Tijekom postojanja tvrtka je izradila i nekoliko modela gramofona, audio poja\u010dala kao i audio signal generator za mjerenja u audio tehnici, a u 1960-tim godinama proizvodila je i televizijske prijemnike. Za svoje proizvode uglavnom je koristila trgova\u010dke nazive Trav-Ler, Travel-Air, Travel-Aire i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p><a Trav-Ler TS-382B\/U generira sinusni signal u opsegu 20 Hz do 200 kHz, podijeljeno u \u010detiri opsega. \u00a0Stabilnost, to\u010dnost i izobli\u010denja izlaznog signala kod ovog cijevnog audio oscilatora su u granicama 2-6%, a amplituda izlaznog signala 10 V. Razlog tome je \u0161to su oscilatori sa Wienovim mostom prakti\u010dno primjenjivi u \u0161irokom frekvencijskom opsegu cca 10 Hz \u2013 1 MHz, a uz to daju vrlo stabilnu i \u010distu sinusnu amplitudu izlaznog signala. Frekvenciju je mogu\u0107e mijenjati promjenom otpora ili kapaciteta u mostu, no ovo je potrebno raditi paralelno u dvije grane tako da je nu\u017ena upotreba dvostrukih potenciometara ili kondenzatora na zajedni\u010dkoj osovini koji moraju biti dobro upareni kako bi se zadr\u017eao omjer, a time i ravnote\u017ea mosta u cijelom promjenjivom opsegu. Time je onda ovo i najkriti\u010dniji element u prakti\u010dnoj izvedbi oscilatora sa Wienovim mostom. Kod TS-382B\/U koriste se dva para promjenjivog kondenzatora (\u010detiri sekcije) od kojih svaka ima dodatne promjenjive trimer kondenzatore za me\u0111usobno ujedna\u010davanje. Postoje i izvedbe promjenjivih oscilatora sa Wienovim mostom kod kojih je za promjenu frekvencije dovoljan samo jedan promjenjivi element u jednoj grani mosta no ovakve se izvedbe vrlo rijetko susre\u0107u u praksi zbog slo\u017eenosti dodatnog sklopovlja (diferencijalna poja\u010dala) za pozitivne i negativne povratne veze kojima se kompenzira druga grana mosta.<\/p>\n<p>Na na\u0161oj blok shemi istaknut je put ostvarivanja pozitivne i negativne povratne veze, odnosno kako fazni pomak i amplituda signala povratnih veza kontroliraju rad oscilatora.<\/p>\n<p>Pozitivna povratna veza, kao i kod svakog oscilatora, slu\u017ei za poticanje poja\u010dala na osciliranje i njen signal se sa izlaza na ulaz mora vratiti u fazi. Elektronska cijev V101 radi kao oscilator, dok je V102 poja\u010dalo i inverter (okreta\u010d faze) signala. Crvenim strelicama ozna\u010den je put signala pozitivne povratne sprege i jasno se vidi da se taj signal, nakon \u0161to je po jednom invertiran na obje cijevi, ponovno vra\u0107a u fazi. \u010cak i da uklonimo sve elemente Wienovog mosta ovakav spoj dvije elektronske cijevi bi oscilirao jer je signal pozitivne povratne sprege koji se izlaza (anode) V102 vra\u0107a na re\u0161etku V101 dovoljno poja\u010dan da podr\u017eava oscilacije, no one bi bez Wienovog mosta frekvencijski bile izvan svake kontrole.<\/p>\n<p>Wienov most sa RC elementima ima zada\u0107u dozvoliti oscilatoru osciliranje na samo jednoj to\u010dno odre\u0111enoj frekvenciji. To se posti\u017ee paralelnim i serijskim LC titrajnim krugovima u pozitivnoj povratnoj sprezi koje, ovisno o vrijednostima elemenata, predstavljaju nepropusni filtar za sve frekvencije osim jedne koja je rezonantna za taj LC krug.<\/p>\n<p>Negativna povratna veza slu\u017ei za stabilizaciju amplitude oscilacija koje proizvodi oscilator. Za ovu vezu uzima se tako\u0111er dio signala sa izlaza V102 i kao \u0161to vidimo isti prolazi samo kroz \u010diste omske otpore R113, R114 i \u017earuljicu R115. Kako se radi o \u010disto omskim otporima signal povratne veze ne\u0107e imati nikakvih pomaka faze i za sve frekvencije njegova amplituda \u0107e biti jednaka. Jedini promjenjivi element u tom krugu je \u017earuljica kojoj se u ovisnosti o jakosti struje mijenja temperatura \u017earne niti, a time i otpor te \u017earne niti. Ukoliko se struja pove\u0107a, pove\u0107ati \u0107e se i otpor \u017earuljice, a time i ja\u010dina negativne povratne veze na V101 \u0161to \u0107e dovesti do smanjenja njenog poja\u010danja. Naravno, obrnuta stvar de\u0161ava se u slu\u010daju promjene struje na ni\u017ee. Na taj na\u010din \u017earuljica promjenom svojeg otpora reagira na svaku promjenu amplitude u negativnoj povratnoj sprezi \u010dime amplitudu oscilacija na izlazu iz oscilatora odr\u017eava konstantnom.<\/p>\n<p>Frekvencijski filtriran i amplitudno stabiliziran signal iz oscilatora dovodi se na dva stupnja NF poja\u010danja. Ova dva stupnja tako\u0111er su povezana negativnom povratnom vezom kako bi se minimalizirala izobli\u010denja i osigurala stabilna amplituda izlaznog signala. V103 je u spoju standardnog naponskog poja\u010dala, a V104 je tzv. Beam Power Tube, odnosno predvi\u0111ena za izlazne stupnjeve poja\u010dala snage. Ovakvu regulaciju anodnog napona \u010desto smo sretali kod cijevnih oscilatora u na\u0161im objavama, a prema blok shemi odmah se uo\u010dava da je princip rada isti kao i kod dana\u0161njih vrlo \u010desto zastupljenih serijskih tranzistorskih regulatora. V109 odr\u017eava katodu V107 na odre\u0111enom konstantnom pozitivnom potencijalu. V107 pak osigurava regulacijski napon za re\u0161etku V106. V106 pak je umetnuta serijski u liniju napajanja (B+) tako da veli\u010dina napona na izlazu iz V107 ovisi o samoj impedanciji (otporu) te cijevi. Impedancija cijevi pak se po \u017eelji mo\u017ee namjestiti potenciometrom\u00a0 R147 koji osigurava prednapon re\u0161etke V107 preko linije B+. Ukoliko napon na liniji B+ poraste, pove\u0107ati \u0107e se i napon na kliza\u010du potenciometra R147, a time i struja kroz V107. S obzirom da V109 odr\u017eava napon na katodi V107 na stalnoj vrijednosti, pove\u0107anje struje kroz V107 uzrokovati \u0107e pad napona na anodnom otporniku R145, a time i smanjenje napona na re\u0161etki V106. Zbog smanjenja napona na re\u0161etki pove\u0107ati \u0107e se ukupni otpor (impedancija) V106, \u0161to \u0107e u kona\u010dnici uzrokovati i pad napona B+ na izlazu iz V106 za proporcionalan iznos. Na taj na\u010din \u010ditav sklop djeluje kao automatski stabilizator napona, a vrijednost napona za stabilizaciju je mogu\u0107e postaviti ru\u010dno preko potenciometra R147.<\/p>\n<p
