Jedina oznaka na \u010ditavom ure\u0111aju nalazi se na metalnim bravicama kov\u010dega &#8220;TKG Ljubljana&#8221;. To je oznaka slovenskog poduze\u0107a za proizvodnju vijaka i metalne galanterije (TKG &#8211; Tovarna Kovinske Galanterije) koje je osnovano 1938. godine te je i danas prisutno na tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Vidjeti \u0107emo kasnije da su unutra\u0161njosti ugra\u0111eni Siemensovi kondenzatori sa datumskim oznakama iz 1943. godine te kondenzatori sa logom &#8220;BA 1934&#8221; koji tako\u0111er pripadaju nekom njema\u010dkom proizvo\u0111a\u010du. U praksi idealan kondenzator ne postoji i u njemu se dio energije uvijek pretvara u toplinu. Stoga je izmjeni\u010dna struja prema naponu pomaknuta u fazi za kut koji se razlikuje od idealnih 90\u00b0. Veli\u010dina tog pomaka naziva se tangens kuta gubitaka (tg \u03b4) i \u0161to je tg \u03b4 manji to je kondenzator kvalitetniji (sa manjim gubicima).<\/p>\n<p>Kod izolacije pak tg \u03b4 ovisi o veli\u010dini primijenjenog napona, odnosno o jakosti elektri\u010dnog polja kroz izolaciju. Kako se napon pove\u0107ava tako tg \u03b4 polako raste sve do to\u010dke kad izolacija &#8220;probije&#8221; uslijed nastale ionizacije na odre\u0111enoj visina napona. Tu tg \u03b4 naglo poraste i to je krajnja vrijednost napona koju izolacija mo\u017ee izdr\u017eati. Naravno, u praksi se onda odre\u0111uje ni\u017ei pogonski napon za tu izolaciju jer ista ne smije biti izlo\u017eena djelovanju ionizacije. Wienov most je pogodan za mjerenje kapaciteta i faktora gubitaka izolacijskih materijala kod niskih napona i vi\u0161ih frekvencija, dok je Scheringov most pogodniji za visoke napone i niske frekvencije (mre\u017eni naponi).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/schering_most_16.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[482]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16533\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/schering_most_16.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1166\" height=\"681\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/schering_most_16.gif 1166w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/schering_most_16-768x449.gif 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1166px) 100vw, 1166px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nacrtali smo elektri\u010dnu shemu na\u0161eg ure\u0111aja. Isti sadr\u017ei samo dvije regulacijske grane mosta \u0161to je i karakteristi\u010dno za prakti\u010dnu izvedbu Scheringovog mosta predvi\u0111enog za visoke radne napone. U tre\u0107oj grani se nalaze \u010disti radni otpornici, a u \u010detvrtoj grani je paralelna kombinacija kondenzatora i otpornika. Za drugu granu mosta je potrebno koristiti vanjski etalonski kondenzator koji ima zanemarivo mali kut gubitaka. Otpornici u tre\u0107oj i \u010detvrtoj grani mosta su odabrani tako da se na njih dijeli mali dio ukupnog napona mosta, tako da se mo\u017ee vr\u0161iti jednostavnije preklapanje \u017eeljenih RC vrijednosti u tim granama. Vidimo da su ti otpornici ispod 1 k\u2126 dok je impedancija u prvoj i drugoj grani na 50 Hz reda M\u2126. Tako ve\u0107ina pada napona nastaje na prvoj i drugoj grani sa mjernim objektom i etalonskim kondenzatorom. Ovo je i jedan od razloga za\u0161to su gornje grane mosta odvojene od donjih grana mosta sadr\u017eanih u na\u0161em ure\u0111aju. Da ne bi do\u0161lo do preskakanja visokog napona, gornje (visokonaponske) grane se oklopljenim kabelima na sigurnoj udaljenosti spajaju sa donjim granama mosta i mjernom granom sa galvanometrom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/schering_most_17.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[482]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16534\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/schering_most_17.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"856\" height=\"592\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/schering_most_17.gif 856w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/schering_most_17-768x531.gif 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 856px) 100vw, 856px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ravnote\u017ea mosta, odnosno uga\u0111anje amplitude i faze u na\u0161em slu\u010daju se vr\u0161i se pomo\u0107u promjenjivih RC elemenata (impedancija) u tre\u0107oj i \u010detvrtoj grani mosta. Ako je ispitivani kondenzator (Cx) velikog kapaciteta, onda \u0107e i struja kroz tre\u0107u granu biti velika pa se po potrebi premo\u0161\u0107uje (shuntira) otpornicima na \u010depi\u0161tima 1\/100, 1\/20 i 1\/5. Kada se postigne ravnote\u017ea mosta, onda se prema vrijednostima uklju\u010denih kondenzatora (0,3 \u00b5F ili 3,2 \u00b5F) te prema vrijednostima otpornika i potenciometara u tre\u0107oj i \u010detvrtoj grani mosta mogu izra\u010dunati kapacitivna i radna komponenta kondenzatora, odnosno izra\u010dunati kut gubitaka tg \u03b4. Skale glavnih mjernih potenciometara u \u010detvrtoj grani gravirane su u rasponu 0-1000 \u2126 koliko i iznosi maksimalni otpor istih. Vjerojatno je postojala neka formula sa konstantom na\u0161eg ure\u0111aja preko koje se lako izra\u010dunao tg \u03b4 na osnovu odabranih i o\u010ditanih vrijednosti RC elemenata u donjim granama \u010detvrtu granu mosta raspore\u0111uje samo mali dio napona napajanja.Crnom kondenzatoru u staklenom ku\u0107i\u0161tu koji je vezan u prvom bloku sa jo\u0161 tri kondenzatora nismo mogli pro\u010ditati niti izmjeriti kapacitet (posve je dotrajao, sasu\u0161en i u prekidu).
