Ryszard Judaszko i adresom Bargkoppelweg 43, 2000 Hamburg 73, kako je i otisnuto na pole\u0111ini na\u0161ih ure\u0111aja. Ova snaga od 2 W ne mora se uvijek odnositi na VF izlaznu snagu iz antene. Proizvo\u0111a\u010di ovdje znaju navoditi podatak o najve\u0107oj ukupnoj potro\u0161nji primopredajnika ili podatak o tzv. ulaznoj RF snazi, odnosno ja\u010dini poja\u010dala za moduliranje VF stupnjeva predajnika. Razlika frekvencija izme\u0111u TX i RX kristala, kerami\u010dki filtar oznake LF-B6 i karakteristi\u010dni MF transformatori u \u017eutoj i crnoj boji nedvojbeno su pokazatelji da se radi o heterodinskom prijemniku sa jednim mije\u0161anjem i MF od 455 kHz. Kod jednostrukih heterodina nakon mije\u0161anja obi\u010dno slijede najmanje dva selekcijska MF poja\u010dala kako bi se dobila dobra selektivnost prijemnika. Njih je lako identificirati po MF transformatorima koji su redom ozna\u010deni sa \u017eutom, bijelom i crnom bojom, a izme\u0111u njih su tranzistori. Titrajni krug oscilatora je obi\u010dno ozna\u010den crvenom bojom no mo\u017ee biti i neka druga boja (zelena, plava) jednako kao i za ulazni RF antenski titrajni krug. U na\u0161em slu\u010daju izostaje bijeli MF transformator, a razlog tome je \u0161to MF poja\u010dala nisu izvedena sa dva tranzistorska stupnja, nego sa jednim specijaliziranim integriranim krugom, MF poja\u010dalom LA 1111 P u kombinaciji sa kerami\u010dkim filtrom 455 kHz. Ovime je svakako postignuto puno bolje i selektivnije MF poja\u010danje od onog tranzistorskog, pogotovo ako je i bez kerami\u010dkog filtra.<\/p>\n<p><a ru\u010dnih primopredajnika obi\u010dno se isprepli\u0107u komponente prijemnika, predajnika, poja\u010dala i drugih podsklopova, pa je te\u0161ko identificirati da li pojedini tranzistor pripada primjerice ulaznom RF poja\u010dalu prijemnika ili oscilatoru predajnika. Ovdje \u010desto poma\u017eu redne oznake tranzistora ukoliko su one otisnute na plo\u010dici. Obi\u010dno je redoslijed takav da su prvo numerirani tranzistori prijemnika, zatim poja\u010dala i dodatnih sklopova poput squelch-a i na kraju tranzistori predajnika. Tako u na\u0161em slu\u010daju mo\u017eemo sa prili\u010dnom to\u010dnosti utvrditi da se prijemnik osim integriranog kruga sastoji jo\u0161 od tri tranzistora, a predajnik od svega dva tranzistora.<\/p>\n<p>Markantan indikacijski element su i audio transformatori kakve \u010desto sre\u0107emo u ovakvim primopredajnicima. Oni pripadaju NF audio poja\u010dalu koje je obi\u010dno zajedni\u010dko za mikrofon kod predaje i za zvu\u010dnik kod prijema. Manji transformator povezuje stupnjeve pretpoja\u010dala sa poja\u010dalom, a ve\u0107i transformator objedinjuje signale izlaznog tranzistorskog stupnja u push-pull spoju. Sekundar tog izlaznog transformatora ima dva namota, jedan za zvu\u010dnik, a drugi za amplitudnu modulaciju predajnika. Uobi\u010dajeno je da ovakva poja\u010dala imaju ukupno 4 tranzistora: prvi je pretpoja\u010dalo, a drugi je driver za izlazni par tranzistora u protufaznom &#8220;push-pull&#8221; spoju. Ukoliko imamo oscilator tonskog poziva, kao \u0161to je to slu\u010daj kod na\u0161ih primopredajnika, onda se isti mo\u017ee bazirati na zasebnom tranzistorskom oscilatoru \u010diji izlaz se dovodi na ulaz poja\u010dala, no kako bi se u\u0161tedio tranzistor \u010desto se primjenjuje i pozitivna povratna sprega za samo audio poja\u010dalo \u010dime se isto dovodi u stanje osciliranja. S obzirom na broj tranzistora vrlo vjerojatno se tonski poziv ovako generira i u na\u0161em slu\u010daju.