izlaznih tranzistora od strujnog preoptere\u0107enja (emiteri izlaznih tranzistora) kojim upravlja tranzistor BD244 (na plo\u010dici ispisano BC161). Plo\u010dica je svega jednim labavim vijkom pri\u010dvr\u0161\u0107ena za ku\u0107i\u0161te, a elektrolitski kondenzator je bio zalijepljen za donju stranu ku\u0107i\u0161ta ne\u010dime \u0161to se davno osu\u0161ilo i izgubilo funkciju. Neke komponente na plo\u010dici nisu spojene nigdje, neke vrijednostima ne odgovaraju ispisima na plo\u010dici, neki otpornici mijenjani su trimerima, a nekim trimerima dodavani su dodatni trimeri. O\u010dito se sa ovim regulatorom puno eksperimentiralo tijekom gradnje ne bi li se na kraju uspio dobiti \u017eeljeni regulirani naponski opseg. Sve u svemu nije neki najbolji elektroni\u010dki i estetski primjer samogradnje, no, zavarala nas je naljepnica na zadnjoj strani hladnjaka sa izlaznim tranzistorima gdje je svakako trebalo provjeriti radi li se o nekom starom tvorni\u010dkom ure\u0111aju ili pak uspje\u0161no zamaskiranoj osrednjoj samogradnji \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danas je nabavljen regulirani izvor istosmjernog napona namijenjen za napajanje lemilica izra\u0111en u samogradnji.
