\/><\/a><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Poduze\u0107e IEV vu\u010de korijene iz 1943. godine kada su pokrenute prve radionice za radio ure\u0111aje na oslobo\u0111enom podru\u010dju Slovenije, no formalno je IEV osnovan 1948. godine, da bi ve\u0107 1961. godine bio pripojen poduze\u0107u ISKRA-Kranj. \u00a0Poduze\u0107e ISKRA pak vu\u010de korijene iz 1946. godine te je sve do danas prisutno na tr\u017ei\u0161tu sa sjedi\u0161tem u Ljubljani i sa ne\u0161to preko 1100 zaposlenika. Pomo\u0107u variaka IEV TRN 120 mogu\u0107e je dobiti napone tako\u0111er u rasponu od 0-300 V ali sa ne\u0161to ve\u0107om maksimalno dozvoljenom strujom optere\u0107enja od 6,6 A. Vidimo dakle da na\u0161i variaci u jednom dijelu smanjuju primarni napon (rade kao silazni autotransformatori u rasponu 0-220V), a zatim u drugom dijelu pove\u0107avaju primarni napon (rade kao uzlazni autotransformatori u rasponu 220-300V). Kod autotransformatora dio namota je uvijek zajedni\u010dki za primar i sekundar. S obzirom da su variaci \u010desto vrlo korisne naprave u elektroni\u010dkoj radionici odlu\u010dili smo ova dva na\u0161a primjerka restaurirati i osposobiti za normalno kori\u0161tenje.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ono \u0161to se prvo uo\u010dava na oba variaka, osim dotrajalih ili nedostaju\u0107ih kablova te naslaga prljav\u0161tine i tragova hr\u0111e koje je ostavio zub vremena , to su vidljive posljedice modifikacija od strane biv\u0161ih vlasnika na ku\u0107i\u0161tima variaka vjerojatno kako bi ih prilagodili svojim potrebama. Tako na ku\u0107i\u0161tu TRN 110 uo\u010davamo pro\u0161irena (spojena) dva utora za hla\u0111enje u koja je za\u0161arafljen neki plasti\u010dni umetak (grani\u010dnik) za blokadu kliza\u010da variaka \u010dime se najvjerojatnije htjelo posti\u0107i da isti ne prelazi maksimalni napon od 220 V. Ovo je razumljivo ukoliko se sa variakom eksperimentiralo ili su se vr\u0161ili popravci na elektri\u010dnim ure\u0111ajima predvi\u0111enim za mre\u017eni napon 220 V i gdje bi slu\u010dajno dovo\u0111enje ve\u0107eg napona o\u0161tetilo ispitivane ure\u0111aje. No takva blokada sasvim sigurno se mogla i elegantnije rije\u0161iti tako da se mehani\u010dki ne o\u0161te\u0107uje vanjsko ku\u0107i\u0161te. Na variaku TRN 120 pak su originalne priklju\u010dnice (stezaljke) sekundara zamijenjene nekom mre\u017enom panel uti\u010dnicom zbog \u010dega su izbu\u0161ene dvije dodatne rupe tik do rupa za originalne stezaljke i koje \u0107e sada biti vrlo te\u0161ko sanirati. Zbog konstrukcijskih razloga ove provrte nije bilo mogu\u0107e sanirati.<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Unutra\u0161njost oba variaka je u dosta dobrom stanju. Na variaku TRN 110 uo\u010dava se prili\u010dna istro\u0161enost grafitne \u010detkice kliza\u010da, te bi osim zamjene kompletnog o\u017ei\u010denja i \u010di\u0161\u0107enja debelog sloja nakupljene pra\u0161ine i prljav\u0161tine, ovo bio jedini potrebni popravak glede samih komponenti. Kad varike ve\u0107 pripremamo za ponovnu upotrebu, svakako \u0107emo osigura\u010d i mre\u017enu sklopku dodati i na variak TRN 120, a ne bi bilo lo\u0161e ugraditi i neke indikacijske kontrolne instrumente poput voltmetra i ampermetra. Iako variaci imaju ba\u017edarenu skalu za izlazne napone, treba voditi ra\u010duna da ulazni mre\u017eni napon mo\u017ee dosta varirati (tipi\u010dno 210 &#8211; 240 V) pa \u0107e i izlazni naponi iz variaka odstupati od oznaka na skali. Stoga je dobro ugraditi kontrolni voltmetar, a svakako i ampermetar kako bi u radu izravno mogli pratiti promjene struje prilikom promjene napona i time izbjegli preoptere\u0107enje variaka.