Tvrtka GBC bila je prisutna na tr\u017ei\u0161tu od 1930 &#8211; 1989. godine, a tijekom \u010ditavog tog razdoblja bavila se proizvodnjom i distribucijom \u0161irokog spektra elektroni\u010dkih komponenti i ure\u0111aja (gotovih i u dijelovima) za upotrebu u ku\u0107anstvima (RTV, audio i video), te za elektroni\u010dke servise i hobiste. Kao za\u0161titni znak za prodaju \u0161irokog spektra svojih elektroni\u010dkih KIT kompleta tvrtka je prvo koristila naziv &#8220;High-kit&#8221;, zatim je po\u010detkom 1970-tih godina taj naziv promijenjen u &#8220;Amtron&#8221;, a na prijelazu u 1980-te godine ovaj brand se mijenja u &#8220;Amtroncraft&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/highkit_crystal_calibrated_marker_generator_uk470_08.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[3914]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3922\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/highkit_crystal_calibrated_marker_generator_uk470_08-1024x800.jpg\" alt=\"highkit_crystal_calibrated_marker_generator_uk470_08\" width=\"1024\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/highkit_crystal_calibrated_marker_generator_uk470_08-1024x800.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/highkit_crystal_calibrated_marker_generator_uk470_08-300x234.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/highkit_crystal_calibrated_marker_generator_uk470_08-768x600.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Marker generator UK470 generira RF signal u frekvencijskom podru\u010dju 27,5 &#8211; 235 MHz, dakle pokriva nose\u0107e frekvencije TV kanala na VHF podru\u010dju. Ovaj signal (nose\u0107u frekvencija slike) mogu\u0107e je amplitudno modulirati na dva na\u010dina: preko ugra\u0111enog NF oscilatora frekvencijom 1000 Hz ili pak nekim video signalom dovedenim sa vanjskog ure\u0111aja na priklju\u010dnicu VIDEO. Taj vanjski ure\u0111aj mo\u017ee biti neki generator video signala kakve smo ve\u0107 opisivali u na\u0161im objavama, npr. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2018\/10\/24\/high-kit-bar-generator-uk495\/\" target=\"_blank\">High-kit BAR-GENERATOR UK495<\/a> iz KIT kompleta istog proizvo\u0111a\u010da. Na\u010din modulacije ili isklju\u010denje modulacije odabire se 3-polo\u017eajnom sklopkom MOD.<\/p>\n<p>Osim VF RF oscilatora i NF modulacijskog oscilatora ure\u0111aj UK470 ima ugra\u0111en jo\u0161 jedan kristalni oscilator frekvencije 5,5 MHz. Uloga ovog oscilatora je dvojaka: mo\u017ee slu\u017eiti kao marker nose\u0107e frekvencije zvuka u RF TV signalu (nose\u0107e frekvencije slike i zvuka u RF TV signalu pomaknute su za 5,5 MHz) ili mo\u017ee slu\u017eiti za kalibraciju skale VF oscilatora unutar samog ure\u0111aja UK470, pri \u010demu se koristi \u0161esti harmonik oscilatora 5,5 MHz, koji se nalazi na 33 MHz (ova frekvencija posebno je ozna\u010dena na skali ure\u0111aja). Pode\u0161avanje RF oscilatora uz pomo\u0107 kristalnog oscilatora vr\u0161i se &#8220;slu\u0161anjem&#8221; razlike frekvencije ova dva oscilatora koja je dovoljno mala da se nalazi u \u010dujnom NF frekvencijskom opsegu. Ovakav princip opisali smo u objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2016\/06\/06\/mjerac-frekvencije-bc-221-ac\/\" target=\"_blank\">MJERA\u010c FREKVENCIJE BC-221-AC<\/a>. Sve ostale frekvencije koje pokriva RF oscilator pripadaju harmoni\u010dnim frekvencijama osnovnog opsega, pa tako drugi harmoni\u010dni opseg pokriva 55-94 MHz, tre\u0107i 82,5-141 MHz i peti 137,5-235 MHz.