Kao \u0161to se vidi na oznakama primopredajnik je napravila talijanska tvrtka EMC po licenci ameri\u010dke tvrtke INTECH. Obje tvrtke bave se proizvodnjom radio-komunikacijske opreme i jo\u0161 uvijek su aktivne na tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Ameri\u010dka tvrtka INTECH posebno je poznata po proizvodnji ure\u0111aja za pomorsku radio komunikaciju, te elektroni\u010dkih sustava za automatiku, kontrolu i indikaciju koji se koriste na plovilima. Prvi radiotelefoni radili su na KV frekvencijama 2-23 MHz i AM modulacijom. U 1950-im godinama za komunikaciju na moru odobren je VVF opseg i FM modulacija, prvo na 26 kanala sa razmakom izme\u0111u kanala od 50 kHz, a zatim se broj kanala udvostru\u010dio sa razmakom od 25 kHz.<\/p>\n<p>Danas pomorsko VVF podru\u010dje uklju\u010duje ukupno 56 kanala sa me\u0111usobnim razmakom 25 kHz u frekvencijskom opsegu 156,025 &#8211; 162,025 MHz. Kod dupleksa razlika izme\u0111u prijemne i predajne frekvencije je 600 kHz.\u00a0 Brodski primopredajnici obi\u010dno su predajne snage do 25 W.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_05.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[3299]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3304\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_05-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"communicator_v106c_emc_intech_05\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_05-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_05-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_05-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161 primopredajnik, ovisno u umetnutom kristalu, mo\u017ee se podesiti za rad na frekvencijama u opsegu 137 &#8211; 174 MHz. Na prednjoj plo\u010di vidimo sklopku za odabir jednog od ukupno dva kanala koliko ih primopredajnik podr\u017eava, no, u na\u0161em slu\u010daju ova sklopka nije spojena nigdje i primopredajnik radi na samo jednom kanalu (umetnut je samo jedan par kristala za prijem i predaju).<\/p>\n<p>Od \u010detiri nabavljena primjerka, razlika je samo u ugra\u0111enim tranzistorima za izlazni VF stupanj. Tako su u dva primjerka ugra\u0111eni izlazni tranzistori 2N6080 i 2N6081, a u jedan primjerak su ugra\u0111eni 2N6081 i 2N6082. Svi ovi tranzistori primarno su razvijeni za ugradnju u mobilne pomorske radio primopredajnike, s time da se prvim parom dobiva oko 15W, a sa drugim parom oko 25W izlazne snage. U posljednji primjerak ugra\u0111eni su BLY88C i BLY89A \u010dime se tako\u0111er dobiva oko 25W izlazne snage. Primopredajnik se mo\u017ee napajati istosmjernim naponima u rasponu od 11 do 15V.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_01.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[3299]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3300\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_01-1011x1024.jpg\" alt=\"communicator_v106c_emc_intech_01\" width=\"1011\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_01-1011x1024.jpg 1011w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_01-296x300.jpg 296w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_01-768x778.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1011px) 100vw, 1011px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Prema servisnim naljepnicama na ku\u0107i\u0161tima primopredajnika moglo bi se zaklju\u010diti da su isti bili namijenjeni za kopnene (obalne) pomorske slu\u017ebe. Ispisane su izlazne snage predajnika u rasponu 11-26W i radni kanali na frekvencijama 164,225; 164,425 i 164,429 MHz. Uvidom u vrijednosti ugra\u0111enih kristala izra\u010dunali smo da su svi kanali zapravo namje\u0161teni na radnu frekvenciju 163,650 MHz, no u kona\u010dnici opet su sve ove frekvencije van frekvencijskog podru\u010dja brodskih kanala koje je danas u upotrebi. Bez obzira na tu \u010dinjenicu puno pokazatelja upu\u0107uje kako je primopredajnik talijanskog proizvo\u0111a\u010da EMC &#8220;V. 106 c&#8221; modifikacija brodskog primopredajnika ameri\u010dke tvrtke INTECH vjerojatno tako\u0111er oznake V 106 koji su razvijeni u 1970-im godinama. Kako god bilo, sada nema smisla istra\u017eivati pomorske zakone Italije iz 1970-tih godina kako bi se utvrdilo koje su rije\u010dne i pomorske frekvencije tada bile dozvoljene, no vrlo je mogu\u0107e da je netko ove primopredajnike izmjenom kristala kasnije prenamijenio i za drugu upotrebu, npr. u taksijima.