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dimenzije ku\u0107i\u0161ta za ugradnju ovih komponenti su relativno male (cca 120&#215;60 mm), no najve\u0107i problem je mala dubina toga ku\u0107i\u0161ta od najvi\u0161e 25 mm, koje je k tome polukru\u017enog oblika jer unutar istog se kre\u0107e rotor variaka u krajnjim polo\u017eajima. Zbog tako plitkog ku\u0107i\u0161ta ve\u0107ina analognih instrumenata ne\u0107e stati u isto pa smo se odlu\u010dili za neku kombinaciju digitalnog ampermetra i voltmetra predvi\u0111enog za monta\u017eu u panele.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>S obzirom da se uvijek te\u017ei najjednostavnijoj i najjeftinijoj opciji pregledali smo ponudu takvih instrumenata po internetskim stranicama. Drugi tip je za istosmjerne napone 0-300V i struje 1-10A (rezolucija 0,01A), a za rad mu je potrebno vanjsko napajanje. Iako dimenzijama prikladan, pokazalo se da bi ugradnja adekvatnih AC\/DC pretvornika, kalibracija i vanjsko napajanje previ\u0161e uslo\u017eili \u010ditav mjerni sklop. Tre\u0107i tip je ta izmjeni\u010dne napone 60-500V i struje 0-100A (rezolucija 0,1A). Ovo je dimenzijama najmanji i ujedno najjeftiniji panel metar na tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Mogu\u0107e ga je modificirati na ve\u0107u rezoluciju (0-10A sa rezolucijom 0,01A) no ovakvi instrumenti, iako izvana potpuno identi\u010dni i iste oznake modela, \u010desto se donekle razlikuju u rasporedu elemenata, induktivitetu strujnog senzora i softveru mikrokontrolera. Orijentir je boja konektora strujnog senzora: ukoliko je bijele boje (kao na slici) instrument je pogodan za modifikaciju, a ukoliko se konektor crne boje takav instrument ne\u0107e pokazivati prvu znamenku (nulu) za struje manje od 10A.<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_30.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[5724]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5753\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_30-1024x451.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"451\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_30-1024x451.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_30-300x132.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_30-768x338.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_30.jpg 1659w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a>\r\n<figcaption>Lijevo vidimo tip instrumenta sa crnim strujnim konektorom koji je manje pogodan za modifikaciju rezolucije prikaza ampermetra. Desno je istosmjerni panel metar koji je pogodan jer koristi shunt umjesto CT strunog senzora, no to mu je i jedina prednost. Modifikacija i kalibracija ovog instrumenta na izmjeni\u010dnu struju iziskuje previ\u0161e dodatnog sklopovlja. <\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de ponude digitalnih panel voltmetara za izmjeni\u010dne napone svi redom mjere najni\u017ei napon tek od 50-60 V, a najvi\u0161i naponi koji se jo\u0161 mogu mjeriti idu do 500-600 V. Relativno visoki minimalni napon koji se mo\u017ee mjeriti uvjetuje napajanje elektronike voltmetra. Naime, izmjeni\u010dni digitalni voltmetar treba za rad istosmjerni napon od oko 5 V. To zna\u010di da bi svaki modul morao imati priklju\u010dnice za neki oblik vanjskog napajanja. Me\u0111utim, proizvo\u0111a\u010d predvi\u0111a da \u0107e se izmjeni\u010dni panel voltmetar gotovo isklju\u010divo koristiti za kontrolu mre\u017enih napona (110, 220, 360 V) te se ovdje te\u017ei \u0161to jeftinijoj i \u0161to jednostavnijoj izvedbi napajanja, a to je tzv. kondenzatorsko napajanje. Kod ovakvog napajanja za dobivanje istosmjernog napona 5 V iz izmjeni\u010dnog napona 220 V u osnovnoj izvedbi dovoljan je svega jedan kondenzator i jedna dioda. Za dodatnu stabilizaciju napona u \u0161irokom rasponu ulaznih napona (npr. 50-500V) naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se dodaje zener dioda i jedan filtarski elektrolitski kondenzator. Nedostatak ovakvih kondenzatorskih ispravlja\u010da je \u0161to mogu dati vrlo male struje (tipi\u010dno do 100 mA) jer bi za ve\u0107e struje trebalo koristiti