<\/p>\n<p>Kristalni oscilator pak radi na osnovnoj frekvenciji kvarcnog kristala od 5,5 MHz \u0161to isklju\u010duje potrebu za titrajnim krugom jer se ovdje sam kristal elektri\u010dki pona\u0161a kao LC krug. Oscilatori bazirani na kristalima kvarca, osim \u0161to su jednostavne konstrukcije, tako\u0111er su i vrlo stabilni jer takvi kristali pobu\u0111eni elektri\u010dnim naponom, zbog njihovih piezoelektri\u010dnih svojstava, po\u010dinju mehani\u010dki titrati vrlo stabilnom frekvencijom koju odre\u0111uju sama fizi\u010dka svojstva kristala. Posebno su markirani harmonici koji se koriste za pokrivanje ukupnog opsega 27,5 &#8211; 235 MHz. Signali su snimljeni pomo\u0107u ure\u0111aja RF Explorer (gornji prikaz) i HackRF One (donji prikaz). Kod jednostavnih oscilatora poput ovog na\u0161eg ovakve pojave i nisu neo\u010dekivane posebice kad na malom razmaku na plo\u010dici imamo tri oscilatora koji nisu ni oklopljeni ni posebno filtrirani, a ni komponente oscilatora vi\u0161e nisu u najboljoj kondiciji. Vidimo da je drugi niz harmonika \u010dak ne\u0161to ja\u010di od osnovnih, no razlika ipak nije dovoljno velika da bi se to moglo primijetiti pode\u0161avanjem na sluh (na samo 13 MHz lijevo i desno od kalibracijskog signala na frekvenciji 33 MHz ve\u0107 imamo nove jake signale). Ako bi se bavili pode\u0161avanjem ovog oscilatora svakako bi zavojnicom L1 podesili frekvenciju od 33 MHz na najja\u010di signal.<\/p>\n<p>Kad se uklju\u010di oscilator od 5,5 MHz tada se njegova frekvencija mije\u0161a sa frekvencijom RF oscilatora. Nama je potreban samo zbroj tih frekvencija kako (f VF + 5,5 MHz) za dobivanje nose\u0107e frekvencije zvuka, no dobiti \u0107emo tako\u0111er i signale razlike tih frekvencija kao i harmonike tih zbrojeva i razlika kojima treba tako\u0111er pribrojiti i harmonike osnovne frekvencije kristalnog oscilatora, pa je u kona\u010dnici frekvencijski spektar \u00a027,5 &#8211; 235 MHz pun razli\u010ditih signala. Harmonici su toliko jaki da se modulirani video signal bez problema hvata sve do polovice UHF TV opsega, dakle \u010dak do 700 MHz. Ovakva situacija posebno zna biti karakteristi\u010dna za jednostavne pasivne mje\u0161a\u010de kakav se i koristi u na\u0161oj shemi. No za osnovne potrebe testiranja TV prijemnika to i nije neki problem jer \u0107e selektivni tuner TV prijemnika biti osjetljiv samo na uski frekvencijski pojas signala.<\/p>\n<p>Na slijede\u0107im slikama vidimo kako izgleda VF nose\u0107a frekvencija slike iz RF oscilatora modulirana sinusnim signalom 1000 Hz iz NF generatora, te prikaz kako se takav signal vidi spojen na antenski ulaz televizora. Nose\u0107a frekvencija slike na ovim prikazima je 203,25 MHz (9. kanal VHF).<\/p>\n<p><a analogna televizija ve\u0107 potpuno iza\u0161la iz mode i ovakav ure\u0111aj mo\u017eda vi\u0161e i nije neophodan u elektroni\u010dkim radionicama. No s druge strane, prou\u010davanjem ovakvih jednostavnih oscilatora osvje\u017eavamo temeljna znanja o istima, a tu je onda danas i najve\u0107a vrijednost ovakvih ure\u0111aja. U vrijeme kada je analogna televizija bila standard i kada su se analogni televizori isplatili popravljati, ve\u0107ina elektroni\u010dara nije ima osciloskope i analizatore spektra kojima bi izravno mogli pratiti i snimati izlazne signale iz pojedinih elektroni\u010dkih sklopova. Ve\u0107ina instrumenata koje su radio amateri mogli nabaviti koristila je neizravne metode mjerenja ili nisu imali automatske funkcije kalibracije, za\u0161tite i odabira mjernih opsega kao ve\u0107ina dana\u0161njih, \u00a0te je trebalo puno vi\u0161e truda, pa\u017enje (a mo\u017eemo re\u0107i i znanja) da se ispravno izvr\u0161e pojedina mjerenja.
