Instrument mjeri otpor u rasponu 0,1 \u2126 do 250 k\u2126 i to metodom Wheatstoneovog mjernog mosta.<\/p>\n<p><a baterije napona 1,5 V (ukupno 4,5 V), odnosno preko nekog vanjskog izvora istosmjernog napona 4,5 V koji se dovodi preko posebnih priklju\u010dnica na bo\u010dnoj strani ku\u0107i\u0161ta.<\/p>\n<p><a o\u010dekivati, u unutra\u0161njosti instrumenta nalazimo samo otpornike koji \u010dine grane Wheatstoneovog mjernog mosta.<\/p>\n<p><a instrumenta jednostavna dali smo si truda i nacrtati istu. Lijevo na slici je shema instrumenta NL 024, a desno je pojednostavljena principijelna shema Wheatstoneovog mjernog mosta izvedena prema shemi.<\/p>\n<p>Vidimo da se Wheatstoneov most sastoji od dvije grane sa po dva otpornika, gdje je jedan otpornik nepoznate otpornosti (Rx), odnosno onaj kojem \u017eelimo izmjeriti otpor. Princip mjerenja temelji se na tra\u017eenju ravnote\u017ee mosta, pri \u010demu otpornici u obje grane trebaju imati isti me\u0111usobni omjer. U tom slu\u010daju izme\u0111u to\u010dki na koje je spojen galvanometar nema napona te on pokazuje nulu.<\/p>\n<p>Kod instrumenta NL 024 lijevu granu \u010dine dvije grupe otpornika kalibrirane na vrijednost od 50 \u2126, kojima se pridodaje otpor po jedne grane potenciometra za dovo\u0111enje mosta u ravnote\u017eu. Lako je uo\u010diti kako se tim potenciometrom izravno mijenja omjer ukupnog otpora u gornjoj i donjoj grupi. Drugu, desnu granu \u010dine otpornici za mjerne opsege i nepoznati otpor kojem trebamo utvrditi otpornost.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/wheatstone_most_iskra_nl024_12.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[3491]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3504\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/wheatstone_most_iskra_nl024_12.gif\" alt=\"wheatstone_most_iskra_nl024_12\" width=\"711\" height=\"897\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Uzmimo najjednostavniji primjer mjerenja instrumentom NL 024, npr. da nepoznati otpor ima vrijednost 50 \u2126. Skala instrumenta ima raspon od 1 &#8211; 25, dakle u ravnote\u017ei mosta pokazivanje bi trebalo biti 5. Odabrani mjerni opseg u tom slu\u010daju treba biti x10, dakle u desnu granu uklju\u010dujemo otpornik od 50\u00a0\u2126. Sada u desnoj grani imamo dva otpornika od 50\u00a0\u2126, dakle omjer je 1:1. U lijevoj grani tako\u0111er moramo imati taj omjer, \u0161to zna\u010di da potenciometar mora biti to\u010dno na sredini kako bi vrijednosti obje grupe otpora u lijevoj grani bile iste. S obzirom da je potenciometar ukupne vrijednosti 250 \u2126 time \u0107e u lijevoj grani svaka strana imati ukupni otpor 175 \u2126 (125+50), dakle omjer 1:1. Ako na donoj slici bolje pogledamo skalu potenciometra vidimo da se vrijednost 5 i nalazi to\u010dno na sredini skale. Skala dakle nije linearna nego je najvi\u0161e razvu\u010denja na po\u010detku, a zatim postaje sve zbijenija prema kraju. Tipkalom se prilikom mjerenja uklju\u010duje napajanje i osloba\u0111a kratkospojnik preko galvanometra tako da je spreman za mjerenje. Baterijsko napajanje 4,5 V se uvodi preko diode koja \u0161titi od pogre\u0161nog polariteta. Vidimo da su baterijski kontakti jednaki s obje strane i unato\u010d tome \u0161to je sve jasno otisnuto u brzopletosti bi moglo do\u0107i do pogre\u0161nog umetanja baterijskih \u010dlanaka. Stoga, ukoliko su otpornici za mjerne opsege izvedeni sa dovoljno niskom tolerancijom dobili smo vrlo osjetljiv i precizan mjera\u010d elektri\u010dnog otpora. Instrument NL 024, iako polako zalazi u vintage kategoriju, jo\u0161 uvijek mo\u017ee dobro poslu\u017eiti kao kontrolni precizni analogni ommetar ukoliko smo, tijekom nekog mjerenja, iz nekog razloga mo\u017eda posumnjali u digitalne rezultate na\u0161eg omiljenog modernog multimetra, i sada, unato\u010d tome \u0161to smo uvijek imali puno povjerenje u istog, ipak smo za sumnjivi otpor odlu\u010dili potra\u017eiti i drugo mi\u0161ljenje \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danas je nabavljen instrument za mjerenje elektri\u010dnog otpora ISKRA NL 024 iz 1980-tih godina.