kondenzatore velikih kapaciteta, \u0161to ih uz njihov potreban visok napon \u010dini neisplativima. Izlazni napon takvog napajanja nije galvanski odvojen od mre\u017ee pa treba voditi ra\u010duna o izolaciji sklopa. No u na\u0161em slu\u010daju, gdje imamo digitalni voltmetar male potro\u0161nje \u010ditav izoliran u plasti\u010dno ku\u0107i\u0161te, predvi\u0111en za mjerenje relativno visokih napona, ovakva izvedba ispravlja\u010da je idealna. Na taj na\u010din se digitalni voltmetar izravno spaja na mre\u017eni napon i odmah vr\u0161i mjerenje, \u0161to je jednako jednostavno kao da spajamo i bilo kakav analogni voltmetar.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de digitalnih ampermetara za izmjeni\u010dnu struju gotovo je nemogu\u0107e na\u0107i modele sa shuntom ve\u0107 svi redom koriste jeftine CT strujne senzore (CT &#8211; strujni transformator) za izmjeni\u010dnu struju.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0U kona\u010dnici, za na\u0161 slu\u010daj mjerenja napona i struje variaca, voltmetar koji se pali tek na 50 V nije ba\u0161 najbolje rje\u0161enje, a glede CT strujnog senzora treba vidjeti ho\u0107e li isti stati u ku\u0107i\u0161te variaka i da li \u0107e izmjeni\u010dno magnetsko polje koje stvara jezgra i namoti autotransformatora utjecati na induciranu struju iz CT senzora.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Druga opcija je kupnja istosmjernih digitalnih modula voltmetra i ampermetra. Ovakvi moduli svi redom mjere napone od 0 V pa do 300 ili 500 V no zato im je potrebno osigurati vanjsko istosmjerno napajanje u rasponu cca 4-30 V. Tako\u0111er svi istosmjerni ampermetri su sa shuntom jer je to je ipak jeftinija opcija od nekog beskontaktnog istosmjernog strujnog senzora.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Kad se sve zbroji imamo tri izbora:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>kupiti analogni voltmetar i\/ili ampermetar najmanjih dimenzija koji bi se mo\u017eda jo\u0161 ugurao u ku\u0107i\u0161te, no takvi instrumenti su uglavnom jeftine izrade sa velikom klasom pogre\u0161ke, skale su vrlo male i time su o\u010ditanja neprecizna te bi u kona\u010dnici ovakvi mjera\u010di bili ru\u017eni i nefunkcionalni na plo\u010di na\u0161ih variaka<\/li>\r\n<li>kupiti izmjeni\u010dnu kombinaciju voltmetra i ampermetra te preraditi njegovo kondenzatorsko napajanje tako da radi u cijelom opsegu 0-300V, a CT strujni senzor po potrebi zamijeniti shuntom kako bi se u\u0161tedjelo na prostoru i kako bi se izbjegla mogu\u0107nost pogre\u0161ke mjerenja uslijed djelovanja magnetskog polja autotransformatora<\/li>\r\n<li>kupiti istosmjernu kombinaciju voltmetra i ampermetra te ugraditi ispravlja\u010dke mostove ili poja\u010dala, te istosmjerno napajanje potrebno za njihov rad<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Moramo odmah biti svjesni \u010dinjenice da kombinirani moduli sa cijenom od 30-tak kuna sigurno ne\u0107e biti vrhunske preciznosti mjerenja, a i kod navedenih prerada mo\u017ee biti problema sa kasnijom kalibracijom jer ovakvi jeftini moduli se gotovo redovito baziraju na mikrokontroleru koji upravlja apsolutno svim funkcijama od uzorkovanja ulaznih naponskih signala do upravljanja LED displejom, a \u0161to onda vrlo ograni\u010dava mogu\u0107nosti preinaka bez izmjene upravlja\u010dkog programa mikrokontrolera koji je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e nedostupan. \u00a0Na kraju smo naru\u010dili \u010detiri tipa digitalnih kombiniranih AV modula, tri za izmjeni\u010dnu i jedan za istosmjernu struju tako da mo\u017eemo prou\u010diti njihovu gra\u0111u i vidjeti mogu\u0107nosti prilagodbe istih na\u0161im potrebama.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_16.