Osnovno o radu elektrodinami\u010dkih vatmetara ve\u0107 smo opisali u objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2017\/05\/03\/w-vatmetar\/\" target=\"_blank\">W \u2013 VATMETAR<\/a>. Ukratko, takvi vatmetri imaju mjerni instrument sa dva svitka: statorski svitak je strujni, a pomi\u010dni svitak je naponski. Ovakvo prigu\u0161enje radi na principu stvaranja vrtlo\u017enih struja u metalnoj plo\u010dici kada se ona kre\u0107e u magnetskom polju koje stvara \u017eeljezna jezgra. Naime, u plo\u010dici koja se kre\u0107e u magnetskom polju inducira se napon koji potjera struju kratkog spoja, a te struje zovemo vrtlo\u017ene struje. Ove struje stvaraju s poljem \u017eeljezne jezgre zakretni moment koji se suprotstavlja gibanju pomi\u010dnog tijela. Taj suprotni moment \u0107e biti to ve\u0107i \u0161to je br\u017ee gibanje kroz magnetsko polje jer se tada inducira i ve\u0107i napon.<\/p>\n<p>Na na\u0161em instrumentu jasno se vidi konstrukcija \u017eeljeznih &#8220;\u010deljusti&#8221; na koje se prenosi magnetski tok sa \u017eeljezne jezgre statora, a izme\u0111u tih \u010deljusti je metalna plo\u010dica spregnuta sa zakretnim mehanizmom kazaljke i \u00a0u kojoj se pod utjecajem magnetskog polja jezgre stvaraju vrtlo\u017ene struje, koje pak stvaraju magnetski protumoment gibanju zakretnog mehanizma.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/ferodinami\u010dni_wattmeter_iskra_el2_07.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[3826]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3833\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/ferodinami\u010dni_wattmeter_iskra_el2_07-1024x582.jpg\" alt=\"ferodinami\u010dni_wattmeter_iskra_el2_07\" width=\"1024\" height=\"582\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/ferodinami\u010dni_wattmeter_iskra_el2_07-1024x582.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/ferodinami\u010dni_wattmeter_iskra_el2_07-300x170.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/ferodinami\u010dni_wattmeter_iskra_el2_07-768x436.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kod ferodinami\u010dkih instrumenta pomi\u010dni svitak se okre\u0107e u zra\u010dnom rasporu izme\u0111u jezgre svitka i statora, a s obzirom da zra\u010dni raspor ima svugdje konstantnu \u0161irinu time je i radijalno magnetsko polje svugdje jednako, a to onda rezultira potpuno linearnom skalom ovakvih instrumenata.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/ferodinami\u010dni_wattmeter_iskra_el2_10.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[3826]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3836\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/ferodinami\u010dni_wattmeter_iskra_el2_10-1024x584.jpg\" alt=\"ferodinami\u010dni_wattmeter_iskra_el2_10\" width=\"1024\" height=\"584\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/ferodinami\u010dni_wattmeter_iskra_el2_10-1024x584.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/ferodinami\u010dni_wattmeter_iskra_el2_10-300x171.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/ferodinami\u010dni_wattmeter_iskra_el2_10-768x438.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Elektri\u010dna shema instrumenta vrlo je jednostavna. Serijski spojenim predoprnocima bira se \u017eeljeni naponski mjerni opseg. Strujni opsezi pak se odre\u0111uju na\u010dinom spajanja dva strujna svitka na statoru: paralelni spoj za ve\u0107i mjerni opseg (5 A) i serijski spoj za manji mjerni opseg (2,5 A). Razlog tome je vrlo vjerojatno djelomi\u010dno zahr\u0111ala \u017eeljezna jezgra instrumenta na rubovima dinamo limova. Naime, jezgra je napravljena od tankih, me\u0111usobno izoliranih \u017eeljeznih limova, kako bi se umanjila pojava vrtlo\u017enih struja unutar iste, a time i elektromagnetski gubici u samom \u017eeljezu. Pojava hr\u0111e na rubovima limova pak zapravo \u010dini njihov ponovni kratki spoj cijelom vanjskom povr\u0161inom \u0161to pove\u0107ava gubitke u \u017eeljezu i time smanjuje magnetski tok i u kona\u010dnici zakretni moment kazaljke. Trebalo bi rastaviti, o\u010distiti i ponovno lakom za\u0161titi \u017eeljeznu jezgru te zatim izvr\u0161iti ponovno testiranje vatmetra. Te precizne mehani\u010dke radnje \u0107emo ostaviti za neku drugu priliku, ne zato \u0161to smo sada mo\u017eda previ\u0161e lijeni za ne\u0161to takvo, nego \u010disto iz razloga da unutra\u0161njost instrumenta jo\u0161 jedno vrijeme ostane u svojem potpuno izvornom tvorni\u010dkom stanju \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danas je nabavljen ferodinami\u010dki vatmetar ISKRA EL2.
