{"id":3756,"date":"2018-10-14T21:38:19","date_gmt":"2018-10-14T20:38:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/?p=3756"},"modified":"2018-10-14T21:38:19","modified_gmt":"2018-10-14T20:38:19","slug":"suvag-lingua","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2018\/10\/14\/suvag-lingua\/","title":{"rendered":"SUVAG LINGUA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Danas je nabavljen elektroakusti\u010dki aparat SUVAG LINGUA koji je namijenjen za verbotonalne (slu\u0161ne) metode rehabilitacije sluha i govora, korekciju govornih mana, korekciju izgovora rije\u010di i sli\u010dnih slu\u0161no govornih korekcija kod pacijenata sa slu\u0161no govornim manama. Ovdje se pomo\u0107u elektroakusti\u010dkog aparata vr\u0161e razli\u010dita filtriranja, promjene poja\u010danja, transferi i druge manipulacije odre\u0111enim frekvencijskim pojasevima unutar audio spektra kako bi se pacijentu oblikovao \u010dujni audio spektar tako da njemu bude \u0161to razumljiviji, odnosno da sve zvu\u010dne informacije budu prenesene u frekvencijsko podru\u010dje koje je pacijentu najmanje o\u0161te\u0107eno.<\/p>\n<p>Druga namjena ovog aparata je pobolj\u0161anje slu\u0161ne percepcije prilikom u\u010denja stranih jezika. Ovdje se poku\u0161ava posti\u0107i optimalno filtriranje zvu\u010dnog spektra u cilju postizanja najbolje slu\u0161ne percepcije ili pojednostavljeno re\u010deno slu\u0161ne lekcije se audio filtriraju na na\u010din na koji ih mozak mo\u017ee najefikasnije upiti.<\/p>\n<p>Razvijeno je vi\u0161e ina\u010dica ovog aparata koje su osmislili razli\u010diti specijalisti koji izu\u010davaju i primjenjuju verbotonalne metode u lije\u010denju slu\u0161no govornih mana i pobolj\u0161anju slu\u0161ne percepcije kod u\u010denja stranih jezika.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/suvag_lingua_02.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[3756]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3758\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/suvag_lingua_02-1024x753.jpg\" alt=\"suvag_lingua_02\" width=\"1024\" height=\"753\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/suvag_lingua_02-1024x753.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/suvag_lingua_02-300x220.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/suvag_lingua_02-768x564.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tehni\u010dki gledano SUVAG LINGUA nije ni\u0161ta drugo nego spoj audio pretpoja\u010dala i audio poja\u010dala preko razli\u010ditih aktivnih audio fitera (pojasni, niskopropusni i visokopropusni). Sastoji se od \u0161est modula (po redosljedu na ku\u0107i\u0161tu):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>BPFL<\/strong> &#8211; aktivni pojasni filtar za ni\u017ee frekvencije: mogu\u0107e je odabrati jednu od 8 lijevih grani\u010dnih frekvencija pojasnog filtra u rasponu 75-800 Hz i jednu od 8 desnih grani\u010dnih frekvencija u rasponu 150-1600 Hz, te jednu od dvije strmine gu\u0161enja pojasnog filtra (20 dB po oktavi ili 60 dB po oktavi) za svaku pojedinu grani\u010dnu frekvenciju\u00a0 kao i ja\u010dinu izlaznog signala unutar odabranog pojasa<\/li>\n<li><strong>BPFH<\/strong> &#8211; aktivni pojasni filtar za vi\u0161e frekvencije: mogu\u0107e je odabrati jednu od 6 lijevih grani\u010dnih frekvencija pojasnog filtra u rasponu 1200-6400 Hz i jednu od\u00a0 6 desnih grani\u010dnih frekvencija u rasponu 2400-12800 Hz, te jednu od dvije strmine gu\u0161enja pojasnog filtra (20 dB po oktavi ili 60 dB po oktavi) za svaku pojedinu grani\u010dnu frekvenciju \u00a0kao i ja\u010dinu izlaznog signala unutar odabranog