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[5724]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5740\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_16-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_16-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_16-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_16-768x576.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_16.jpg 1728w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Krenimo od najjednostavnijeg, najmanjeg i najjeftinijeg panel metra. To je izmjeni\u010dni kombinirani voltmetar i ampermetar mjeri napon u rasponu 60-500 V i struju u rasponu 0-100 A. Dimenzije displeja su svega 30x30mm te se mo\u017ee bez problema smjestiti na prednju plo\u010du. Kad se malo poslo\u017ee elementi napajanja te mjerni otpornici dubina instrumenta mo\u017ee se bez problema sa 50mm svesti na manje od 20mm. Vanjski promjer strujnog senzora je oko 35mm, debljina 12mm i kao takav tako\u0111er stane u ku\u0107i\u0161te.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Testiranje je pokazalo da je ovaj instrument zadovoljavaju\u0107e precizan u pokazivanju napona i struja u cijelom opsegu. Napon se prikazuje sa rezolucijom 1 V i na \u010ditavom opsegu to\u010dnost voltmetra se i zadr\u017eava u granici \u00b11-2 V. Za tu svrhu nacrtali smo elektri\u010dnu shemu istog.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_49.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[5724]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5772\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_49.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"630\" height=\"563\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Shema je vrlo jednostavna i jasno se mo\u017ee razlu\u010diti kondenzatorsko napajanje mikrokontrolera od naponske i strujne mjerne grane. Testiranje je pokazalo da se na 60 V ulaznog izmjeni\u010dnog napona dobiva oko 2,3 V ispravljenog istosmjernog napona \u0161to je jedva dovoljno za pokretanje mikrokontrolera i na tom niskom naponu pokazivanje vrijednosti je jo\u0161 uvijek nestabilno. Tek na nekih 80 V ulaznog napona mo\u017eemo rad mikrokontrolera ocijeniti stabilnim. Mi \u0107emo ovdje odvojiti granu napajanja od mjerne grane, tako da \u0107e napajanje uvijek biti 220 V (nakon ispravljanja 5 V), a napon koji mjerimo dovodimo posebno preko mjerne grane sa otpornikom 830 k\u03a9 i ispravlja\u010dkom diodom. Time je voltmetar sposoban mjeriti napone u punom opsegu 0-500 V.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>S obzirom da struje variaka ne smiju prelaziti 4 A (6 A) zgodno bi bilo da ampermetar pokazuje struju do 9,99 A sa rezolucijom od 0,01 A (umjesto 100 A sa rezolucijom od 0,1 A). Prvo su napravljeni testovi sa CT senzorom tako da je unutar njega provu\u010deno 10 namota \u017eice umjesto jednog \u010dime se dobilo 10x ve\u0107e pokazivanje struje (npr. 15,0 A umjesto 01,5 A). Ovo je funkcioniralo odli\u010dno, no sada je potrebno na displeju pomaknuti decimalnu to\u010dku ampermetra za jedno mjesto prema gore (kako bi pokazivanje bilo 1,50 A).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_21.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[5724]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5744\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_21.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"718\" height=\"616\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_21.jpg 718w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_21-300x257.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 718px) 100vw, 718px\" \/><\/a>\r\n<figcaption>Modificiran CT strujni senzor za pove\u0107anje rezolucije mjerenja struje sa 0,1A na 0,01A.<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>LED displej se sastoji od \u0161est 8-segmentnih numeri\u010dkih pokaziva\u010da (7 segmenata za prikaz broja i 1 segment za prikaz decimalne to\u010dke ili simbola A, V).