Tvrtka FBT osnovana je 1963. godine i specijalizirana je za proizvodnju elektroni\u010dke audio opreme, prvenstveno poja\u010dala i zvu\u010dni\u010dkih sistema. Ovaj regulator predvi\u0111en je za prilagodbu mre\u017enog napona napajanja kod razli\u010ditih terenskih instalacija audio opreme (nastupi muzi\u010dkih sastava, mobilni razglasni sustavi i sl.) gdje su izvori mre\u017enog napajanja \u010desto privremenog i provizornog karaktera (optere\u0107eni agregati i mre\u017eni razvodi), te kao takvi mogu prili\u010dno odstupati od nominalnih 220 V. Odabirom odre\u0111enog izvoda prilagodi se omjer transformacije tako da se na izlazu\u00a0 (sekundaru) dobije napon blizak 220V \u0161to se kontrolira preko ugra\u0111enog voltmetra. Dakle ovdje se ne radi o \u010disto ru\u010dnoj regulaciji bez ikakve automatike stabilizacije izlaznog napona. Odmah se uo\u010dava kako je istu netko ve\u0107 poku\u0161avao popravljati priru\u010dnim sredstvima. Vidi se kako su okrhnuti bakelitni rubovi rotora izme\u0111u kojih je smje\u0161ten metalni kliza\u010d. Zbog toga, prilikom okretanja sklopke, metalni kliza\u010d nije centrirano nasjedao na kontakte. Ovo pak je dovodilo do lo\u0161eg (nepotpunog) spoja te zagrijavanja i iskrenja mjesta takvog spoja, a posljedi\u010dno i do uni\u0161tavanja kontaktnog spoja kliza\u010da. U originalu kliza\u010d bi se trebao sastojati od tri vodljiva metalna listi\u0107a od kojih svaki nezavisno djeluje kao opruga (pritisak) na pojedini kontakt. No, zbog opisanog problema sva tri listi\u0107a su se doslovno zavarila zajedno na mjestu dodirnog kliznog spoja \u010dime se oslabila mo\u0107 nalijeganja i ukupna dodirna povr\u0161ina kontakta. Priru\u010dnim popravkom izbu\u0161ene su dvije rupice preko prstena kontakata kako bi se isti klinovima sa\u010dinjenim od \u010davli\u0107a fiksirali za bakelitni dio rotora. Okrhnute bakelitne dijelove nemogu\u0107e je rekonstruirati dovoljno \u010dvrsto da izdr\u017ee optere\u0107enja okretanja rotora. Sve \u0161to mo\u017eemo napraviti to je fino izbrusiti postoje\u0107i kontaktni sloj kako bi dodirna povr\u0161ina bila \u0161to ve\u0107a, malo deformirati metalne listi\u0107e da se ostvari ja\u010di pritisak dodirnih povr\u0161ina, a dijelove rotora fiksirati zakovicama koje \u0107e osigurati \u010dvrst i trajan spoj u svim uvjetima.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon ovih zahvata (uz \u010di\u0161\u0107enje i podmazivanje) sklopka je proradila ispravno na svih 12 polo\u017eaja. No mi \u0107emo ovaj regulator napona ionako koristiti samo kao odvojni transformator na fiksnom naponu mre\u017ee te ne\u0107e biti potrebe za \u010destom regulacijom.<\/p>\n<p>Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i problem u elektroni\u010dkoj radionici predstavljaju ispitivanja elektroni\u010dkih ure\u0111aja instrumentima koji rade na mre\u017eni napon, a ispitivani ure\u0111aj se ujedno napaja preko laboratorijskih mre\u017enih ispravlja\u010da. Ukoliko napajanje i instrument nisu galvanski odvojeni od mre\u017ee tada su minus pol napajanja i masa instrumenta (osciloskop, spektralni analizator i sli\u010dno) preko mre\u017enog uzemljenja i\/ili nultog vodi\u010da trajno u kratkom spoju. To obi\u010dno nije problem kad se ispituje ure\u0111aj kojem je masa na negativnom polu napajanja, no u obrnutom slu\u010daju priklju\u010denje mjernog instrumenta na takav sklop izazvati \u0107e kratki spoj mase sa pozitivnim polom napajanja \u0161to mo\u017ee dovesti do uni\u0161tenja napajanja ili mjerne opreme.<\/p>\n<p>Odvojni ili izolacijski transformatori nisu jeftini (posebice oni ve\u0107ih snaga) te \u0107e ovaj odba\u010deni regulator nekih muzi\u010dara odli\u010dno poslu\u017eiti za tu namjenu. Mo\u0107i \u0107emo ga tako\u0111er kombinirati i sa autotransformatorom (variakom) \u010dime \u0107emo imati na raspolaganju galvanski odvojeni regulacijski izvor izmjeni\u010dnih napona u \u0161irokom rasponu (cca 0-300 V). U svakom slu\u010daju izolacijski mre\u017eni transformatori su vrlo korisni (pomo\u0107ni) ure\u0111aji u svakoj elektroni\u010dkoj radionici, s jedne strane glede za\u0161tite elektroni\u010dke opreme, a s druge strane, \u0161to je mo\u017eda i jo\u0161 va\u017enije, glede za\u0161tite i samog rukovatelja istom \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danas je nabavljen regulator mre\u017enog napona 220 V, snage 1200 W, oznake CNR\/1200, proizvod talijanske tvrtke FBT Elettronica.
