Impulsno modulirani napon ili u doslovnom prijevodu impulsno \u0161irinska modulacija napona (eng. PWM- Pulse Wide Modulation) postupak je da se u ritmu digitalnih signala (jedinice i nule) modulira analogni napon stalne vrijednosti, na na\u010din da on bude uklju\u010den kada traje logi\u010dka jedinica, odnosno isklju\u010den kada traje logi\u010dka nula. Vrlo \u010desta upotreba PWM-a je dakle u razli\u010ditim regulatorima napajanja (tzv. prekida\u010dki regulatori napajanja ili switcher-i od eng. SMPS &#8211; Switched Mode Power Supply), zatim u regulatorima brzine vrtnje elektromotora, poja\u010dalima koja rade u D-klasi kao i u drugim podru\u010djima u elektronici i elektroenergetici.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/galvapuls_pwm_01.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[3812]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3813\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/galvapuls_pwm_01.gif\" alt=\"galvapuls_pwm_01\" width=\"352\" height=\"207\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161 GALVAPULS mo\u017ee dakle prekidati ulazni istosmjerni napon u impulsima u trajanju od 1-10 ms sa razmacima u trajanju od 10-100 ms, oboje podesivo u deset koraka. Vidimo da su kao izlazni prekida\u010dki tranzistori ugra\u0111eni 2N3773 tako da bi ulazni istosmjerni napon mogao i\u0107i do 140 V, a struja do 16 A. Tako\u0111er, kad se pogleda kompletno o\u017ei\u010denje sklopa kao i na\u010din monta\u017ee komponenti na \u0161asiju dobiva se dojam kako je ovdje rije\u010d o brzinski sastavljenom sklopu po narud\u017ebi ili se radi o kakvom prototipu. U svakom slu\u010daju unutra\u0161njost je u potpunom kontrastu naspram vanj\u0161tine, iako se i ondje rukom crtana simboli\u010dna shema na prednjoj plo\u010da nikako ne uklapa u ukupni dizajn ure\u0111aja. Moglo bi se zaklju\u010diti da ure\u0111aj datira negdje iz druge polovice 1970-tih godina.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/galvapuls_pwm_06.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[3812]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3818\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/galvapuls_pwm_06-1024x876.jpg\" alt=\"galvapuls_pwm_06\" width=\"1024\" height=\"876\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/galvapuls_pwm_06-1024x876.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/galvapuls_pwm_06-300x257.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/galvapuls_pwm_06-768x657.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/galvapuls_pwm_06.jpg 2009w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Oscilator GALVAPULS-a bazira se na dobro poznatom i sveprisutnom timeru 555, a ovdje je u ina\u010dici sa metalnim ku\u0107i\u0161tem SE555T. Na gornjem dijelu plo\u010dice smje\u0161ten je mre\u017eni transformator, diode za punovalno ispravljanje, te kondenzatori i tranzistor sa hladilom (2N3019) za stabilizaciju napona od 15 V potrebnih za pogon timera 555 na koji je tako\u0111er montirano hladilo.<\/p>\n<p>Oko timera 555 nalaze se pasivne komponente potrebne za odre\u0111ivanje frekvencije i vremena trajanja pravokutnih impulsa. Osciloskopom su snimljeni impulsi na svim polo\u017eajima preklopnika i mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da ispisane vrijednosti na preklopnicima vrlo precizno odgovaraju stvarnom stanju.<\/p>\n<p>Signal se sa izlaza timera 555 zatim preko otpornika dijeli na dva izlazna kruga. Naime na plo\u010dici uo\u010davamo dva tranzistora 2N3055, dok se na hladilu nalaze dva tranzistora 2N3773. Po jedan 2N3055 i 2N3773 spojeni su u darlingtonov spoj \u010dime dobivamo dva zasebna darlingtonova para tranzistora koji pak \u010dine dva zasebna izlazna kruga. Signalom iz timera 555 jedan darlingtonov par okida se izravno, a drugi se okida signalom prethodno invertiranim sa tranzistorom 2N1613 (na plo\u010dici ga vidimo izme\u0111u timera 555 i transformatora). Malo je nejasno za\u0161to se i\u0161lo na ovakvu izvedbu izlaznog kruga koju \u010dine dva darlingtonova spoja tranzistora okidana invertiranim signalima. No kada popratimo o\u017ei\u010denja uo\u010davamo da jedan darlingtonov par zapravo nije spojen nigdje. O\u010dito se radi o prototipnoj verziji sklopa gdje se poku\u0161alo napraviti serijski tranzistorski regulator koji mo\u017ee izdr\u017eati \u0161to ve\u0107u struju. No da bi se dva darlingtonova para tranzistora spojila paralelno i dobro radila, morali bi biti dobro elektri\u010dki upareni ina\u010de bi kroz jedan uvijek tekla ja\u010da struja nego kroz drugi. S obzirom da su sva \u010detiri tranzistora istog NPN tipa nije mi jasno \u0161to se mislilo posti\u0107i okretanjem faze signala i napajanjem izlaza u protufaznom, diferencijalnom ili kakvom ve\u0107 drugom asimetri\u010dnom spoju. Kako god bilo, izgleda da se od svega odustalo te sada u izlazu radi samo jedan par tranzistora. Cijelu plo\u010dicu dr\u017ee samo \u010detiri vijka s bo\u010dnih strana te je ista ve\u0107 deformira, a uklanjanje tih vijaka nije mogu\u0107e bez pristupa s donje strane. Da bi se pristupilo donjoj strani potrebno je povaditi sve kontrole s prednje plo\u010de kao i prednju masku ispod koje se nalaze vijci. \u010cak i da se sve to napravi opet bi pristup plo\u010dici s donje strane bio ograni\u010den jer je uzdu\u017e i popreko povezana raznim o\u017ei\u010denjima za druge komponente. Stoga smo odustali od kompletne demonta\u017ee tiskane plo\u010dice.<\/p>\n<p>Izme\u0111u plo\u010dice i \u0161asije, na desnoj strani (slika dolje) nalazi se hladilo s diodom 1N3910. Tako mo\u017eemo zaklju\u010diti da je i ovaj nedovr\u0161eni prototip ipak u funkciji, a ne bi bilo lo\u0161e zamijeniti serijski izlazni regulacijski krug nekim sna\u017enim tranzistorima iz kakvog prekida\u010dkog napajanja koji su ba\u0161 i namijenjeni za tu ulogu i koji su danas masovno dostupni iz svakojakih zastarjelih elektroni\u010dkih naprava.