\u00a0 Dakle to je ukupno 48 segmenata, a displej ima svega 10 kontakata od \u010dega se koristi njih samo devet. Da je rije\u010d o klasi\u010dnom multipleksiranju bilo bi bilo potrebno ukupno 14 kontakata (6 za zajedni\u010dke katode ili anode i 8 za svaki segment). Ispitivanjem displeja segment po segment do\u0161li smo do zaklju\u010daka koji su prikazani na prilo\u017eenoj slici.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_50.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[5724]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5773\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_50.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"515\" height=\"368\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Vidimo da svaki od 6 numeri\u010dkih pokaziva\u010da ima svoju zajedni\u010dku katodu i one su spojene na pinove od 5 do 10. Sada su nam preostala jo\u0161 samo tri slobodna pina (2, 3 i 4) i na njih su vezana dva segmenta i decimalna to\u010dka. Preostalih 5 segmenata pak dijeli pinove 5 do 10 sa zajedni\u010dkim katodama. To zna\u010di da pinovi 5 do 10 mogu biti na negativnom ali i na pozitivnom potencijalu, ovisno o tome da li se koriste za paljenje odre\u0111ene znamenke ili za paljene odre\u0111enog segmenta. Za neku diskretnu izvedbu upravlja\u010dkog sklopa ovakvim displejom bilo bi relativno slo\u017eeno upravljati, no za mikrokontroler to nije nikakav problem. Problem je jedino to \u0161to je za bilo kakvu modifikaciju potreban pristup programu samog mikrokontrolera. S obzirom da to nije mogu\u0107e, ovdje smo se poslu\u017eili malim trikom. Sre\u0107a u nesre\u0107i je ta \u0161to se decimalne to\u010dke i simboli segmenata pale preko pina-2, koji je rezerviran isklju\u010divo za njihovo upravljanje. Tako\u0111er, decimalne to\u010dke voltmetra nisu nigdje spojene (jer se ionako ne koriste), a mogu\u0107e da je za njih rezerviran pin-1 (koji se ne koristi). Kako god bilo, na na\u0161em displeju decimalne to\u010dke voltmetra ne pale se ni na jednu kombinaciju pinova, \u0161to zna\u010di da je displej napravljan isklju\u010divo za ovaj tip ure\u0111aja te se zbog u\u0161tede ovi segmenti tvorni\u010dki nisu ni spajali. Na\u0161 trik se sastoji u tome da se pin-2 odspoji od mikrokontrolera i spoji izravno na napajanje \u010dime \u0107e uvijek svijetliti obje decimalne to\u010dke ampermetra i oba simbola V i A. Sada je potrebno crnim flomasterom samo prekriti drugu decimalnu to\u010dku \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Prilikom testiranja poku\u0161ali smo strujni senzor ampermetra zamijeniti shuntom. Ovo isto funkcionira, no potrebno je dosta preciznosti i testiranja da se izradi stabilan i pouzdan shunt to\u010dne vrijednosti. Da bi ampermetar radio sa rezolucijom 0,01 A potreban je shunt vrijednosti oko 0,12 \u03a9, \u0161to je prili\u010dno velika vrijednost, a osim toga pitanje je da li bi mjerenje bilo linearno u cijelom opsegu. S obzirom da strujni senzor radi sasvim zadovoljavaju\u0107e na kraju smo odustali od samogradnje shunta.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a \/><\/a><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Kod narud\u017ebe jeftinih digitalnih LED kombinaciju voltmetra i ampermetra treba voditi ra\u010duna da svi moduli nisu elektri\u010dki isti, iako izvana izgledaju potpuno identi\u010dno. Naime, LED pokaziva\u010d ampermetra sadr\u017ei tri znamenke, no ovisno o ugra\u0111enom softveru neki \u0107e uvijek pokazivati sve tri znamenke (01.5 A) dok \u0107e drugi za struje manje od 10 A pokazivati samo dvije znamenke (1.5 A). Ovi posljednji stoga ne\u0107e biti prikladni za modifikaciju na ve\u0107u rezoluciju mjerenja struje jer se prva znamenka ne\u0107e paliti na strujama manjim od 10 A (odnosno modificirano 1 A). Tako\u0111er, ova dva tipa instrumenta donekle se razlikuju i po raspodjeli izlaznih pinova mikrokontrolera. Na svim instrumentima oznake na mikrokontrolerima su izbrisane tako da je bilo kakav poku\u0161aj softverske modifikacije jo\u0161 vi\u0161e ote\u017ean.