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_03.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[3299]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3302\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_03-714x1024.jpg\" alt=\"communicator_v106c_emc_intech_03\" width=\"714\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_03-714x1024.jpg 714w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_03-209x300.jpg 209w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_03-768x1102.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/communicator_v106c_emc_intech_03.jpg 1749w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 714px) 100vw, 714px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Primopredajnik &#8220;Communicator V. 106 c&#8221; izveden je na tri tiskane plo\u010dice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PCB sa elementima mikrofonskog poja\u010dala i modulatora za predajnik, te oscilatora i umno\u017eiva\u010da frekvencije za prijemnik i predajnik<\/li>\n<li>PCB sa elementima prijemnika i NF poja\u010dala<\/li>\n<li>PCB sa elementima izlaznog stupnja predajnika<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Od indikacijskih elemenata na plo\u010dicama nalazimo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>kristale za 17,3462 MHz (2. lokalni oscilator prijemnika), 48,91666 MHz (RX) i 18,18333 MHz (TX)<\/li>\n<li>kristalni filtar za 16,9 MHz (1. FM modulacija osnovnog oscilatora vr\u0161i se mikrofonskim signalom poja\u010danim integriranim krugom LM301.<\/li>\n<li><strong>PRIJEMNIK<\/strong> &#8211; Osnovna frekvencija kristala (48,91666 MHz) umno\u017eava se tri puta (146,750 MHz) te se mije\u0161a sa filtriranim i poja\u010danim ulaznim RF signalom kako bi se dobila prva me\u0111ufrekvencija od 16,9 MHz (146,750 + 16,900 = 163,650 MHz). 1. MF filtrira se kristalnim filtrom, a nakon toga stvari postaju malo nejasne. Naime, vidi se kako nakon kristalnog filtra slijedi integrirani krug UA2136PC \u0161to bi zna\u010dilo kako se ve\u0107 nakon prve MF vr\u0161i FM demodulacija. Ipak, tu je i kristal frekvencije 17,3462 MHz \u0161to ukazuje na drugi lokalni oscilator, odnosno drugo mije\u0161anje. To drugo mije\u0161anje rezultiralo bi me\u0111ufrekvencijom od od 446,2 kHz \u0161to je razlika za 8,8 kHz od standardne druge MF 455 kHz. Jo\u0161 vi\u0161e zbunjuje \u0161to su u prijemnik ugra\u0111ena dva ista integrirana kruga UA2136PC. Mogu\u0107e da se MF poja\u010dala jednog integriranog kruga koriste za poja\u010danje 1. MF, a drugi integrirani krug iskori\u0161ten je cijeli te se koristi za poja\u010danje 2. MF te limitiranje amplitude i demodulaciju. No isto tako je mogu\u0107e da i druga MF iznosi upravo 446,2 KHz ili je drugi lokalni oscilator vanjskim elementima (trimer kondenzatori s bo\u010dne strane) pode\u0161en na 455 MHz. Tako\u0111er, razlika frekvencije od 8,8 kHz asocira na audio frekvenciju na kojoj rade sigurnosni podmorski lokatori (u slu\u010daju potapanja broda ili zrakoplova) no dok ne prona\u0111emo podatkovne stranice za integrirani krug UA2136PC ili elektroni\u010dku shemu na\u0161eg primopredajnika o ovome mo\u017eemo samo naga\u0111ati. Na kraju lanca prijemnika nalazi se NF poja\u010dalo bazirano na TBA810AS sa elementina prigu\u0161iva\u010da \u0161uma (squelch).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a izvedba sklopovlja primopredajnika \u00a0Communicator V. 106 c EMC-INTECH izgleda vi\u0161e kao neki uradak iz samogradnje nego tvorni\u010dki primjerak. Upotrijebljeni su samo standardni lako dobavljivi elektroni\u010dki elementi, nije se pretjerivalo sa minijaturizacijom, a izvedba svih zavojnica je vrlo jednostavna, na plasti\u010dnim tijelima sa umetnutom feritnom jezgricom. Samo MF transformator mje\u0161a\u010da nalazi se u metalnom oklopu. Svaki malo spretniji radio-amater samograditelj mogao bi kopirati \u010ditav primopredajnik i izradi ga u samogradnji, a najve\u0107i problem mo\u017eda bi predstavljala izrada tiskanih plo\u010dica sa dvostrukom \u0161tampom. Kontrole su tako\u0111er minimalne, samo dva potenciometra, jedan za ja\u010dinu zvuka i drugi za squelch. Sklopka za prebacivanje kristala mo\u017ee se spojiti ukoliko se \u017eeli raditi na vi\u0161e kanala. Ipak, za sad nam ostaje nepoznanica koja je uloga drugog integriranog kruga UA2136PC koji u sebi sadr\u017ei trostruko MF poja\u010dalo, limiter i kvadraturni FM detektor.
