Tvrtka Bio-Dynamics ve\u017ee se uz me\u0111unarodnu grupu tvrtki za proizvodnju dijagnosti\u010dkih i mjernih ure\u0111aja primjenjivih u medicini i kemiji. Unimeter 2000 spada u optoelektri\u010dni tip fotometra kod kojeg izvor svjetlosti (halogena \u017earulja) prvo prolazi kroz monokromator da bi se filtrirala samo jedna \u017eeljena valna duljina svjetlosti, nakon toga prolazi kroz uzorak teku\u0107ine koji ispitujemo, te na kraju zavr\u0161ava na detektoru (fotodioda) gdje se detektiraju promjene svjetlosti nastale prolaskom kroz ispitani materijal. Signal iz fotodiode se poja\u010dava te obra\u0111uje u mikroprocesoru fotometra i u kona\u010dnici se njegova vrijednost prikazuje na LED pokaziva\u010du.<\/p>\n<p>Uzorci teku\u0107ina stavljaju se u predvi\u0111eno le\u017ei\u0161te na fotometru uliveni u kivete. Kivete su male posudice sli\u010dne epruvetama specijalno napravljene za fotometriju ili spektroskopiju, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e od plastike, stakla ili u slu\u010daju UV fotometrije od kvarcnog stakla, bez ne\u010disto\u0107a i nehomogenosti koje bi mogle utjecati na mjerenja.<\/p>\n<p>Fotometar je tehni\u010dki gledano jednostavan mjerni instrument, no rad s njim zahtijeva poznavanje kemijskog uzorka koji ispitujemo. Za Unimeter 2000 nismo uspjeli prona\u0107i nikakvu dokumentaciju, no sve kontrole na njemu slu\u017ee za kalibraciju i korekciju prikaza kona\u010dnog rezultata na LED pokaziva\u010du ili za odabir vrste kemikalije na kojoj vr\u0161imo mjerenje.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/bio_dynamics_unimeter_2000_04.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[3101]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3105\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/bio_dynamics_unimeter_2000_04-1024x965.jpg\" alt=\"bio_dynamics_unimeter_2000_04\" width=\"1024\" height=\"965\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/bio_dynamics_unimeter_2000_04-1024x965.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/bio_dynamics_unimeter_2000_04-300x283.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/bio_dynamics_unimeter_2000_04-768x724.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>U unutra\u0161njosti se odmah prepoznaju osnovne komponente: desno je opti\u010dki dio koji redom (od gore prema dolje) \u010dine: ventilator za hla\u0111enje \u017earulje, \u017earulja, opti\u010dke le\u0107e, gumb za odabir opti\u010dkog filtra, prostor za kivetu, fotodioda. Dolje u sredini je mre\u017eni transformator koji napaja \u017earulju i elektroniku fotometra. Lijevo dolje su potenciometri (izgledom kao mehani\u010dki broja\u010di) i sklopka za postavljanje i korekciju po\u010detnog prikaza LED displeja. Tipkom start pokre\u0107e se novo mjerenje. Ispod je zvu\u010dnik za signalizaciju gre\u0161ke ili prekora\u010denja mjernog opsega. Na zadnjoj bo\u010dnoj strani fotometra uo\u010davaju dvije priklju\u010dnice za cijevi koje vode do bloka za prihvat kiveta. Na ove cijevi se mo\u017ee spojiti vanjski ure\u0111aj (termostat) koji preko cirkuliranja teku\u0107ine odr\u017eava blok za prihvat kiveta na stalnoj \u017eeljenoj temperaturi. Morali bi prona\u0107i nekog (starijeg) kemi\u010dara koji bi nam mo\u017eda znao re\u0107i \u0161to i kako se mjeri ovim fotometrom. No i tada, te\u0161ko da bismo ovaj ure\u0111aj mogli iskoristiti ili prenamijeniti za ne\u0161to korisno u na\u0161em malom privatnom elektroni\u010dkom laboratoriju. S druge strane, \u0161teta ga je i rastavljati za dijelove, jer su i sami dijelovi u rabljenom stanju neisplativi ili te\u0161ko iskoristivi. Najbolja \u0107e stoga biti korist od ovog fotometra da ga ostavimo takvog kakav jest, kao izlo\u017ebeni primjerak na polici sli\u010dnih vintage instrumenta koji su nekada (a u modernom izdanju i sada) bili neizostavan ili barem po\u017eeljan dio svakog elektrokemijskog laboratorija \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danas je nabavljen fotometar njema\u010dkog proizvo\u0111a\u010da Bio-Dynamics pod nazivom Unimeter 2000.