pojasa<\/li>\n<li><strong>MRE\u017dNI ISPRAVLJA\u010c<\/strong> osigurava simetri\u010dne stabilizirane napone \u00b127 V za izlazni audio poja\u010dalo snage i \u00b112 V za operacijska poja\u010dala unutar ostalih modula<\/li>\n<li><strong>ULAZNO PRETPOJA\u010cALO<\/strong> za dva mikrofona (jedan za pacijenta jedan za rehabilitatora) i kazetofon (ili drugi audio ure\u0111aj) sa kontrolama boje tona i ja\u010dine ulaznog audio nivoa<\/li>\n<li><strong>LPF HPF<\/strong> &#8211; aktivni niskopropusni filtar kojim je mogu\u0107e odabrati jednu od 4 grani\u010dnih frekvencija u rasponu od 100 do 300 Hz kao i ja\u010dinu izlaznog signala te aktivni visokopropusni filtar kojim je mogu\u0107e odabrati grani\u010dne frekvencije od 2200 do 6000 Hz kao i ja\u010dinu izlaznog signala<\/li>\n<li><strong>IZLAZNO POJA\u010cALO<\/strong> na koje je mogu\u0107e spojiti jedan ili vi\u0161e izlaza gornjih modula: DCh &#8211; izravno izlaz iz pretpoja\u010dala bez liltera, BPFL &#8211; izlaz iz pojasnog filtra za ni\u017ee frekvencije, BPFH &#8211; izlaz iz pojasnog filtra za vi\u0161e frekvencije, LPF &#8211; izlaz iz niskopropusnog filtra, HPF &#8211; izlaz iz visokopropusnog filtra. Mikrofoni i audio ure\u0111aji spajaju se preko pasivnog ulaznog audio miksera na pretpoja\u010dalo sa kontrolama boje tona. Audio izlaz iz pretpoja\u010dala \u0161alje se na sve filtarske module kao i izravno na izlazno poja\u010dalo. Preko sklopki odabiru se \u017eeljeni kanali za izlazno poja\u010danje. Mo\u017ee se primijetiti da je i sklop za regulaciju boje tona izveden kao aktivni filtar sa poja\u010dalom 741. Na slicimo vidimo kako izgleda osnovni spoj takvih filtera, a dane su i osnovne formule za izra\u010dun grani\u010dnih frekvencija i za izra\u010dun poja\u010danja operacijskog poja\u010dala koje je u na\u0161em slu\u010daju spojeno u neinvertiraju\u0107em spoju (ulazni i izlazni audio signali \u0107e biti u fazi).<\/p>\n<p>Crvenom bojom prikazan je dodatni filtarski RC krug \u010dijim se dodavanjem mijenja strmina prigu\u0161enja filtra (postaje o\u0161trija). Ta mogu\u0107nost je kod ure\u0111aja\u00a0SUVAG LINGUA izvedena samo za pojasne filtre koji nisu ni\u0161ta drugo nego kombinacija HPF i NPF filtra.<\/p>\n<p>Ovdje \u0107emo jo\u0161 samo napomenuti da stvarna frekvencijska karakteristika filtra ovisi i o niz drugih faktora pri \u010demu je najva\u017eniji faktor dobrote. Stoga je za izradu kvalitetnih filtera potrebno koristiti i kvalitetne elektroni\u010dke elemente.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/suvag_lingua_01.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[3756]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3757\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/suvag_lingua_01-1024x281.gif\" alt=\"suvag_lingua_01\" width=\"1024\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/suvag_lingua_01-1024x281.gif 1024w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/suvag_lingua_01-300x82.gif 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/suvag_lingua_01-768x211.gif 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>LPF je izveden na dvije tiskane plo\u010dice: na jednoj su operacijska poja\u010dala i kondenzatori iz RC filtarskih krugova. Na drugoj plo\u010dici su otpornici iz RC filtarskih krugova koji se prekap\u010daju sklopkama za odabir \u017eeljene grani\u010dne frekvencije. Vidimo da je za preklapanje svega 4 grani\u010dne frekvencije ugra\u0111eno ukupno 12 dvostrukih 18-pinskih sklopki.<\/p>\n<p>Za HPF filtar su pak na jednoj plo\u010dici operacijska poja\u010dala i otpornici iz RC filtarskih krugova, dok su na drugoj kondenzatori koji se za dvije grani\u010dne frekvencije preklapaju sa 6 dvostrukih 18-pinskih sklopki.