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Za potrebe testiranja naru\u010dili smo \u010detiri komada ovih jeftinih instrumenata i unato\u010d tome \u0161to izvana izgledaju potpuno identi\u010dno, tiskane plo\u010dice, raspored elemenata i softver mikrokontrolera se kod svakog primjerka malo razlikuje. Tako\u0111er, strujne senzorske zavojnice koje tako\u0111er izgledaju potpuno identi\u010dno ne\u0107e jednako dobro raditi sa bilo kojim instrumentom jer nisu sve jednakog induktiviteta. Sukladno tome i otpornik vezan paralelno sa zavojnicom je na nekim primjercima vrijednosti 10 \u03a9 , a drugima 20 \u03a9. No najve\u0107i je problem ne\u0161to druga\u010diji softver mikrokontrolera koji gasi nepotrebnu prvu nulu na displeju kada se mjere struje manje od 10A. Kod na\u0161e modifikacije pak je ova nula po\u017eeljna.<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Variak TRN 110 u kona\u010dnici je opremljen tako modificiranom kombinacijom digitalnog panel-metra sa naran\u010dastim LED segmentima, dodana je mre\u017ena sklopka i osigura\u010d te mo\u017eemo biti zadovoljni kona\u010dnim izgledom i funkcionalno\u0161\u0107u. Istu stvar mogli bi napraviti i na variaku TRN 120 no kod njega veliki estetski problem predstavljaju dvije naknadno bu\u0161ene rupe koje se nalaze na najgorem mogu\u0107em mjestu, tik do izlaznih stezaljki. Bilo kakvo krpanje tih rupa (metalnim plo\u010dicama s donje strane i ispunama s gornje strane) stoga je prili\u010dno problemati\u010dno jer ni sa gornje ni sa donje strane ne smije ostati nikakvog vi\u0161ka materijala. Lim je dodu\u0161e mogu\u0107e lemiti ili variti no tko zna kakav bi na kraju bio rezultat glede \u010dvrsto\u0107e s jedne strane, a estetike s druge strane. Kad smo odvagnuli sve opcije, odlu\u010dili smo se za ugradnju panel-metra \u0161irih dimenzija kojim mo\u017eemo prekriti kompletno podru\u010dje sa rupama. U tu svrhu po dimenzijama je idealan istosmjerni VA panel-metar \u0161irine 38 mm.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_37.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[5724]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5760\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_37.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"938\" height=\"774\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_37.jpg 938w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_37-300x248.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/variak_iskra_trn110_iev_trn120_37-768x634.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 938px) 100vw, 938px\" \/><\/a>\r\n<figcaption>S obzirom da dvije dodatno izbu\u0161ene rupe nije bilo mogu\u0107e na jednostavan na\u010din pokrpati, odlu\u010dili smo okrenuti cijelo ku\u0107i\u0161te variaka IEV TRN 120 te na mjesto rupa ugraditi panel mjerni instrument. Na sre\u0107u, ku\u0107i\u0161te variaka je simetri\u010dno.<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Istosmjerni AV metar mjeri napone 0-300 V i struje do 10 A sa rezolucijom 0,01 A, a za rad mu je potrebno vanjsko istosmjerno napajanje u rasponu 4,5-30 V. Strujni shunt ugra\u0111en je na plo\u010dici instrumenta, a na istoj se nalaze i dva trimer potenciometra za finu kalibraciju napona i struje. Sve ovo zvu\u010di idealno za na\u0161u primjenu, osim \u0161to je ovaj istosmjerni panel metar potrebno modificirati da mjeri izmjeni\u010dne napone i struje. Ugradnja ispravlja\u010dkih dioda (poluvalno ispravljanje) ne daje dobre rezultate jer instrument stalno mijenja prikazane vrijednosti (\u00b110%). Ugradnja ispravlja\u010dkih mostova (punovalno ispravljanje) daje ne\u0161to bolje rezultate no pokazivanje ni ovdje nije posve stabilno. Tek dodatkom kondenzatora napon postaje dovoljno stabiliziran za stabilan i miran prikaz mjerene vrijednosti. Mo\u017eemo zaklju\u010diti da je