<\/p>\n<p>Prigu\u0161iva\u010d \u0161uma ili squelch kod ovakvih jednostavnih ure\u0111aja obi\u010dno se bazira na samo jednom tranzistoru koji radi kao sklopka audio signalu prema zvu\u010dniku, a upravlja\u010dki signal se na bazu tranzistora vodi sa stupnjeva MF poja\u010dala, nakon \u0161to je prvo ispravljen (demoduliran) diodama.<\/p>\n<p>Naravno da je identifikaciju sklopova mogu\u0107e napraviti i elektroni\u010dki slije\u0111enjem i snimanjem signala na pojedinim to\u010dkama primopredajnika. No za to je potrebno imati \u010disti pristup po mogu\u0107nosti objema stranama tiskane plo\u010dice sa elementima, primopredajnik mora biti stalno na napajanju i po\u017eeljno je da su mu svi sklopovi ispravni. Tako\u0111er moramo dovesti i odgovaraju\u0107e testne signale na ulaze sklopovlja. Danas se ve\u0107inu modernih elektroni\u010dkih ure\u0111aja ne isplati popravljati zbog gotovo izjedna\u010denog odnosa cijene popravka i cijene novog ure\u0111aja. No i bez obzira na cijenu popravka, veliki broj dana\u0161njih komercijalnih elektroni\u010dkih ure\u0111aja i aparata nije ni mogu\u0107e (kvalitetno) popraviti u ku\u0107noj radinosti iz vi\u0161e drugih razloga koji su posljedica novih trendova u elektronici. \u010cesto puta se gotovo \u010ditav ure\u0111aj bazira na jednom specijaliziranom integriranom krugu koji je dostupan jedino proizvo\u0111a\u010du. Tako\u0111er, veliki broj ure\u0111aja bazira se na mikrokontrolerima, pa \u010dak i da na\u0111emo zamjenski integrirani krug nemogu\u0107e je dobaviti originalni program za istog. Danas se posvuda preferira SMD tehnika pri \u010demu je \u010desto nemogu\u0107e identificirati oznake SMD komponenti na plo\u010dicama, dok je neki put dvojbeno i to o kojem tipu komponente se uop\u0107e radi. Sama ku\u0107i\u0161ta modernih ure\u0111aja, koja su bazirana na \u0161to vi\u0161e plastike i \u0161to manje metala, \u010desto puta je vrlo te\u0161ko rastaviti bez specijalnih alata ili bez o\u0161te\u0107enja.<\/p>\n<p>Prema mojim dosada\u0161njim iskustvima popravak TV-a svodi se na zamjenu pregorjelih LED-ica (ili lampi) za pozadinsko osvjetljenje ekrana, eventualno popravak komponenti napajanja ili invertera, te tko ima sre\u0107e da ima odgovaraju\u0107i program mo\u017ee poku\u0161ati i preprogramirati kakav mikrokontroler. Radio prijemnike vjerojatno nitko vi\u0161e ne popravlja jer ih imamo doslovno posvuda, osim ako to radimo za svoje zadovoljstvo. Popravak neke kompleksne tehnike poput ra\u010dunala i mobitela svodi se na zamjenu ekrana i modula ukoliko su dobavljivi i isplativi, a trendovi tzv. reballinga i sli\u010dnih metoda reparacija komponenti na tiskanim plo\u010dicama tako\u0111er gube bitku s isplativo\u0161\u0107u. Moglo bi se re\u0107i da se sve vi\u0161e elektroni\u010dkih popravaka po\u010dinje svoditi na rje\u0161avanje softverskih, a ne hardverskih problema. No uvijek \u0107e biti onih kojima elektronika nije nu\u017eno posao ve\u0107 samo \u010disto zadovoljstvo i takvima nikad ne\u0107e dosaditi prou\u010davati elektroni\u010dke tehnologije s \u010disto hardverske strane bez obzira kada su one nastale, iako istini za volju, \u010dak i taj \u010disti hardverski rad danas vi\u0161e nije mogu\u0107e kvalitetno raditi bez potpore barem malo kakvog specijaliziranog softvera \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danas je nabavljen par ru\u010dnih CB AM primopredajnika oznake TS-2000 (PR 27-240P\/76), njema\u010dkog proizvo\u0111a\u010da Beston Elektronik iz 1976. godine.