<\/p>\n<p>Za svaki kanal su dakle na jednoj osovini me\u0111usobno povezane tri dvostruke 18-pinske sklopke. Ovo je vrlo kriti\u010dna izvedba preklapanja jer upravljamo sa velikim brojem mehani\u010dkih kontakata sklopki koje su jo\u0161 k tome sve me\u0111usobno povezane mehanizmom me\u0111usobnog izbacivanja kod preklapanja. Zbog jednostavnosti prikaza dodatni RC filtri za promjenu strmine karakteristike prigu\u0161enja nisu ovdje nacrtani ali su prikazani na pojedina\u010dnim shemama HPF i LPF filtera. (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Iz gornjih slika vidimo da se sve ponavlja kao i za HPF i LPF filtre jednino \u0161to se svaki &#8220;sendvi\u010d&#8221; za pojasni filtar sastoji od kombinacije visokopropusnog i niskopropusnog filtra. Ovi filtri tako\u0111er imaju i ve\u0107i izbor grani\u010dnih frekvencija kao i mogu\u0107nost promjene strmine filtra uklju\u010divanjem dodatnih RC krugova za svaki kanal. Kad se sve zbroji, samo pojasni filtar ima ugra\u0111enih ukupno 84 dvostrukih 18-pinskih sklopki koje su me\u0111usobno elektri\u010dki i mehani\u010dki spregnute, tako da se preklapaju RC kombinacije filtera ali i da se preklapaju me\u0111usobno.<\/p>\n<p>I naravno, sve ove sklopke me\u0111usobno zapinju jer su maziva na pokretnim dijelovima osu\u0161ena i nefunkcionalna. Vidimo da su na strani bez elemenata kontakti sklopki rije\u0111e zalemljeni, no skidanjem samo te strane ne\u0107emo dobiti dostup do mehani\u010dkih dijelova sklopki na koje moramo djelovati kod rastavljanja. Na jednom redu sklopki vide se tragovi nekog &#8220;majstora&#8221; koji je poku\u0161ao upotrebom sirove sile izvu\u0107i metalni mehanizam kojim su povezane sklopke. Kao rezultat toga zahvata nedostaje jedan metalni rubni osigura\u010d, pokidan je plasti\u010dni dio na jednoj sklopki za koji je bila zakva\u010dena vodilica, a i sama vodilica je na tome kraju ostala trajno svinuta i ne mo\u017ee se vi\u0161e izravnati bez kompletnog rastavljanja (vidi se na jednoj od gornjih slika). Ovaj zahvat se posebno \u010dini nepromi\u0161ljenim iz razloga jer je lijepo vidljivo kako funkcioniraju mehanizmi na ovom tipu sklopki ako se pogledaju sklopke za odabir strmine koje nisu nigdje zalemljene. Iz ovoga je odmah jasno \u0161to treba napraviti da se mehanizam rastavi. No da bi se uop\u0107e do\u0161lo do mehanizma \u010dini se da nema drugog na\u010dina nego kompletno skinuti obje tiskane plo\u010dice sa svakog reda sklopki, o\u010distiti ih, te plo\u010dice vratiti natrag na mjesto. Svakako vrlo zamoran i dugotrajan posao, a rezultat nije zajam\u010den. Ukoliko ikad popravak ovog &#8220;sklopnog bira\u010da&#8221; do\u0111e na red mo\u017eda \u0107emo poku\u0161ati preciznim alatom otpiliti rubove tiskanih plo\u010dica na gornjem dijelu za nekih 5 mm (do po\u010detka tiskanih veza) \u010dime bi se mogao dobiti dostup do elemenata za skidanje kliznog mehanizma preklapanja sklopki. U svakom slu\u010daju o\u010dito je da je netko ve\u0107 poku\u0161avao bezupje\u0161no o\u010distiti ove sklopke jer su lemni kontakti na filtarskim modulima svi uni\u0161teni i pokrpani od silnih lemljenja po njima. Ovdje jo\u0161 jednom upu\u0107ujem kritiku konstruktoru \u0161to kod modularne izvedbe nisu upotrijebljeni konektori.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IZLAZNO POJA\u010cALO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Izlazno poja\u010dalo bazira se na paru izlaznih tranzistora 2N3055 te se uz napanje od 27 V mo\u017ee o\u010dekivati oko 35 W izlazne snage.