na\u0161im istosmjernim VA modulima potreban visoko stabiliziran istosmjerni napon za stabilan prikaz vrijednosti i isti ne\u0107e dobro raditi sa bilo kakvim valovitim naponima koliko god oni bili pomaknuti u pozitivno ili negativno podru\u010dje. Uz problem ispravljanja napona javlja se i problem to\u010dne pretvorbe vrijednosti napona (AC\/DC pretvara\u010d), odnosno ispravljeni istosmjerni napon mora odgovarati RMS vrijednosti izvornog izmjeni\u010dnog napona i to linearno u \u010ditavom mjernom opsegu koji je prili\u010dno \u0161irok (0-300V), a on se nakon djelitelja napona svodi na mjerni opseg od 0-2,5V. Kao precizni AC\/DC pretvara\u010di obi\u010dno se koriste operacijska poja\u010dala, no ona \u0107e na svojem izlazu tako\u0111er davati poluvalni ili punovalni napon, samo poja\u010dan na potrebnu vrijednost. Bilo kakvo dodavanje kondenzatora za daljnju stabilizaciju remetiti \u0107e linearnost u cijelom opsegu. Tako\u0111er je potrebno prilagoditi ulazne i izlazne otpore pretvara\u010da sa ulaznim otporom voltmetra, a sve to uz \u010dinjenicu da nemamo nikakvih podataka o karakteristikama elektroni\u010dkog sklopovlja VA panel-metra. U najboljem slu\u010daju potrebna su nam dakle \u010detiri operacijska poja\u010dala u AC\/DC pretvornicima, vanjsko napajanje od 5 V, te sati i sati eksperimentiranja i ba\u017edarenja voltmetra i ampermetra da bi dobili linearnost u \u010ditavom mjernom podru\u010dju. Jo\u0161 bi se nekako i uhvatili u ko\u0161tac sa svim ovim problemima, no potreba za visokom stabilizacijom ulaznih napona i struja previ\u0161e komplicira cijeli projekt te smo na kraju odustali od ove modifikacije.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a mjera\u010da prema ve\u0107 isprobanom gore opisanom receptu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Jeftini kineski digitalni voltmetri i ampermetri sa cijenom od svega nekoliko dolara izgledaju prili\u010dno atraktivno i sasvim dobro rade u podru\u010dju za koje su namijenjeni. No, bilo kakva modifikacija istih uglavnom je vrlo problemati\u010dna jer se svi baziraju na jednom neozna\u010denom integriranom krugu, a segmenti LED pokaziva\u010da fiksno su povezani u spoj koji je primjenjiv isklju\u010divo za tu namjenu. S druge strane, ponuda raznih digitalnih panel-metara je stvarno \u0161iroka i ukoliko nismo ograni\u010deni dimenzijama sigurno \u0107emo na\u0107i model koji originalno odgovara na\u0161im potrebama. Takav je na\u0161 posljednji primjerak instrumenta koji kombinira izmjeni\u010dni voltmetar 60-300V i izmjeni\u010dni ampermetar 0-10A (rezolucija 0,01A). Ovo je ne\u0161to skuplji ali zato i puno kvalitetniji panel instrument. Dovoljno je pogledati njegovu plo\u010dicu na kojoj se nalazi daleko ve\u0107i broj komponenti, a jasno se uo\u010dava i puno slo\u017eenija te time i stabilnija izvedba kondenzatorskog napajanja. Na testu je pokazao izvrsne rezultate, to\u010dnost mjerenja apsolutno prati rezoluciju od 1V i 0,01A, stabilnost LED displeja je odli\u010dna. Ni najbolji digitalni mjera\u010di u tome ne mogu konkurirati analognim instrumentima, bez obzira \u0161to se tome poku\u0161ava pribje\u0107i tako da se numeri\u010dkim displejima dodaju razni bar-grafovi koji poku\u0161avaju simulirati kretanje kazaljke analognog instrumenta. Druga opcija bio bi neki kvalitetniji digitalni kombinirani AV panel metar, no oni su zbog ve\u0107eg broja komponenti obi\u010dno ve\u0107ih dimenzija i ne mo\u017eemo ih utrpati u ku\u0107i\u0161ta na\u0161ih variaka. Ostalo nam je ugraditi male pogonske mjerne panele kojima smo uspjeli barem pro\u0161iriti mjerni opseg na mogu\u0107nost mjerenja niskih napona i jednostavnim trikovima pove\u0107ati rezoluciju polici kao \u0161to je to slu\u010daj sa velikom koli\u010dinom dobre stare elektronike kod koje je doista sve dobro, osim \u0161to je ponekim ure\u0111ajima istekla originalna uporabna vrijednost, pa
